Robustness and precision evaluation of the form error of micro-structured surfaces using real coded genetic algorithm 被引量:2

To obtain the form error of micro-structured surfaces robustly and accurately, a form er- ror evaluation method was developed based on the real coded genetic algorithm (RCGA). The meth- od employed the average squared distance as the matching criterion. The point to surface distance was achieved by use of iterative method and the modeling of RCGA for the surface matching was also presented in detail. Parameter selection for RCGA including the crossover rate and population size was discussed. Evaluation results of series simulated surfaces without form error show that this method can achieve the accuracy of root mean square deviation ( Sq ) less than 1 nm and surface pro- file error ( St ) less than 4 nm. Evaluation of the surfaces with different simulated errors illustrates that the proposed method can also robustly obtain the form error with nano-meter precision. The e- valuation of actual measured surfaces further indicates that the proposed method is capable of pre- cisely evaluating micro-structured surfaces. 展开更多

The intent of this paper is to schedule short-term hydrothermal system probabilistically considering stochastic operating cost curves for thermal power generation units and uncertainties in load demand and reservoir water inflows. Therefore, the stochastic multi-objective hydrothermal generation scheduling problem is formulated with explicit recognition of uncertainties in the system production cost coefficients and system load, which are treated as random variable. Fuzzy methodology has been exploited for solving a decision making problem involving multiplicity of objectives and selection criterion for best compromised solution. A real-coded genetic algorithm with arithmetic-average-bound-blend crossover and wavelet mutation operator is applied to solve short-term variable-head hydrothermal scheduling problem. Initial feasible solution has been obtained by implementing the random heuristic search. The search is performed within the operating generation limits. Equality constraints that satisfy the demand during each time interval are considered by introducing a slack thermal generating unit for each time interval. Whereas the equality constraint which satisfies the consumption of available water to its full extent for the whole scheduling period is considered by introducing slack hydro generating unit for a particular time interval. Operating limit violation by slack hydro and slack thermal generating unit is taken care using exterior penalty method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated on two sample systems. 展开更多

The efficient numerical optimization algorithm to estimate more than 100 real-coded parameters should be developed for this purpose. New real-coded genetic algorithm (RCGA), the combination of AREX (adaptive real-coded ensemble crossover) with JGG (just generation gap), have applied to the inference of genetic interactions involving more than 100 parameters related to the interactions with using experimentally observed time-course data. Compared with conventional RCGA, the combination of UNDX (unimodal normal distribution crossover) with MGG (minimal generation gap), new algorithm has shown the superiority with improving early convergence in the first stage of search and suppressing evolutionary stagnation in the last stage of search. 展开更多

InSRDAAR-QNPP, the wind field of the surface and the lower levels are determined hourly by using amass consistent three-dimension diasnosis model with the topographic following coordinate system.A Lagrangin Puff model under changing meteorological condition is adopted for atmosphericdispersion, the correction for dry and wet depositions. physical decay and partial plume penetrationof the top inversion and the deviation of plume axis caused by complex terrain have been taken in-to account. The calculation domain areas include three square grid areas with the sideline 10 km, 40krn and 160 km and a grid interval 0.5 km, 2.0 km, 8.0 km respectively. Three exposure pathwaysare taken into account:the external exposure from immersion cloud and passing puff, the internalexposure from inhalation and the external exposure from contaminated ground. Adaptive Real-Coded Genetic Algorithm for Identifying Motor Systems

In this paper, the main objective is to identify the parameters of motors, which includes a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor and an induction motor. The motor systems are dynamically formulated by the mechanical and electrical equations. The real-coded genetic algorithm (RGA) is adopted to identify all parameters of motors, and the standard genetic algorithm (SRGA) and various adaptive genetic algorithm (ARGAs) are compared in the rotational angular speeds and fitness values, which are the inverse of square differences of angular speeds. From numerical simulations and experimental results, it is found that the SRGA and ARGA are feasible, the ARGA can effectively solve the problems with slow convergent speed and premature phenomenon, and is more accurate in identifying system’s parameters than the SRGA. From the comparisons of the ARGAs in identifying parameters of motors, the best ARGA method is obtained and could be applied to any other mechatronic systems. 展开更多

