With the rapid advancement of medical artificial intelligence(AI)technology,particularly the widespread adoption of AI diagnostic systems,ethical challenges in medical decision-making have garnered increasing attention.This paper analyzes the limitations of algorithmic ethics in medical decision-making and explores accountability mechanisms,aiming to provide theoretical support for ethically informed medical practices.The study highlights how the opacity of AI algorithms complicates the definition of decision-making responsibility,undermines doctor-patient trust,and affects informed consent.By thoroughly investigating issues such as the algorithmic“black box”problem and data privacy protection,we develop accountability assessment models to address ethical concerns related to medical resource allocation.Furthermore,this research examines the effective implementation of AI diagnostic systems through case studies of both successful and unsuccessful applications,extracting lessons on accountability mechanisms and response strategies.Finally,we emphasize that establishing a transparent accountability framework is crucial for enhancing the ethical standards of medical AI systems and protecting patients’rights and interests. 展开更多

A Novel Contour Tracing Algorithm for Object Shape Reconstruction Using Parametric Curves

Parametric curves such as Bézier and B-splines, originally developedfor the design of automobile bodies, are now also used in image processing andcomputer vision. For example, reconstructing an object shape in an image,including different translations, scales, and orientations, can be performedusing these parametric curves. For this, Bézier and B-spline curves can be generatedusing a point set that belongs to the outer boundary of the object. Theresulting object shape can be used in computer vision fields, such as searchingand segmentation methods and training machine learning algorithms. Theprerequisite for reconstructing the shape with parametric curves is to obtainsequentially the points in the point set. In this study, a novel algorithm hasbeen developed that sequentially obtains the pixel locations constituting theouter boundary of the object. The proposed algorithm, unlike the methods inthe literature, is implemented using a filter containing weights and an outercircle surrounding the object. In a binary format image, the starting point ofthe tracing is determined using the outer circle, and the next tracing movementand the pixel to be labeled as the boundary point is found by the filter weights.Then, control points that define the curve shape are selected by reducing thenumber of sequential points. Thus, the Bézier and B-spline curve equationsdescribing the shape are obtained using these points. In addition, differenttranslations, scales, and rotations of the object shape are easily provided bychanging the positions of the control points. It has also been shown that themissing part of the object can be completed thanks to the parametric curves. 展开更多

为提升室内机器人的路径跟踪能力,提出一种将改进的MOA算法与传统PID控制器相融合控制方法。建立四轮机器人运动学模型并通过使用Chebyshev混沌映射来初始化蜉蝣种群,以进一步提升算法在全局搜索中的搜索性能;加入了非线性因子,防止该... 为提升室内机器人的路径跟踪能力,提出一种将改进的MOA算法与传统PID控制器相融合控制方法。建立四轮机器人运动学模型并通过使用Chebyshev混沌映射来初始化蜉蝣种群,以进一步提升算法在全局搜索中的搜索性能;加入了非线性因子,防止该算法在搜索过程中陷入局部最优值;在位置更新公式中加入余弦权重策略,调节算法不同时期的搜索速度和范围,使得算法的搜索精度及稳定性得到进一步提升。将灰狼算法(GWO)、鲸鱼算法(WOA)及原始蜉蝣算法(MOA)利用8种测试函数进行测试对比分析。测试结果验证了该算法在全局搜索能力、收敛精度及鲁棒性较其他算法有明显优势。使用改进的蜉蝣搜索算法(IMOA)优化PID控制参数,应用室内机器人路径跟踪过程中并在Simulink中仿真,相比传统PID控制器,在跟踪精度、横向误差和鲁棒性等方面具有明显的提升。 展开更多

Integrating Attention Mechanism with Code Structural Affinity and Execution Context Correlation for Automated Bug Repair

