Simulation of type selection for 6-high cold tandem mill based on shape control ability 被引量:10

A theoretical method for selecting strip rolling mill type that considered shape control ability was established using the figure alteration range that was worked by the alteration track of vector expressing strip's cross section (crown) to express the shape control ability of rolling mill. With the mathematical models and simulation software that were developed by the authors' own models, four types of mills were aimed, including HCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC (high crown) -mill), HCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill), UCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender) and UCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender), and the shape and crown control ability of every mill type was analyzed and compared. An appropriate arrangement mode of tandem mill was brought forward. The results show that UCMW mill is a perfect choice for controlling shape and crown, and the area of control characteristics curve of UCMW (or UCM) is twice than that of HCM, but UCM mill is also a good choice for its simple frame. In other word, the shape and crown controlling ability of UCMW mill is better than that of UCM mill, but the frame of UCM mill is simpler than that of UCMW mill. As for the final type of mill, should be synthetically decided by thinking over fund and equipment technology. 展开更多

The mechanism type plays a decisive role in the mechanical performance of robotic manipulators. Feasible mechanism types can be obtained by applying appropriate type synthesis theory, but there is still a lack of effective and efficient methods for the optimum selection among different types of mechanism candidates. This paper presents a new strategy for the purpose of optimum mechanism type selection based on the modified particle swarm optimization method. The concept of sub-swarm is introduced to represent the different mechanisms generated by the type synthesis, and a competitive mechanism is employed between the sub-swarms to reassign their population size according to the relative performances of the mechanism candidates to implement the optimization. Combining with a modular modeling approach for fast calculation of the performance index of the potential candidates, the proposed method is applied to determine the optimum mechanism type among the potential candidates for the desired manipulator. The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method is demonstrated through a case study on the optimum selection of mechanism type of a heavy manipulator where six feasible candidates are considered with force capability as the specific performance index. The optimization result shows that the fitness of the optimum mechanism type for the considered heavy manipulator can be up to 0.578 5. This research provides the instruction in optimum selection of mechanism types for robotic manipulators. 展开更多

Due to the safety and the economy, the type selection for high dams has become the key issue during the argumentation for the hydropower projects, and further efforts are still needed in this aspect for high dams. After reviewing the high dam constructions in China and abroad, authors proposed some advices for the selection of dam types, and hope that it can provide some helpful information for the researches and the design of high dams. 展开更多

Based on the engineering statistics method, the designed furnace parameters are obtained from the 600-MW and 1 000-MW boilers with tangential firing and wall firing. The power and arrangement of the burners are analyzed. Their impacts on slagging on heating surfaces and the carbon contents in the ash and cinders are also discussed. Thermal parameters of furnace are recommended for boilers of 600 MW and 1 000 MW firing slagging coal in the design. The static or rotary classifier should be the first choice for the pulverizing system. 展开更多

The special design for the furnace and burner of boilers burning lignite is analyzed and the type selection of the pulverizing system is discussed by taking account of the lignite’s characteristics of high moisture, low heating value and low ash fusion temperature. The impact of such characteristics on the type selection of burning equipment and pulverizing systems for the lignite boiler is studied. The value ranges of the furnace characteristic parameters for the lignite boiler are recommended. For the old lignite, the premix period in the burner should not be too long in order to avoid slagging and the velocity of the primary air is suggested to be between 17 m/s and 22 m/s. The direct-flow burner with tangential firing is preferred for lignite with the moisture higher than 35%. The medium-speed mill is better to be used for lignite with the moisture less than 35%, while for lignite with the moisture higher than 40% the fan mill should be the first choice. 展开更多

This paper has concluded six features that belong to passenger vehicle types based on genetic algorithm(GA)of feature selection.We have obtained an optimal feature subset,including length,ratio of width and length,and ratio of height and length.And then we apply this optimal feature subset as well as another feature set,containing length,width and height,to the network input.Back-propagation(BP)neural network and support vector machine(SVM)are applied to classify the passenger vehicle type.There are four passenger vehicle types.This paper selects 400 samples of passenger vehicles,among which 320 samples are used as training set(each class has 80 samples)and the other 80 samples as testing set,taking the feature of the samples as network input and taking four passenger vehicle types as output.For the test,we have applied BP neural network to choose the optimal feature subset as network input,and the results show that the total classification accuracy rate can reach 96%,and the classification accuracy rate of first type can reach 100%.In this condition,we obtain a conclusion that this algorithm is better than the traditional ones[9]. 展开更多

为简化施肥量确定方法并优化肥料养分配比,本研究基于修正的施肥量计算公式,建立了施肥量权衡选择法及养分相对丰度法。利用权衡选择法,计算得出东北黑土区主要土壤类型(风沙土、壤性黑钙土、典型黑土)种植玉米、小麦和花生所需要的施... 为简化施肥量确定方法并优化肥料养分配比,本研究基于修正的施肥量计算公式,建立了施肥量权衡选择法及养分相对丰度法。利用权衡选择法,计算得出东北黑土区主要土壤类型(风沙土、壤性黑钙土、典型黑土)种植玉米、小麦和花生所需要的施肥量。计算结果与当地的实际施肥量吻合,表明现行施肥量处于适宜水平;利用养分相对丰度法,计算了不同土壤-作物组合下掺混肥或复合肥的优化配比方案,推荐东北黑土区相应土壤类型配制掺混肥或复合肥采用N:P_(2)O_(5):K_(2)O=25:10:15的配比方案,以实现施肥量与作物养分需求的匹配。在土壤有效养分供给量与肥料损失量平衡的条件下,施肥量应遵循“按需供给”原则,并精准匹配作物养分需求阈值。 展开更多

船闸式LiAlFe-LDHs/PVDF复合膜系统高效选择性提取锂离子

针对中国盐湖卤水中镁锂比高、品位低导致的锂提取难题,本研究开发了一种高效、选择性强的船闸式离子选择性渗透(SL-ISP)系统,实现了锂资源的高效开采。以锂铝铁层状双金属氢氧化物(LiAlFe-LDHs)作为活性物质,聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)为黏结... 针对中国盐湖卤水中镁锂比高、品位低导致的锂提取难题,本研究开发了一种高效、选择性强的船闸式离子选择性渗透(SL-ISP)系统,实现了锂资源的高效开采。以锂铝铁层状双金属氢氧化物(LiAlFe-LDHs)作为活性物质,聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)为黏结剂,通过流延成型法制备了LiAlFe-LDHs/PVDF复合膜,并用于SL-ISP系统实现了Li^(+)的选择性定向提取。该复合膜制备方法简单高效,SL-ISP系统操作简单、能耗低且易于工业化生产。结果表明,在等物质的量浓度(CMg=CLi=0.05 mol·L^(-1))下,LiAlFe-LDHs/PVDF复合膜的Li+通量为0.039 mol·m^(-2)·h^(-1),Li^(+)/Mg^(2+)分离因子达到了13.44。在模拟卤水中进行了Li^(+)的选择性渗透实验,其Li^(+)渗透通量为0.036 mol·m^(-2)·h^(-1),Li^(+)/Mg^(2+)、Li^(+)/K^(+)、Li^(+)/Na^(+)和Li^(+)/Ca^(2+)分离因子分别达到了164.28、98.49、120.09和47.52。因此,将LiAlFe-LDHs/PVDF复合膜应用于SL-ISP系统具有良好的工业应用前景。 展开更多
