The study aims at modelling and assessment of survival probability of a component experiencing two kinds of shocks namely, damage shock and fatal shock. Shocks are occurring randomly in time as events of a Poisson Process. The two cases of fixed/random threshold of components are studied. Survival probabilities of proposed models are derived. Maximum likelihood estimators (MLEs) of survival probabilities are obtained using the data from life testing experiments. Fisher information and asymptotic distribution of MLEs of parameters are obtained when a constant threshold is considered. Computation and comparison of estimators of two cases (constant threshold and random threshold) are made through simulation studies. The study recommends the consideration of threshold as a random variable. 展开更多

Large Eddy Simulation of Pseudo-Shock Waves Using Wall Model

A supersonic turbulent flowfield involving the pseudo-shock waves in an isolator of a supersonic combustion ramjet is computed using two different LES codes which are a high-order upwind finite volume scheme, and a sixth order compact differencing scheme utilizing the localized artificial diffusivity method for stabilizing shock waves and employing a wall model to enable the use of coarse mesh. In the validation study where a supersonic turbulent boundary layer flow over a flat plate is examined, both LES codes are well validated using velocity profile in the boundary layer given by the hot-wire anemometry and normal stress given by the laser Doppler anemometry. In particular, the sixth order compact differencing scheme gives closer agreements with these experimental data. Then, the validated LES codes are applied to solve the Mach number 2.5 supersonic turbulent flowfield involving the pseudo-shock waves. It is shown that typical features of unsteady flowfield of the pseudo-shock waves are well obtained by both schemes. Again, it is indicated that the sixth order compact differencing scheme gives closer agreements with the existing velocity data obtained by particle image velocimetry and pressure fluctuation data on the wall surface. Besides, the computational cost of the compact differencing scheme is found to be 1/7 of that for the upwind finite volume scheme, even though a wall model is solved at each grid point on the wall surface. Therefore, the obtained results in the present study allow recommending the sixth order compact differencing scheme with a wall model for simulating supersonic turbulent flowfield in an isolator involving the pseudo-shock waves. 展开更多

It is of great significance to improve the accuracy of turbulence models in shock-wave/ boundary layer interaction flow. The relationship between the pressure gradient, as well as the shear layer, and the development of turbulent kinetic energy in impinging shock-wave/turbulent bound- ary layer interaction flow at Mach 2.25 is analyzed based on the data of direct numerical simulation (DNS). It is found that the turbulent kinetic energy is amplified by strong shear in the separation zone and the adverse pressure gradient near the separation point. The pressure gradient was non-dimensionalised with local density, velocity, and viscosity. Spalart Allmaras (S A) model is modified by introducing the non-dimensional pressure gradient into the production term of the eddy viscosity transportation equation. Simulation results show that the production and dissipation of eddy viscosity are strongly enhanced by the modification of S-A model. Compared with DNS and experimental data, the wall pressure and the wall skin friction coefficient as well as the velocity profile of the modified S-A model are obviously improved. Thus it can be concluded that the mod- ification of S-A model with the pressure gradient can improve the predictive accuracy for simulat- ing the shock-wave/turbulent boundary laver interaction. 展开更多

The oil compressibility and the entrapped gas in the oil are considered in the model. As a result, the hysteresis in the force velocity diagram is included. The results of computer simulation and the experiment are basically identical. The MATLAB/SIMULINK is used for the development of the simulation software. It is found that the pressure inside the cylinder is high if the inputs of velocity or displacement are big by simulation. This is certainly one of the main reasons for which the leak is appeared between the rod and the seal of the shock absorbers for a relatively short time in China. 展开更多

In allusion to easy invalidation of damping valve in vehicle shock absorber caused by the impact from the road surface, the importance of the study of damping valve water hammer pressure is presented. The physical model of damping valve with the circle throttle slice is established. The time for the throttle slice deformation is studied by using the finite software, and the laws that how the structure parameters affect the deformation time are obtained. Combining the theory of water hammer, the water hammer initial and boundary condition of the damping valve is deduced, and the water hammer model of throttle slice is established. The analysis of simulation results indicates that the water hammer pressure amplitude and the amount of water hammer oscillation period can be reduced and the dependability of the valve can be enhanced by modifying the structure parameters and aperture width between slice and valve body. 展开更多

The results show that the systematic error is small when the objective function is 0.5 , the number of the nodes in the hidden layer is 6 and the learning rate is about 0.1 , and the accuracy of the rate error is less than 3%. The modeling of the flow circuit of the shock wave consisting of guard wire, lightning arrester and ground socket couple to the transformer of the high voltage substations, thanks to the approach of a servo block, led to the synthesis of a PID regulator (corrector) whose action is to reject the effects of the overvoltage on the network equipment and to significantly reduce or even cancel the effects of the step or touch voltage due to the distribution of the potential around the ground socket;and thus improve the quality of service of the high-voltage transmission and distribution electricity network, especially in stormy times. 展开更多