父母为子女购房出资作为典型的代际支持行为,体现出家庭功能导向性、权利义务非正式性及风险高度集中等规范特征。现有的一般赠与、借贷、情势变更等法释义学路径均难以充分回应出资行为的多重意图与法律风险。在规范结构上,应当引入目... 父母为子女购房出资作为典型的代际支持行为,体现出家庭功能导向性、权利义务非正式性及风险高度集中等规范特征。现有的一般赠与、借贷、情势变更等法释义学路径均难以充分回应出资行为的多重意图与法律风险。在规范结构上,应当引入目的性赠与路径,将父母出资界定为附随婚姻稳定、共同生活或赡养期待等特定目的的财产让渡,若目的不达则构成不当得利,赠与人可主张返还。赠与目的的识别,应以出资发生时点、资金用途、婚姻登记及共同生活状况为核心线索,并结合受赠人对出资意图的理解或应知程度综合判断。返还责任范围的认定应以“目的落空程度”为基础,并综合考虑受赠人主观过错等因素确定返还比例;返还主体则需根据得利归属与可归责性,区分对外责任与夫妻内部清算。 展开更多

利用RT-PCR技术扩增出草鱼呼肠孤病毒(GCRV)VP6蛋白编码区长度为1 250 bp的片段,克隆到pEGFP-N1载体上,构建重组质粒pEGFP-N1-VP6。经PCR鉴定确认正确后,以10倍梯度稀释pEGFP-N1-VP6重组质粒,作为标准模板进行TaqMan real-time PCR扩增... 利用RT-PCR技术扩增出草鱼呼肠孤病毒(GCRV)VP6蛋白编码区长度为1 250 bp的片段,克隆到pEGFP-N1载体上,构建重组质粒pEGFP-N1-VP6。经PCR鉴定确认正确后,以10倍梯度稀释pEGFP-N1-VP6重组质粒,作为标准模板进行TaqMan real-time PCR扩增,制作标准曲线,建立了草鱼呼肠孤病毒的荧光定量PCR检测方法。检测结果显示,标准曲线的相关系数(R2)达到0.998 09,斜率为-3.373;对初始模板定量检测的范围为1×101~1×106copies/μL;特异性试验结果表明,该方法可特异性地检测出草鱼呼肠孤病毒,而对鲤春病毒血症病毒(SVCV)、传染性造血器官坏死症病毒(IHNV)无检测信号。本研究建立的草鱼呼肠孤病毒TaqMan real-time PCR方法灵敏度高、特异性强,可进行定量分析,对草鱼出血病快速诊断与病毒病原定量检测有重要意义。 展开更多

中国县域要素集散能力格局及多维动态演进

县域要素集散能力是赋能城乡融合发展的重要驱动力。文章综合运用加速遗传算法投影寻踪模型(RAGAPPC)、Kernel密度估计和Markov链等方法,探究了2010—2022年中国1735个县域要素集散能力的格局及多维动态演进特征。研究发现:(1)县域要素... 县域要素集散能力是赋能城乡融合发展的重要驱动力。文章综合运用加速遗传算法投影寻踪模型(RAGAPPC)、Kernel密度估计和Markov链等方法,探究了2010—2022年中国1735个县域要素集散能力的格局及多维动态演进特征。研究发现:(1)县域要素集散能力整体呈稳定上升趋势,八大经济区之间存在显著梯度差异,东部沿海经济区持续领先,而东北经济区发展动力相对不足。(2)在空间分布上,县域要素集散能力呈现“核心—边缘”结构,热点区稳定集中于沿海和长江中游经济区,冷点区则主要分布在黄河中游和大西南经济区,且范围逐渐缩小。(3)县域要素集散能力的总体差异呈扩大趋势,区域间差异为主要来源,其中东北经济区与其他经济区的差异更为显著,而大西北经济区内部差异最小。(4)要素集散能力具有较强稳定性,且相邻县域间存在长期的空间影响。随着时间推移,“低—低”集聚现象逐渐缓解,向上流动趋势增强。其中高水平县域对低水平县域的虹吸效应明显,而对中等及其他水平县域则发挥辐射带动作用。研究结论为优化县域要素配置、推动城乡融合发展提供了理论依据与决策参考。 展开更多

