The disadvantages of classic ring type ultrasonic motor were analyzed.To obtain large mechanical output power,a ring type standing wave ultrasonic motor using cantilever type longitudinal transducers was proposed.There are four pairs of cantilevers on one side of the ring,and four PZT ceramics are set between each pair of cantilevers.A screw fastened the PZT ceramics and cantilevers together to form a longitudinal transducer.The bending vibration mode of the ring is excited by the stretching vibration of the PZT ceramics.Thus,linear simple harmonic motions are achieved at the particle on the teeth.And the driving force is the frictional force between rotor and stator.The working principle of the proposed motor was analyzed.The ring and the longitudinal transducer were designed with FEM.The sensitive parameters of resonant frequency of the transducer and ring could be gained with modal analysis.The longitudinal vibration modal of transducer and bending vibration modal of ring were degenerated,and the motion trajectories of nodes on the teeth were analyzed.The results of this paper could guide the development of this new type of motor. 展开更多

Nano-ring-type magnetic tunnel junctions (NR-MTJs) with the layer structure of Ta(5)/Ir22Mn78(10)/ Co75Fe25(2)/Ru(0.75)/CoooFe20B20(3)/Al(0.6)-oxide/Co60Fe20B20(2.5)/Ta(3)/Ru(5) (thickness unit: nm) were nano-fabricated on the Si(100)/SiO2 substrate using magnetron sputtering deposition combined with the optical lithography, electron beam lithography (EBL) and Ar ion-beam etching techniques. The smaller NR-MTJs with the inner- and outer-diameter of around 50 and 100 nm and also their corresponding NR-MTJ arrays were nano-patterned. The tunnelling magnetoresistance (TMR & R) versus driving current (I) loops for a spin-polarized current switching were measured, and the TMR ratio of around 35% at room temperature were observed. The critical values of switching current for the free Co60Fe20B20 layer relative to the reference Co6oFe2oB2o layer between parallel and anti-parallel magnetization states were between 0.50 and 0.75 mA in such NR-MTJs. It is suggested that the applicable MRAM fabrication with the density and capacity higher than 256 Mbit/inch2 even 6 Gbite/inch2 are possible using both I NR-MTJ+1 transistor structure and current switching mechanism based on based on our fabricated 4×4 MRAM demo devices. 展开更多

These defects occur due to the formed salt deposits, chemical reaction happens between the inner surface and the transferring substance, prevailing environmental conditions, etc. These defects, if not identified earlier may lead to significant losses to the industry. In this work, an in-line inspection system utilizes the nondestructive way for analyzing the internal defects in the petrochemical pipeline. This system consists of a pipeline inspection robot having two major units namely the visual inspection unit and the power carrier unit. The visual inspection unit makes use of a ring-type laser diode and the camera. The laser diode serves as a light source for capturing good quality images of inspection. This unit is controlled by the Arduino in the power carrier unit which provides the necessary movement throughout the pipe. The inspected images captured by the camera are further processed with the aid of NI vision assistant software. After applying the processing function parameters provided by this software, the defect location can be clearly visualized with high precision. Three sets of defects are introduced in a Polylactide (PLA) pipe based on its position and angle along the circumference of the pipe. Further, this robot system serves as a real-time interactive image synchronization system for acquiring the inspected images. By comparing the actual and calculated defect size, the error percentage obtained was less than 5%. 展开更多

Characterization of a Novel RING-Type Ubiquitin E3 Ligase GhRING2 Differentially Expressed in Cotton Fiber

