To effectively control the start-up current of the sensorless HS-BLDC motor, an adaptive control method is proposed based on the adaptive neural network(ANN)inverse system and the two degrees of freedom(2-DOF) internal model controller(IMC). The HS-BLDC motor is identified by the online least squares support vector machine(OLS-SVM) algorithm to regulate the ANN inverse controller parameters in real time. A pseudo linear system is developed by introducing the constructed real-time inverse system into the original HS-BLDC motor system. Based on the characteristics of the pseudo linear system, an extra closed-loop feedback control strategy based on the 2-DOF IMC is proposed to improve the transient response performance and enhance the stability of the control system. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control method is effective and perfect start-up current tracking performance is achieved.展开更多
This research paper tackles the complexities of achieving global fuzzy consensus in leader-follower systems in robotic systems,focusing on robust control systems against an advanced signal attack that integrates senso...This research paper tackles the complexities of achieving global fuzzy consensus in leader-follower systems in robotic systems,focusing on robust control systems against an advanced signal attack that integrates sensor and actuator disturbances within the dynamics of follower robots.Each follower robot has unknown dynamics and control inputs,which expose it to the risks of both sensor and actuator attacks.The leader robot,described by a secondorder,time-varying nonlinear model,transmits its position,velocity,and acceleration information to follower robots through a wireless connection.To handle the complex setup and communication among robots in the network,we design a robust hybrid distributed adaptive control strategy combining the effect of sensor and actuator attack,which ensures asymptotic consensus,extending beyond conventional bounded consensus results.The proposed framework employs fuzzy logic systems(FLSs)as proactive controllers to estimate unknown nonlinear behaviors,while also effectively managing sensor and actuator attacks,ensuring stable consensus among all agents.To counter the impact of the combined signal attack on follower dynamics,a specialized robust control mechanism is designed,sustaining system stability and performance under adversarial conditions.The efficiency of this control strategy is demonstrated through simulations conducted across two different directed communication topologies,underscoring the protocol’s adaptability,resilience,and effectiveness in maintaining global consensus under complex attack scenarios.展开更多

The design and development of the software and hardware of the proposed system are given. In addition to the basic data acquisition and processing functions, the gateway supports the Bluetooth-based local interface and the general packet radio service (GPRS)-based remote interface. Users on the client service side can use a pocket PC or notebook PC to achieve real-time data acquisition and control instruction implementation, or remotely control the home control system through a mobile phone by sending a short message. The Labview graphical development environment is adopted to create PDA applications running on pocket PCs and monitoring platform established on notebook PCs. Except for the gateway, other nodes in the system work in sleep mode most of the time on the system, and thus it improves the lifetime of the whole system efficiently.展开更多
Hall sensor is widely used for estimating rotor phase of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). And rotor position is an essential parameter of PMSM control algorithm, hence it is very dangerous if Hall senor fault...Hall sensor is widely used for estimating rotor phase of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). And rotor position is an essential parameter of PMSM control algorithm, hence it is very dangerous if Hall senor faults occur. But there is scarcely any research focusing on fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of Hall sensor used in PMSM. From this standpoint, the Hall sensor faults which may occur during the PMSM operating are theoretically analyzed. According to the analysis results, the fault diagnosis algorithm of Hall sensor, which is based on three rules, is proposed to classify the fault phenomena accurately. The rotor phase estimation algorithms, based on one or two Hall sensor(s), are initialized to engender the fault-tolerant control algorithm. The fault diagnosis algorithm can detect 60 Hall fault phenomena in total as well as all detections can be fulfilled in 1/138 rotor rotation period. The fault-tolerant control algorithm can achieve a smooth torque production which means the same control effect as normal control mode (with three Hall sensors). Finally, the PMSM bench test verifies the accuracy and rapidity of fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control strategies. The fault diagnosis algorithm can detect all Hall sensor faults promptly and fault-tolerant control algorithm allows the PMSM to face failure conditions of one or two Hall sensor(s). In addition, the transitions between health-control and fault-tolerant control conditions are smooth without any additional noise and harshness. Proposed algorithms can deal with the Hall sensor faults of PMSM in real applications, and can be provided to realize the fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of PMSM.展开更多

