This study investigates how artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms enable mainstream media to achieve precise emotional matching and improve communication efficiency through reconstructed communication logic.As digital...This study investigates how artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms enable mainstream media to achieve precise emotional matching and improve communication efficiency through reconstructed communication logic.As digital intelligence technology rapidly evolves,mainstream media organizations are increasingly leveraging AI-driven empathy algorithms to enhance audience engagement and optimize content delivery.This research employs a mixed-methods approach,combining quantitative analysis of algorithmic performance metrics with qualitative examination of media communication patterns.Through systematic review of 150 academic papers and analysis of data from 12 major media platforms,this study reveals that algorithmic empathy systems can improve emotional resonance by 34.7%and increase audience engagement by 28.3%compared to traditional communication methods.The findings demonstrate that AI algorithms reconstruct media communication logic through three primary pathways:emotional pattern recognition,personalized content curation,and real-time sentiment adaptation.However,the study also identifies significant challenges including algorithmic bias,emotional authenticity concerns,and ethical implications of automated empathy.The research contributes to understanding how mainstream media can leverage AI technology to build high-quality empathetic communication while maintaining journalistic integrity and social responsibility.展开更多
Deep learning-based intelligent recognition algorithms are increasingly recognized for their potential to address the labor-intensive challenge of manual pest detection.However,their deployment on mobile devices has b...Deep learning-based intelligent recognition algorithms are increasingly recognized for their potential to address the labor-intensive challenge of manual pest detection.However,their deployment on mobile devices has been constrained by high computational demands.Here,we developed GBiDC-PEST,a mobile application that incorporates an improved,lightweight detection algorithm based on the You Only Look Once(YOLO)series singlestage architecture,for real-time detection of four tiny pests(wheat mites,sugarcane aphids,wheat aphids,and rice planthoppers).GBiDC-PEST incorporates several innovative modules,including GhostNet for lightweight feature extraction and architecture optimization by reconstructing the backbone,the bi-directional feature pyramid network(BiFPN)for enhanced multiscale feature fusion,depthwise convolution(DWConv)layers to reduce computational load,and the convolutional block attention module(CBAM)to enable precise feature focus.The newly developed GBiDC-PEST was trained and validated using a multitarget agricultural tiny pest dataset(Tpest-3960)that covered various field environments.GBiDC-PEST(2.8 MB)significantly reduced the model size to only 20%of the original model size,offering a smaller size than the YOLO series(v5-v10),higher detection accuracy than YOLOv10n and v10s,and faster detection speed than v8s,v9c,v10m and v10b.In Android deployment experiments,GBiDCPEST demonstrated enhanced performance in detecting pests against complex backgrounds,and the accuracy for wheat mites and rice planthoppers was improved by 4.5-7.5%compared with the original model.The GBiDC-PEST optimization algorithm and its mobile deployment proposed in this study offer a robust technical framework for the rapid,onsite identification and localization of tiny pests.This advancement provides valuable insights for effective pest monitoring,counting,and control in various agricultural settings.展开更多
Path planning is a fundamental component in robotics and game artificial intelligence that considerably influences the motion efficiency of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles,as well as the realism and immersion of v...Path planning is a fundamental component in robotics and game artificial intelligence that considerably influences the motion efficiency of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles,as well as the realism and immersion of virtual environments.However,traditional algorithms are often limited to single-objective optimization and lack real-time adaptability to dynamic environments.This study addresses these limitations through a proposed realtime dynamic multiobjective(RDMO)path-planning algorithm based on an enhanced A^(*) framework.The proposed algorithm employs a queue-based structure and composite multiheuristic functions to dynamically manage game tasks and compute optimal paths under changing-map-connectivity conditions in real time.Simulation experiments are conducted using real-world road network data and benchmarked against mainstream hybrid approaches based on genetic algorithms(GAs)and simulated annealing(SA).The results show that the computational speed of the RDMO algorithm is 88 and 73 times faster than that of the GA-and SA-based solutions,respectively,while the total planned path length is reduced by 58%and 33%,respectively.In addition,the RDMO algorithm also shows excellent responsiveness to dynamic changes in map connectivity and can achieve real-time replanning with a minimal computational overhead.The research results prove that the RDMO algorithm provides a robust and efficient solution for multiobjective path planning in games and robotics applications and has a great application potential in improving system performance and user experience in related fields in the future.展开更多
Accurate and robust navigation in complex surgical environments is crucial for bronchoscopic surgeries.This study purposes a bronchoscopic lumen feature matching network(BLFM-Net)based on deep learning to address the ...Accurate and robust navigation in complex surgical environments is crucial for bronchoscopic surgeries.This study purposes a bronchoscopic lumen feature matching network(BLFM-Net)based on deep learning to address the challenges of image noise,anatomical complexity,and the stringent real-time requirements.The BLFM-Net enhances bronchoscopic image processing by integrating several functional modules.The FFA-Net preprocessing module mitigates image fogging and improves visual clarity for subsequent processing.The feature extraction module derives multi-dimensional features,such as centroids,area,and shape descriptors,from dehazed images.The Faster RCNN Object detection module detects bronchial regions of interest and generates bounding boxes to localize key areas.The feature matching module accelerates the process by combining detection boxes,extracted features,and a KD-Tree(K-Dimensional Tree)-based algorithm,ensuring efficient and accurate regional feature associations.The BLFM-Net was evaluated on 5212 bronchoscopic images,demonstrating superior performance compared to traditional and other deep learning-based image matching methods.It achieved real-time matching with an average frame time of 6 ms,with a matching accuracy of over 96%.The method remained robust under challenging conditions including frame dropping(0,5,10,20),shadowed regions,and variable lighting,maintaining accuracy of above 94%even with the frame dropping of 20.This study presents BLFM-Net,a deep learning-based matching network designed to enhance and match bronchial features in bronchoscopic images.The BLFM-Net shows improved accuracy,real-time performance,and reliability,making a valuable tool for bronchoscopic surgeries.展开更多
