First, the linear ... A new error compensating five sample phase shifting algorithm which is insensitive to phase shift error is proposed to retrieve the phase distribution of a fringe pattern. It includes two steps. First, the linear phase shift error is estimated using four sample images. Then, the phase distribution is calculated with error corrected by using the phase shift error estimated in the first step. As the equations of error estimation and phase calculation are simple, this new algorithm is practical as well as effective. Computer simulations were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. Results of two other well known error compensating algorithms are also presented, which show the new algorithm is the least sensitive to phase shift error. 展开更多

To decrease such overlapping,so as to increase the local search capability of the core population,the sub-space method was used to generate uniformly distributed initial colony populations over the decision variable space. The core population was also dynamically divided,making simultaneous searching in several local spaces possible. The algorithm proposed in this paper was compared to the original one by searching for the optimum of a complicated multi-modal function. The results indicate that the solutions obtained by the modified algorithm are better than those of the original algorithm. 展开更多

A switch from avian-typeα-2,3 to human-typeα-2,6 receptors is an essential element for the initiation of a pandemic from an avian influenza virus.Some H9N2 viruses exhibit a preference for binding to human-typeα-2,6 receptors.This identifies their potential threat to public health.However,our understanding of the molecular basis for the switch of receptor preference is still limited.In this study,we employed the random forest algorithm to identify the potentially key amino acid sites within hemagglutinin(HA),which are associated with the receptor binding ability of H9N2 avian influenza virus(AIV).Subsequently,these sites were further verified by receptor binding assays.A total of 12 substitutions in the HA protein(N158D,N158S,A160 N,A160D,A160T,T163I,T163V,V190T,V190A,D193 N,D193G,and N231D)were predicted to prefer binding toα-2,6 receptors.Except for the V190T substitution,the other substitutions were demonstrated to display an affinity for preferential binding toα-2,6 receptors by receptor binding assays.Especially,the A160T substitution caused a significant upregulation of immune-response genes and an increased mortality rate in mice.Our findings provide novel insights into understanding the genetic basis of receptor preference of the H9N2 AIV. 展开更多

Use of multidisciplinary analysis in reliabilitybased design optimization(RBDO) results in the emergence of the important method of reliability-based multidisciplinary design optimization(RBMDO). To enhance the efficiency and convergence of the overall solution process,a decoupling algorithm for RBMDO is proposed herein.Firstly, to decouple the multidisciplinary analysis using the individual disciplinary feasible(IDF) approach, the RBMDO is converted into a conventional form of RBDO. Secondly,the incremental shifting vector(ISV) strategy is adopted to decouple the nested optimization of RBDO into a sequential iteration process composed of design optimization and reliability analysis, thereby improving the efficiency significantly. Finally, the proposed RBMDO method is applied to the design of two actual electronic products: an aerial camera and a car pad. For these two applications, two RBMDO models are created, each containing several finite element models(FEMs) and relatively strong coupling between the involved disciplines. Besides, this new algorithm behaves faster convergence speed based on the analysis of equalizers’ working rules, which is more suitable to implement communications in dif-ferent unknown channels. The increased concern over global climate change and lack of long-term sustainability of fossil fuels in the projected future has prompted further research into advanced alternative fuel vehicles to reduce vehicle emissions and fuel consumption. One of the primary advanced vehicle research areas involves electrification and hybridization of vehicles. As hybrid-electric vehicle technology has advanced, so has the need for more innovative control schemes for hybrid vehicles, including the development and optimization of hybrid powertrain transmission shift schedules. The hybrid shift schedule works in tandem with a cost function-based torque split algorithm that dynamically determines the optimal torque command for the electric motor and engine. The focus of this work is to develop and analyze the benefits and limitations of two different shift schedules for a position-3 (P3) parallel hybrid-electric vehicle. a traditional two-parameter shift schedule that operates as a function of vehicle accelerator position and vehicle speed (state of charge (SOC) independent shift schedule), and a three-parameter shift schedule that also adapts to fluctuations in the state of charge of the high voltage batteries (SOC dependent shift schedule). The shift schedules were generated using an exhaustive search coupled with a fitness function to evaluate all possible vehicle operating points. The generated shift schedules were then tested in the software-in-the-loop (SIL) environment and the vehicle-in-the-loop (VIL) environment and compared to each other, as well as to the stock 8L45 8-speed transmission shift schedule. The results show that both generated shift schedules improved upon the stock transmission shift schedule used in the hybrid powertrain comparing component efficiency, vehicle efficiency, engine fuel economy, and vehicle fuel economy. 展开更多

Four different states of fixed mass, variable mass, fixed slope and variableslope were set to simulate real-time working conditions, respectively. A comprehensive electric commercial vehicleshifting strategy was formulated according to the identification results. The co-simulation results showed that,compared with the recursive least square (RLS) algorithm, the proposed algorithm could identify the real-timevehicle mass and road gradient quickly and accurately. The comprehensive shifting strategy formulated had thefollowing advantages, e.g., avoiding frequent shifting of vehicles up the hill, making full use ofmotor braking downthe hill, and improving the overall performance of vehicles. 展开更多

Digital structured light (SL) profilometry is increasingly used in three-dimensional (3D) measurement technology. However, the nonlinearity of the off-the-shelf projectors and cameras seriously reduces the measurement accuracy. In this paper, first, we review the nonlinear effects of the projector-camera system in the phase-shifting structured light depth measurement method. We show that high order harmonic wave components lead to phase error in the phase-shifting method. Then a practical method based on frequency domain filtering is proposed for nonlinear error reduction. By using this method, the nonlinear calibration of the SL system is not required. Moreover, both the nonlinear effects of the projector and the camera can be effectively reduced. The simulations and experiments have verified our nonlinear correction method. 展开更多

