Objectives Nurses’clinical research activities have contributed to optimizing the care process and improving patient outcomes,and generative artificial intelligence(GAI)may help clinical nurses strengthen their resea...Objectives Nurses’clinical research activities have contributed to optimizing the care process and improving patient outcomes,and generative artificial intelligence(GAI)may help clinical nurses strengthen their research skills.To support research,this study aimed to explore the Chinese nurses’perceptions and experiences of GAI training.Methods This study used a descriptive qualitative design.The China Nurses Network conducted a three-day training session on“GAI for Nursing Research”theme,we selected 23 nurses by a convenience sampling method among participating in the training.The researchers conducted three focus group interviews at the end of each day.All focus groups were interviewed face-to-face to facilitate interaction,data collection,and observation.The data were analyzed using conventional content analysis and coded manually.Results The results showed that nurses’use of GAI to support scientific research was dynamic and characterized by evolving perceptions and practices.Four themes and 11 sub-themes emerged from the analysis:1)utilization efficacy:cope with research ability,affected by many factors;2)booster research:growth and challenges go hand in hand;3)role reversal:from GAI-dominated to nurse-dominated;4)beautiful dream:more features on research,more assistants on clinical care.Conclusions The effectiveness of GAI in supporting clinical nurses in conducting research is mainly limited by differences in personal research literacy,lack of ethical regulation,and information accuracy.In the future,it is necessary to improve nurses’relevant skills through specialized training and promote the standardization of technical regulations to ensure the appropriate application of GAI in nursing research.展开更多

This review explores the synergistic application of AI and HTE, highlighting their role in accelerating catalyst discovery, optimizing reaction parameters, and understanding structure-performance relationships. HTE facilitates the rapid preparation, characterization, and evaluation of diverse catalyst formulations, generating large datasets essential for AI model training. Machine learning algorithms, including regression models, neural networks, and active learning frameworks, analyze these datasets to uncover the underlying relationships between the data, predict performance, and optimize experimental workflows in real-time. Case studies across heterogeneous, homogeneous, and electrocatalysis demonstrate significant advancements, including improved reaction selectivity, enhanced material stability, and shorten discovery cycles. Objective:To explore in depth the psychological perceptions and meaning construction of older adult patients with diabetes during the dietary management process,and to provide a theoretical reference for developing in...Objective:To explore in depth the psychological perceptions and meaning construction of older adult patients with diabetes during the dietary management process,and to provide a theoretical reference for developing individualized clinical nursing care.Methods:A purposive sampling method was used to select 13 older adult patients with diabetes for semi-structured in-depth interviews.The interview data were collated and analyzed using Van Manen’s analysis method.Results:The psychological experience of dietary management in older adult patients with diabetes included four core themes:(1)Information fog and cognitive shock at initial diagnosis;(2)Self-struggle during the habit reshaping stage;(3)Alternating cycle of hope and frustration in long-term management;(4)Reconstructing normality and searching for meaning in life.Conclusion:Dietary management is an important process for older adult patients with diabetes to reconstruct the meaning of life.Clinical nursing should focus on patients’psychological experiences and value needs,providing more humanistic and individualized support.展开更多

In the context of radioactive waste disposal,an underground research laboratory(URL)is a facility in which experiments are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of constructing and operating a radioactive waste dis...In the context of radioactive waste disposal,an underground research laboratory(URL)is a facility in which experiments are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of constructing and operating a radioactive waste disposal facility within a geological formation.The Meuse/Haute-Marne URL is a sitespecific facility planned to study the feasibility of a radioactive waste disposal in the Callovo-Oxfordian(COx)claystone.The thermo-hydro-mechanical(THM)behaviour of the host rock is significant for the design of the underground nuclear waste disposal facility and for its long-term safety.The French National Radioactive Waste Management Agency(Andra)has begun a research programme aiming to demonstrate the relevancy of the French high-level waste(HLW)concept.This paper presents the programme implemented from small-scale(small diameter)boreholes to full-scale demonstration experiments to study the THM effects of the thermal transient on the COx claystone and the strategy implemented in this new programme to demonstrate and optimise current disposal facility components for HLW.It shows that the French high-level waste concept is feasible and working in the COx claystone.It also exhibits that,as for other plastic clay or claystone,heating-induced pore pressure increases and that the THM behaviour is anisotropic.展开更多

