文摘This paper is concerned with a class of nonlinear fractional differential equations with a disturbance parameter in the integral boundary conditions on the infinite interval.By using Guo-Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem, fixed point index theory and the analytic technique,we give the bifurcation point of the parameter which divides the range of parameter for the existence of at least two,one and no positive solutions for the problem. And,by using a fixed point theorem of generalized concave operator and cone theory,we establish the maximum parameter interval for the existence of the unique positive solution for the problem and show that such a positive solution continuously depends on the parameter. In the end, some examples are given to illustrate our main results.
文摘Background:Submarine personnel often experience insomnia and reduced psychological resilience due to extended deployments in confined,high-stress environments.Effective non-pharmacological interventions are needed to improve sleep quality and resilience in this population. This study aimed to investigate the effect of virtual reality(VR)combined with forest therapy interventions on psychological resilience and sleep quality among submarine personnel with insomnia symptoms. Methods:Using convenience sampling,92 submarine personnel with insomnia symptoms undergoing recuperation at a PLA sanatorium between July 2023 and May 2025 were randomly allocated to experimental and control groups(n=46 each). The control group received forest therapy intervention, while the intervention group received combined VR and forest therapy interventions.Pre-and post-intervention assessments were conducted using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Results:There is no significant differences between two groups before the intervention on sleep or psychological resilience. Both groups showed significant pre-to post-intervention improvements in sleep and resilience;however,mixed-ANOVA results showed that the intervention(VR+forest therapy)group achieved significantly better outcomes than the control group at post-intervention after Bonferroni correction, including lower PSQI total and key component scores(subjective sleep quality, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction)and higher CD-RISC resilience scores. Conclusions:The integration of virtual reality and forest therapy effectively improved sleep quality and psychological resilience among submarine personnel with insomnia symptoms. This combined intervention shows promise as a non-pharmacological approach in military healthcare settings;however, further studies are needed to validate and generalize these findings.

文摘Objective:International students frequently face psychological adaptation difficulties while studying and living abroad. As an effective psychological resource, positive solitude has been identified as a potential factor for improving psychological well-being,but the underlying mechanism linking the two has not been fully explored. The current study aims to explore the relationship between positive solitude and psychological adaptation of international students, with particular emphasis on the intermediary roles of authenticity and loneliness. Methods:A total of 529 international tertiary students(Mage=23.76,SD=5.08;60.68%male)were surveyed using the Positive Solitude Scale(PSS),Authenticity Scale(AS),6-item UCLA Loneliness Scale(ULS-6),and Brief Psychological Adaptation Scale(BPAS).SPSS27.0 was used for descriptive statistical analysis and Pearson correlation analysis.PROCESS macro(Model 6)was employed to test a serial mediation model,in which authenticity and loneliness function as intermediary variables between positive solitude and psychological adaptation. Results:The correlation analysis indicated significant associations among positive solitude, authenticity, loneliness, and psychological adaptation(r=−0.544~0.511).Positive solitude was directly and positively related to psychological adaptation(β=0.132,t=3.609,p<0.001)and indirectly related to psychological adaptation through two pathways:a single mediation via authenticity(indirect effect=0.089)and a serial mediation through authenticity and loneliness(indirect effect=0.062).Loneliness did not serve as a significant mediator(indirect effect=–0.015,95%CI[–0.049,0.019]).The total indirect effect was 0.136.Conclusions:Interventions targeting international students’capacity for experiencing positive solitude and authenticity can help to reduce loneliness and increase psychological adaptation. The findings derived from this study are conducive to understanding the relationship between positive solitude and psychological adaptation,as well as its underlying mechanisms. In addition, the study offers a new perspective for educational management and psychological counseling services for international students.
文摘BACKGROUND Appropriate care for individuals who attempt suicide and are admitted to the emergency department(ED)can prevent future suicidal behavior. It is vital to understand their sociodemographic characteristics and the effects of targeted psychological care.AIM To analyze sociodemographic characteristics of suicide attempters treated in the ED and evaluate the efficacy of psychological care.METHODS Data from 239 suicide attempters treated in the ED of the Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture(Hubei Province,China)between January 2021 and February 2025 were divided into 2:Control(n=108)and psychological care(n=131).The demographic characteristics and effects of the psychological care were analyzed.RESULTS The mean(±SD)age of the 239 patients[114 male(47.7%),125 female(52.3%)]was 26.25±9.3 years,of whom 122(45.2%)were single,117(48.9%)were married, and 106(44.4%)had secondary education.Thirty-eight(15.9%)patients had suicidal intent, with a mean of 1.26±0.59 suicide attempts each.Twenty-two(9.21%)patients had a family history of suicide, while 8(3.34%)had a family history of suicide attempt(s).Before intervention, mean Suicidal Intent Scale scores in the psychological nursing and control groups were 21.57±5.28 and 19.86±5.92,respectively(P>0.05).After 1 month of nursing intervention, the respective scores were 10.09±1.11 and 16.48±0.87(P<0.001);and the re-suicide rates were 11.45%(15/131)and 24.07%(26/108)(P<0.001).CONCLUSION Psychological care significantly reduces suicide risk;EDs should provide comprehensive mental health care.
文摘Background:Amid the global rise in adolescent sedentary behavior and psychological distress, extant research has largely focused on variable-level associations, neglecting symptom-level interactions. This study applies network analysis, aims to delineate the interconnections among sedentary time, social support, social exclusion, and psychological distress in Chinese students, and to identify core and bridge symptoms to inform targeted interventions. Methods:This study employed a cross-sectional design to investigate the complex relationships among sedentary behavior, social support, social exclusion, and psychological distress among Chinese students. The research involved 459 high school and university students, using network analysis and mediation models to examine these relationships. Results:Network analysis revealed that the network had a density of 58.33%and an average edge weight of 0.11.In terms of centrality, stress had the highest expected influence(EI=1.135),acting as the core amplifier in the network.Sedentary behavior demonstrated the highest bridging expected influence, functioning as a critical bridge for cross-community transmission.Conversely, friend support showed the lowest bridging EI with a negative value, indicating its effectiveness in blocking cross-community diffusion and alleviating symptoms. Conclusion:With stress acting as the most influential“core engine”within the symptom network and sedentary behavior serving as the key“bridge”for cross-community transmission, interventions should first target stress to weaken the overall symptom cascade, followed by reducing sedentary behavior or enhancing friend support to disrupt cross-community pathways, thereby achieving a core-bridge dual blockade.