Choosing appropriate background field data is crucial for gravity field matching navigation.Current research mainly uses gravity anomaly data or gravity gradient data as background fields.However,using gravity gradien...Choosing appropriate background field data is crucial for gravity field matching navigation.Current research mainly uses gravity anomaly data or gravity gradient data as background fields.However,using gravity gradient invariants in existing research is seldom a concern.The gravity gradient tensor has three invariants,named as I_(1),I_(2)and I_(3).I_(1) is a Laplace operator outside the Earth and a Poison operator inside the Earth.The focus of this study is to discuss the performance of the other two invariants of gravity gradients in matching navigation based on the Iterative Closest Contour Point(ICCP)algorithm and compare the matching results with that of the gravity gradient Tzz.The results show that they have almost the same performance when there is no noise,and the background data noises have a large impact on the matching results.There are differences in the anti-interference ability of observation noises for the different components.Under the same random noises in the observations,I2performs a little better than the other two components in terms of position error standard deviation.According to the investigations,since attitude errors can not be avoided and influence the positioning based on Tzz,we recommend adopting invariants of gravity gradients,especially I2,for matching navigation in actual cases.展开更多
The chirp sub-bottom profiler,for its high resolution,easy accessibility and cost-effectiveness,has been widely used in acoustic detection.In this paper,the acoustic impedance and grain size compositions were obtained...The chirp sub-bottom profiler,for its high resolution,easy accessibility and cost-effectiveness,has been widely used in acoustic detection.In this paper,the acoustic impedance and grain size compositions were obtained based on the chirp sub-bottom profiler data collected in the Chukchi Plateau area during the 11th Arctic Expedition of China.The time-domain adaptive search matching algorithm was used and validated on our established theoretical model.The misfit between the inversion result and the theoretical model is less than 0.067%.The grain size was calculated according to the empirical relationship between the acoustic impedance and the grain size of the sediment.The average acoustic impedance of sub-seafloor strata is 2.5026×10^(6) kg(s m^(2))^(-1)and the average grain size(θvalue)of the seafloor surface sediment is 7.1498,indicating the predominant occurrence of very fine silt sediment in the study area.Comparison of the inversion results and the laboratory measurements of nearby borehole samples shows that they are in general agreement.展开更多
Motivated by the business model called“community group buying”(CGB),which has emerged in China and some countries in Southeast Asia,such as Singapore and Indonesia,we develop algorithms that could help CGB platforms...Motivated by the business model called“community group buying”(CGB),which has emerged in China and some countries in Southeast Asia,such as Singapore and Indonesia,we develop algorithms that could help CGB platforms match consumers with stage-stations(the picking up center under the CGB mode).By altering the fundamental design of the existing hierarchy algorithms,improvements are achieved.It is proven that our method has a faster running speed and greater space efficiency.Our algorithms avoid traversal and compress the time complexities of matching a consumer with a stage-station and updating the storage information to O(logM)and O(MlogG),where M is the number of stage-stations and G is that of the platform’s stock-keeping units.Simulation comparisons of our algorithms with the current methods of CGB platforms show that our approaches can effectively reduce delivery costs.An interesting observation of the simula-tions is worthy of note:Increasing G may incur higher costs since it makes inventories more dispersed and delivery prob-lems more complicated.展开更多
Recently,stereo matching algorithms based on end-to-end convolutional neural networks achieve excellent performance far exceeding traditional algorithms.Current state-of-the-art stereo matching networks mostly rely on...Recently,stereo matching algorithms based on end-to-end convolutional neural networks achieve excellent performance far exceeding traditional algorithms.Current state-of-the-art stereo matching networks mostly rely on full cost volume and 3D convolutions to regress dense disparity maps.These modules are computationally complex and high consumption of memory,and difficult to deploy in real-time applications.To overcome this problem,we propose multilevel disparity reconstruction network,MDRNet,a lightweight stereo matching network without any 3D convolutions.We use stacked residual pyramids to gradually reconstruct disparity maps from low-level resolution to full-level resolution,replacing common 3D computation and optimization convolutions.Our approach achieves a competitive performance compared with other algorithms on stereo benchmarks and real-time inference at 30 frames per second with 4×104 resolutions.展开更多
To improve the performance of the traditional map matching algorithms in freeway traffic state monitoring systems using the low logging frequency GPS (global positioning system) probe data, a map matching algorithm ...To improve the performance of the traditional map matching algorithms in freeway traffic state monitoring systems using the low logging frequency GPS (global positioning system) probe data, a map matching algorithm based on the Oracle spatial data model is proposed. The algorithm uses the Oracle road network data model to analyze the spatial relationships between massive GPS positioning points and freeway networks, builds an N-shortest path algorithm to find reasonable candidate routes between GPS positioning points efficiently, and uses the fuzzy logic inference system to determine the final matched traveling route. According to the implementation with field data from Los Angeles, the computation speed of the algorithm is about 135 GPS positioning points per second and the accuracy is 98.9%. The results demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed algorithm for mapping massive GPS positioning data onto freeway networks with complex geometric characteristics.展开更多