Hall sensors have the advantages of low cost and high reliability, but t...Resolvers are normally employed for rotor positioning in motors for electric vehicles, but resolvers are expensive and vulnerable to vibrations. Hall sensors have the advantages of low cost and high reliability, but the positioning accuracy is low. Motors with Hall sensors are typically controlled by six-step commutation algorithm, which brings high torque ripple. This paper studies the high-performance driving and braking control of the in-wheel permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) based on low-resolution Hall sensors. Field oriented control (FOC) based on Hall-effect sensors is developed to reduce the torque ripple. The positioning accuracy of the Hall sensors is improved by interpolation between two consecutive Hall signals using the estimated motor speed. The position error from the misalignment of the Hall sensors is compensated by the precise calibration of Hall transition timing. The braking control algorithms based on six-step commutation and FOC are studied. Two variants of the six-step commutation braking control, namely, half-bridge commutation and full-bridge commutation, are discussed and compared, which shows that the full-bridge commutation could better explore the potential of the back electro-motive forces (EMF), thus can deliver higher efficiency and smaller current ripple. The FOC braking is analyzed with the phasor diagrams. At a given motor speed, the motor turns from the regenerative braking mode into the plug braking mode if the braking torque exceeds a certain limit, which is proportional to the motor speed. Tests in the dynamometer show that a smooth control could be realized by FOC driving control and the highest efficiency and the smallest current ripple could be achieved by FOC braking control, compared to six-step commutation braking control. Therefore, FOC braking is selected as the braking control algorithm for electric vehicles. The proposed research ensures a good motor control performance while maintaining low cost and high reliability.展开更多

Besides, to meet the requirements of the space based warning system, the original covariance control approach is improved. TakagiSugeno(T-S) fuzzy model is established for considered suspension systems. In order to describe the sensor fault effectively, a corresponding model is introduced. A vital performance index,H_∞ performance, is utilized to measure the drive comfort. In the framework of Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov theory, the H_∞ norm from external perturbation to controlled output is optimized effectively in the frequency domain of 4 Hz-8 Hz to enhance ride comfort level. Meanwhile, three suspension constrained requirements, i.e., ride comfort level, manipulation stability,suspension deflection are also guaranteed. Furthermore, sufficient conditions are developed to design a fuzzy controller to guarantee the desired performance of active suspension systems. Finally, the proposed control scheme is applied to a quarter-vehicle active suspension, and simulation results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多
Self-powered flexible devices with skin-like multiple sensing ability have attracted great attentions due to their broad applications in the Internet of Things(IoT).Various methods have been proposed to enhance mechan...Self-powered flexible devices with skin-like multiple sensing ability have attracted great attentions due to their broad applications in the Internet of Things(IoT).Various methods have been proposed to enhance mechano-optic or electric performance of the flexible devices;however,it remains challenging to realize the display and accurate recognition of motion trajectories for intelligent control.Here,we present a fully self-powered mechanoluminescent-triboelectric bimodal sensor based on micronanostructured mechanoluminescent elastomer,which can patterned-display the force trajectories.The deformable liquid metals used as stretchable electrode make the stress transfer stable through overall device to achieve outstanding mechanoluminescence(with a gray value of 107 under a stimulus force as low as 0.3 N and more than 2000 cycles reproducibility).Moreover,a microstructured surface is constructed which endows the resulted composite with significantly improved triboelectric performances(voltage increases from 8 to 24 V).Based on the excellent bimodal sensing performances and durability of the obtained composite,a highly reliable intelligent control system by machine learning has been developed for controlling trolley,providing an approach for advanced visual interaction devices and smart wearable electronics in the future IoT era.展开更多