文摘Objectives:Psychological resilience is a critical resource for vocational high school students navigating social biases and fostering mental well-being.This six-month longitudinal study investigated the developmental trajectories of discrimination perception, vocational identity, and psychological resilience in this population. It further examined the longitudinal mediating role of vocational identity in the relationship between discrimination perception and psychological resilience. Methods:A total of 526 students from five vocational high schools in Guangdong,China, were assessed via convenience sampling at two time points:baseline(T1,September 2023)and six-month follow-up(T2,March 2024).Measures of discrimination perception, psychological resilience, and vocational identity were administered.Data were analyzed using a cross-lagged panel model to test for bidirectional relationships. Results:Over the six-month period, students showed significant decreases in discrimination perception and vocational identity, but a significant increase in psychological resilience. The cross-lagged model revealed significant bidirectional relationships:discrimination perception and psychological resilience negatively predicted each other over time(β=−0.124,p<0.01;β=−0.200,p<0.001),while psychological resilience and vocational identity positively predicted each other(β=0.084,p<0.05;β=0.076,p<0.05).The mediation analysis revealed a dual-pathway mechanism.T1 discrimination perception exerted both a significant direct negative effect on T2 psychological resilience(β=−0.332,p<0.001)and a significant indirect positive effect via T1 vocational identity(indirect effect=0.020,95%CI[0.001,0.046]).This confirms a partial mediating role, indicating that vocational identity functions as a compensatory mechanism, transforming the experience of discrimination perception into a potential source of psychological resilience. Conclusions:For vocational high school students, perception of discrimination directly undermines psychological resilience, but also indirectly fosters it through the positive development of vocational identity. These findings highlight vocational identity as a pivotal mechanism in the complex relationship between social adversity and mental resilience.