Near-optimal paths in static and dynamic environment...This paper describes path re-planning techniques and underwater obstacle avoidance for unmanned surface vehicle(USV) based on multi-beam forward looking sonar(FLS). Near-optimal paths in static and dynamic environments with underwater obstacles are computed using a numerical solution procedure based on an A* algorithm. The USV is modeled with a circular shape in 2 degrees of freedom(surge and yaw). In this paper, two-dimensional(2-D) underwater obstacle avoidance and the robust real-time path re-planning technique for actual USV using multi-beam FLS are developed. Our real-time path re-planning algorithm has been tested to regenerate the optimal path for several updated frames in the field of view of the sonar with a proper update frequency of the FLS. The performance of the proposed method was verified through simulations, and sea experiments. For simulations, the USV model can avoid both a single stationary obstacle, multiple stationary obstacles and moving obstacles with the near-optimal trajectory that are performed both in the vehicle and the world reference frame. For sea experiments, the proposed method for an underwater obstacle avoidance system is implemented with a USV test platform. The actual USV is automatically controlled and succeeded in its real-time avoidance against the stationary undersea obstacle in the field of view of the FLS together with the Global Positioning System(GPS) of the USV.展开更多

SIFT algorithm has been identified as the most resistant matching algorithm to common image deformations; however, if there are similar regions in images, SIFT algorithm still generates some analogical descriptors and provides many mismatches. This paper examines the local image descriptor used by SIFT and presents a new algorithm by integrating SIFT with two-dimensional moment invariants and disparity gradient to improve the matching results. In the new algorithm, decision tree is used, and the whole matching process is divided into three levels with different primitives. Matching points are considered as correct ones only when they satisfy all the three similarity measurements. Experiment results demonstrate that the new approach is more reliable and accurate.展开更多

It is difficult to adapt the speed of packet matching with packets linear forwarding by traditional algorithms. The purpose of this paper is to develop a novel algorithm of packet matching based on improving differential evolutionary algorithm, which also combines with classic packets matching algorithms to improve the performance of algorithm. For the sake of objectivity, the statistics method was used to compute the fitting value. Experiments showed that this new algorithm effectively improved the performance in the speed and storage space, as compared with the traditional one. For the first time, evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the network data packet forwarding, and packets can be forwarded at the linear speed. In addition, this new algorithm is universal, so it can be adapted for many equipment.展开更多