Although the phase-shift seismic processing method has characteristics of high accuracy, good stability, high efficiency, and high-dip imaging, it is not able to adapt to strong lateral velocity variation. To overcome this defect, a finite-difference method in the frequency-space domain is introduced in the migration process, because it can adapt to strong lateral velocity variation and the coefficient is optimized by a hybrid genetic and simulated annealing algorithm. The two measures improve the precision of the approximation dispersion equation. Thus, the imaging effect is improved for areas of high-dip structure and strong lateral velocity variation. The migration imaging of a 2-D SEG/EAGE salt dome model proves that a better imaging effect in these areas is achieved by optimized phase-shift migration operator plus a finite-difference method based on a hybrid genetic and simulated annealing algorithm. The method proposed in this paper is better than conventional methods in imaging of areas of high-dip angle and strong lateral velocity variation. 展开更多

Phase-shifting is utilized to obtain a clear reconstructed object wave from a rough surface texture. A reverse-transform algorithm is employed to reconstruct the object wave on its original position of unknown distance or the imaging position from the object wave information on the holographic plane. To get the clearest reconstruction the exact registration of the unknown distance is determined by applying the intensity sum as the auto-focusing function, The spatial resolution of the reconstruction image is also investigated for a variety of affecting factors. A modified shifting bottleneck algorithm was proposed to solve scheduling problems of a large-scale job shop.Firstly,a new structured algorithm was employed for sub-problems so as to reduce the computational burden and suit for large-scale instances more effectively.The modified cycle avoidance method,incorporating with the disjunctive graph model and topological sort algorithm,was applied to guaranteeing the feasibility of solutions with considering delayed precedence constraints.Finally,simulation experiments were carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the modified method.The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can solve the large-scale job shop scheduling problems(JSSPs) within a reasonable period of time and obtaining satisfactory solutions simultaneously. 展开更多

提出了一种基于复合Mean Shift聚类算法的雷达信号分选方法,旨在解决复杂电磁环境下雷达信号处理中的挑战。由于传统基于到达时间(TOA)的分选方法难以应对多源信号交织的情况,提出通过脉冲描述字的多维数据进行预分选,识别并分类不同类... 提出了一种基于复合Mean Shift聚类算法的雷达信号分选方法,旨在解决复杂电磁环境下雷达信号处理中的挑战。由于传统基于到达时间(TOA)的分选方法难以应对多源信号交织的情况,提出通过脉冲描述字的多维数据进行预分选,识别并分类不同类型的雷达信号。在Mean Shift算法中引入高斯核函数对数据点加权,提升算法精度,同时提出自适应带宽策略,通过动态调整带宽来提高聚类灵活性和准确性。再针对实际应用环境中噪声的影响,结合了DBSCAN算法进行去噪处理,进一步提升了聚类的精度与稳定性。通过仿真实验验证,复合Mean Shift+DBSCAN算法在高脉密度和噪声干扰的情况下,表现出较强的抗干扰能力和较高的聚类精度。总体而言,所提方法为复杂电磁环境下雷达信号的高效分选提供了新的思路和方法,能够更好地满足现代战场中对雷达信号处理的需求。 展开更多

三有源桥DC-DC变换器广泛应用于光伏发电、电动汽车等高功率输电场合。然而,功率在传输过程中会在端口间产生耦合现象,这不仅降低了系统动态性能,还会导致功率流失。为此,设计一种三有源桥DC-DC变换器性能优化策略。该策略对移相方式进... 三有源桥DC-DC变换器广泛应用于光伏发电、电动汽车等高功率输电场合。然而,功率在传输过程中会在端口间产生耦合现象,这不仅降低了系统动态性能,还会导致功率流失。为此,设计一种三有源桥DC-DC变换器性能优化策略。该策略对移相方式进行优化,在传统双重移相的基础上进行改进,通过控制各端口全桥电压移相比的重合,提出一种新型双重移相控制方法。在此基础之上,引入模拟退火粒子群混合优化算法,以回流功率最小化为目标函数,经过对各个移相角的迭代筛选,最终计算出使回流功率达到全局最优的移相角组合。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制策略有效消除了端口间的耦合功率,显著降低了回流功率,提升了变换器的整体效率和动态响应速度,从而增强了系统的可靠性与工程适用性。 展开更多

目标跟踪中,目标的背景变化、形状改变、遮挡,往往会导致跟踪失败,而跟踪的实时性和准确性是必须考虑的问题。本文首先对Mean Shift算法进行了介绍,接着对Mean Shift算法进行了优化:修正Mean Shift算法迭代权值,修正后主要信息贡献更加... 目标跟踪中,目标的背景变化、形状改变、遮挡,往往会导致跟踪失败,而跟踪的实时性和准确性是必须考虑的问题。本文首先对Mean Shift算法进行了介绍,接着对Mean Shift算法进行了优化:修正Mean Shift算法迭代权值,修正后主要信息贡献更加突出,次要信息受到抑制,避免了开方的繁琐运算,降低了运算量。提出了目标模板更新算法,解决了背景变化和目标形状改变时跟踪失败的问题。然后在水平位置和竖直位置建立Kalman滤波器,同时将优化Mean Shift算法与Kalman滤波融合,解决了目标完全遮挡后无法继续跟踪的问题。仿真实验表明,本文提出的目标跟踪算法在目标遮挡,目标形状改变,目标跟踪失败的情况下具有更高的跟踪精度,更高的实时性和鲁棒性。 展开更多
