This study focuses on a new technology of Subsurface Tension Leg Platform (STLP), which utilizes the shallow- water rated well completion equipment and technology for the development of large oil and gas fields in ultra-deep water (UDW). Thus, the STLP concept offers attractive advantages over conventional field development concepts. STLP is basically a pre-installed Subsurface Sea-star Platform (SSP), which supports rigid risers and shallow-water rated well completion equipment. The paper details the results of the parametric study on the behavior of STLP at a water depth of 3000 m. At first, a general description of the STLP configuration and working principle is introduced. Then, the numerical models for the global analysis of the STLP in waves and current are presented. After that, extensive parametric studies are carried out with regarding to SSP/tethers system analysis, global dynamic analysis and riser interference analysis. Critical points are addressed on the mooring pattern and riser arrangement under the influence of ocean current, to ensure that the requirements on SSP stability and riser interference are well satisfied. Finally, conclusions and discussions are made. The results indicate that STLP is a competitive well and riser solution in up to 3000 m water depth for offshore petroleum production. 展开更多

To take advantage of the abundance of both fishery and wave energy resources in offshore sea areas,a novel floating platform with a heaving buoy-based wave energy converter(WEC)assembled with a set of net cages is presented in this work.The floating WEC system provides a power supply,while the net cages are used for aquaculture.It is designed to have an independent and self-operation breeding function.An experimental study is carried out to investigate the hydrodynamic performance of the device in a wave tank considering the factors of net cages,draft depth,and power take-off,and results show that these variables have significant effects on wave energy capture.Incident waves with short periods cause intense interactions that allow the device to undergo large relative motion.The draft depth could be determined according to wave period rather than wave height.This study also explores the response amplitude operator of the device and determines its resonance scope.The experimental results could provide reliable information for future studies on phase differences and the design of two-body WECs. 展开更多

Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are a relatively rare subpopulation of tumor cell with self-renewal and tumorigenesis capabilities.CSCs are associated with cancer recurrence,progression,and chemoradiotherapy resistance.Establishing a reliable platform for CSC enrichment and study is a prerequisite for understanding the characteristics of CSCs and discovering CSC-related therapeutic strategies.Certain strategies for CSC enrichment have been used in laboratory,particularly fluorescence-activated cell sorting(FACS)and mammosphere culture.However,these methods fail to recapitulate the in vivo chemical and physical conditions in tumors,thus potentially decreasing the malignancy of CSCs in culture and yielding unreliable research results.Accumulating research suggests the promise of a biomaterial-based three-dimensional(3 D)strategy for CSC enrichment and study.This strategy has an advantage over conventional methods in simulating the tumor microenvironment,thus providing a more effective and predictive model for CSC laboratory research.In this review,we first briefly discuss the conventional methods for CSC enrichment and study.We then summarize the latest advances and challenges in biomaterial-based 3 D CSC platforms.Design strategies for materials,morphology,and chemical and physical cues are highlighted to provide direction for the future construction of platforms for CSC enrichment and study. 展开更多

Integrating various data sets to provide one optimal subsurface image is a major goal of geophysicst. In this paper, there is a synergetic approach used to delineate the tectonic-structural framework with analyzing the hydrocarbon reservoir in the Lower Indus Platform basin of Pakistan. The reflected seismic profiles and potential field map constitute the data base of this study. Our study in the line of the previous research is resulted from important oil and gas discoveries contained in the Early Cretaceous and Upper Jurassic formations of the Lower Indus Platform basin area. The result shows trapping mechanism in the Lower Indus Platform basin involves of the fault blocks and stratigraphic traps are present in the area. The more refined images are interpreted to provide greater insight into detailed integrated geophysical study of area. 展开更多

Under this influence, primary school students’ independent reading has also been changed. However, due to limited self-control and understanding, primary school students face certain difficulties when using online teaching platforms for independent reading. Advantages and disadvantages of distance learning based on the network teaching platform were summarized in this paper. A one-year experiment study was carried out on our school fifth-grade students in independent reading using WeChat campus platform considering their current situation and existing problems of independent reading. In experiment study an independent reading mode was introduced. The results show that this reading mode can significantly improve students’ independent reading ability. 展开更多