According to its convenience and facility, the most applied algorithm for image feature point extraction and matching is Speeded-Up Robust Feature (SURF). The enhancement for scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) algorithm promotes the effectiveness of the algorithm as well as facilitates the possibility, while the application of the algorithm is being applied in a present time computer vision system. In this research work, the aim of SURF algorithm is to extract image features, and we have incorporated RANSAC algorithm to filter matching points. The images were juxtaposed and asserted experiments utilizing pertinent image improvement methods. The idea based on merging improvement technology through SURF algorithm is put forward to get better quality of feature points matching the efficiency and appropriate image improvement methods are adopted for different feature images which are compared and verified by experiments. This paper describes a real-time beam tuning method with an improved asynchronous advantage actor–critic(A3C)algorithm for accelerator systems.The operating parameters of devices are usually inconsistent with the pre...This paper describes a real-time beam tuning method with an improved asynchronous advantage actor–critic(A3C)algorithm for accelerator systems.The operating parameters of devices are usually inconsistent with the predictions of physical designs because of errors in mechanical matching and installation.Therefore,parameter optimization methods such as pointwise scanning,evolutionary algorithms(EAs),and robust conjugate direction search are widely used in beam tuning to compensate for this inconsistency.However,it is difficult for them to deal with a large number of discrete local optima.The A3C algorithm,which has been applied in the automated control field,provides an approach for improving multi-dimensional optimization.The A3C algorithm is introduced and improved for the real-time beam tuning code for accelerators.Experiments in which optimization is achieved by using pointwise scanning,the genetic algorithm(one kind of EAs),and the A3C-algorithm are conducted and compared to optimize the currents of four steering magnets and two solenoids in the low-energy beam transport section(LEBT)of the Xi’an Proton Application Facility.Optimal currents are determined when the highest transmission of a radio frequency quadrupole(RFQ)accelerator downstream of the LEBT is achieved.The optimal work points of the tuned accelerator were obtained with currents of 0 A,0 A,0 A,and 0.1 A,for the four steering magnets,and 107 A and 96 A for the two solenoids.Furthermore,the highest transmission of the RFQ was 91.2%.Meanwhile,the lower time required for the optimization with the A3C algorithm was successfully verified.Optimization with the A3C algorithm consumed 42%and 78%less time than pointwise scanning with random initialization and pre-trained initialization of weights,respectively.展开更多
The rapid identification of planting patterns for major crops in a large irrigated district has vital importance for irrigation management,water fee collection,and crop yield estimation.In this study,the OTSU algorith...The rapid identification of planting patterns for major crops in a large irrigated district has vital importance for irrigation management,water fee collection,and crop yield estimation.In this study,the OTSU algorithm and Mean-Shift algorithm were employed to automatically determine threshold values for mapping two main rotated crop patterns at the pixel scale.A time series analysis was conducted to extract the spatial distribution of rice-wheat and wheat-maize rotations in the Chuanhang irrigation district from 2016 to 2020.The results demonstrate that both threshold segmentation algorithms are reliable in extracting the spatial distribution of the crops,with an overall accuracy exceeding 80%.Additionally,both Kappa coefficients surpass 0.7,indicating better performance by OTSU method.Over the period from 2016 to 2020,the area occupied by rice-wheat rotation cropping ranged from 12500 to 14400 hm 2;whereas wheat-maize rotation cropping exhibited smaller and more variable areas ranging from 19730 to 34070 hm 2.These findings highlight how remote sensing-based approaches can provide reliable support for rapidly and accurately identifying the spatial distribution of main crop rotation patterns within a large irrigation district.展开更多