The ubiquitin-proteasome proteolysis pathway is responsible for the degradation of abnormal and short-lived proteins to regulate many important biochemical activities in eukaryotes. By employing affymetrix microarray analysis, we have identified a novel ubiquitin ligase E3 gene GhRING2 that is differentially expressed between two Gossypium hirsutum lines-Texas Marker-1 (TM-1) and Chromosome Substitution Line CS-B25. The CS-B25 line has chromosome 25 from G. barbadense substituted into TM-1. The complete nucleotide sequences of GhRING2 along with its 5’-flanking region were obtained by genomic walking. GhRING2 was highly expressed in elongating fiber, and GUS expression directed by the GhRING2 promoter was found in hypocotyls and young stems of transgenic Arabidopsis plants. Using a yeast two-hybrid assay GhRING2 was found to interact with a PROTODERMAL FACTOR1 (GhPDF1) protein. GhPDF1 was expressed preferentially in immature ovules and fiber initials, and the GhPDF1 gene had been suggested to play a role in cell fate determination and fiber development. Pull down and plasmid swap assays further confirmed the interaction between GhRING2 and GhPDF1. The expression and protein interaction data indicate that GhRING2 may be involved in the turnover of GhPDF1 and participation in the transition from initiation to elongation stages during fiber development. Our data strongly suggest that the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway may regulate cotton fiber growth and development. Introduction: Diffuse variant of GC is composed of gastric-type mucous cells, which generally do not form glands, but rather permit the mucosa and wall as scattered individual cells or small clusters in an “infiltrative” growth pattern. These cells appear to arise from the middle layer of the mucosa, and the presence of intestinal metaplasia is not a prerequisite. In this version, mucin formation expands the malignant cells and pushes the nucleus to the periphery, creating a “signet ring” conformation. If the signetring cells are more than 50% of the tumor, the tumor is classified as signetring cell carcinoma [1]. This case is important for reporting because we encountered for the first time such a carcinoma type, due to the new age and its atypical presentation. Case Presentation: We report a case of a 20 years Albanian old patient with Signet Ring Cell Type of Gastric CA. The patient was brought at the urgency with severe abdominal pain, nausea and peritoneal irritation. Clinical examination has been made in emergency, where we conclude the signs of peritoneal irritation, from native Ro no signs of pneumoperitoneum, while laboratory tests found a slight anemia (erythrocytes 3.36, HCT 25, HGB 8.6). Two hours later we repeated the native RTG and there were present the signs of pneumoperitoneum. It was indicated urgent surgical in-tervention. Intraoperatively, we found Ulcer duodenal perforation and?undertook the operation procedures by Roscoe Graham technique. Conclusions: At this age, it is rare, and it is difficult to detect in its early stages, because the signs and symptoms are often non-existent, non-specific, or mimic as an ulcer. The most common symptoms are early heartburn indigestion, abdominal pain or discomfort, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea or to feel of filling after a small meal, loss of appetite, weakness and fatigue. From the self-assembly of the typical Salen-type Schiff-base ligand H2L and Zn(OAc)2.2H20 in the molar ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, the mononuclear [Zn(L)(H2O)] (1) or binuclear [Zn2(L)(OAc)2(H2O)] (2) are obtained, respectively. For both complexes 1 and 2, the unsaturated five-coordinate coordination environment to the catalytic active centers (Zn2+ ions) permits the monomer insertion for the effective solution copolymerization of cyclohexene oxide and maleic anhydride. All the solution copolymerizations afford poly(ester-co-ether)s, while lower catalyst and co-catalyst concentrations are helpful for the formation of alternating polyester. Of the three co-catalysts, 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine is found to be the most efficient, while an excess thereof is detrimental for chain growth of the copolymers. 展开更多

航空发动机金属封严环的磨损会造成发动机内部气流泄漏,影响发动机的运行效率和性能。研究实际工况下封严环的磨损机理、力学性能、磨损寿命对解决封严环的磨损失效问题具有重要意义。本文以航空发动机W型金属封严环为研究对象采用有限... 航空发动机金属封严环的磨损会造成发动机内部气流泄漏,影响发动机的运行效率和性能。研究实际工况下封严环的磨损机理、力学性能、磨损寿命对解决封严环的磨损失效问题具有重要意义。本文以航空发动机W型金属封严环为研究对象采用有限元分析方法分析了位移幅值和循环次数与封严环磨损之间的非线性关系,研究了其在服役过程中的磨损以及寿命可靠性分布。结果表明:在可靠度低于90%时不同位移幅值的磨损失效深度平均值为0.023 4 mm,与封严环的最大允许磨损深度设计准则对比误差为6.3%。研究表明,本文所建立的磨损寿命可靠性模型可较准确地评估封严环磨损情况。 展开更多

以铁观音茶树为试材,对其中E3泛素连接酶基因进行克隆和生物信息学分析,并采用qPCR进行不同干旱条件下的定量表达分析。研究结果表明,该序列全长为1 138bp,开放阅读框(ORF)为810bp,编码269个氨基酸(GenBank登录号KR819177)。生物信息学... 以铁观音茶树为试材,对其中E3泛素连接酶基因进行克隆和生物信息学分析,并采用qPCR进行不同干旱条件下的定量表达分析。研究结果表明,该序列全长为1 138bp,开放阅读框(ORF)为810bp,编码269个氨基酸(GenBank登录号KR819177)。生物信息学分析发现该铁观音茶树E3泛素连接酶基因不含跨膜结构以及信号肽,具有多个磷酸化位点,亚细胞定位于叶绿体中。经BLAST比对,该基因编码的氨基酸序列与烟草、亚麻荠、葡萄、醉蝶花、芜菁中的E3泛素连接酶基因编码的氨基酸序列分别有51%、50%、50%、50%和49%的同源性,且相关保守功能结构域翻译的蛋白质序列具有RING-finger结构,初步确定该基因为铁观音茶树的E3泛素连接酶基因。qPCR分析结果显示在不同干旱胁迫处理下铁观音茶树的E3泛素连接酶基因的表达量,与对照组相比显著增加。本研究认为铁观音茶树RING型E3泛素连接酶基因参与茶树抗旱响应机制。 展开更多