A new form of wireless network called wireless sensor network can bring control systems some advantages, such as flexibility and feasibility of network deployment at low costs, while it also raises some new challenges. First, the communication resources shared by all the control loops are limited. Second, the wireless and multi-hop character of sensor network makes the resources scheduling more difficult. Thus, how to effectively allocate the limited communication resources for those control loops is an important problem. In this paper, this problem is formulated as an optimal sampling frequency assignment problem, where the objective function is to maximize the utility of control systems, subject to channel capacity constraints. Then an iterative distributed algorithm based on local buffer information is proposed. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively allocate the limited communication resource in a distributed way. It can achieve the optimal quality of the control system and adapt to the network load changes.展开更多
A series of Tb-based metal-organic frameworks(Tb-MOFs)were successfully synthesized by a solvothermal method.The size and morphology of the as-obtained Tb-MOFs can be effectively controlled via regulating the experime...A series of Tb-based metal-organic frameworks(Tb-MOFs)were successfully synthesized by a solvothermal method.The size and morphology of the as-obtained Tb-MOFs can be effectively controlled via regulating the experimental conditions such as the volume fraction of DMF and the molar ratio of Tb^(3+)to NaOH.It is found that all the samples exhibit strong green emissions under ultraviolet excitation,corresponding to^(5)D_(4)→^(7)F_(J)transitions of Tb^(3+).Interestingly,Tb-MOFs displayed an efficient and distinct luminescence quenching by Cu^(2+)in aqueous solutions.The competitive fluorescence detection experiments indicate that these Tb-MOFs sensors can be used as a high selective and sensitive sensor of Cu^(2+)detection with the detection limit of 10μmol·L^(-1),which can be used as a promising fluorescence sensor for Cu^(2+)detection in daily life.展开更多

In this way, the difficulty caused by measuring indirectly weld nugget size can be decreased in spot welding quality control, and the stability of spot welding quality can be improved. According to this method, two-dimensional fuzzy controllers are designed with the information fusion result as input and the thyristor control signal as output. The spot welding experimental results indicate that the spot welding quality intelligent control method based on multiscnsor information fusion technology can compensate the influence caused by variable factors in welding process and ensure the stability of welding quality.展开更多

Hence, it is necessary to reduce energy consumption. Both the transmission power of nodes and the interference among nodes influence energy consumption. In this paper, we design a power control and channel allocation game model with low energy consumption (PCCAGM). This model contains transmission power, node interference, and residual energy. Besides, the interaction between power and channel is considered. The Nash equilibrium has been proved to exist. Based on this model, a power control and channel allocation optimization algorithm with low energy consumption (PCCAA) is proposed. Theoretical analysis shows that PCCAA can converge to the Pareto Optimal. Simulation results demonstrate that this algorithm can reduce transmission power and interference effectively. Therefore, this algorithm can reduce energy consumption and prolong the network lifetime.展开更多

Then, a closed-loop PD-type ILC algorithm is extended to a class of distributed parameter systems with a non-collocated single sensor and m actuators when the initial states of the system exist some errors. Under some given assumptions, the convergence conditions of output errors for the systems can be obtained. This is probl...The US Department of Defense (DoD) routinely uses wireless sensor networks (WSNs) for military tactical communications. Sensor node die-out has a significant impact on the topology of a tactical WSN. This is problematic for military applications where situational data is critical to tactical decision making. To increase the amount of time all sensor nodes remain active within the network and to control the network topology tactically, energy efficient routing mechanisms must be employed. In this paper, we aim to provide realistic insights on the practical advantages and disadvantages of using established routing techniques for tactical WSNs. We investigate the following established routing algorithms: direct routing, minimum transmission energy (MTE), Low Energy Adaptive Cluster Head routing (LEACH), and zone clustering. Based on the node die out statistics observed with these algorithms and the topological impact the node die outs have on the network, we develop a novel, energy efficient zone clustering algorithm called EZone. Via extensive simulations using MATLAB, we analyze the effectiveness of these algorithms on network performance for single and multiple gateway scenarios and show that the EZone algorithm tactically controls the topology of the network, thereby maintaining significant service area coverage when compared to the other routing algorithms.展开更多

Based on the realistic radio model, we combine the region-based routing, rendezvous scheme, sleep discipline and cooperative communication together to model data forwarding by cross layer design in WSN. At the same time, a lightweight transmission power control algorithm called PC-AIMD (Power Control Additive Increase Multiplicative Decrease) is introduced to utilize the co- operation of relay nodes to improve the forwarding efficiency performance and increase the robustness of the routing protocol. In monitoring Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs),the traffic usually has bursty characteristics when an event occurs.Transient congestion would increase delay and packet loss rate severely,which greatly reduces network pe...In monitoring Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs),the traffic usually has bursty characteristics when an event occurs.Transient congestion would increase delay and packet loss rate severely,which greatly reduces network performance.To solve this problem,we propose a Burstiness-aware Congestion Control Protocol(BCCP) for wireless sensor networks.In BCCP,the backoff delay is adopted as a congestion indication.Normally,sensor nodes work on contention-based MAC protocol(such as CSMA/CA).However,when congestion occurs,localized TDMA instead of CSMA/CA is embedded into the nodes around the congestion area.Thus,the congestion nodes only deliver their data during their assigned slots to alleviate the contention-caused congestion.Finally,we implement BCCP in our sensor network testbed.The experiment results show that BCCP could detect area congestion in time,and improve the network performance significantly in terms of delay and packet loss rate.展开更多