Currently, the method used to monitor and controlspreading thickness during the dam construction process is artificialsampling check after spreading, which makes it difficult to monitor the entire dam storehouse surface. In this paper, we present an in-depth study based on real-time monitoring and controltheory of storehouse surface rolling construction and obtain the rolling compaction thickness by analyzing the construction track of the rolling machine. Comparatively, the traditionalmethod can only analyze the rolling thickness of the dam storehouse surface after it has been compacted and cannot determine the thickness of the dam storehouse surface in realtime. To solve these problems, our system monitors the construction progress of the leveling machine and employs a real-time spreading thickness monitoring modelbased on the K-nearest neighbor algorithm. Taking the LHK core rockfilldam in Southwest China as an example, we performed real-time monitoring for the spreading thickness and conducted real-time interactive queries regarding the spreading thickness. 文摘Deep learning-based intelligent recognition algorithms are increasingly recognized for their potential to address the labor-intensive challenge of manual pest detection.However,their deployment on mobile devices has been constrained by high computational demands.Here,we developed GBiDC-PEST,a mobile application that incorporates an improved,lightweight detection algorithm based on the You Only Look Once(YOLO)series singlestage architecture,for real-time detection of four tiny pests(wheat mites,sugarcane aphids,wheat aphids,and rice planthoppers).GBiDC-PEST incorporates several innovative modules,including GhostNet for lightweight feature extraction and architecture optimization by reconstructing the backbone,the bi-directional feature pyramid network(BiFPN)for enhanced multiscale feature fusion,depthwise convolution(DWConv)layers to reduce computational load,and the convolutional block attention module(CBAM)to enable precise feature focus.The newly developed GBiDC-PEST was trained and validated using a multitarget agricultural tiny pest dataset(Tpest-3960)that covered various field environments.GBiDC-PEST(2.8 MB)significantly reduced the model size to only 20%of the original model size,offering a smaller size than the YOLO series(v5-v10),higher detection accuracy than YOLOv10n and v10s,and faster detection speed than v8s,v9c,v10m and v10b.In Android deployment experiments,GBiDCPEST demonstrated enhanced performance in detecting pests against complex backgrounds,and the accuracy for wheat mites and rice planthoppers was improved by 4.5-7.5%compared with the original model.The GBiDC-PEST optimization algorithm and its mobile deployment proposed in this study offer a robust technical framework for the rapid,onsite identification and localization of tiny pests.This advancement provides valuable insights for effective pest monitoring,counting,and control in various agricultural settings.

文摘Path planning is a fundamental component in robotics and game artificial intelligence that considerably influences the motion efficiency of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles,as well as the realism and immersion of virtual environments.However,traditional algorithms are often limited to single-objective optimization and lack real-time adaptability to dynamic environments.This study addresses these limitations through a proposed realtime dynamic multiobjective(RDMO)path-planning algorithm based on an enhanced A^(*) framework.The proposed algorithm employs a queue-based structure and composite multiheuristic functions to dynamically manage game tasks and compute optimal paths under changing-map-connectivity conditions in real time.Simulation experiments are conducted using real-world road network data and benchmarked against mainstream hybrid approaches based on genetic algorithms(GAs)and simulated annealing(SA).The results show that the computational speed of the RDMO algorithm is 88 and 73 times faster than that of the GA-and SA-based solutions,respectively,while the total planned path length is reduced by 58%and 33%,respectively.In addition,the RDMO algorithm also shows excellent responsiveness to dynamic changes in map connectivity and can achieve real-time replanning with a minimal computational overhead.The research results prove that the RDMO algorithm provides a robust and efficient solution for multiobjective path planning in games and robotics applications and has a great application potential in improving system performance and user experience in related fields in the future.

文摘Accurate and robust navigation in complex surgical environments is crucial for bronchoscopic surgeries.This study purposes a bronchoscopic lumen feature matching network(BLFM-Net)based on deep learning to address the challenges of image noise,anatomical complexity,and the stringent real-time requirements.The BLFM-Net enhances bronchoscopic image processing by integrating several functional modules.The FFA-Net preprocessing module mitigates image fogging and improves visual clarity for subsequent processing.The feature extraction module derives multi-dimensional features,such as centroids,area,and shape descriptors,from dehazed images.The Faster RCNN Object detection module detects bronchial regions of interest and generates bounding boxes to localize key areas.The feature matching module accelerates the process by combining detection boxes,extracted features,and a KD-Tree(K-Dimensional Tree)-based algorithm,ensuring efficient and accurate regional feature associations.The BLFM-Net was evaluated on 5212 bronchoscopic images,demonstrating superior performance compared to traditional and other deep learning-based image matching methods.It achieved real-time matching with an average frame time of 6 ms,with a matching accuracy of over 96%.The method remained robust under challenging conditions including frame dropping(0,5,10,20),shadowed regions,and variable lighting,maintaining accuracy of above 94%even with the frame dropping of 20.This study presents BLFM-Net,a deep learning-based matching network designed to enhance and match bronchial features in bronchoscopic images.The BLFM-Net shows improved accuracy,real-time performance,and reliability,making a valuable tool for bronchoscopic surgeries.

