Carboxylic acid derivatives withα-quaternary carbon center are one of the most ubiquitous moieties in synthetic and medicinal chemistry.Hence,novel and efficient synthetic methods towards carboxylic acid derivatives withα-quaternary carbon remain in high demand.However,most of the precursors of these complex compounds are not easy to prepare.Reported herein is a carbonylative five-component synthesis of amides and esters withα-quaternary carbon center enabled by palladium catalysis from abundant acrylonitrile,carbon monoxide,fluoroalkyl halides,and nucleophiles.Diverse amides and esters withα-quaternary carbon which contain difluoromethyl or perfluoroalkyl moiety were prepared in good to excellent yields,providing an efficient synthetic platform for sequential transformations. 展开更多

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and play vital roles in both biological systems and drug development.In recent years,increasing attention has been given to the functionalization of amino acid derivatives.Since the introduction of therapeutic insulin in the early 20th century,the conjugation of drug molecules with amino acids and peptides has been pivotal in driving advancements in drug discovery and become an integral part of modern medical practice.Currently,over a hundred peptide-drug conjugates have received global approval and are widely used to treat diseases such as diabetes,cancer,chronic pain,and multiple sclerosis.Key technologies for conjugating peptides with bioactive molecules include antibody-drug conjugates(ADCs),peptide-drug conjugates(PDCs),and proteolysis targeting chimeras(PROTACs).Significant efforts have been dedicated to developing strategies for the modification of amino acids and peptides,with particular focus on site-selective C-H alkylation/arylation reactions.These reactions are crucial for synthesizing bioactive molecules,as they enable the precise introduction of functional groups at specific positions,thereby improving the pharmacological properties of the resulting compounds. 展开更多

A simple, multi component, one-pot method has been reported for the synthesis of poly substituted imidazoles in presence of magnetically separable and recyclable spinel nano copper ferrite as heterogeneous catalyst by the cyclo-condensation of benzil, aromatic aldehyde, ammonium acetate and substituted amines under ultrasonic irradiation. This method of preparation has many advantages compared to those methods which are previously reported in the literature. 基于反应体系条件的研究,提出了灵敏度较高的测定痕量铝的光度法。在含铝(Ⅲ)的试液中,先后加入50 g.L-1氟化钾溶液4 mL,50 g.L-1吐温-20溶液2 mL,氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液(pH9.5)4 mL及500 mg.L-1邻羟基苯芴酮(o-HPF)溶液2.0 mL使反应生成... 基于反应体系条件的研究,提出了灵敏度较高的测定痕量铝的光度法。在含铝(Ⅲ)的试液中,先后加入50 g.L-1氟化钾溶液4 mL,50 g.L-1吐温-20溶液2 mL,氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液(pH9.5)4 mL及500 mg.L-1邻羟基苯芴酮(o-HPF)溶液2.0 mL使反应生成铝(Ⅲ)与o-HPF的络合物。在此反应体系中F-离子作为铝(Ⅲ)的辅助络合剂,吐温-20则对显色反应兼有增溶及增敏作用。若干共存金属离子[钛(Ⅵ)除外]的干扰可在加入氟化钾之后加入20 g.L-1EDTA溶液4 mL使消除。铝(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在0~0.16 mg.L-1范围内与其吸光度之间呈线性关系。反应体系的吸收峰位于550 nm波长处,在此波长条件下测得其摩尔吸光率(ε)为1.5×105L.mol-1.cm-1。此方法已应用于测定黄铜、镁合金、碳酸钾及废水等试样中铝量,求得测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于2.5%。 展开更多