As the web-server based business is rapidly developed and popularized, how to evaluate and improve the reliability of web-servers has been extremely important. Although a large num- ber of software reliability growth models (SRGMs), including those combined with multiple change-points (CPs), have been available, these conventional SRGMs cannot be directly applied to web soft- ware reliability analysis because of the complex web operational profile. To characterize the web operational profile precisely, it should be realized that the workload of a web server is normally non-homogeneous and often observed with the pattern of random impulsive shocks. A web software reliability model with random im- pulsive shocks and its statistical analysis method are developed. In the proposed model, the web server workload is characterized by a geometric Brownian motion process. Based on a real data set from IIS server logs of ICRMS website (www.icrms.cn), the proposed model is demonstrated to be powerful for estimating impulsive shocks and web software reliability. 展开更多

高原、高寒、高热环境下致死性休克大鼠模型的建立与标准化造模方式筛选

目的基于本实验室已建立的常规环境大鼠失血性休克模型,建立高原、高寒、高热特殊环境大鼠致死性休克模型,为特殊环境下致死性休克救治相关研究提供动物模型。方法864只12周龄、体质量(200±20)g SPF级雄性SD大鼠按不同预处理环境分... 目的基于本实验室已建立的常规环境大鼠失血性休克模型,建立高原、高寒、高热特殊环境大鼠致死性休克模型,为特殊环境下致死性休克救治相关研究提供动物模型。方法864只12周龄、体质量(200±20)g SPF级雄性SD大鼠按不同预处理环境分为4组(n=216):高原环境组[低压氧舱模拟4000 m海拔,(22±2)℃暴露48 h];高寒环境组(海拔200~300 m,-20℃暴露6 h);高热环境组(海拔200~300 m,35℃暴露12 h),常规环境对照组(不做环境预处理)。环境预处理后,采用4种脾损伤方式诱导腹腔自由出血制备非控制性失血性休克模型:①距脾实质末端3 cm处离断;②距脾实质末端3 cm和5 cm处分别离断;③脾尾端小动脉分支离断;④脾尾端小动脉分支离断联合距脾实质末端3 cm处离断,直至平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)降至40 mmHg即判定模型制备成功。模型成功后,用乳酸林格氏液(lactated Ringer’s solution,LR)低压维持MAP在50~60 mmHg 1 h,经脾动脉结扎彻底止血后,按出血量2倍体积LR进行确定性复苏。监测MAP、呼吸频率(respiratory rate,RR)、心率(heart rate,HR),检测心功能[肌钙蛋白I(troponin I,TnI)]、肝功能[谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)]、肾功能[血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血清肌肝(serum creatinine,Scr)],观察大鼠存活时间及6 h存活率,筛选各环境适配的造模方式。用各环境组筛选出的造模方式分别在相应环境预处理的巴马香猪上制备失血性休克模型,并按前述治疗方案确定性复苏后,观察巴马香猪基础生理指标(MAP、RR、HR)、器官功能(心、肝、肾)及存活情况,以验证造模方式稳定性。结果不同环境致死性休克模型的适配造模方式存在差异:常规环境优选重度血管联合实质损伤的方式④,高原环境优选重度血管损伤的方式③,高寒环境优选轻度实质损伤的方式①,高热环境优选中度双位点实质损伤的方式②,上述方式均满足休克后6 h致死率>70%、低压复苏后失血量>50%、确定性复苏后存活率>50%的模型标准。休克状态下,各组大鼠MAP显著降低(P<0.001),RR、HR异常改变,心、肝、肾器官功能指标(TnI、AST、ALT、BUN、Scr)显著升高(P<0.05),存活时间缩短;经LR低压复苏联合确定性复苏后,MAP显著回升(P<0.01),器官功能指标显著改善,存活时间延长。巴马香猪验证结果显示:休克组MAP降至约40 mmHg,RR显著降低,HR升高,6 h存活率为0,心、肝、肾器官功能指标(TnI、AST、ALT、BUN、Scr)显著升高(P<0.001);复苏组MAP显著升高至58.6~68.4 mmHg(P<0.01),器官功能明显改善,6 h存活率达50.00%~56.25%,模型可靠性得到确认。结论成功建立了高原、高寒、高热环境下致死性休克模型,明确了各环境对应的标准化造模方式;经巴马香猪验证,模型稳定性与可靠性符合实验要求。 展开更多

