Template identification technology of nuclear warheads and components

Template identification technology (TIT) is designed for the scenarios where a batch of disarmed nuclear weapons or components would be dismantled to observe a nuclear disarmament treaty. Template identification technology (TIT) is designed for the scenarios where a batch of disarmed nuclear weapons or components would be dismantled to observe a nuclear disarmament treaty. The core function played by the TIT is to make a judgment on whether the verified item belongs to a certain kind of nuclear weapons or component (NW/NC) or to which kind the verified item belongs. This paper analyses the functions played by the TIT in the process of NW/NC dismantlement, and proposes that two phases would be followed when applying the TIT: firstly to establish NW/NC templates with a sample of size n drawn from a certain kind of disarmament NW; secondly to authenticate NW/NC by means of the TIT. This paper also expatiates some terms related to the concept of the TIT and investigates on the development status of NW/NC TIT based on radiation signatures. The study concludes that the design of template structure is crucial to the establishment of an effective TIT and that starting from different research angles and aiming at the same goal of classification different template structures and corresponding template identification methods can be built up to meet specific identification requirements. 展开更多

[Objectives]To explore the correlation of processing technology,physical parameters and chemical components during plain stir-baking of Trichosanthis Radix.[Methods]Based on mixture uniform experiment design,the Trichosanthis Radix was prepared by plain stir-bake method.Delphi method was used to evaluate and select the highest-scoring processed product for measuring physical parameters.UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of starch and polysaccharide.The correlation and linear regression model of processing technology,physical parameters and chemical components were established with the aid of SPSS 26.0[Results]After processing by plain stir-bake method,the relative density and chromaticity showed a decreasing trend in the processed products of Trichosanthis Radix,the oxidation value,hydroscopic rate and swelling decreased firstly and then increased,and pH increased firstly and then decreased.The content of total starch decreased,the content of polysaccharide increased,and there was a negative correlation between them.There was a significant positive correlation between temperature and oxidation value,swelling and hydroscopic rate,hydroscopic rate and polysaccharide,and there was a significant negative correlation between relative density and hydroscopic rate or polysaccharide,total starch and hydroscopic rate or swelling.The linear relation model between processing technology and physical parameters and chemical components was r2>0.9.[Conclusions]After processing by plain stir-bake method,the physical parameters of Trichosanthis Radix changed,and there may be mutual conversion between total starch and polysaccharides.To a certain extent,physical parameters can be used to evaluate the quality of processed products of Trichosanthis Radix.This study is expected to provide a reference for research on quality evaluation of processed products of traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

Finance is the core of modern economy,and a strong country cannot do without the support of financial system.With the rapid development of economy and society,the traditional financial services can not support the increasingly large and complex economic system.As a brand-new format,financial technology can help the financial industry to restructure and upgrade.At the same time,as an international consensus,green development is the only way for China to achieve sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of finance on the regional development of green finance.Based on the essence of green finance development,fuzzy principal component analysis is used to build the green finance evaluation index system in this paper.Taking the data of three provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2015 to 2019 as an example,QAP analysis is used to study the impact of financial tech-nology on the regional development of green finance.Research shows that expla-natory variables are highly significant,that is,financial technology has a significant role in promoting green finance.Finally,based on the research conclu-sions,this paper puts forward suggestions on how green technology can better promote the development of green finance from three aspects of top-level design,technical research and supervision. 展开更多

Along with its extension, the traditional applic ation system transforms from file-based structure to C/S and then CSS model. At the same time, following the prevalence of Internet/Intranet, Web application s ystem based on browser comes into being. In early time, Web application only pro vided functions of looking over or querying static data on browser. But with the development of Internet/Intranet widely, it’s expected that more and more trad itional applications can be performed on browser, or even E-Business trades and other complicated application systems such as MIS, ERP and CRM and so on. In or der to satisfy both traditional application and Web application, reduce the cost of developing system repeatedly, increase the repeated use of application syste m and take advantage of the functions of OOA/OOD sufficiently, a new distributed architecture structure (system solution based on repeated components) comes for th. In this article, this distributed architecture structure will be discuss ed in detail. Firstly, the evolution of traditional application system and Web application sys tem will be talked over, especially the advantages and disadvantages of these tw o architectures. An Efficient and Cost-Saving Component Scheduling Algorithm Using High Speed Turret Type Machines for a Board Containing Multiple PCBs

This paper considers a material constrained component scheduling problem during the high speed surface mount manufacturing stage in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, where each piece of board contains an even number of identical PCBs. To accomplish the production, material requirements must be predetermined and incorporated as restraints into the scheduling problem, which has the objective of minimizing production completion time (makespan). A solution procedure is developed based on the following strategies: 1) Each machine is responsible for the same PCBs of each piece, 2) Components of the same types may use one or more feeder locations, 3) Component types are clustered based on their suitable placement speeds, 4) A heuristic using a bottom-up approach is applied to determine the component placement sequence and the feeder location assignment for all machines. Velocity estimate functions of the turret, XY table, and feeder carriage were derived based on empirical data. An experiment using Fuji CP732E machines was conducted on two real life instances. Experimental results indicate that our method performs 32.96% and 10.60% better than the Fuji-CP software for the two instances, in terms of the makespan per piece of board. 展开更多

