This paper summarizes three new common requirements of the digital management aspect in precision casting enterprises, and puts forward three corresponding techniques. They are: the production process tracking card technology based on the main-sub card mode; the workshop site production process processing technology based on the barcode; and the equipment data integration technology. Then, this paper discusses in detail the principle, application and effect of these technologies; to provide the reference for enterprises to move towards digital casting and intelligent casting.展开更多

At the same time, it also intensifies the competition situation in the whole industry. In the whole construction engineering field, it is very important to improve the overall rationalization and labeling of management work, which is also the core interest of the construction project and the important foundation to ensure the steady and healthy development of the construction unit. Industrial and civil buildings are referred to as civil buildings for short. In the process of organizing and carrying out construction work, civil engineering usually needs to use many different types of construction technology. The level of construction technology will often have a huge impact on the quality of civil engineering. Therefore, when organizing and implementing various construction work in practice, it is necessary to fully combine the actual situation to carry out the whole-process construction technology management on site to ensure the orderly and efficient development of various work.展开更多