Automated Program Repair(APR)techniques have shown significant potential in mitigating the cost and complexity associated with debugging by automatically generating corrective patches for software defects.Despite considerable progress in APR methodologies,existing approaches frequently lack contextual awareness of runtime behaviors and structural intricacies inherent in buggy source code.In this paper,we propose a novel APR approach that integrates attention mechanisms within an autoencoder-based framework,explicitly utilizing structural code affinity and execution context correlation derived from stack trace analysis.Our approach begins with an innovative preprocessing pipeline,where code segments and stack traces are transformed into tokenized representations.Subsequently,the BM25 ranking algorithm is employed to quantitatively measure structural code affinity and execution context correlation,identifying syntactically and semantically analogous buggy code snippets and relevant runtime error contexts from extensive repositories.These extracted features are then encoded via an attention-enhanced autoencoder model,specifically designed to capture significant patterns and correlations essential for effective patch generation.To assess the efficacy and generalizability of our proposed method,we conducted rigorous experimental comparisons against DeepFix,a state-of-the-art APR system,using a substantial dataset comprising 53,478 studentdeveloped C programs.Experimental outcomes indicate that our model achieves a notable bug repair success rate of approximately 62.36%,representing a statistically significant performance improvement of over 6%compared to the baseline.Furthermore,a thorough K-fold cross-validation reinforced the consistency,robustness,and reliability of our method across diverse subsets of the dataset.Our findings present the critical advantage of integrating attentionbased learning with code structural and execution context features in APR tasks,leading to improved accuracy and practical applicability.Future work aims to extend the model’s applicability across different programming languages,systematically optimize hyperparameters,and explore alternative feature representation methods to further enhance debugging efficiency and effectiveness. 展开更多

【目标】针对高寒地区公路隧道水消防电伴热系统普遍存在温度控制智能化程度低、系统能耗大的问题,提出一种基于深度学习算法的隧道水消防电伴热智能降耗方法。【方法】采用本地控制和远程优化决策两级控制模型。首先,在本地控制级,根... 【目标】针对高寒地区公路隧道水消防电伴热系统普遍存在温度控制智能化程度低、系统能耗大的问题,提出一种基于深度学习算法的隧道水消防电伴热智能降耗方法。【方法】采用本地控制和远程优化决策两级控制模型。首先,在本地控制级,根据能量守恒定律与热平衡方程获得具有大惯性特性的电伴热系统数学模型来设计模糊PID控制器,使其能够自适应地调整控制参数以此实现温度的精准调控;在远程优化决策级,基于一维卷积神经网络(1DCNN)和XGBoost模型构建了以环境温度、电伴热带功率、设定温度、电伴热系统实际温度等关键参数与加热效率之间复杂非线性的映射模型,通过遗传优化算法对温度设定值进行单目标优化,以保证系统始终在最高加热效率与最优能效状态下运行。【结果】与深度置信网络模型相比,1DCNN-XGBoost组合预测模型对加热效率预测具有更好的预测精度。基于河北省某高速隧道实测数据验证,采用本研究方法相对于传统方式平均能耗减少约40%。【结论】1DCNN-XGBoost组合预测模型与遗传优化算法的降耗方法能显著降低隧道水消防电伴热系统能耗,提升温度控制的智能化程度。本研究为高寒地区公路隧道水消防伴热系统提供了有效的节能控制方案。 展开更多

Discrimination of Pb-Zn deposit types using sphalerite geochemistry: New insights from machine learning algorithm 被引量:13