文摘Resolvers are normally employed for rotor positioning in motors for electric vehicles, but resolvers are expensive and vulnerable to vibrations. Hall sensors have the advantages of low cost and high reliability, but the positioning accuracy is low. Motors with Hall sensors are typically controlled by six-step commutation algorithm, which brings high torque ripple. This paper studies the high-performance driving and braking control of the in-wheel permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) based on low-resolution Hall sensors. Field oriented control (FOC) based on Hall-effect sensors is developed to reduce the torque ripple. The positioning accuracy of the Hall sensors is improved by interpolation between two consecutive Hall signals using the estimated motor speed. The position error from the misalignment of the Hall sensors is compensated by the precise calibration of Hall transition timing. The braking control algorithms based on six-step commutation and FOC are studied. Two variants of the six-step commutation braking control, namely, half-bridge commutation and full-bridge commutation, are discussed and compared, which shows that the full-bridge commutation could better explore the potential of the back electro-motive forces (EMF), thus can deliver higher efficiency and smaller current ripple. The FOC braking is analyzed with the phasor diagrams. At a given motor speed, the motor turns from the regenerative braking mode into the plug braking mode if the braking torque exceeds a certain limit, which is proportional to the motor speed. Tests in the dynamometer show that a smooth control could be realized by FOC driving control and the highest efficiency and the smallest current ripple could be achieved by FOC braking control, compared to six-step commutation braking control. Therefore, FOC braking is selected as the braking control algorithm for electric vehicles. The proposed research ensures a good motor control performance while maintaining low cost and high reliability.

文摘Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)are large-scale and high-density networks that typically have coverage area overlap.In addition,a random deployment of sensor nodes cannot fully guarantee coverage of the sensing area,which leads to coverage holes in WSNs.Thus,coverage control plays an important role in WSNs.To alleviate unnecessary energy wastage and improve network performance,we consider both energy efficiency and coverage rate for WSNs.In this paper,we present a novel coverage control algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).Firstly,the sensor nodes are randomly deployed in a target area and remain static after deployment.Then,the whole network is partitioned into grids,and we calculate each grid’s coverage rate and energy consumption.Finally,each sensor nodes’sensing radius is adjusted according to the coverage rate and energy consumption of each grid.Simulation results show that our algorithm can effectively improve coverage rate and reduce energy consumption.

文摘This paper studies the multi-sensor management problem for low earth orbit(LEO) infrared warning constellation used to track a midcourse missile. A covariance control approach, which selects sensor combinations or subset based on the difference between the desired covariance matrix and the actual covariance of each target, is used for sensor management, including some matrix metrics to measure the differentia between two covariance matrices. Besides, to meet the requirements of the space based warning system, the original covariance control approach is improved. Simulation results demonstrate that the covariance control approach is able to provide a better tracking performance by providing a well-designed desired covariance and balance tracking performance goals with system demands.
文摘Energy saving is the most important issue in research and development for wireless sensor networks. A power control mechanism can reduce the power consumption of the whole network. Because the character of wireless sensor networks is restrictive energy, this paper proposes a distributed power control algorithm based on game theory for wireless sensor networks which objects of which are reducing power consumption and decreasing overhead and increasing network lifetime. The game theory and OPNET simulation shows that the power control algorithm converges to a Nash Equilibrium when decisions are updated according to a better response dynamic.

文摘In this paper, an extended version of standard susceptible-infected (SI) model is proposed to consider the influence of a medium access control mechanism on virus spreading in wireless sensor networks. Theoretical analysis shows that the medium access control mechanism obviously reduces the density of infected nodes in the networks, which has been ignored in previous studies. It is also found that by increasing the network node density or node communication radius greatly increases the number of infected nodes. The theoretical results are confirmed by numerical simulations.