利用RT-PCR方法,从强抗逆植物蒙古沙冬青克隆到1个受寒旱诱导的锌指蛋白基因AmRFP1。预测其编码蛋白由366个氨基酸残基组成,其中含有1个C3H2C3型锌指结构域,故属于RING-H2(C3H2C3)型锌指蛋白。该蛋白还含有2个跨膜区,很可能定位于细胞... 利用RT-PCR方法,从强抗逆植物蒙古沙冬青克隆到1个受寒旱诱导的锌指蛋白基因AmRFP1。预测其编码蛋白由366个氨基酸残基组成,其中含有1个C3H2C3型锌指结构域,故属于RING-H2(C3H2C3)型锌指蛋白。该蛋白还含有2个跨膜区,很可能定位于细胞质膜。半定量RT-PCR分析表明,在不同季节野外生长沙冬青植株嫩叶中,AmRFP1在夏季只有低水平表达,进入秋季后表达量明显增加,尤其在秋末冬初其表达量迅速增加并达到全年最高峰,但在进入最寒冷的隆冬后又回落至秋季水平并维持到翌年春季基本未变。将该基因在拟南芥中超表达,则明显降低了转基因拟南芥的抗冻性。 展开更多

以上海临港“荣耀之环”建筑为背景,针对超大直径开口式圆环钢结构幕墙在建造过程中存在的变形控制难、专业协同复杂、精度要求高等问题,采用钢结构幕墙一体化建模深化、全过程精细化施工模拟分析、模块化协同安装及数智化管控等技术,... 以上海临港“荣耀之环”建筑为背景,针对超大直径开口式圆环钢结构幕墙在建造过程中存在的变形控制难、专业协同复杂、精度要求高等问题,采用钢结构幕墙一体化建模深化、全过程精细化施工模拟分析、模块化协同安装及数智化管控等技术,通过多软件协同仿真、预变形补偿、单元式整体吊装等方法,对结构-幕墙耦合变形进行预测与控制。实现了圆环建筑毫米级高精度建造,主体结构最大竖向变形值外环350 mm、内环175 mm,模拟与实测变形误差小于5%,施工效率提升30%以上。提出的钢结构幕墙一体化建造技术有效解决了大跨度圆环结构变形控制与幕墙协同安装难题,为类似工程提供了可复用的技术体系与实践依据。 展开更多

含裂纹故障的双齿圈人字行星齿轮传动系统动力学仿真与均载分析

目的 研究不同类型裂纹故障对双齿圈人字行星齿轮传动系统接触力特性和均载性能的影响规律。方法 基于SolidWorks和ADAMS进行故障联合仿真研究,分别建立健康状态和行星轮上具有贯穿型、非贯穿型和端面贯穿型3种不同裂纹故障的双齿圈人... 目的 研究不同类型裂纹故障对双齿圈人字行星齿轮传动系统接触力特性和均载性能的影响规律。方法 基于SolidWorks和ADAMS进行故障联合仿真研究,分别建立健康状态和行星轮上具有贯穿型、非贯穿型和端面贯穿型3种不同裂纹故障的双齿圈人字行星齿轮传动系统精确虚拟样机模型,采用GSTIFF积分法求解健康和不同典型裂纹故障状态下的轮齿接触力,计算系统均载系数,分析内、外啮合副在时频域上的接触力特性和系统均载特性的变化规律。结果 结果表明,健康状态下各齿轮副的接触力呈稳定的周期性变化,仿真基频与啮合频率数值相差仅1%;系统内、外啮合副均载系数为1.006和1.007,啮合传动表现出良好的均载性能。存在裂纹故障时,贯穿型裂纹深度扩展到30 mm时,内、外啮合副均载系数增大6.2%和9.2%;贯穿型裂纹角度扩展到60°时,内、外啮合副均载系数增大6.6%和7.8%;非贯穿型裂纹有效长度扩展到120 mm时,内、外啮合副均载系数增大4.3%和4.1%;端面贯穿型裂纹有效宽度扩展到150 mm时,内、外啮合副均载系数增大10.8%和11.4%。结论 随着裂纹故障程度加深,均载系数逐渐增大,即均载性能逐渐变差。系统外啮合均载性能受到的影响比内啮合更大,行星轮存在端面贯穿型裂纹故障对系统的均载性能影响显著大于贯穿型和非贯穿型裂纹。 展开更多