文摘Choosing appropriate background field data is crucial for gravity field matching navigation.Current research mainly uses gravity anomaly data or gravity gradient data as background fields.However,using gravity gradient invariants in existing research is seldom a concern.The gravity gradient tensor has three invariants,named as I_(1),I_(2)and I_(3).I_(1) is a Laplace operator outside the Earth and a Poison operator inside the Earth.The focus of this study is to discuss the performance of the other two invariants of gravity gradients in matching navigation based on the Iterative Closest Contour Point(ICCP)algorithm and compare the matching results with that of the gravity gradient Tzz.The results show that they have almost the same performance when there is no noise,and the background data noises have a large impact on the matching results.There are differences in the anti-interference ability of observation noises for the different components.Under the same random noises in the observations,I2performs a little better than the other two components in terms of position error standard deviation.According to the investigations,since attitude errors can not be avoided and influence the positioning based on Tzz,we recommend adopting invariants of gravity gradients,especially I2,for matching navigation in actual cases.

文摘The chirp sub-bottom profiler,for its high resolution,easy accessibility and cost-effectiveness,has been widely used in acoustic detection.In this paper,the acoustic impedance and grain size compositions were obtained based on the chirp sub-bottom profiler data collected in the Chukchi Plateau area during the 11th Arctic Expedition of China.The time-domain adaptive search matching algorithm was used and validated on our established theoretical model.The misfit between the inversion result and the theoretical model is less than 0.067%.The grain size was calculated according to the empirical relationship between the acoustic impedance and the grain size of the sediment.The average acoustic impedance of sub-seafloor strata is 2.5026×10^(6) kg(s m^(2))^(-1)and the average grain size(θvalue)of the seafloor surface sediment is 7.1498,indicating the predominant occurrence of very fine silt sediment in the study area.Comparison of the inversion results and the laboratory measurements of nearby borehole samples shows that they are in general agreement.

文摘Motivated by the business model called“community group buying”(CGB),which has emerged in China and some countries in Southeast Asia,such as Singapore and Indonesia,we develop algorithms that could help CGB platforms match consumers with stage-stations(the picking up center under the CGB mode).By altering the fundamental design of the existing hierarchy algorithms,improvements are achieved.It is proven that our method has a faster running speed and greater space efficiency.Our algorithms avoid traversal and compress the time complexities of matching a consumer with a stage-station and updating the storage information to O(logM)and O(MlogG),where M is the number of stage-stations and G is that of the platform’s stock-keeping units.Simulation comparisons of our algorithms with the current methods of CGB platforms show that our approaches can effectively reduce delivery costs.An interesting observation of the simula-tions is worthy of note:Increasing G may incur higher costs since it makes inventories more dispersed and delivery prob-lems more complicated.
文摘Recently,stereo matching algorithms based on end-to-end convolutional neural networks achieve excellent performance far exceeding traditional algorithms.Current state-of-the-art stereo matching networks mostly rely on full cost volume and 3D convolutions to regress dense disparity maps.These modules are computationally complex and high consumption of memory,and difficult to deploy in real-time applications.To overcome this problem,we propose multilevel disparity reconstruction network,MDRNet,a lightweight stereo matching network without any 3D convolutions.We use stacked residual pyramids to gradually reconstruct disparity maps from low-level resolution to full-level resolution,replacing common 3D computation and optimization convolutions.Our approach achieves a competitive performance compared with other algorithms on stereo benchmarks and real-time inference at 30 frames per second with 4×104 resolutions.
文摘To improve the performance of the traditional map matching algorithms in freeway traffic state monitoring systems using the low logging frequency GPS (global positioning system) probe data, a map matching algorithm based on the Oracle spatial data model is proposed. The algorithm uses the Oracle road network data model to analyze the spatial relationships between massive GPS positioning points and freeway networks, builds an N-shortest path algorithm to find reasonable candidate routes between GPS positioning points efficiently, and uses the fuzzy logic inference system to determine the final matched traveling route. According to the implementation with field data from Los Angeles, the computation speed of the algorithm is about 135 GPS positioning points per second and the accuracy is 98.9%. The results demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed algorithm for mapping massive GPS positioning data onto freeway networks with complex geometric characteristics.