Background Over the last few years,the rapid advancement of technology has led to the development of many approaches to digitalization.In this respect,metaverse provides 3D persistent virtual environments that can be used to access digital content,meet virtually,and perform several professional and leisure tasks.Among the numerous technologies supporting the metaverse,immersive Virtual Reality(VR)plays a primary role and offers highly interactive social experiences.Despite growing interest in this area,there are no clear design guidelines for creating environments tailored to the metaverse.Methods This study seeks to advance research in this area by moving from state-of-the-art studies on the design of immersive virtual environments in the context of metaverse and proposing how to integrate cutting-edge technologies within this context.Specifically,the best practices were identified by i)analyzing literature studies focused on human behavior in immersive virtual environments,ii)extracting common features of existing social VR platforms,and iii)conducting interviews with experts in a specific application domain.Specifically,this study considered the creation of a new virtual environment for MetaLibrary,a VR-based social platform aimed at integrating public libraries into metaverse.Several implementation challenges and additional requirements have been identified for the development of virtual environments(VEs).These elements were considered in the selection of specific cutting-edge technologies and their integration into the development process.A user study was also conducted to investigate some design aspects(namely lighting conditions and richness of the scene layout)for which deriving clear indications from the above analysis was not possible because different alternative configurations could be chosen.Results The work reported in this paper seeks to bridge the gap between existing VR platforms and related literature in the field,on the one hand,and requirements regarding immersive virtual environments for the metaverse,on the other hand,by reporting a set of best practices which were used to build a social virtual environment that meets users'expectations and needs.Conclusions Results suggest that carefully designed virtual environments can positively affect user experience and interaction within metaverse.The insights gained from this study offer valuable cues for developing immersive virtual environments for the metaverse to deliver more effective and engaging experiences. 展开更多

实现煤炭的高效、清洁利用是燃煤发电领域长期以来最为关心的课题之一,持续提升发电效率、降低碳排放是实现绿色低碳转型的重中之重。超临界二氧化碳(Sc-CO_(2))发电技术作为新兴的动力循环发电技术之一,其具有更高的理论发电效率,有望... 实现煤炭的高效、清洁利用是燃煤发电领域长期以来最为关心的课题之一,持续提升发电效率、降低碳排放是实现绿色低碳转型的重中之重。超临界二氧化碳(Sc-CO_(2))发电技术作为新兴的动力循环发电技术之一,其具有更高的理论发电效率,有望在未来燃煤发电机组效率提升和热力系统优化等方面发挥至关重要的作用。相较于传统蒸汽锅炉,Sc-CO_(2)锅炉的工程设计经验相对缺乏,如何校核给定设计方案下烟气能否实现全温区高效换热、工质能否达到预期热力参数,已成为该领域技术突破的关键研究课题。因此,建立一套完整的Sc-CO_(2)锅炉热力计算体系进而计算得到各受热面处烟气与工质的温度分布情况尤为重要。基于国内自主设计的世界首台50 MW的29.2 MPa/602℃/602℃ Sc-CO_(2)锅炉箱式布置方案建立了Sc-CO_(2)锅炉热力计算模型,使用Fortran 90与Python 3.11搭建了超临界二氧化碳热力计算平台,并通过该计算平台开展了热力计算工作,得到了各受热面进出口烟气与工质温度分布情况。根据热力性能分析,该设计方案下过热、再热CO_(2)能够达到预期的热力参数,烟道设计合理,但省煤器处存在进出口温差过大的问题。此外,针对Sc-CO_(2)锅炉与传统蒸汽锅炉的设计特征进行了对比分析。 展开更多

