To address the issues of unknown target size,blurred edges,background interference and low contrast in infrared small target detection,this paper proposes a method based on density peaks searching and weighted multi-feature local difference.Firstly,an improved high-boost filter is used for preprocessing to eliminate background clutter and high-brightness interference,thereby increasing the probability of capturing real targets in the density peak search.Secondly,a triple-layer window is used to extract features from the area surrounding candidate targets,addressing the uncertainty of small target sizes.By calculating multi-feature local differences between the triple-layer windows,the problems of blurred target edges and low contrast are resolved.To balance the contribution of different features,intra-class distance is used to calculate weights,achieving weighted fusion of multi-feature local differences to obtain the weighted multi-feature local differences of candidate targets.The real targets are then extracted using the interquartile range.Experiments on datasets such as SIRST and IRSTD-IK show that the proposed method is suitable for various complex types and demonstrates good robustness and detection performance. 展开更多

The large-scale and small-scale errors could affect background error covariances for a regional numerical model with the specified grid resolution.Based on the different background error covariances influenced by different scale errors,this study tries to construct a so-called"optimal background error covariances"to consider the interactions among different scale errors.For this purpose,a linear combination of the forecast differences influenced by information of errors at different scales is used to construct the new forecast differences for estimating optimal background error covariances.By adjusting the relative weight of the forecast differences influenced by information of smaller-scale errors,the relative influence of different scale errors on optimal background error covariances can be changed.For a heavy rainfall case,the corresponding optimal background error covariances can be estimated through choosing proper weighting factor for forecast differences influenced by information of smaller-scale errors.The data assimilation and forecast with these optimal covariances show that,the corresponding analyses and forecasts can lead to superior quality,compared with those using covariances that just introduce influences of larger-or smallerscale errors.Due to the interactions among different scale errors included in optimal background error covariances,relevant analysis increments can properly describe weather systems(processes)at different scales,such as dynamic lifting,thermodynamic instability and advection of moisture at large scale,high-level and low-level jet at synoptic scale,and convective systems at mesoscale and small scale,as well as their interactions.As a result,the corresponding forecasts can be improved. 展开更多

INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT-SCALE ERRORS INTERACTIONS ON ANALYSIS AND FORECAST OF REGIONAL NWP MODEL 被引量:1

In the previous study, the influences of introducing larger- and smaller-scale errors on the background error covariances estimated at the given scales were investigated, respectively. This study used the eovariances obtained in the previous study in the data assimilation and model forecast system based on three-dimensional variational method and the Weather Research and Forecasting model. In this study, analyses and forecasts from this system with different covariances for a period of one month were compared, and the causes for differing results were presented. The varia- tions of analysis increments with different-scale errors are consistent with those of variances and correlations of back- ground errors that were reported in the previous paper. In particular, the introduction of smaller-scale errors leads to greater amplitudes in analysis increments for medium-scale wind at the heights of both high- and low-level jets. Tem- perature and humidity analysis increments are greater at the corresponding scales at the middle- and upper-levels. These analysis increments could improve the intensity of the jet-convection system that includes jets at different levels and the coupling between them that is associated with latent heat release. These changes in analyses will contribute to more ac- curate wind and temperature forecasts in the corresponding areas. When smaller-scale errors are included, humidity analysis increments are significantly enhanced at large scales and lower levels, to moisten southern analyses. Thus, dry bias can be corrected, which will improve humidity forecasts. Moreover, the inclusion of larger- (smaller-) scale errors will be beneficial for the accuracy of forecasts of heavy (light) precipitation at large (small) scales because of the ampli- fication (diminution) of the intensity and area in precipitation forecasts. 展开更多

An experimental system based on the background-oriented schlieren(BOS) technique is built to reconstruct the density and temperature distribution of a flame-induced distorted flow field which has a density gradient. The cross-correlation algorithm with sub-pixel accuracy is introduced and used to calculate the background-element displacement of a disturbed image and a fourth-order difference scheme is also developed to solve the Poisson equation. An experiment for a disturbed flow field caused by a burning candle is performed to validate the built BOS system and the results indicate that density and temperature distribution of the disturbed flow field can be reconstructed accurately. A notable conclusion is that in order to make the reconstructed results have a satisfactory accuracy, the inquiry step length should be less than the size of the interrogation window. 展开更多