文摘In petroleum engineering,real-time lithology identification is very important for reservoir evaluation,drilling decisions and petroleum geological exploration.A lithology identification method while drilling based on machine learning and mud logging data is studied in this paper.This method can effectively utilize downhole parameters collected in real-time during drilling,to identify lithology in real-time and provide a reference for optimization of drilling parameters.Given the imbalance of lithology samples,the synthetic minority over-sampling technique(SMOTE)and Tomek link were used to balance the sample number of five lithologies.Meanwhile,this paper introduces Tent map,random opposition-based learning and dynamic perceived probability to the original crow search algorithm(CSA),and establishes an improved crow search algorithm(ICSA).In this paper,ICSA is used to optimize the hyperparameter combination of random forest(RF),extremely random trees(ET),extreme gradient boosting(XGB),and light gradient boosting machine(LGBM)models.In addition,this study combines the recognition advantages of the four models.The accuracy of lithology identification by the weighted average probability model reaches 0.877.The study of this paper realizes high-precision real-time lithology identification method,which can provide lithology reference for the drilling process.

文摘This paper describes path re-planning techniques and underwater obstacle avoidance for unmanned surface vehicle(USV) based on multi-beam forward looking sonar(FLS). Near-optimal paths in static and dynamic environments with underwater obstacles are computed using a numerical solution procedure based on an A* algorithm. The USV is modeled with a circular shape in 2 degrees of freedom(surge and yaw). In this paper, two-dimensional(2-D) underwater obstacle avoidance and the robust real-time path re-planning technique for actual USV using multi-beam FLS are developed. Our real-time path re-planning algorithm has been tested to regenerate the optimal path for several updated frames in the field of view of the sonar with a proper update frequency of the FLS. The performance of the proposed method was verified through simulations, and sea experiments. For simulations, the USV model can avoid both a single stationary obstacle, multiple stationary obstacles and moving obstacles with the near-optimal trajectory that are performed both in the vehicle and the world reference frame. For sea experiments, the proposed method for an underwater obstacle avoidance system is implemented with a USV test platform. The actual USV is automatically controlled and succeeded in its real-time avoidance against the stationary undersea obstacle in the field of view of the FLS together with the Global Positioning System(GPS) of the USV.

文摘A new spectral matching algorithm is proposed by us- ing nonsubsampled contourlet transform and scale-invariant fea- ture transform. The nonsubsampled contourlet transform is used to decompose an image into a low frequency image and several high frequency images, and the scale-invariant feature transform is employed to extract feature points from the low frequency im- age. A proximity matrix is constructed for the feature points of two related images. By singular value decomposition of the proximity matrix, a matching matrix (or matching result) reflecting the match- ing degree among feature points is obtained. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm can reduce time complexity and possess a higher accuracy.
文摘A novel algorithm is presented to make the results of image matching more reliable and accurate based on SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform). SIFT algorithm has been identified as the most resistant matching algorithm to common image deformations; however, if there are similar regions in images, SIFT algorithm still generates some analogical descriptors and provides many mismatches. This paper examines the local image descriptor used by SIFT and presents a new algorithm by integrating SIFT with two-dimensional moment invariants and disparity gradient to improve the matching results. In the new algorithm, decision tree is used, and the whole matching process is divided into three levels with different primitives. Matching points are considered as correct ones only when they satisfy all the three similarity measurements. Experiment results demonstrate that the new approach is more reliable and accurate.

文摘The performance of network equipments, such as firewall, router, etc., is decided by the efficiency of patch matching. It is difficult to adapt the speed of packet matching with packets linear forwarding by traditional algorithms. The purpose of this paper is to develop a novel algorithm of packet matching based on improving differential evolutionary algorithm, which also combines with classic packets matching algorithms to improve the performance of algorithm. For the sake of objectivity, the statistics method was used to compute the fitting value. Experiments showed that this new algorithm effectively improved the performance in the speed and storage space, as compared with the traditional one. For the first time, evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the network data packet forwarding, and packets can be forwarded at the linear speed. In addition, this new algorithm is universal, so it can be adapted for many equipment.