Due to the combined influences such as ore-forming temperature,fluid and metal sources,sphalerite tends to incorporate diverse contents of trace elements during the formation of different types of Lead-zinc(Pb-Zn)deposits.Therefore,trace elements in sphalerite have long been utilized to distinguish Pb-Zn deposit types.However,previous discriminant diagrams usually contain two or three dimensions,which are limited to revealing the complicated interrelations between trace elements of sphalerite and the types of Pb-Zn deposits.In this study,we aim to prove that the sphalerite trace elements can be used to classify the Pb-Zn deposit types and extract key factors from sphalerite trace elements that can dis-criminate Pb-Zn deposit types using machine learning algorithms.A dataset of nearly 3600 sphalerite spot analyses from 95 Pb-Zn deposits worldwide determined by LA-ICP-MS was compiled from peer-reviewed publications,containing 12 elements(Mn,Fe,Co,Cu,Ga,Ge,Ag,Cd,In,Sn,Sb,and Pb)from 5 types,including Sedimentary Exhalative(SEDEX),Mississippi Valley Type(MVT),Volcanic Massive Sulfide(VMS),skarn,and epithermal deposits.Random Forests(RF)is applied to the data processing and the results show that trace elements of sphalerite can successfully discriminate different types of Pb-Zn deposits except for VMS deposits,most of which are falsely distinguished as skarn and epithermal types.To further discriminate VMS deposits,future studies could focus on enlarging the capacity of VMS deposits in datasets and applying other geological factors along with sphalerite trace elements when con-structing the classification model.RF’s feature importance and permutation feature importance were adopted to evaluate the element significance for classification.Besides,a visualized tool,t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding(t-SNE),was used to verify the results of both classification and evalua-tion.The results presented here show that Mn,Co,and Ge display significant impacts on classification of Pb-Zn deposits and In,Ga,Sn,Cd,and Fe also have relatively important effects compared to the rest ele-ments,confirming that Pb-Zn deposits discrimination is mainly controlled by multi-elements in spha-lerite.Our study hence shows that machine learning algorithm can provide new insights into conventional geochemical analyses,inspiring future research on constructing classification models of mineral deposits using mineral geochemistry data. 展开更多

Although various commercial aEEG recorders have been produced, a detailed aEEG algorithm currently is not available. The upper and lower margins in the aEEG tracing are the discriminating features for data inspection and tracing classification. However, most aEEG devices require that these margins be measured semi-subjectively. This paper proposes a step-by-step signal-processing method to calculate a compact aEEG tracing and the upper/lower margin using raw EEG data. The high accuracy of the algorithm was verified by comparison with a recognized commercial aEEG device based on a representative testing dataset composed of 72 aEEG data. The introduced digital algorithm achieved compact aEEG tracing with a small data size. Moreover, the algorithm precisely represented the upper and lower margins in the tracing for objective data interpretation. The described method should facilitate aEEG signal processing and further establish the clinical and experimental application of aEEG methods. 展开更多

Traceability precept is a broadcast encryption technique that content suppliers can trace malicious authorized users who leak the decryption key to an unauthorized user. To protect the data from eavesdropping, the content supplier encrypts the data and broadcast the cryptograph that only its subscribers can decrypt. However, a traitor may clone his decoder and sell the pirate decoders for profits. The traitor can modify the private key and the decryption program inside the pirate decoder to avoid divulging his identity. Furthermore, some traitors may fabricate a new legal private key together that cannot be traced to the creators. So in this paper, a renewed precept is proposed to achieve both revocation at a different level of capacity in each distribution and black-box tracing against self-protective pirate decoders. The rigorous mathematical deduction shows that our algorithm possess security property. 展开更多

为了实时掌握隧道现场火灾的发展状况,在YOLOv8算法火灾检测的基础上结合改进后的DeepSORT算法,提出一种火焰和烟雾的视觉跟踪算法YOLOv8-T。该算法使用EfficientNetV2替换原YOLOv8特征提取网络实现对算法的轻量化调整;引入三重注意力(... 为了实时掌握隧道现场火灾的发展状况,在YOLOv8算法火灾检测的基础上结合改进后的DeepSORT算法,提出一种火焰和烟雾的视觉跟踪算法YOLOv8-T。该算法使用EfficientNetV2替换原YOLOv8特征提取网络实现对算法的轻量化调整;引入三重注意力(TA)模块和第4个检测头,以提高算法检测精度以及对小目标的检测能力;同时采用ShuffleNetV2替换DeepSORT算法中的ReID模块,并引入DIOU方法代替传统的IOU,在保证跟踪准确度的条件下减少模型计算复杂度,以提升火灾跟踪的实时性。实验结果表明,在隧道火灾跟踪方面,YOLOv8-T算法比SORT算法、DeepSORT算法、YOLOv8+DeepSORT算法在跟踪准确度上分别提高了26.20%、15.86%和9.21%,在跟踪精度上分别提高了11.28%、9.06%和2.2%。在ID变换次数上分别减少22.2、15.3和10.4次,表明YOLOv8-T算法具有较高的火灾跟踪能力。研究成果可为公路隧道火灾监测提供参考,并为实现隧道火灾救援提供依据。 展开更多

