The system of Integrated-Optics Acousto-Optic RF Spectrum Analyzer (IOAOSA)consists of a laser diode, an Acousto-Optic (A-O) modulator, geodesic lenses and CCD detectorarray. The optical signal projected on the CCD array is converted into electrical signal andprocessed by the signal processing center which consists of a TMS 32010 system and an IBM-PC.The TMS 32010 with very high speed is used in a microcomputer system. A cycle sample methodis adopted to collect the data of the CCD video signal, sampling one per 40-point. After theprocessing, the frequency bandwidth, the resolution and the dynamic range of the system aremeasured to be 100 MHz, 8 MHz and 20 dB, respectively. 展开更多

In this paper,a dynamic linear detecting method,that the non-linear coefficient NL% was led and the non-linearity of data were estimated continuously and dynamically and determined when NL% exceeded reference value (5%),was used for data processing and could solve the problem caused by the phenomenon of substrate depleting occurred following the redox reaction in portable blood sugar analyzer.By contrast to the conventional end-point method,the dynamic linear detecting method is based on multipoint data collecting.Experiments of measuring the calibration glucose solution with 8 various concentrations from 50 mg/dl to 400 mg/dl were carried out with the analyzer developed by our group.The linear regression curve,whose correlation for the data was 0.9995 and the residual was 2.8080,were obtained.The obtained correlation,residual, and the computation workload are all fit for the portable blood sugar analyzer. 展开更多

The outstanding advantage of digital signal processing (DSP) techniques and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology is capable of improving the quality of the experimental measurements for nuclear radiation. In this article, a compact DMCA 8 K was designed and manufactured using DSP technique based on FPGA technology. In particular, the output of the preamplifier is completely processed by digital techniques which are obtained from the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to calculate the baseline, DC offset, energy peaks, pile up, threshold discrimination and then the form of energy spectrum. The Spartan-6 board is used as a hardware for the development of the digital multichannel analyzer (DMCA), which is equipped with the 14-bit AD6645 with 62.5 Msps sample rate. The application software for instrument control, data acquisition and data processing was written under C++ builder via the RS-232 interface. The designed DMCA system has been tested with a HPGe detector using gamma sources of 60Co and 137Cs and a reference pulser. 展开更多

Volatile fatty acids(VFAs), which are largely generated during the anaerobic acidification process, are considered to be reliable indicators of the stable process operation. However,the common methods for monitoring VFAs are offline, and they are typically manual requiring time-consuming, costly and complex instruments. This study aims to develop a novel online analyzer for automatic measuring VFAs, which was based on the 5-p H point titration, embedded with a proportional-integral-derivative(PID) feedback control system. The results show that it can achieve accurate and rapid monitoring of VFAs ranging between 0-400 mg/L(<9 min/sample) but simultaneously faces the problems of overtitration and interference of complex characteristics of wastewater. In order to improve its accuracy and stability, the effects of three general coefficients(K_(I),K_(P), and K_(D)) of PID on the titration were investigated, and the optimal values of K_(I), K_(P), and K_(D)were found to be 1.5, 1.0, and-1.0~0.5,respectively. Besides, the initial titration speed was set at 0.06 m L/min, equal to the minimum speed of the peristaltic pump, and the dichotomy approach was integrated into the PID feedback controller. Owing to the above improvements, the relative mean deviation and standard deviation of measuring VFAs in both synthetic and real wastewaters were mostly lower than 5.0% and 5.0 mg/L, proving the online analyzer is rapid, accurate and reliable. 展开更多

The general computer-aided design (CAD) software cannot meet the mould design requirement of the autoclave process for composites, because many parameters such as temperature and pressure should be considered in the mould design process, in addition to the material and geometry of the part. A framed-mould computer-aided design system (FMCAD) used in the autoclave moulding process is proposed in this paper. A function model of the software is presented, in which influence factors such as part structure, mould structure, and process parameters are considered; a design model of the software is established using object oriented (O-O) technology to integrate the stiffness calculation, temperature field calculation, and deformation field calculation of mould in the design, and in the design model, a hybrid model of mould based on calculation feature and form feature is presented to support those calculations. A prototype system is developed, in which a mould design process wizard is built to integrate the input information, calculation, analysis, data storage, display, and design results of mould design. Design of Micropipette System with High Precision for Small Enzyme Immunoassay Analyzer

A small auto micropipette system is developed to improve the reliability and accuracy of the automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer’s microscale pipetting system. A sophisticated injection mechanism is designed by the means of dislocation parallel distribution of the screw and injector piston rod. It possesses the function of pipetting, taking and removing the pipette tips. In the control system, STM32 controller is used, controlling the single-axis S-type acceleration/deceleration algorithm and multi-threaded coordinated motion. The acceleration/deceleration curves are analyzed and optimized by using the method of segmentation;a minimum injection rate of 1 μL and a step rate of 0.05 μL are realized. The method of digital image processing is used to detect the amount of pipetting in micro-pipetting quantitatively. The liquid area is extracted by background contrast method, and the liquid volume in the tip is obtained by combining the geometric characteristics of the disposable tip, when the pipetting capacity is not qualified to carry out specific guidance on the pipetting system, and avoid the blocking needle, bubble and other abnormal pipetting phenomenon on the impact of pipetting accuracy. The experimental results show that the combination of the automatic sampling system and the image flow detection system can effectively improve the precision and reliability of the micro-pipetting system. Finally, the injection accuracy of the system at the test points with 10, 50 and 100 μL liquid volumes reaches 1.8%, 1.28% and 1.15%respectively. 展开更多