In addition to standardization and reproducibility, virtual stimuli open new options for re-searchers since they are easily changeable in morphology and appearance, and their behavior canbe defined. In this article, a novel toolchain to conduct behavior experiments with fish is presentedby a case study in sailfin mollies Poecilia latipinna. As the toolchain holds many different and novelfeatures, it offers new possibilities for studies in behavioral animal research and promotes thestandardization of experiments. The presented method includes options to design, animate, andpresent virtual stimuli to live fish. The designing tool offers an easy and user-friendly way to definesize, coloration, and morphology of stimuli and moreover it is able to configure virtual stimuli ran-domly without any user influence. Furthermore, the toolchain brings a novel method to animatestimuli in a semiautomatic way with the help of a game controller. These created swimming pathscan be applied to different stimuli in real time. A presentation tool combines models and swim-ming paths regarding formerly defined playlists, and presents the stimuli onto 2 screens.Experiments with live sailfin mollies validated the usage of the created virtual 3D fish models inmate-choice experiments.展开更多

Adeq...Dipole Research EXperiment(DREX) is a new terrella device as part of the Space Plasma Environment Research Facility(SPERF) for laboratory studies of space physics relevant to the inner magnetospheric plasmas. Adequate plasma sources are very important for DREX to achieve its scientific goals. According to different research requirements, there are two density regimes for DREX. The low density regime will be achieved by an electron cyclotron resonance(ECR) system for the ‘whistler/chorus' wave investigation, while the high density regime will be achieved by biased cold cathode discharge for the desired ‘Alfvén' wave study. The parameters of ‘whistler/chorus' waves and ‘Alfvén' waves are determined by the scaling law between space and laboratory plasmas in the current device. In this paper, the initial design of these two plasma sources for DREX is described. Focus is placed on the chosen frequency and operation mode of the ECR system which will produce relatively low density ‘artificial radiation belt' plasmas and the seed electrons, followed by the design of biased cold cathode discharge to generate plasma with high density.展开更多

In this paper, numerical studies for the generation of chorus-like waves in a launching device, dipole research experiment (DREX), are carried out by a hybrid code. The DREX plasma is generated b} electron cyclotron resonance (ECR), which leads to an intrinsic temperature anisotropy of energetic electrons. Thus the whistler instability can be excited in the device. We then investigate the effects of three parameters, i.e., the cold plasma density no, the hot plasma density nh, and the parallel thermal velocity of energetic electrons, on the generation of chorus-like waves under the DREX design parameters. It is obtained that a larger temperature anisotropy is needed to excite chorus-like waves with a high nc with other parameters fixed. Then we fix the plasma density and parallel thermal velocity, while varying the hot plasma density. It is found that with the increase of nh, the spectrum of the generated waves changes from no chorus elements, to that with several chorus elements, and then further to broad-band hiss-like waves. Besides, different structures of chorus- like waves, such as rising-tone and/or falling-tone structures, can be generated at different parallel thermal velocities in the DREX parameter range.展开更多

Results: Interviewing results showed that there were five recurring themes, including: 1) personalized care;2) health education;3) humanistic care;4) solid professional foundation and sense of responsibility;5) expanded vision. Conclusion: Through home care practice, nursing interns deepened their cognitions of nursing connotation, stimulated their love for nursing and motivation of continuous learning, and improved their sense of identity to nursing career. In general, the practice of home care had a positive impact on nursing interns.展开更多

