A simple immune-based multi-objective optimizer(IBMO) is proposed, and a rigorous running time analysis of IBMO on three proposed bi-objective pseudo-Boolean functions(Bi-Trap, Bi-Plateau and Bi-Jump) is presented. The running time of a global simple evolutionary multi-objective optimizer(GSEMO) using standard bit mutation operator with IBMO using somatic contiguous hypermutation(CHM) operator is compared with these three functions. The results show that the immune-based hypermutation can significantly beat standard bit mutation on some well-known multi-objective pseudo-Boolean functions. The proofs allow us to understand the relationship between the characteristics of the problems and the features of the algorithms more deeply. These analysis results also give us a good inspiration to analyze and design a bio-inspired search heuristics. 展开更多

Huge amount of digital data of the Great East Japan Earthquake is provided by the highly-developed digital data technology. But the method and technique for analysis of these huge digital data are not developed sufficiently. This paper proposes a running spectrum technique for text data and analyzing changes of disaster phase during the disaster management cycle. Impact analysis of the nuclear power plant accidents have been performed by using Fukushima Minpo newspaper for its verification. The result shows the dynamic characteristics of the nuclear power plant accidents. As the time interval B becomes longer, the analysis data is used from wide range period along with the smoothing effect. When observing different time intervals B, fewer keywords have been ranked in the longer time intervals of B. The quantum chromodynamics(QCD) coupling αs is the most important parameter for achieving precise QCD predictions. By using the well measured effective coupling α_(s)^(g)1)(Q) defined from the Bjorken sum rules as a basis, we suggest a novel self-consistency way to fix the αs at all scales: The QCD light-front holographic model is adopted for its infrared behavior, and the fixed-order p QCD prediction under the principle of maximum conformality(PMC) is used for its high-energy behavior. Using the PMC scheme-and-scale independent perturbative series,and by transforming it into the one under the physical V scheme, we observe that a precise αs running behavior in both the perturbative and nonperturbative domains with a smooth transition from small to large scales can be achieved. 展开更多

We study the effects of running coupling and gluon number fluctuations in the latest diffractive deep inelastic scattering data. It is found that the description of the data is improved once the running coupling and gluon number fluctuations are included with x2/d.o.f. = 0.867, x2/d.o.f. = 0.923 and x2/d.o.f. = 0.878 for three different groups of experimental data. The values of diffusive coefficient subtracted from the fit are smaller than the ones obtained by considering only the gluon number fluctuations in our previous studies. The smaller values of the diffusive coefficient are in agreement with the theoretical predictions, where the gluon number fluctuations are suppressed by the running coupling which leads to smaller values of the diffusive coefficient. 展开更多

Classification of higher- and lower-mileage runners based on running kinematics 被引量:1

Background: Running-related overuse injuries can result from the combination of extrinsic(e.g., running mileage) and intrinsic risk factors(e.g.,biomechanics and gender), but the relationship between these factors is not folly understood. Therefore, the first purpose of this study was to determine whether we could classify higher-and lower-mileage runners according to differences in lower extremity kinematics during the stance and swing phases of running gait. I he second purpose was to subgroup the runners by gender and determine whether we could classify higherand lower-mileage runners in male and female subgroups.Methods: Participants were allocated to the "higher-mileage" group(≥32 km/week; n= 41(30 females)) or to the "lower-mileage" group(≤25 km;n= 40(29 females)). Three-dimensional kinematic data were collected during 60 s of treadmill running at a self-selected speed(2.61 ± 0.23 m/s).A support vector machine classifier identified kinematic differences between higher-and lower-mileage groups based on principal component scores.Results: Higher-and lower-mileage runners(both genders) could be separated with 92.59% classification accuracy. When subgrouping by gender,higher-and lower-mileage female runners could be separated with 89.83% classification accuracy, and higher-and lower-mileage male runners could be separated with 100% classification accuracy.Conclusion: These results demonstrate there are distinct kinematic differences between subgroups related to both mileage and gender, and that these factors need to be considered in future research. 展开更多

To reasonably design the blade-tip radial running clearance(BTRRC) of high pressure turbine and improve the performance and reliability of gas turbine, the multi-object multi-discipline reliability sensitivity analysis of BTRRC was accomplished from a probabilistic prospective by considering nonlinear material attributes and dynamic loads. Firstly, multiply response surface model(MRSM) was proposed and the mathematical model of this method was established based on quadratic function. Secondly, the BTRRC was decomposed into three sub-components(turbine disk, blade and casing), and then the single response surface functions(SRSFs) of three structures were built in line with the basic idea of MRSM. Thirdly, the response surface function(MRSM) of BTRRC was reshaped by coordinating SRSFs. From the analysis, it is acquired to probabilistic distribution characteristics of input-output variables, failure probabilities of blade-tip clearance under different static blade-tip clearances δ and major factors impacting BTRRC. Considering the reliability and efficiency of gas turbine, δ=1.87 mm is an optimally acceptable option for rational BTRRC. Through the comparison of three analysis methods(Monte Carlo method, traditional response surface method and MRSM), the results show that MRSM has higher accuracy and higher efficiency in reliability sensitivity analysis of BTRRC. These strengths are likely to become more prominent with the increasing times of simulations. The present study offers an effective and promising approach for reliability sensitivity analysis and optimal design of complex dynamic assembly relationship. 展开更多

Recently, a modified version of the classical Quicksort was chosen as standard sorting algorithm for Oracles Java 7 routine library due to Vladimir Yaroslavskiy. The purpose of this paper is to present the different behavior of the classical Quicksort and the Dual-pivot Quicksort in complexity. In Particular, we discuss the convergence of the Dual-pivot Quicksort process by using the contraction method.
