For any continuous q-function in random environment, we prove that the q-process in random environment always exists, and that any q-process in random environment satisfies the random Kolmogorov backward equation and the minimal q-process in random environment always exists. When q is a continuous and conservative q-function in random environment, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the uniqueness of q-process in random environment are given. 研究了一步淬火配分(Quenching and partitioning,Q&P)和两步Q&P工艺对430铁素体不锈钢微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,经两步Q&P处理后,430铁素体不锈钢形成了铁素体、马氏体和残留奥氏体复相组织;而经一步Q&P工...研究了一步淬火配分(Quenching and partitioning,Q&P)和两步Q&P工艺对430铁素体不锈钢微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,经两步Q&P处理后,430铁素体不锈钢形成了铁素体、马氏体和残留奥氏体复相组织;而经一步Q&P工艺处理后,仅形成铁素体和马氏体双相组织。在一步Q&P工艺中,由于碳原子的扩散速率较低,无论是调控配分时间还是配分温度,均未能使残留奥氏体稳定保留至室温。经一步Q&P工艺处理后,试样的强塑积范围为9.3~11.4 GPa·%,而经过两步Q&P工艺处理后,试样的强塑积为17.0 GPa·%。残留奥氏体的存在显著提升了材料的塑性和强塑积。尽管一步Q&P工艺具有简便高效的优势,但并不适用430铁素体不锈钢的性能优化。展开更多
为了解决大型工程项目中文件的传输时间与成本问题,提出一个基于文件工作流的工程项目文件管理优化方法。首先,构建了工程项目文件管理环境和具有逻辑顺序的文件工作流模型,分析了文件的传输和缓存。在此基础上,将文件管理优化问题建模...为了解决大型工程项目中文件的传输时间与成本问题,提出一个基于文件工作流的工程项目文件管理优化方法。首先,构建了工程项目文件管理环境和具有逻辑顺序的文件工作流模型,分析了文件的传输和缓存。在此基础上,将文件管理优化问题建模为马尔可夫过程,通过设计状态空间、动作空间及奖励函数等实现文件工作流的任务完成时间与缓存成本的联合优化。其次,采用对抗式双重深度Q网络(dueling double deep Q network,D3QN)来降低训练时间,提高训练效率。仿真结果验证了提出方案在不同参数配置下文件传输的有效性,并且在任务体量增大时仍能保持较好的优化能力。展开更多