Objective Systematically integrate nurses’experience with“Internet Nursing Service”to analysis the nurses’experiences with“Internet Nursing Service”,and to provide a theoretical reference for formulating a more ...Objective Systematically integrate nurses’experience with“Internet Nursing Service”to analysis the nurses’experiences with“Internet Nursing Service”,and to provide a theoretical reference for formulating a more rational“Internet Nursing Service”model.Methods A systematic search in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database was conducted to collect qualitative research on nurses’experiences with“Internet Nursing Service,”with a retrieval time limit from December 2019 to June 2024.Qualitative meta-synthesis was performed through line-by-line coding of relevant quotes,organization of codes into descriptive themes,and development of analytical themes.Results A total of 19 studies were included,one study was rated as Grade A in quality evaluation,and the remaining studies were rated as Grade B.Collectively synthesized into three integrated results:Harvest and growth,Difficulties and challenges,and Expectations and support.Harvest and growth,include 1)manifestation of self-value,2)enhancing nursing capabilities,3)optimizing nursing resources;Difficulties and challenges,include 1)lack of safety guarantee,2)role conflict;Expectations and support include,1)expectation for professional knowledge and skill training,2)expectations for service platform optimization,3)expectation for reasonable charges,4)expectation for related policy support.Conclusion“Internet Nursing Service”model benefits both nurses and patients,but still full of challenges.It aids in the decentralization of medical resources.Management departments still need to encourage nurses to actively invest in“Internet Nursing Service”while ensuring their safety and interests.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore in depth the psychological perceptions and meaning construction of older adult patients with diabetes during the dietary management process,and to provide a theoretical reference for developing individualized clinical nursing care.Methods:A purposive sampling method was used to select 13 older adult patients with diabetes for semi-structured in-depth interviews.The interview data were collated and analyzed using Van Manen’s analysis method.Results:The psychological experience of dietary management in older adult patients with diabetes included four core themes:(1)Information fog and cognitive shock at initial diagnosis;(2)Self-struggle during the habit reshaping stage;(3)Alternating cycle of hope and frustration in long-term management;(4)Reconstructing normality and searching for meaning in life.Conclusion:Dietary management is an important process for older adult patients with diabetes to reconstruct the meaning of life.Clinical nursing should focus on patients’psychological experiences and value needs,providing more humanistic and individualized support.

文摘Based on 1,003 articles about empirical research on interpreting teaching from 2002 to 2022 retrieved from China National Knowledge Internet,this paper extracts three main research methods,uncovering common problems in interpreting education and practical teaching suggestions:(1)Corpus-based researches collect numerous audios to study typical mistakes made by interpreting learners,particularly pause and self-repair,and suggest interpreting teaching improve learners’ability to use language chunks and encourage students to interpret smoothly;(2)Questionnaire surveys help understand requirements for professional interpreters and how interpreting teaching meets market demands;(3)Teaching experiments last for one to two semesters,addressing issues like outdated teaching materials and modes,and show how teaching materials and modes integrate modern technology.But empirical researches need to build new corpora,professional interpreters’corpora and address problems that haven’t been adequately discussed.This paper is helpful for improving interpreting education in China and other countries and for making clear tasks to be fulfilled in empirical research on interpreting education.

