In the context of large language model(LLM)reshaping software engineering education,this paper presents OSSerCopilot,a LLM-based tutoring system designed to address the critical challenge faced by newcomers(especially...In the context of large language model(LLM)reshaping software engineering education,this paper presents OSSerCopilot,a LLM-based tutoring system designed to address the critical challenge faced by newcomers(especially student contributors)in open source software(OSS)communities.Leveraging natural language processing,code semantic understanding,and learner profiling,the system functions as an intelligent tutor to scaffold three core competency domains:contribution guideline interpretation,project architecture comprehension,and personalized task matching.By transforming traditional onboarding barriers-such as complex contribution documentation and opaque project structures-into interactive learning journeys,OSSerCopilot enables newcomers to complete their first OSS contribution more easily and confidently.This paper highlights how LLM technologies can redefine software engineering education by bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical OSS participation,offering implications for curriculum design,competency assessment,and sustainable OSS ecosystem cultivation.A demonstration video of the system is available at https://figshare.com/articles/media/OSSerCopilot_Introduction_mp4/29510276.展开更多

Three types of policies were studied including qualification, requirements and substitution policies which can not handle complex role resolution such as Separation of Roles and Binding of Roles, and several exception situations, such as Role Delegation and Role Unavailable. From the perspective of project-oriented workflow, a project and its sub-projects can be under the charge of teams (or virtual teams). The teams should satisfy the role resolution of the projects managed by the team. To support the above requirements, based on team-enabled organization model, this paper extended HP’s policy language to support the role resolution in project-oriented workflow, and provided its modeling and enforcement mechanism.展开更多

This paper intends to cast light on the management of project-oriented workflow. A comprehensive authorization model is proposed from the perspective of project management. In this model, the concept of activity decomposition and team is introduced, which improves the security of conventional role-based access control. Furthermore, policy is provided to define the static and dynamic constraints such as Separation of Duty (SoD). Validity of constraints is proposed to provide a fine-grained assignment, which improves the performance of policy management. Against the backdrop of increasing consumer complaints about out-of-school education and training and the difficulty of refunding fees caused by the closure of training institutions,this paper analyses the development...Against the backdrop of increasing consumer complaints about out-of-school education and training and the difficulty of refunding fees caused by the closure of training institutions,this paper analyses the development of China's education and training industry in the last decade and the risks it is currently facing,and designs an innovative after-school tutoring pre-paid consumption perfomance bond insurance based on 218 questionnaires collected.The product uses a big data platform to connect three different ports of the APP,drawing on the new model of“commercial insurance and e-CNY and platform supervision”.It uses credit rating to determine the cost,a credit level transfer matrix to calculate the probability of risk events and the average cumulative default rate to achieve reasonable pricing over a long period of time,and nearly a dozen calculation formulas to determine the balance of the advance receipts,which provides consumers with more comprehensive and flexible risk protection.At the same time,we have studied the user experience optimisation and marketing strategy of this insurance product,aiming to achieve a virtuous cycle for the insurance company.As an innovative insurance product,the product fills a gap in the market and is highly competitive in terms of future market demand.We hope that insurance can effectively protect the legitimate rights and we expect to provide realistic help for those of us who aspire to education and provide reference for other consumer protection.展开更多