急诊脓毒性休克患者肠内喂养不耐受风险预测模型的构建与验证

目的探讨急诊脓毒性休克患者肠内喂养不耐受的影响因素,构建并验证风险预测模型。方法回顾性分析2022年12月-2024年12月天津市第三中心医院收治的160例脓毒性休克并行肠内喂养的患者临床资料,根据肠内营养不耐受诊断标准划分为耐受组(n=... 目的探讨急诊脓毒性休克患者肠内喂养不耐受的影响因素,构建并验证风险预测模型。方法回顾性分析2022年12月-2024年12月天津市第三中心医院收治的160例脓毒性休克并行肠内喂养的患者临床资料,根据肠内营养不耐受诊断标准划分为耐受组(n=88)和不耐受组(n=72)。采用多因素Logistic回归筛选急诊脓毒性休克患者肠内喂养不耐受的影响因素,继而建立风险预测模型,采用Hosmer-Lemeshow检验验证模型的预测效能。结果本研究EFI发生率为45.00%(72/160)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,APACHEⅡ评分(β=0.235,OR=1.265,95%CI:1.123-1.426)、血清乳酸水平(β=0.456,OR=1.578,95%CI:1.234-2.012)、使用机械通气(β=1.876,OR=6.523,95%CI:2.678-15.890)、肠内喂养延迟启动(≥48h,β=1.234,OR=3.432,95%CI:1.876-6.321)是EFI的独立危险因素(均P<0.001)。构建的风险预测模型内部验证中的ROC曲线下面积为0.856(95%CI:0.798-0.914),灵敏度0.780,特异度0.821,约登指数0.722;Hosmer-Lemeshow检验P=0.721,提示模型拟合良好。结论患者APACHEⅡ评分、血清乳酸水平、使用机械通气、肠内喂养延迟启动(≥48h)是急诊脓毒性休克患者肠内喂养不耐受发生的独立危险因素,由此建立的风险预测模型可有效预测急诊脓毒性休克肠内营养后肠内喂养不耐受的发生。 展开更多

利用开放经济的两国模型,系统构建了一个包含国内经济部门、国外经济部门及贸易条件、汇率水平、关税壁垒与技术冲击等要素的两国经济NOEM-DSGE模型,分析了在一国商品市场价格存在黏性异质性的条件下,外生技术冲击及关税壁垒对不同价格... 利用开放经济的两国模型,系统构建了一个包含国内经济部门、国外经济部门及贸易条件、汇率水平、关税壁垒与技术冲击等要素的两国经济NOEM-DSGE模型,分析了在一国商品市场价格存在黏性异质性的条件下,外生技术冲击及关税壁垒对不同价格黏性的国内外经济变量的影响。通过分析发现:第一,关税壁垒与技术冲击对经济系统的影响程度与国内产品市场的价格黏性有紧密联系,价格黏性程度的高低会影响冲击在国内经济系统间的传导,进而影响经济系统的均衡实现。第二,技术冲击对国内投资及国内劳动投入在短期内具有替代效应与正向影响,从长期看影响不大。第三,在产业遭受外生冲击时,价格黏性异质性对不同部门的福利损失影响差异较大,高价格黏性部门的福利损失远大于低价格黏性部门的福利损失。 展开更多

The Bingham constitutive model, which is previously used in depiction of magnetorheological (MR) fluids rheological behaviors for design devices, exhibits discontinuous characteristics in representation of pre-yield behaviors and post-yield behaviors. A Biviscous constitutive model is presented to depict rheological behaviors of MR fluids and design automotive shock absorber. Quasi-static flow equations of MR fluids in annular channels are set theoretically up based on Navier-Stokes equations and several rational simplifications are made. And both flow boundary conditions and flow compatibilities conditions are established. Meantime, analytical velocity profiles of MR fluids though annular channels are obtained via solution of the quasi-static flow equations using Biviscous constitutive model. The prediction methodology of damping force offered by MR fluid shock absorber is formulated and damping performances are predicated in order to determine design parameters. MR fluid shock absorber for Mazda 323 car suspension is designed and fabricated in Chongqing University, China. Measurements from sinusoidal displacement cycle by Shanchuan Shock Absorber Ltd. of China North Industry Corporation reveal that the analytical methodology and design theory are reasonable. 展开更多

An improved analytical model is developed to predict the dynamic response of clamped lightweight sandwich beams with cellular cores subjected to shock loading over the entire span.The clamped face sheets are simplified as a single-degree-of-freedom(SDOF)system,and the core is idealized using the rigid-perfectly-plastic-locking(RPPL)model.Reflection of incident shock wave is considered by incorporating the bending/stretching resistance of the front face sheet and compaction of the core.The model is validated with existing analytical predictions and FE simulation results,with good agreement achieved.Compared with existing analytical models,the proposed model exhibits superiority in two aspects:the deformation resistance of front face sheet during shock wave reflection is taken into account;the effect of pulse shape is considered.The practical application range of the proposed model is therefore wider. 展开更多