文摘Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients face significant psychological challenges alongside physical symptoms, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of how psychological vulnerability and adaptation patterns evolve throughout the disease course. This review examined 95 studies(2000-2025)from PubMed,Web of Science, and CNKI databases including longitudinal cohorts, randomized controlled trials, and mixed-methods research,to characterize the complex interplay between biological, psychological, and social factors affecting RA patients’mental health.Findings revealed three distinct vulnerability trajectories(45%persistently low,30%fluctuating improvement,25%persistently high)and four adaptation stages, with critical intervention periods occurring 3-6 months postdiagnosis and during disease flares.Multiple factors significantly influence psychological outcomes, including gender(females showing 1.8-fold increased risk),age(younger patients experiencing 42%higher vulnerability),pain intensity, inflammatory markers, and neuroendocrine dysregulation(48%showing cortisol rhythm disruption).Early psychological intervention(within 3 months of diagnosis)demonstrated robust benefits, reducing depression incidence by 42%with effects persisting 24-36 months, while different modalities showed complementary advantages:Cognitive behavioral therapy for depression(Cohen’s d=0.68),mindfulness for pain acceptance(38%improvement),and peer support for meaning reconstruction(25.6%increase).These findings underscore the importance of integrating routine psychological assessment into standard RA care, developing stage-appropriate interventions, and advancing research toward personalized biopsychosocial approaches that address the dynamic psychological dimensions of the disease.
文摘BACKGROUND Approximately 30%of patients with head and neck cancer experience adverse effects caused by anxiety and depression.Considering the high prevalence, implementing customized interventions to ease adverse emotional states is imperative.AIM To evaluate the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)-based psychological interventions in improving the psychological well-being and quality of life(QoL)of patients with laryngeal carcinoma.METHODS This study enrolled 120 patients admitted from February 2022 to February 2024.The control group, comprising 50 participants, received standard supportive psychological care, while the research group, consisting 70 participants, underwent CBT-based interventions.Several clinical outcomes were systematically assessed that included postoperative recovery metrics(duration of tracheostomy and nasogastric tube dependence and length of hospitalization),psychological status(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale),nutritional markers(serum albumin and hemoglobin levels),sleep quality(Self-Rating Scale of Sleep and Athens Insomnia Scale),and QoL(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Head and Neck).RESULTS The results demonstrated that the research group experienced superior outcomes, with significantly reduced durations of tracheostomy and nasogastric tube dependence,as well as shorter hospital stays, compared with the control group.Additionally, the research group exhibited markedly lower post-intervention Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Scale of Sleep, and Athens Insomnia Scale scores, along with minimal but higher change in serum albumin and hemoglobin levels compared with the control group. All five domains of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Head and Neck showed notable improvements in the research group, exceeding those observed in the control group.CONCLUSION CBT-based psychological support positively affects the mental well-being and QoL of patients with laryngeal carcinoma, highlighting its potential for broader clinical application.

文摘This paper is concerned with the following nonlinear Steklov problemΔu=0 in D,∂vu=λf(u)on∂D,where D is the unit disk in the plane,∂v denotes the unit outward normal derivative. For each k∈N,under some natural conditions on f,using the Crandall-Rabinowitz bifurcation theorem,we obtain a bifurcation curve emanating from(k,0).Furthermore,we also analyze the local structure of bifurcation curves and stability of solutions on them.Specifically, our results indicate the bifurcation is critical for each k and is subcritical(supercritical)if f'''(0)>0(f'''(0)<0).

文摘Background:The growing parenting stress among Chinese mothers in recent years raises concerns about its impact on adolescent internalizing problems. The purpose of this study was to examine the curvilinear relationship between maternal parenting stress and internalizing problems in adolescents, and further explore the moderating effects of family socioeconomic status(SES)and adolescent gender. Methods:Data were collected from 405 mothers and adolescents(203 boys,Meanage=12.23)across five cities(Beijing,Hebei,Shanxi,Shenzhen, and Shandong)in China, who completed self-report measures of maternal parenting stress and internalizing problems.Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analyses were conducted using SPSS 27.0.Results:Multiple regression analyses indicated that the association between maternal parenting stress2 and adolescents’internalizing problems was moderated by the interaction between gender and SES(b=−0.03,p<0.01).Specifically,a significant U-shaped relationship was observed among high-SES boys(b=0.12,t=3.89,p<0.001),with internalizing problems peaking at both low and high levels of maternal parenting stress, whereas the moderating effect of SES was not significant among girls. Conclusion:The study highlights that moderate maternal parenting stress is associated with lower internalizing problems among adolescents, particularly among high-SES boys, indicating that interventions should consider the optimal balance of parental stress and account for family socioeconomic and adolescent gender differences.
文摘Backgrounds:Somatization and eating-related problems in adolescents living in residential care may be shaped by the interplay of risk and protective factors, including gender, relational trauma, attachment patterns, emotional intelligence, and perceived social support. This study examined how gender, relational trauma, attachment dimensions, resilience, and emotional intelligence contribute to the presence of somatic and eating difficulties in this population. Methods:The sample included 46 adolescents(63%female;ages 12–17,Mean=14.85,Standard Deviation(SD)=1.49)residing in child protection institutions in Uruguay.Participants completed self-report measures assessing childhood relational trauma(CaMir),attachment dimensions(anxiety and avoidance),resilience, emotional intelligence(adaptability and stress management),social support(MOS),and psychosocial adjustment(SENA subscales of somatization and eating problems).Using a fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)approach, distinct configurations of risk and protective factors associated with elevated levels of somatization and eating problems were identified. Results:Relational trauma and attachment anxiety showed moderate associations with both somatization and eating problems(r=0.52–0.57,p<0.01),whereas stress management was negatively associated with both outcomes(r=−0.37 to−0.47,p<0.05).FsQCA revealed multiple configurations of risk and protective factors explaining 81–90%of cases, with solution consistencies ranging from 0.83 to 0.87.Results suggest that relational trauma and attachment anxiety are key risk conditions, whereas resilience, emotional regulation, and perceived social support function as protective factors. Conclusions:Findings highlight the importance of considering multifactorial patterns of vulnerability and protection rather than single predictors and underscore the need for tailored interventions that strengthen resilience and emotional skills while addressing the impact of early relational trauma.

