How to make an effective diagnosis has always been an issue. In order to achieve this goal, a clinical symptom-oriented modular diagnosis scheme based on the concept of the process thinking and Murtaghs General Practice was developed for general practitioners. Five key steps according to the workflow of real reception patients by a general practitioner were promulgated in this design of a modular scheme, which is in line with the actual clinical setting. This thinking concept of diagnosis should help prevent missed and erroneous diagnoses and meet the actual needs of general practitioners. 展开更多

Objective: to explore the role of systematic thinking in general practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in communities. Methods: from December 2018 to December 2020, 80 patients receiving diabetes treatment in our community were selected and divided into two groups on average. The first group was the traditional treatment group, with 40 patients receiving conventional treatment. The second group was the medical diagnosis and treatment group, with 40 patients, who adopted the TCM general practice system thinking diagnosis and treatment mode. Results: the level of HbA1c in the medical treatment group (7.56±0.93) was higher than that in the traditional treatment group (9.74±1.34). The health knowledge awareness (95.51±3.64), nursing satisfaction score (94.52±4.26) and compliance behavior score (95.61±3.13) of the medical diagnosis and treatment group were higher than those of the traditional diagnosis and treatment group, with the health knowledge awareness (85.38±2.53), nursing satisfaction score (84.38±3.52) and compliance behavior score (83. 25±2.12). Conclusion: in the diabetic patients in our community, the systematic thinking diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM general practice has a very good effect, which can improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment in our community, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, and improve the cooperation of patients to treatment, and has a high promotion value. 展开更多

Legal practice comprises the normative activities of constructing and maintaining social order with the aim of achieving equity and justice. In terms of content, it can be divided into three categories: intellectual legal practice, normative legal practice, and applied legal practice. As an important factor supporting legal practice, legal theory has a complex interactive relationship with legal practice. The effect of legal theory on legal practice is realized through the intermediary, carrier and bridging functions of the rationality, wisdom and ideas of legal practice. Developing the concept of the ideal legal life is the inherent mission and method of legal practice thought. 展开更多

This study assessed Robert Sternberg’s theory of successful intelligence(TSI)training in teaching and learning situations to improve academic achievement, triarchic(analytical, creative, practical)thinking, and socioemotional outcomes. The analyses included all references from several databases(Web of Science,ProQuest,Elsevier,Google Scholar, and bibliographies of related articles)from 1998 to 2019 that implemented the successful intelligence training program in a variety of ways.Possible moderators, selection criteria, subject areas, and grade levels were investigated.A total of 24 studies(19 articles)were included in the meta-analysis.The results revealed that successful intelligence training has a positive effect on students’overall achievement,g=0.63,SE=0.11,95%confidence interval(CI)[0.41,0.85],k=24,z=5.98,p<.001,under a random-effect model. After adjusting for publication bias, the effect size(ES)g was 0.35,SE=0.12,95%CI[0.10,0.60].The ES was the largest for socioemotional outcomes, followed by triarchic outcomes and then achievement outcomes.High-IQ-based selected participants received higher ES than teacher-selected participants.Regarding subject areas, science and general triarchic training differed significantly.Among the grade levels,high-school level and primary level differed significantly. Moreover, intervention duration negatively moderated the ES significantly.Gender did not moderate the ES.All student participants benefited from the successful intelligence training program, and this benefit was greater for gifted and older students. This finding suggests that TSI training educators provide a more detailed, structured, and authentic problem situation to be more effective instead of academic problems. 展开更多