文摘In the context of radioactive waste disposal,an underground research laboratory(URL)is a facility in which experiments are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of constructing and operating a radioactive waste disposal facility within a geological formation.The Meuse/Haute-Marne URL is a sitespecific facility planned to study the feasibility of a radioactive waste disposal in the Callovo-Oxfordian(COx)claystone.The thermo-hydro-mechanical(THM)behaviour of the host rock is significant for the design of the underground nuclear waste disposal facility and for its long-term safety.The French National Radioactive Waste Management Agency(Andra)has begun a research programme aiming to demonstrate the relevancy of the French high-level waste(HLW)concept.This paper presents the programme implemented from small-scale(small diameter)boreholes to full-scale demonstration experiments to study the THM effects of the thermal transient on the COx claystone and the strategy implemented in this new programme to demonstrate and optimise current disposal facility components for HLW.It shows that the French high-level waste concept is feasible and working in the COx claystone.It also exhibits that,as for other plastic clay or claystone,heating-induced pore pressure increases and that the THM behaviour is anisotropic.
文摘Animal behavior researchers often face problems regarding standardization and reproducibility oftheir experiments. This has led to the partial substitution of live animals with artificial virtual stim-uli. In addition to standardization and reproducibility, virtual stimuli open new options for re-searchers since they are easily changeable in morphology and appearance, and their behavior canbe defined. In this article, a novel toolchain to conduct behavior experiments with fish is presentedby a case study in sailfin mollies Poecilia latipinna. As the toolchain holds many different and novelfeatures, it offers new possibilities for studies in behavioral animal research and promotes thestandardization of experiments. The presented method includes options to design, animate, andpresent virtual stimuli to live fish. The designing tool offers an easy and user-friendly way to definesize, coloration, and morphology of stimuli and moreover it is able to configure virtual stimuli ran-domly without any user influence. Furthermore, the toolchain brings a novel method to animatestimuli in a semiautomatic way with the help of a game controller. These created swimming pathscan be applied to different stimuli in real time. A presentation tool combines models and swim-ming paths regarding formerly defined playlists, and presents the stimuli onto 2 screens.Experiments with live sailfin mollies validated the usage of the created virtual 3D fish models inmate-choice experiments.

文摘Objective To explore the self-experience of burying seeds at auricular points in depressive patients with sleep disorder,so as to seek possible approaches to improve the quality of care.Methods Eleven patients involved in a three-week randomized controlled clinical trial were purposefully interviewed by the experienced,qualified counselor.The process of thematic analysis was applied in this study,the self-experience was discussed and recorded,transcribed,and analyzed accordingly.Results Four themes related to self-experience were extracted,these included the deficiency in relevant support,passive acceptance,distrust,expectation and further advice.Conclusion There was an urgent demand of humane care and emotional support,which might improve compliance of the treatment to some extent in terms of health education.Additionally,medical practitioners should provide the patient with comprehensive support,professional health education,as well as standardize training program for TCM operator and control the operation’s quality.

文摘Dipole Research EXperiment(DREX) is a new terrella device as part of the Space Plasma Environment Research Facility(SPERF) for laboratory studies of space physics relevant to the inner magnetospheric plasmas. Adequate plasma sources are very important for DREX to achieve its scientific goals. According to different research requirements, there are two density regimes for DREX. The low density regime will be achieved by an electron cyclotron resonance(ECR) system for the ‘whistler/chorus' wave investigation, while the high density regime will be achieved by biased cold cathode discharge for the desired ‘Alfvén' wave study. The parameters of ‘whistler/chorus' waves and ‘Alfvén' waves are determined by the scaling law between space and laboratory plasmas in the current device. In this paper, the initial design of these two plasma sources for DREX is described. Focus is placed on the chosen frequency and operation mode of the ECR system which will produce relatively low density ‘artificial radiation belt' plasmas and the seed electrons, followed by the design of biased cold cathode discharge to generate plasma with high density.

文摘At present,rail transit is developing rapidly in the world,and this means new and changing requirements for the training of talents in railway engineering experiments.Given the current problems of limited laboratory/field instruments for railway engineering experimentsand the safety/administrative difficulties of going to the frontline of railway lines to teach railway engineering experiemnts in the field,the Department of Railway Engineering of Central South University tried to introduce virtual reality(VR)technology to teach students experiments in the field of railway engineering.Through the virtualized experimental methods,students can carry out railway engineering experiments such as;vehicle wheel pair off-axis experiments,track geometry and position detection,etc.by immersive means.It was observed that after performing virtual simulation experiments,students appeared conversant in subsequent field experiments.Thus,VR greatly improves the teaching efficiency of railway engineering experiments.