气体绝缘开关(Gas Insulated Switchgear, GIS)设备常用于复杂环境中,存在湿度、温度、压力等多种噪声干扰因素,且其由多层绝缘和封闭式结构组成,使得硫化氮(SF6)气体泄漏点监测难度较高。为此,提出一种微量泄漏实时监测算法。利用红外... 气体绝缘开关(Gas Insulated Switchgear, GIS)设备常用于复杂环境中,存在湿度、温度、压力等多种噪声干扰因素,且其由多层绝缘和封闭式结构组成,使得硫化氮(SF6)气体泄漏点监测难度较高。为此,提出一种微量泄漏实时监测算法。利用红外检测法初步采集气体图像样本,利用红外图像的噪声总能量的特征向量归一化结果,分解SF6气体泄漏红外图像的背景区域和气体泄漏点区域,实现SF6气体泄漏的定位。基于此,建立气体浓度监测函数,并SF6预测气体泄漏时间,实现SF6泄漏气体的实时监测。实验结果表明,所提方法的气体泄漏位置定位精度高、图像去噪效果好,且方法应用过程中受风速影响较低。 展开更多

高原日照辐射对大跨异形钢结构温度场的影响研究

为研究高原地区大型空间结构的日照温度场分布规律,基于实测高原地区气象参数与传热学理论,阐明了高原日照温度场仿真的边界条件计算方法,并以某大跨异形钢结构为工程背景,采用光线追踪算法,编写了考虑杆件间遮蔽效应的瞬态温度场计算程... 为研究高原地区大型空间结构的日照温度场分布规律,基于实测高原地区气象参数与传热学理论,阐明了高原日照温度场仿真的边界条件计算方法,并以某大跨异形钢结构为工程背景,采用光线追踪算法,编写了考虑杆件间遮蔽效应的瞬态温度场计算程序,结合结构温度监测数据,分析了结构日照温度场的时变规律与空间分布特征。结果表明:基于光线追踪的阴影识别方法能够准确反映结构实际阴影分布,结构日照温度场模拟值与监测值基本吻合;遮蔽效应对结构温度分布的时变性与不均匀性影响显著,被遮蔽区域最大降温幅度为33.5%;在14时,杆件表面被遮蔽区域相较于阳光直射区域温度降低了53.7%;从整体上看,杆件间的遮蔽效应对结构温度分布影响显著,在日照温度场仿真中不可忽略。本文研究成果可为高原地区大型空间结构日照温度场及温度效应研究提供依据和参考。 展开更多

为了解闪锌矿微量元素特征对不同成因矿床类型是否能够进行有效判别,系统收集了全球典型的沉积喷流型(SEDEX)、密西西比河谷型(MVT)、火山块状硫化物型(VMS)、矽卡岩型(skarn)和浅成低温热液型(epithermal)铅锌矿床中3117条闪锌矿的12... 为了解闪锌矿微量元素特征对不同成因矿床类型是否能够进行有效判别,系统收集了全球典型的沉积喷流型(SEDEX)、密西西比河谷型(MVT)、火山块状硫化物型(VMS)、矽卡岩型(skarn)和浅成低温热液型(epithermal)铅锌矿床中3117条闪锌矿的12种微量元素含量数据(Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Ga、Ge、Ag、Cd、In、Sn、Sb、Pb),使用基于Tree-structured Parzen Estimator(TPE)优化的支持向量机机器学习算法建立了闪锌矿微量元素分类模型,并使用SHAP(SHapley Additive exPlanations)方法进行特征重要性分析.结果表明,经优化的TPE-SVM模型在测试集上展现出优异的分类能力,准确率、召回率和F1值均超过0.97.通过SHAP解释发现闪锌矿中Mn、Ge、Co为矿床成因类型判别三大关键元素.本文建立的闪锌矿微量元素判别指标体系,不仅为矿床成因鉴定提供了新的技术手段,更可为复合成矿系统解析、隐伏矿体预测等复杂地质问题提供创新解决方案. 展开更多