基于世界卫生组织国际临床试验注册平台的肺结节临床试验注册现状分析

【目的】基于世界卫生组织国际临床试验注册平台(WHO International Clinical Trial Registration Platform,WHO ICTRP)数据,探讨肺结节临床研究的注册现状与研究趋势。【方法】检索WHO ICTRP中从建库至2023年5月17日期间注册的肺结节... 【目的】基于世界卫生组织国际临床试验注册平台(WHO International Clinical Trial Registration Platform,WHO ICTRP)数据,探讨肺结节临床研究的注册现状与研究趋势。【方法】检索WHO ICTRP中从建库至2023年5月17日期间注册的肺结节临床试验数据,提取纳入临床试验的注册时间、试验完成情况、注册中心、注册研究发起国家、研究状态等基本信息,以及试验类型、试验设计、目标样本量、干预措施、结局指标等数据,并进行归类统计与分析。【结果】最终纳入肺结节相关临床试验共199项,中医药相关肺结节临床试验10项(5.02%)。2020年至2021年期间注册的肺结节临床试验数量最多,达38项(占比19.10%)。39.20%的试验处于研究状态,目标样本量少于1000例的试验有171项(85.93%)。注册于中国临床试验注册中心的肺结节试验最多,共95项(47.74%);由我国发起的肺结节相关临床试验占现有肺结节研究总数的68.34%。在肺结节临床注册试验中,观察性研究101项(50.75%),干预性研究98项(49.25%)。肺结节临床注册试验的结局指标主要可归为诊断性指标(128项,64.32%)与有效性指标(50项,25.13%)。【结论】目前肺结节研究已受到国内外关注,研究数量呈上升趋势。如何判定肺结节的性质及尽早干预以避免结节恶变,是目前肺结节研究的热点与难点。但目前注册研究信息填写不规范、结果公开度低、研究设计质量参差不齐,导致目前的研究缺乏严谨性且存在一定的重复性。融入中医药元素建立肺结节诊疗体系将具有广阔研究空间。 展开更多

A template offshore platform, located in the Bohai Bay of China, has exhibited excessive, unexpected vibration under mildly hostile sea conditions, which has affected the normal operation of the platform. Since the structure was designed to sustain more severe wave climate, the cause of the excessive vibration has been suspected to originate from other sources. The main objectives of this study are to investigate the causes of the excessive vibration, and to explore possible remedies to solve the problem. In this paper, the vibration behavior of the offshore platform is analyzed by means of finite element (FE) modeling, field measurements and laboratory test. Results of analysis suggest that relative movement and impact between the piles and the jacket legs exist, i.e. the piles and the jacket are not perfectly connected. The disconnection of the piles and jacket weakens the overall stiffness of the platform, and therefore produces unexpected excessive vibration. In this study, measures for reducing the excessive vibration are proposed to control the response of the platform. 展开更多

Loal flexibility of tubular joints has important effect on the static and dynamic behaviour of offshore platforms, therefore, the determination of it becomes an important research subject in the field of offshore engineering. In this paper, the local flexibility of TY-type tubular joints, which are widely used in offshore platforms, is calculated by using semi- analytical method. Based on the calculated results, parametric formulae for evaluating element in the local joint flexibility matrix of TY- type tubular joints are derived by regression. A test on PVC models of TY-type tubular joints to measure the local joint flexibility is also reported. A comparison of the results calculated from the parametric formulae presented in this paper with those measured from the model test shows that the parametric formulae are reliable. It is recommended that these formulae be used in the global structural analysis of offshore platforms. 展开更多

In the era of the Internet,various network platforms have evolved into new hubs for information dissemination.Currently,China has established a platform-centered content regulation framework,wherein platforms proactively enforce content regulations in accordance with legal censorship obligations.Additionally,platform policies and user agreements augment their authority in content regulation.The platforms can achieve cost-effective and highly efficient content regulation by leveraging their strategic advantages enabled by their own technical capabilities and extensive coverage.The platform self-regulation model,however,still faces challenges.First,accurately evaluating content remains a formidable task;second,ensuring effective platform publicity through self-regulation poses difficulties;third,users may potentially face disadvantages due to the platform’s right of self-regulation;and fourth,digital copyright owners face challenges when defending digital copyright disputes under the safe harbor rule.Therefore,it is imperative to establish,review,and revise the legal framework for content regulation of network platforms in order to enhance the efficiency of their governance systems.The formulation of the legal framework for content regulation of network platforms may encompass the following aspects:rationalizing obligations pertaining to platform content regulations,enhancing supervision over platform self-regulation,and establishing a dual-track responsibility system for digital copyright content regulation.This will ensure a harmonious balance among public interests,users’personal rights and interests,and commercial benefits through regulating the content on network platforms. 展开更多