文摘In this paper,we study the nonlinear Riemann boundary value problem with square roots that is represented by a Cauchy-type integral with kernel density in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces. We discuss the odd-order zero-points distribution of the solutions and separate the single valued analytic branch of the solutions with square roots, then convert the problem to a Riemann boundary value problem in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces and discuss the singularity of solutions at individual zeros belonging to curve. We consider two types of cases those where the coefficient is Hölder and those where it is piecewise Hölder. Then we solve the Hilbert boundary value problem with square roots in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.By discussing the distribution of the odd-order zero-points for solutions and the method of symmetric extension,we convert the Hilbert problem to a Riemann boundary value problem. The equivalence of the transformation is discussed. Finally,we get the solvable conditions and the direct expressions of the solutions in variable exponent Lebesgue spaces.

文摘Recently, the zeroing neural network(ZNN)has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness in tackling time-varying problems, delivering robust performance across both noise-free and noisy environments. However, existing ZNN models are limited in their ability to actively suppress noise, which constrains their robustness and precision in solving time-varying problems. This paper introduces a novel active noise rejection ZNN(ANR-ZNN)design that enhances noise suppression by integrating computational error dynamics and harmonic behaviour.Through rigorous theoretical analysis,we demonstrate that the proposed ANR-ZNN maintains robust convergence in computational error performance under environmental noise. As a case study, the ANR-ZNN model is specifically applied to time-varying matrix inversion.Comprehensive computer simulations and robotic experiments further validate the ANR-ZNN's effectiveness, emphasising the proposed design's superiority and potential for solving time-varying problems.

文摘Owing to their global search capabilities and gradient-free operation, metaheuristic algorithms are widely applied to a wide range of optimization problems. However, their computational demands become prohibitive when tackling high-dimensional optimization challenges. To effectively address these challenges, this study introduces cooperative metaheuristics integrating dynamic dimension reduction(DR).Building upon particle swarm optimization(PSO)and differential evolution(DE),the proposed cooperative methods C-PSO and C-DE are developed. In the proposed methods, the modified principal components analysis(PCA)is utilized to reduce the dimension of design variables, thereby decreasing computational costs. The dynamic DR strategy implements periodic execution of modified PCA after a fixed number of iterations, resulting in the important dimensions being dynamically identified.Compared with the static one,the dynamic DR strategy can achieve precise identification of important dimensions, thereby enabling accelerated convergence toward optimal solutions.Furthermore, the influence of cumulative contribution rate thresholds on optimization problems with different dimensions is investigated.Metaheuristic algorithms(PSO,DE)and cooperative metaheuristics(C-PSO,C-DE)are examined by 15 benchmark functions and two engineering design problems(speed reducer and composite pressure vessel).Comparative results demonstrate that the cooperative methods achieve significantly superior performance compared to standard methods in both solution accuracy and computational efficiency.Compared to standard metaheuristic algorithms, cooperative metaheuristics achieve a reduction in computational cost of at least 40%.The cooperative metaheuristics can be effectively used to tackle both high-dimensional unconstrained and constrained optimization problems.

文摘Physics-informed neural networks(PINNs)have been shown as powerful tools for solving partial differential equations(PDEs)by embedding physical laws into the network training.Despite their remarkable results, complicated problems such as irregular boundary conditions(BCs)and discontinuous or high-frequency behaviors remain persistent challenges for PINNs.For these reasons,we propose a novel two-phase framework, where a neural network is first trained to represent shape functions that can capture the irregularity of BCs in the first phase, and then these neural network-based shape functions are used to construct boundary shape functions(BSFs)that exactly satisfy both essential and natural BCs in PINNs in the second phase. This scheme is integrated into both the strong-form and energy PINN approaches, thereby improving the quality of solution prediction in the cases of irregular BCs.In addition, this study examines the benefits and limitations of these approaches in handling discontinuous and high-frequency problems.Overall, our method offers a unified and flexible solution framework that addresses key limitations of existing PINN methods with higher accuracy and stability for general PDE problems in solid mechanics.