不同运动的幅度、速度存在差异会导致肢体遮挡的发生,进而影响运动分析的准确性。为了处理具有时间动态特性的人体上肢运动模式,文中提出人体关键点捕捉下上肢运动姿态监测方法。采用Kinect v2设备获取人体运动时的深度图像信息,利用背... 不同运动的幅度、速度存在差异会导致肢体遮挡的发生,进而影响运动分析的准确性。为了处理具有时间动态特性的人体上肢运动模式,文中提出人体关键点捕捉下上肢运动姿态监测方法。采用Kinect v2设备获取人体运动时的深度图像信息,利用背景差分法分离出人体上肢的目标图像,将其输入至DFCRF-Net中,通过结合GCN和CNN,使用注意门机制和CRF推理,实现对人体上肢关键点的提取。将骨骼点坐标序列转换为角度时间序列后,采用DTW算法对实时上肢动作与标准模板进行相似度匹配,通过设定阈值判断运动姿态的规范性,实现上肢运动姿态的监测。实验结果表明,该方法在肩、肘、腕关键点的定位精度分别达到98.2%、96.5%、94.7%,监测结果与人体运动学规律高度吻合,证明了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

为应对传统印刷电路板(PCB)缺陷检测方法存在的检测速度慢、准确率低等问题,设计了基于FPGA的PCB缺陷检测系统。系统采用CMOS OV5640传感器采集PCB图像数据,并对采集的图像进行灰度化、滤波及边缘检测等图像预处理。提出了改进的灰度拉... 为应对传统印刷电路板(PCB)缺陷检测方法存在的检测速度慢、准确率低等问题,设计了基于FPGA的PCB缺陷检测系统。系统采用CMOS OV5640传感器采集PCB图像数据,并对采集的图像进行灰度化、滤波及边缘检测等图像预处理。提出了改进的灰度拉伸算法,通过整体线性拉伸灰度值,图像对比度显著增强;提出了改进的边缘检测算法,扩展传统Sobel边缘检测2算子至8算子边缘检测,提高图像边缘信息的清晰度,增强图像分析与识别的准确性。系统将预处理后的PCB图像和标准模板图像存储在SDRAM中,采用背景差分比算法进行缺陷检测,并选用EP4CE10F17C8N芯片实现系统各模块的FPGA设计。实验结果表明:改进的检测系统在检测精度方面较其他方法显著提升,且相比于PCB缺陷检测软件,FPGA硬件处理速度明显提高。 展开更多

尽管长波红外成像技术在陆地遥感、天文学等应用中至关重要,但其面临着来自压倒性热背景辐射的根本性挑战。这种背景光子通量常常将传统探测器推向其背景限制性能(Background-Limited Performance,BLIP)的极限。此时主要的限制因素并非... 尽管长波红外成像技术在陆地遥感、天文学等应用中至关重要,但其面临着来自压倒性热背景辐射的根本性挑战。这种背景光子通量常常将传统探测器推向其背景限制性能(Background-Limited Performance,BLIP)的极限。此时主要的限制因素并非探测器固有的噪声,而是背景本身的散粒噪声。本文论证了一个关键的分类,以区分两种表面相似但本质迥异的探测架构——差分探测器和微分探测器。根据探测器的应用和实现途径可知,传统差分探测器的背景光电流为可探测的信号差异设置了一个由背景决定的阈值,而微分探测器则是一种在物理感知层面直接对目标物理量的差异进行测量的器件:只有微弱的差值信号被积分,导致极大量的累加采样,因此可将信噪比提升至前所未有的水平。特别介绍了基于量子阱红外光电探测器(Quantum Well Infrared Photodetector,QWIP)的微分探测技术路径。QWIP以其极低的暗电流、精准的电学可控性和内禀的光谱选择性,为实现高性能长波红外微分探测器提供了理想的物理基础,并已在实验中取得显著进展。最后利用费雪信息理论和克拉默--拉奥约束为微分探测器提供了严格的理论支撑。 展开更多

在快速跑步运动下肢弯曲角度动态特征提取的过程中,存在着因图像序列中运动目标与复杂背景高度融合、动态阴影干扰及轮廓不规则变化等难题,导致难以准确识别并追踪运动中的下肢轮廓,进而影响到关节弯曲角度的精确计算。因此,提出快速跑... 在快速跑步运动下肢弯曲角度动态特征提取的过程中,存在着因图像序列中运动目标与复杂背景高度融合、动态阴影干扰及轮廓不规则变化等难题,导致难以准确识别并追踪运动中的下肢轮廓,进而影响到关节弯曲角度的精确计算。因此,提出快速跑步运动下肢弯曲角度动态特征提取方法。采用背景差分法分离快速跑步运动图像序列中的前景和背景,识别其中的动态人体目标。利用3C模型消除人体目标阴影,通过目标邻域点边界跟踪算法提取人体目标轮廓线。采用等间隔采样法重采样轮廓点,引入形态学闭运算和开运算处理人体目标,填补漏洞、缝隙并剔除突出点,获取精准的人体目标。基于解剖学原理和运动规律,确定各关节点坐标,计算下肢各关节的弯曲角度,构建每个周期的角度特征向量,实现动态特征提取。实验结果表明,所提方法能够精确描述快速跑步运动中人体目标信息,且均方根误差小、决定系数更接近于1。 展开更多