This research proposes a component to restrict dust from entering an oil hydraulic system through the rod-seal clearance of an oil hydraulic cylinder.The oil hydraulic cylinder as one of main parts of the hydraulic system,controls position of load by reciprocation.For example,on construction machines such as excavators and graders,the cylinder controls position of folk lift,crane and bucket.However,during operation,dust enters the cylinder,wears seals,causes fluid degradation and affects lubrication of valves,pumps and other parts of hydraulic system.This increases breakdown rate of cylinder and entire system.Thus,it seems necessary to reduce on intrusion of dust into the system via the hydraulic cylinder.In this research,we made an experimental apparatus to simulate intrusion of the dust into system.Results proved that the apparatus is a suitable simulator to realize the intrusion.The proposed component to restrict dust from entering cylinder was fabricated and its performance tested when inserted with various elastic rings.The component gave tremendous results when inserted with O-ring seal and a plastic nylon washer,and can be retrofitted on new and old hydraulic cylinders.It is an appropriate technology especially in developing countries where dust is still a major concern. 展开更多

In view of the problems such as backward production mode,poor quality stability,high safety risk and incomplete control system during erection of the reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders for high-speed railway(HSR),and in combination with the key points and main challenges in the reinforcement framework construction of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang HSR,the overall technical route for the intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders is put forward.The component design of reinforcement framework of simply supported box girder is carried out based on BIM,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through segment assembly test.The assembly techniques are studied in combination with the mesh design scheme to achieve rapid forming of the reinforcement framework.R&D of automatic processing equipment for components,material transshipment equipment,automatic hoisting equipment and technological equipment for assembly clamping fixture are carried out to realize the overall design of equipment production line.An intelligent control system is developed for the whole-process intelligent construction of reinforcement framework to realize the full life-cycle applications for the workshop production and visual management including intelligent layout and quality traceability.The research results systematically optimize and innovate the assembly and forming technologies of reinforcement framework in the prefabrication beam yard of high-speed railway,realize the component processing,automatic assembly and information technology management,improve the construction quality,efficiency and information technology level of intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of railway prefabricated beam as a whole,and reduce the construction cost of the project.The research has realized a major breakthrough in the construction technology of railway prefabricated box girders,which has the extensive technical and market promotion values. 展开更多

目的 建立不同基原枳实的加味温胆汤高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱,并采用化学模式识别分析方法综合评价不同批次加味温胆汤的质量。方法 采用Kromasil 100-5 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱... 目的 建立不同基原枳实的加味温胆汤高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱,并采用化学模式识别分析方法综合评价不同批次加味温胆汤的质量。方法 采用Kromasil 100-5 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长318 nm;流速1 mL·min^(-1);柱温30℃;进样量10μL,建立不同基原枳实的加味温胆汤HPLC指纹图谱,并进行相似度分析。采用聚类分析(HCA)、主成分分析(PCA)与正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA)评价不同批次不同基原枳实的加味温胆汤的质量差异,并确定质量差异化合物。结果 加味温胆汤以不同基原的枳实组方可分成典型的两类HPLC指纹图谱,确定了32~33个共有峰;色谱峰主要来自枳实(酸橙枳实、甜橙枳实)、化橘红、毛冬青、竹茹、五指毛桃。通过与对照品比对鉴定了14个成分,分别为绿原酸(峰4)、新西兰牡荆苷Ⅱ(峰9)、对香豆酸(峰10)、异绿原酸B(峰15)、柚皮芸香苷(峰16)、异绿原酸A(峰17)、柚皮苷(峰18)、橙皮苷(峰19)、异绿原酸C(峰20)、新橙皮苷(峰21)、柚皮素(峰25)、补骨脂素(峰26)、川陈皮素(峰32)、橘皮素(峰33)。以酸橙枳实为枳实基原组成的10批加味温胆汤HPLC指纹图谱相似度为0.950~0.997;以甜橙枳实为枳实基原组成的3批加味温胆汤HPLC指纹图谱相似度为0.952~0.982;2种不同基原枳实组成的加味温胆汤HPLC对照指纹图谱的相似度为0.805。化学模式识别结果显示,13批样品可分为3类,分别为S1~S8、S11~S13、S9~S10,筛选出20个差异色谱峰,其中影响不同基原枳实的加味温胆汤质量差异标志物为橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、柚皮苷、川陈皮素。结论 该研究所建立的不同基原枳实的加味温胆汤HPLC指纹图谱结合化学模式识别方法可系统、全面地评价加味温胆汤的质量差异,可为其新制剂研发的工艺与质量标准研究提供实验基础。 展开更多