文摘Due to their significant roles in the radiation belts dynamics, chorus waves are widely investigaled in observations, experiments, and simulations. In this paper, numerical studies for the generation of chorus-like waves in a launching device, dipole research experiment (DREX), are carried out by a hybrid code. The DREX plasma is generated b} electron cyclotron resonance (ECR), which leads to an intrinsic temperature anisotropy of energetic electrons. Thus the whistler instability can be excited in the device. We then investigate the effects of three parameters, i.e., the cold plasma density no, the hot plasma density nh, and the parallel thermal velocity of energetic electrons, on the generation of chorus-like waves under the DREX design parameters. It is obtained that a larger temperature anisotropy is needed to excite chorus-like waves with a high nc with other parameters fixed. Then we fix the plasma density and parallel thermal velocity, while varying the hot plasma density. It is found that with the increase of nh, the spectrum of the generated waves changes from no chorus elements, to that with several chorus elements, and then further to broad-band hiss-like waves. Besides, different structures of chorus- like waves, such as rising-tone and/or falling-tone structures, can be generated at different parallel thermal velocities in the DREX parameter range.
文摘Purpose: To explore practical experience in home care of nursing interns. Methods: The phenomenological method for qualitative research was to interview 15 nursing interns in a semi-structured way, and then the collected data were analyzed and summarized by using the Colaizzi analysis method. Results: Interviewing results showed that there were five recurring themes, including: 1) personalized care;2) health education;3) humanistic care;4) solid professional foundation and sense of responsibility;5) expanded vision. Conclusion: Through home care practice, nursing interns deepened their cognitions of nursing connotation, stimulated their love for nursing and motivation of continuous learning, and improved their sense of identity to nursing career. In general, the practice of home care had a positive impact on nursing interns.

文摘Objective Systematically integrate nurses’experience with“Internet Nursing Service”to analysis the nurses’experiences with“Internet Nursing Service”,and to provide a theoretical reference for formulating a more rational“Internet Nursing Service”model.Methods A systematic search in PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database was conducted to collect qualitative research on nurses’experiences with“Internet Nursing Service,”with a retrieval time limit from December 2019 to June 2024.Qualitative meta-synthesis was performed through line-by-line coding of relevant quotes,organization of codes into descriptive themes,and development of analytical themes.Results A total of 19 studies were included,one study was rated as Grade A in quality evaluation,and the remaining studies were rated as Grade B.Collectively synthesized into three integrated results:Harvest and growth,Difficulties and challenges,and Expectations and support.Harvest and growth,include 1)manifestation of self-value,2)enhancing nursing capabilities,3)optimizing nursing resources;Difficulties and challenges,include 1)lack of safety guarantee,2)role conflict;Expectations and support include,1)expectation for professional knowledge and skill training,2)expectations for service platform optimization,3)expectation for reasonable charges,4)expectation for related policy support.Conclusion“Internet Nursing Service”model benefits both nurses and patients,but still full of challenges.It aids in the decentralization of medical resources.Management departments still need to encourage nurses to actively invest in“Internet Nursing Service”while ensuring their safety and interests.
文摘Thank you for your introduction,thank DIA inviting me to come to this conference.After knowing so many data,I am very happy to learn some details about traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),including China's efforts in TCM,and what has been done in Europe.I would like to tell you about some of the challenges of TCM from the perspective of the European Union (EU).Many of them are mentioned by previous speakers.In fact,there are ways to allow herbs to enter the European market.Traditional herbal products have been established.And there is a full market authorization.Traditionally,it is necessary to ensure their medicinal efficacy and safety.Clinical trials are not necessary for every circumstance,but 10 years of use history within the EU is necessary.This is the process of full marketing.The USA and Europe have a similar situation: 3 of the 4 phases are required before the marketing authorization.These are 3 examples: a newly developed drug in Europe,it is from gentian roots,primrose,sorrel and other drugs,mainly for rhinitis;this is from Switzerland,which is from an extract of coltsfoot flowers;Schwabe's is from lavender,used for anxiety,and this is its name in Australia.