针对水体选择性吸收和多次散射造成的水下图像低对比度、严重色偏与细节模糊等退化现象,提出一种均值强度差先验驱动的水下图像复原模型。首先,并行计算局部窗口内“蓝~绿、红”与“绿~蓝、红”两条分支的均值强度差,并取其平均值,构建... 针对水体选择性吸收和多次散射造成的水下图像低对比度、严重色偏与细节模糊等退化现象,提出一种均值强度差先验驱动的水下图像复原模型。首先,并行计算局部窗口内“蓝~绿、红”与“绿~蓝、红”两条分支的均值强度差,并取其平均值,构建噪声鲁棒的三通道耦合衰减先验,用于强度差估计。随后,依据“强度差~景深~透射率”链式物理关系,引入自适应斜率的指数映射,并结合一阶泰勒展开与差分近似,精确估计三通道透射图。同时计算强度差最大的像素集合均值,以估计背景光。最后,将透射图与背景光代入水下成像模型逆解,实现色彩自然、细节清晰的图像复原。在真实水下图像数据集UIEB与UCCS上的定性与定量实验表明,所提模型在UIQM,UCIQE,CCF,MWF等指标上均取得综合最优成绩,显著提升了色彩还原度、对比度和细节锐度。应用实验显示,复原图像的关键点检测数量显著增加,边缘表达更加连贯清晰,分割结果目标边界更清晰且误检率较低。该模型可自适应不同水体环境,复原色彩真实、细节清晰的水下图像,为后续水下视觉感知任务提供可靠的前端数据支撑。 展开更多

秦皇岛地区2023年夏季海陆风特征研究

利用2023年7—9月自动气象站观测数据、沿海锚碇浮标观测数据以及风廓线雷达数据,统计分析了秦皇岛地区6个代表性站点4类海陆风的发生频次、强度、开始和结束时间等特征,并比较不同类型海风间的差异、海陆风发生时的大气环流形势以及海... 利用2023年7—9月自动气象站观测数据、沿海锚碇浮标观测数据以及风廓线雷达数据,统计分析了秦皇岛地区6个代表性站点4类海陆风的发生频次、强度、开始和结束时间等特征,并比较不同类型海风间的差异、海陆风发生时的大气环流形势以及海风发生时的动能增幅。结果表明:依据地面气象站10 m风向相对于海岸线的角度划分不同海风的风向范围,可将秦皇岛地区的海风划分为纯海风、螺旋海风、后门海风及天气学海风4类。秦皇岛地区海风主要发生于高压底部型、高压前部型、高压后部型、高压中心型及均压场型5种天气类型下,其中以均压场型和高压中心型为主,占比分别为50.3%和20.0%。秦皇岛地区海风主要为螺旋海风和天气学海风,其中螺旋海风占比为36.4%,平均风速为2.42 m/s,天气学海风占比为31.8%,平均风速为1.61 m/s。海风的发生迅速且持久,78.9%的海风发生于08—10时,且维持时间达到8 h的海风过程占比为81%;而陆风的发展缓慢且维持时间较短。秦皇岛地区海风垂直发展高度仅能到达500 m,海风动能相对于未发生海风时的增幅可达4~7倍。 展开更多

针对红外图像中目标识别难度较大的问题,提出基于背景差分法的红外图像弱小运动目标识别方法。首先通过时空正则化相关滤波算法处理目标附近大范围内背景区域,并利用侧窗滤波进一步剔除噪声,对低质红外图像降噪保边,提升图像质量,然后... 针对红外图像中目标识别难度较大的问题,提出基于背景差分法的红外图像弱小运动目标识别方法。首先通过时空正则化相关滤波算法处理目标附近大范围内背景区域,并利用侧窗滤波进一步剔除噪声,对低质红外图像降噪保边,提升图像质量,然后采用背景差分法初步识别图像中弱小目标,最后基于初步识别结果,引入卡尔曼滤波预测弱小目标在红外图像中的运动轨迹位置,实现弱小运动目标识别。实验结果表明,所提方法识别成功率较高且识别位置更加准确。 展开更多