文摘This paper investigates the problem of finite frequency fuzzy H_∞ control for uncertain active vehicle suspension systems, in which sensor failure is taken into account. TakagiSugeno(T-S) fuzzy model is established for considered suspension systems. In order to describe the sensor fault effectively, a corresponding model is introduced. A vital performance index,H_∞ performance, is utilized to measure the drive comfort. In the framework of Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov theory, the H_∞ norm from external perturbation to controlled output is optimized effectively in the frequency domain of 4 Hz-8 Hz to enhance ride comfort level. Meanwhile, three suspension constrained requirements, i.e., ride comfort level, manipulation stability,suspension deflection are also guaranteed. Furthermore, sufficient conditions are developed to design a fuzzy controller to guarantee the desired performance of active suspension systems. Finally, the proposed control scheme is applied to a quarter-vehicle active suspension, and simulation results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

文摘Self-powered flexible devices with skin-like multiple sensing ability have attracted great attentions due to their broad applications in the Internet of Things(IoT).Various methods have been proposed to enhance mechano-optic or electric performance of the flexible devices;however,it remains challenging to realize the display and accurate recognition of motion trajectories for intelligent control.Here,we present a fully self-powered mechanoluminescent-triboelectric bimodal sensor based on micronanostructured mechanoluminescent elastomer,which can patterned-display the force trajectories.The deformable liquid metals used as stretchable electrode make the stress transfer stable through overall device to achieve outstanding mechanoluminescence(with a gray value of 107 under a stimulus force as low as 0.3 N and more than 2000 cycles reproducibility).Moreover,a microstructured surface is constructed which endows the resulted composite with significantly improved triboelectric performances(voltage increases from 8 to 24 V).Based on the excellent bimodal sensing performances and durability of the obtained composite,a highly reliable intelligent control system by machine learning has been developed for controlling trolley,providing an approach for advanced visual interaction devices and smart wearable electronics in the future IoT era.

文摘Wireless technology is applied increasingly in networked control systems. A new form of wireless network called wireless sensor network can bring control systems some advantages, such as flexibility and feasibility of network deployment at low costs, while it also raises some new challenges. First, the communication resources shared by all the control loops are limited. Second, the wireless and multi-hop character of sensor network makes the resources scheduling more difficult. Thus, how to effectively allocate the limited communication resources for those control loops is an important problem. In this paper, this problem is formulated as an optimal sampling frequency assignment problem, where the objective function is to maximize the utility of control systems, subject to channel capacity constraints. Then an iterative distributed algorithm based on local buffer information is proposed. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively allocate the limited communication resource in a distributed way. It can achieve the optimal quality of the control system and adapt to the network load changes.

文摘A series of Tb-based metal-organic frameworks(Tb-MOFs)were successfully synthesized by a solvothermal method.The size and morphology of the as-obtained Tb-MOFs can be effectively controlled via regulating the experimental conditions such as the volume fraction of DMF and the molar ratio of Tb^(3+)to NaOH.It is found that all the samples exhibit strong green emissions under ultraviolet excitation,corresponding to^(5)D_(4)→^(7)F_(J)transitions of Tb^(3+).Interestingly,Tb-MOFs displayed an efficient and distinct luminescence quenching by Cu^(2+)in aqueous solutions.The competitive fluorescence detection experiments indicate that these Tb-MOFs sensors can be used as a high selective and sensitive sensor of Cu^(2+)detection with the detection limit of 10μmol·L^(-1),which can be used as a promising fluorescence sensor for Cu^(2+)detection in daily life.

文摘The multisensor information fusion technology is adopted for real time measuring the four parameters which are connected closely with the weld nugget size(welding current, electrode displacement, dynamic resistance, welding time), thus much more original information is obtained. In this way, the difficulty caused by measuring indirectly weld nugget size can be decreased in spot welding quality control, and the stability of spot welding quality can be improved. According to this method, two-dimensional fuzzy controllers are designed with the information fusion result as input and the thyristor control signal as output. The spot welding experimental results indicate that the spot welding quality intelligent control method based on multiscnsor information fusion technology can compensate the influence caused by variable factors in welding process and ensure the stability of welding quality.

文摘Any phenomenon in nature is potential to be an inspiration for us to propose new ideas.Lateral line is a typical example which has attracted more interest in recent years.With the aid of lateral line,fish is capable of acquiring fluid information around,which is of great significance for them to survive,communicate and hunt underwater.In this paper,we briefly introduce the morphology and mechanism of the lateral line first.Then we focus on the development of artificial lateral line which typically consists of an array of sensors and can be installed on underwater robots.A series of sensors inspired by the lateral line with different sensing principles have been summarized.And then the applications of artificial lateral line systems in hydrodynamic environment sensing and vortices detection,dipole oscillation source detection,and autonomous control of underwater robots have been reviewed.In addition,the existing problems and future foci in this field have been further discussed in detail.The current works and future foci have demonstrated that artificial lateral line has great potentials of applications and contributes to the development of underwater robots.