针对现有二维码识别算法存在实时性不足、复杂场景下准确率下降的问题,提出一种基于动态参数优化的轻量级实时识别算法。以提升在高速流水线、多光照变化等工业场景中的识别效率与稳定性为目标,通过改进轻量级网络结构,设计动态计算路... 针对现有二维码识别算法存在实时性不足、复杂场景下准确率下降的问题,提出一种基于动态参数优化的轻量级实时识别算法。以提升在高速流水线、多光照变化等工业场景中的识别效率与稳定性为目标,通过改进轻量级网络结构,设计动态计算路径选择策略,结合硬件协同优化技术,在图像预处理、特征提取和解码阶段动态分配计算资源,降低冗余计算开销。实验结果表明:所提算法在保持99.1%识别准确率的同时,单帧处理耗时降至10.2 ms。在低光照、运动模糊等复杂环境下实现96.8%的稳定识别率,为工业自动化场景中实现二维码的高效、可靠识别提供技术支撑。 展开更多

传统的流媒体传输系统需要一定规模的服务器群和集中式的带宽,在丢包问题中大部分采用丢包重传,即带ACK回执和重传的数据报文。提出一种新的容忍丢包和边缘服务器的传输方式,基于Erasure code的可恢复性,实现容忍丢包的发送接收模型。... 传统的流媒体传输系统需要一定规模的服务器群和集中式的带宽,在丢包问题中大部分采用丢包重传,即带ACK回执和重传的数据报文。提出一种新的容忍丢包和边缘服务器的传输方式,基于Erasure code的可恢复性,实现容忍丢包的发送接收模型。采用边缘计算的思想,将集中式的服务器群分散到任意主机上,通过动态地获取服务端地址,将实时数据流分成多块,经由不连续的边缘服务器进行转发,以降低对边缘服务器的带宽要求。可以根据边缘服务器的服务能力的不同分配传输数据量,达到动态的负载均衡。同时该系统具备隐私保护的功能。实验结果表明,该系统即使在较高丢包率和较差的网络环境下,仍然可以保证较低延迟的正常使用。 展开更多

Multi-channel can be used to provide higher transmission ability to the bandwidth-intensive and delay-sensitive real-time streams. However, traditional channel capacity theories and coding schemes are seldom designed for the real-time streams with strict delay constraint, especially in multi-channel context. This paper considers a real-time stream system, where real-time messages with different importance should be transmitted through several packet erasure channels, and be decoded by the receiver within a fixed delay. Based on window erasure channels and i.i.d.(identically and independently distributed) erasure channels, we derive the Multi-channel Real-time Stream Transmission(MRST) capacity models for Symmetric Real-time(SR) streams and Asymmetric Real-time(AR) streams respectively. Moreover, for window erasures, a Maximum Equilibrium Intra-session Code(MEIC) is presented for SR and AR streams, and is shown able to asymptotically achieve the theoretical MRST capacity. For i.i.d. erasures, we propose an Adaptive Maximum Equilibrium Intra-session Code(AMEIC), and then prove AMEIC can closely approach the MRST transmission capacity. Finally, the performances of the proposed codes are verified by simulations. 展开更多

mRNA Dependent Virtual-Real Substitutions of Nucleotides in Codons: The Dynamics of Their Meanings in the Genome Language