In this paper, a new method is developed to model dependent failure behavior among failure mechanisms. Unlike the existing methods, the developed method models the root cause of the dependency explicitly, so that a deterministic model, rather than a probabilistic one, can be established. Three steps comprise the developed method. First, physics-of-failure(PoF) models are utilized to model each failure mechanism. Then, interactions among failure mechanisms are modeled as a combination of three basic relations, competition, superposition and coupling. This is the reason why the method is referred to as "compositional method". Finally, the PoF models and the interaction model are combined to develop a deterministic model of the dependent failure behavior. As a demonstration, the method is applied on an actual spool and the developed failure behavior model is validated by a wear test. The result demonstrates that the compositional method is an effective way to model dependent failure behavior. 展开更多

An aerodynamic force and moment measurement was conducted in JF12 long-testduration detonation-driven shock tunnel of Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test duration of JF12 is 100–130 ms.The nominal Mach number is 7.0 and the exit diameter of the contoured nozzle is 2.5 m.The total enthalpy is 2.5 MJ/kg which duplicates the hypersonic flight conditions of Mach number 7.0 at 35 km altitude.The test model is the standard aerodynamic force model of 10° half-angle sharp cone.The length of the test model is 1500 mm and the weight is 57 kg.The aerodynamic forces were measured with a six-component strain balance.The angles of attack were set to be à5°,0°,5°,10° and 14°,respectively.The experimental results show that in the 100–130 ms test duration,the signals of strain balance have 3–4 complete vibration cycles.So,the aerodynamic forces and moments can be obtained directly by averaging the signals of balance without acceleration compensation.The force measurement error of repeatability of JF12 is less than 2%.The aerodynamic force coefficients of JF12 are in good agreement with those of conventional hypersonic wind tunnels.For this test model at Mach number 7.0 and total enthalpy of 2.5 MJ/kg,the real-gas effects on aerodynamic force characteristics are not very evident. 展开更多

Shear modulus of shock-compressed LY12 aluminium up to melting point 被引量:2

Asymmetric plate impact experiments are conducted on LY12 aluminium alloy in a pressure range of 85-131 GPa. The longitudinal sound speeds axe obtained from the time-resolved particle speed profiles of the specimen measured with Velocity Interferometer System for Any Reflector (VISAR) technique, and they are shown to be good agreement with our previously reported data of this alloy in a pressure range of 20-70 GPa, and also with those of 2024 aluminium reported by McQueen. Using all of the longitudinal speeds and the corresponding bulk speeds calculated from the Gruneisen equation of state (EOS), shear moduli of LY12 aluminium alloy are obtained. A comparison of the shear moduli in the solid phase region with those estimated from the Steinberg model demonstrate that the latter are systematically lower than the measurements. By re-analysing the pressure effect on the shear modulus, a modified equation is proposed, in which the pressure term of P/η^1/3 in the Steinberg model is replaced by a linear term. Good agreement between experiments and the modified equation is obtained, which implies that the shear modulus of LY12 aluminium varies linearly both with pressure and with temperature throughout the whole solid phase region. On the other hand, shear modulus of aluminium in a solid-liquid mixed phrase region decreases gradually and smoothly, a feature that is very different from the drastic dropping at the melting point under static conditions. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Although coagulopathy can be very common in severe traumatic shock patients, the exact incidence and mechanism remain unclear. In this study, a traumatic shock rabbit model with special abdomen injuries was developed and evaluated by examining indicators of clotting and fi brinolysis.METHODS: Forty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: group 1(sham), group 2(hemorrhage), group 3(hemorrhage-liver injury), and group 4(hemorrhage-liver injury/intestinal injury-peritonitis). Coagulation was detected by thromboelastography before trauma(T0), at 1 hour(T1) and 4 hours(T2) after trauma.RESULTS: Rabbits that suffered from hemorrhage alone did not differ in coagulation capacity compared with the sham group. The clot initiations(R times) of group 3 at T1 and T2 were both shorter than those of groups 1, 2, and 4(P<0.05). In group 4, clot strength was decreased at T1 and T2 compared with those in groups 1, 2, and 3(P<0.05), whereas the R time and clot polymerization were increased at T2(P<0.05). The clotting angle signifi cantly decreased in group 4 compared with groups 2 and 3 at T2(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: This study suggests that different abdominal traumatic shock show diverse coagulopathy in the early phase. Isolated hemorrhagic shock shows no obvious effect on coagulation. In contrast, blunt hepatic injury with hemorrhage shows hypercoagulability, whereas blunt hepatic injury with hemorrhage coupled with peritonitis caused by a ruptured intestine shows a tendency toward hypocoagulability. 展开更多