文摘In a wireless sensor network (WSN), the energy of nodes is limited and cannot be charged. Hence, it is necessary to reduce energy consumption. Both the transmission power of nodes and the interference among nodes influence energy consumption. In this paper, we design a power control and channel allocation game model with low energy consumption (PCCAGM). This model contains transmission power, node interference, and residual energy. Besides, the interaction between power and channel is considered. The Nash equilibrium has been proved to exist. Based on this model, a power control and channel allocation optimization algorithm with low energy consumption (PCCAA) is proposed. Theoretical analysis shows that PCCAA can converge to the Pareto Optimal. Simulation results demonstrate that this algorithm can reduce transmission power and interference effectively. Therefore, this algorithm can reduce energy consumption and prolong the network lifetime.

文摘In this paper, an open-loop PD-type iterative learning control(ILC) scheme is first proposed for two kinds of distributed parameter systems(DPSs) which are described by parabolic partial differential equations using non-collocated sensors and actuators. Then, a closed-loop PD-type ILC algorithm is extended to a class of distributed parameter systems with a non-collocated single sensor and m actuators when the initial states of the system exist some errors. Under some given assumptions, the convergence conditions of output errors for the systems can be obtained. Finally, one numerical example for a distributed parameter system with a single sensor and two actuators is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed ILC schemes.
文摘The US Department of Defense (DoD) routinely uses wireless sensor networks (WSNs) for military tactical communications. Sensor node die-out has a significant impact on the topology of a tactical WSN. This is problematic for military applications where situational data is critical to tactical decision making. To increase the amount of time all sensor nodes remain active within the network and to control the network topology tactically, energy efficient routing mechanisms must be employed. In this paper, we aim to provide realistic insights on the practical advantages and disadvantages of using established routing techniques for tactical WSNs. We investigate the following established routing algorithms: direct routing, minimum transmission energy (MTE), Low Energy Adaptive Cluster Head routing (LEACH), and zone clustering. Based on the node die out statistics observed with these algorithms and the topological impact the node die outs have on the network, we develop a novel, energy efficient zone clustering algorithm called EZone. Via extensive simulations using MATLAB, we analyze the effectiveness of these algorithms on network performance for single and multiple gateway scenarios and show that the EZone algorithm tactically controls the topology of the network, thereby maintaining significant service area coverage when compared to the other routing algorithms.

文摘This paper proposes an approach called PC-CORP (Power Control based Cooperative Opportunistic Routing Protocol) for WSN (Wireless Sensor Networks), providing robustness to the random variations in network connectivity while ensuring better data forwarding efficiency in an energy efficient manner. Based on the realistic radio model, we combine the region-based routing, rendezvous scheme, sleep discipline and cooperative communication together to model data forwarding by cross layer design in WSN. At the same time, a lightweight transmission power control algorithm called PC-AIMD (Power Control Additive Increase Multiplicative Decrease) is introduced to utilize the co- operation of relay nodes to improve the forwarding efficiency performance and increase the robustness of the routing protocol. In the simulation, the performance of PC-COPR is investigated in terms of the adaptation of variations in network connectivity and satisfying the QoS requirements of application.

文摘In monitoring Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs),the traffic usually has bursty characteristics when an event occurs.Transient congestion would increase delay and packet loss rate severely,which greatly reduces network performance.To solve this problem,we propose a Burstiness-aware Congestion Control Protocol(BCCP) for wireless sensor networks.In BCCP,the backoff delay is adopted as a congestion indication.Normally,sensor nodes work on contention-based MAC protocol(such as CSMA/CA).However,when congestion occurs,localized TDMA instead of CSMA/CA is embedded into the nodes around the congestion area.Thus,the congestion nodes only deliver their data during their assigned slots to alleviate the contention-caused congestion.Finally,we implement BCCP in our sensor network testbed.The experiment results show that BCCP could detect area congestion in time,and improve the network performance significantly in terms of delay and packet loss rate.