This is an attempt to explain mRNA-dependent non-stationary semantic values of codons (triplets) and nucleotides (letters) in codon composition during protein biosynthesis. This explanation is realized by comparing the different protein codes of various biosystem taxa, and, comparing mitochondrial code with the standard code. An initial mRNA transcriptional virtuality (Virtual-Reality) is transformed into material reality at the level of translation of virtual triplets into real (material) amino acids or into a real stop command of protein biosynthesis. The transformation of virtuality into reality occurs de facto when the linguistic sign1 functions of the codon syhoms are realized in the 3’ nucleotide (wobbling nucleotide according to F. Crick) in the process of protein biosynthesis. This corresponds to the theoretical works of the authors of this article. Despite the illusory appearance of semantic arbitrariness during the operation of ribosomes in the mode of codon semantic non-stationarity, this phenomenon probably provides biosystems with an unusually high level of adaptability to changes in the external environment as well as to internal (mental) dynamics of neuron’s genome in the cerebral cortex. The genome’s non-stationarity properties at the nucleotide, codon, gene and mental levels have fractal structure and corresponding dimensions. The highest form of such fractality (with maximum dimension) is probably realized in the genomic continuum of neurons in the human cerebral cortex through this semantic Virtual-to-Real (VR) codon transcoding with the biosynthesis of short-living semantic proteins, as the equivalents of material thinking-consciousness. In fact, this is the language of the brain’s genome, that is, our own language. In this case, the same thing happens in natural, primarily mental (non-verbal) languages. Their materialization is recorded in vocables (sounding words) and in writing. Such writing is the amino acid sequence in the semantic proteins of the human cerebral cortex. Rapidly decaying, such proteins can leave a long-lasting “so-called” Schr&#246;dinger wave holographic memory in the cerebral cortex. The presented below study is purely theoretical and based on a logical approach. The topic of the study is very complex and is subject to further development. 展开更多

Some specified chips in traditional Manchester-Ⅱencoding/decoding designs are used to guarantee strictly the stability of the input wave,otherwise the capacity of anti-interference and resilience are degraded seriously.In this paper,a new Manchester-Ⅱencoding/ decoding system is used for nuclear logging by a 7 000 m armoring cable.A thorough hardware wave tracking decoding algorithm is proposed and realized in a FPGA hardware chip.An on-site measurements show that this transmission system can decode correctly in real time,with a bit error rate of better than 10^(-10). 展开更多

在全球经济一体化的背景下,优化多级供应链网络以减少运营延迟并应对中断和需求不确定性至关重要。传统方法往往分别处理供应链中断和需求不确定性这两类问题,导致解决方案的碎片化。本文提出一种多目标决策模型,构建一个三级供应链网... 在全球经济一体化的背景下,优化多级供应链网络以减少运营延迟并应对中断和需求不确定性至关重要。传统方法往往分别处理供应链中断和需求不确定性这两类问题,导致解决方案的碎片化。本文提出一种多目标决策模型,构建一个三级供应链网络模型,并采用实数编码遗传算法进行优化。该算法结合了微观精准与宏观灵活性,能够在多目标优化中实现成本最小化和服务水平最大化。模型考虑供应链中断的随机性,采用几何分布模拟中断间隔时间,并通过遗传算法进行动态优化,以适应市场和供应条件的变化。实验结果表明,经过多次仿真验证,该模型平均在4.9 s内能够实现高效决策,展示了强大的鲁棒性和适应性。即使在各种参数变化的情况下,模型依然能够维持优化性能。与传统的线性规划、混合整数规划和动态规划模型相比,该模型在决策速度、成本控制和服务水平方面均表现优异,尤其在应对供应链中断和需求不确定性方面,提供了更为灵活和高效的解决方案。 展开更多

萨克逊邦凭借其法学的先锋地位编纂了1863年《萨克逊民法典》。从形式上看,它第一次采用了潘得克顿体系,影响了日本、苏联、韩国、波兰和我国的民法典的结构设计。从内容来看,它第一次规定生命表,明确了民事权利存续的时间维度,把生命... 萨克逊邦凭借其法学的先锋地位编纂了1863年《萨克逊民法典》。从形式上看,它第一次采用了潘得克顿体系,影响了日本、苏联、韩国、波兰和我国的民法典的结构设计。从内容来看,它第一次规定生命表,明确了民事权利存续的时间维度,把生命表推广于年金遗赠以外的包括死亡赔偿、遗产信托、养老财、终身定期金的领域并取得了成功。尔后的民法典因为考虑到人类预期寿命的变动不居性放弃了在民法典中固化生命表,但从未放弃过以民法典外的及时更新的生命表来衡量民法典内规定的民事权利的时间维度。实践证明,我国的立法、司法都不可避免地要运用生命表,但我国这方面的理论准备不足,而《萨克逊民法典》为我们提供了值得借鉴的经验。 展开更多