In the textile industry,garment manufacturing contains four major pro-cesses containing cutting,sewing,finishing,and packaging.Sewing is the most crucial and intricate section,dealing with a large number of varied operations.A successful sewing process needs to be optimized regarding different factors,including time,sewing equipment,and skilled workers.Assembly lineflow is combined by a set of operations with a particular sequence.The utmost impor-tance of all garment industry is to arrange the workstations to minimize the num-ber of employees in order to produce at the best productive rate with the most reasonable cost,shortest time,and satisfying quality.In most garment factories,the production lines are balanced using the empirical judgment of the line man-agers.For the whole process the data of production time at each step,labor pro-ductivity,proper choices of equipment were always needed to calculate line efficiency.As far as the issue is concerned,there has not been an academically sewing process analyzing software providing adequate data of sewing motions and sewing time as the credible input for the line balancing tasks.Towards this goal,this paper presents the results of research on optimizing academically self-built software to analyze the sewing process of knitted products applied to industrial production using Java programming language on Google tools.The results achieved by the software are not only to analyze sewing products and the technological sewing process,calculate the sewing time on the machine but also analyze the sewing activities of workers into manipulations,movements,and motions to calculate the preparation time for two typical knitted products,namely,Polo-Shirt and T-Shirt with the case studies at General Textile Garment Joint Stock Company Hanoi and Star Fashion Company Limited. 展开更多

The challenges in the chemical processing industry today are environmental concerns, energy and capital costs. Catalytic distillation(CD) is a green reactor technology which combines a catalytic reaction and separation via distillation in the same distillation column. Utilization of CD in chemical process development could result in capital and energy savings, and the reduction of greenhouse gases. The efficacy of CD and the economic merits, in terms of energy and equipment savings, brought by CD for the production of biodiesel from waste oil such as yellow grease is quantified. Process flow sheets for industrial routes for an annual production of 10 million gallon ASTM purity biodiesel in a conventional process(reactor followed by distillation) and CD configurations are modeled in Aspen Plus. Material and energy flows, as well as sized unit operation blocks, are used to conduct an economic assessment of each process. Total capital investment, total operating and utility costs are calculated for each process. The waste oil feedstock is yellow grease containing both triglyceride and free fatty acid. Both transesterification and esterification reactions are considered in the process simulations. Results show a significant advantage of CD compared to a conventional biodiesel processes due to the reduction of distillation columns, waste streams and greenhouse gas emissions. The significant savings in capital and energy costs together with the reduction of greenhouse gases demonstrate that process intensification via CD is a feasible and new green process for the biodiesel production from waste oils. 展开更多

For the analysis of the dynamics, the methods and criteria formulated by the authors earlier were used;new results of a practical nature were obtained;in particular, the calculation of the spectrum of small perturbations of the system depending on the input resource and system parameters is given. It is shown that the calculated values of the criteria of instability and chaos are fully consistent with the calculation of the spectrum, indicated the stability intervals of the system, as well as areas of instability and chaos. 展开更多

针对防空雷达选址影响因素较多所造成的决策过程计算复杂度高的问题,提出一种基于决策门限改进的层次分析法(AHP)模型,用以降低计算资源开销和决策处理时延。首先,建立防空雷达选址的层次分析模型,通过构造判断矩阵和进行一致性检验定... 针对防空雷达选址影响因素较多所造成的决策过程计算复杂度高的问题,提出一种基于决策门限改进的层次分析法(AHP)模型,用以降低计算资源开销和决策处理时延。首先,建立防空雷达选址的层次分析模型,通过构造判断矩阵和进行一致性检验定性分析各因素间的相对重要性;然后,设定决策门限筛选主要选址影响因素并更新选址因素的权重;最后,综合评价各因素的权重和其对选址的影响,做出最终的选址决策。仿真结果验证了通过决策门限来改进层次分析是有效的,与未改进的层次分析结果相比,所提方法能够有效降低决策的计算复杂度(约为未改进AHP的0.38~0.75),选址的一致率在不同的门限设置上的都能够超过92%。该方法为层次分析模型的改进和解决选址问题提供了一定指导和参考价值。 展开更多

为了提高红外气体分析仪的测量精度,根据红外吸收光谱法,设计了一种基于数字信号处理(DSP)控制器的红外气体分析仪控制系统。控制系统以DSP为核心控制器,实现红外气体分析仪接收器信号的同步采集、多通道数据处理以及浓度运算等。使用... 为了提高红外气体分析仪的测量精度,根据红外吸收光谱法,设计了一种基于数字信号处理(DSP)控制器的红外气体分析仪控制系统。控制系统以DSP为核心控制器,实现红外气体分析仪接收器信号的同步采集、多通道数据处理以及浓度运算等。使用模块化设计,将控制系统分为信号采集模块、存储模块、通信模块、比例积分微分(PID)控温模块等。通过搭建硬件电路和设计软件算法,红外气体分析仪控制系统支持多组分气体浓度的在线测量。分别对不同浓度的CO_(2)和CH_(4)气体进行了标定试验。将测量结果与标准气体进行对比分析。试验结果表明,该系统测量精度高、实现过程简单、线性误差在±1%FS范围内。该系统的测量精度满足工业生产和环境监测等领域对气体浓度监测的要求,验证了控制系统应用在气体分析领域的可行性。 展开更多