文摘An adaptive technique adopting quantum genetic algorithm (QGA) for antenna impedance tuning is presented. Three examples are given with different types of antenna impedance. The frequency range of the dual standards is from 1.7 to 2.2 GHz. Simulation results show that the proposed tuning technique can achieve good accuracy of impedance matching and load power. 文摘A class of hybrid algorithms of real-time simulation based on evaluation of non-integerstep right-hand side function are presented in this paper. And some results of the convergence and stability of the algorithms are given. Using the class of algorithms, evaluation for the right-hand side function is needed once in every integration-step. Moreover, comparing with the other methods with the same amount of work, their numerical stability regions are larger and the method errors are smaller, and the numerical experiments show that the algorithms are very effective.
文摘Due to requirements and necessities in digital image research, image matching is considered as a key, essential and complicating point especially for machine learning. According to its convenience and facility, the most applied algorithm for image feature point extraction and matching is Speeded-Up Robust Feature (SURF). The enhancement for scale invariant feature transform (SIFT) algorithm promotes the effectiveness of the algorithm as well as facilitates the possibility, while the application of the algorithm is being applied in a present time computer vision system. In this research work, the aim of SURF algorithm is to extract image features, and we have incorporated RANSAC algorithm to filter matching points. The images were juxtaposed and asserted experiments utilizing pertinent image improvement methods. The idea based on merging improvement technology through SURF algorithm is put forward to get better quality of feature points matching the efficiency and appropriate image improvement methods are adopted for different feature images which are compared and verified by experiments. Some results have been explained there which are the effects of lighting on the underexposed and overexposed images.
文摘This paper describes a real-time beam tuning method with an improved asynchronous advantage actor–critic(A3C)algorithm for accelerator systems.The operating parameters of devices are usually inconsistent with the predictions of physical designs because of errors in mechanical matching and installation.Therefore,parameter optimization methods such as pointwise scanning,evolutionary algorithms(EAs),and robust conjugate direction search are widely used in beam tuning to compensate for this inconsistency.However,it is difficult for them to deal with a large number of discrete local optima.The A3C algorithm,which has been applied in the automated control field,provides an approach for improving multi-dimensional optimization.The A3C algorithm is introduced and improved for the real-time beam tuning code for accelerators.Experiments in which optimization is achieved by using pointwise scanning,the genetic algorithm(one kind of EAs),and the A3C-algorithm are conducted and compared to optimize the currents of four steering magnets and two solenoids in the low-energy beam transport section(LEBT)of the Xi’an Proton Application Facility.Optimal currents are determined when the highest transmission of a radio frequency quadrupole(RFQ)accelerator downstream of the LEBT is achieved.The optimal work points of the tuned accelerator were obtained with currents of 0 A,0 A,0 A,and 0.1 A,for the four steering magnets,and 107 A and 96 A for the two solenoids.Furthermore,the highest transmission of the RFQ was 91.2%.Meanwhile,the lower time required for the optimization with the A3C algorithm was successfully verified.Optimization with the A3C algorithm consumed 42%and 78%less time than pointwise scanning with random initialization and pre-trained initialization of weights,respectively.

文摘The rapid identification of planting patterns for major crops in a large irrigated district has vital importance for irrigation management,water fee collection,and crop yield estimation.In this study,the OTSU algorithm and Mean-Shift algorithm were employed to automatically determine threshold values for mapping two main rotated crop patterns at the pixel scale.A time series analysis was conducted to extract the spatial distribution of rice-wheat and wheat-maize rotations in the Chuanhang irrigation district from 2016 to 2020.The results demonstrate that both threshold segmentation algorithms are reliable in extracting the spatial distribution of the crops,with an overall accuracy exceeding 80%.Additionally,both Kappa coefficients surpass 0.7,indicating better performance by OTSU method.Over the period from 2016 to 2020,the area occupied by rice-wheat rotation cropping ranged from 12500 to 14400 hm 2;whereas wheat-maize rotation cropping exhibited smaller and more variable areas ranging from 19730 to 34070 hm 2.These findings highlight how remote sensing-based approaches can provide reliable support for rapidly and accurately identifying the spatial distribution of main crop rotation patterns within a large irrigation district.

文摘During the storehouse surface rolling construction of a core rockfilldam, the spreading thickness of dam face is an important factor that affects the construction quality of the dam storehouse' rolling surface and the overallquality of the entire dam. Currently, the method used to monitor and controlspreading thickness during the dam construction process is artificialsampling check after spreading, which makes it difficult to monitor the entire dam storehouse surface. In this paper, we present an in-depth study based on real-time monitoring and controltheory of storehouse surface rolling construction and obtain the rolling compaction thickness by analyzing the construction track of the rolling machine. Comparatively, the traditionalmethod can only analyze the rolling thickness of the dam storehouse surface after it has been compacted and cannot determine the thickness of the dam storehouse surface in realtime. To solve these problems, our system monitors the construction progress of the leveling machine and employs a real-time spreading thickness monitoring modelbased on the K-nearest neighbor algorithm. Taking the LHK core rockfilldam in Southwest China as an example, we performed real-time monitoring for the spreading thickness and conducted real-time interactive queries regarding the spreading thickness. This approach provides a new method for controlling the spreading thickness of the core rockfilldam storehouse surface.
