Aiming to address the challenge of directly measuring the real-time adhesion coefficient between wheels and rails,this paper proposes an online estimation algorithm for the adhesion coefficient based on parameter esti...Aiming to address the challenge of directly measuring the real-time adhesion coefficient between wheels and rails,this paper proposes an online estimation algorithm for the adhesion coefficient based on parameter estimation.Firstly,a force analysis of the single-wheel pair model of the train is conducted to derive the calculation relationship for the wheel-rail adhesion coefficient in train dynamics.Then,an estimator based on parameter estimation is designed,and its stability is verified.This estimator is combined with the wheelset force analysis to estimate the wheel-rail adhesion coefficient.Finally,the approach is validated through joint simulations on the MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim platforms,as well as a hardware-in-the-loop semi-physical simulation experimental platform that accounts for system delay and noise conditions.The results indicate that the proposed algorithm effectively tracks changes in the adhesion coefficient during train braking,including the decrease in adhesion when the train brakes and slides,and the overall increase as the train speed decreases.The effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by setting different test conditions.The results show that the estimation algorithm can accurately estimate the adhesion coefficient,and through error analysis,it is found that the error between the estimated value of the adhesion coefficient and the theoretical value of the adhesion coefficient is within 5%.The adhesion coefficient obtained through the online estimation method based on the parameter estimation proposed in this paper demonstrates strong followability in both simulation and practical applications.展开更多
Micro-Doppler parameter estimation is crucial for moving targets.However,conventional methods face limitations like inadequate time-frequency(TF)resolution and poor generalization,while existing deep learning approach...Micro-Doppler parameter estimation is crucial for moving targets.However,conventional methods face limitations like inadequate time-frequency(TF)resolution and poor generalization,while existing deep learning approaches often treat TF analysis as a fixed preprocessing step.To overcome these challenges,this paper introduces a radar micro-Doppler parameter estimation method based on a gated dual-path dynamic-wavelet convolutional network(GDWCN).The GDWCN is an end-to-end deep learning framework that maps raw radar signals to micro-motion parameters by integrating clutter suppression,gated dual-path module,feature extraction,and parameter regression.Its core innovation is a gated dual-path module that combines dynamic convolution and learnable wavelet convolution,selecting the optimal processing path based on input signal characteristics.For the Inspire 2 drone,GDWCN reduced the mean absolute error(MAE)of frequency estimation by approximately 38%compared to the enhanced time-frequency micro-Doppler network,and its relative error by approximately 69%compared to the short-time Fourier transform(STFT),and 58%over the local maximum synchroextracting transform.Ablation studies further confirm the efficacy of the clutter suppression module and the attention mechanism.展开更多
In recent years,the development of domestic commercial synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is in full swing,with multiple commercial SAR satellites in orbit,showing great potential in disaster monitoring,natural resource man...In recent years,the development of domestic commercial synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is in full swing,with multiple commercial SAR satellites in orbit,showing great potential in disaster monitoring,natural resource management and deformation observation.Fucheng-1 is the first C-band commercial SAR satellite for interferometric SAR(InSAR)service developed by Spacety China,which marks the gradual maturity of China’s remote sensing data service.Based on the raw data collected by Fucheng-1,this paper firstly introduces the range-Doppler algorithm(RDA),then illustrates the parameter estimation method on the basis of fractional Fourier transform(FrFT)to realize the accurate estimation of azimuth chirp rate,which effectively improves imaging quality.Finally,the L1-norm regularization based sparse imaging method is utilized to reconstruct images from down-sampled data.Experimental results show that the sparse imaging algorithm can accurately reconstruct the down-sampled Fucheng-1 data and suppress sidelobes and clutter.展开更多

It is also an essential content of flight accident analysis. The related techniques are developed in the present paper, including the geometric method for angle of attack and sideslip angle estimation, the extended Kalman filter associated with modified Bryson-Frazier smoother (EKF-MBF) method for aerodynamic coefficient identification, the radial basis function (RBF) neural network method for aerodynamic mod- eling, and the Delta method for stability/control derivative estimation. As an application example, the QAR data of a civil air- plane approaching a high-altitude airport are processed and the aerodynamic coefficient and derivative estimates are obtained. The estimation results are reasonable, which shows that the developed techniques are feasible. The causes for the distribution of aerodynamic derivative estimates are analyzed. According to the principle and characteristic of load independent flow distribution(LUDV) system,taking boom hydraulic system as an example and ignoring the leakage of hydraulic cylinder and the mass of oil in it,a force equilibrium equation and a continuous equation of hydraulic cylinder were set up. Based on the flow equation of electro-hydraulic proportional valve,the pressure passing through the valve and the difference of pressure were tested and analyzed. The results show that the difference of pressure does not change with load,and it approximates to 2.0 MPa. And then,assume the flow across the valve is directly proportional to spool displacement and is not influenced by load,a simplified model of electro-hydraulic system was put forward. At the same time,by analyzing the structure and load-bearing of boom instrument,and combining moment equivalent equation of manipulator with rotating law,the estimation methods and equations for such parameters as equivalent mass and bearing force of hydraulic cylinder were set up. Finally,the step response of flow of boom cylinder was tested when the electro-hydraulic proportional valve was controlled by the step current. Based on the experiment curve,the flow gain coefficient of valve is identified as 2.825×10-4 m3/(s·A) and the model is verified.展开更多
It is common for aircraft to encounter atmospheric turbulence in flight tests.Turbulence is usually modeled as stochastic process noise in the flight dynamics equations.In this paper,parameter estimation of nonlinear ...It is common for aircraft to encounter atmospheric turbulence in flight tests.Turbulence is usually modeled as stochastic process noise in the flight dynamics equations.In this paper,parameter estimation of nonlinear dynamic system with both process and measurement noise was studied,and a practical filter error method was proposed.The linearized Kalman filter of first-order approximation was used for state estimation,in which the filter gain,along with the system parameters and the initial states,constituted the parameter vector to be estimated.The unknown parameters and measurement noise covariance were estimated alternately by a relaxation iteration method,and the sensitivities of observations to unknown parameters were calculated by finite difference approximation.Some practical aspects of the method application were discussed.The proposed filter error method was validated by the flight simulation data of a research aircraft.Then,the method was applied to the flight tests of a subscale aircraft,and the aerodynamic stability and control derivatives were estimated.All the estimation results were compared with the results of the output error method to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.It is shown that the filter error method is superior to the output error method for flight tests in atmospheric turbulence.展开更多

Surface roughness parameter is an important factor and obstacle for retrieving soil moisture in passive microwave remote sensing.Two statistical parameters,root mean square (RMS) height (s) and correlation length (l),...Surface roughness parameter is an important factor and obstacle for retrieving soil moisture in passive microwave remote sensing.Two statistical parameters,root mean square (RMS) height (s) and correlation length (l),are designed for describing the roughness of a randomly rough surface.The roughness parameter measured by traditional way is independence of frequency,soil moisture and soil heterogeneity and just the ″geometric″ roughness of random surface.This ″geometric″ roughness can not fully explain the scattered thermal radiation by the earth's surface.The relationship between ″geometric″ roughness and integrated roughness (contain both ″geometric″ roughness and ″dielectric″ roughness) is linked by empirical coefficient.In view of this problem,this paper presents a method for estimating integrated surface roughness from radiometer sampling data at different frequencies,which mainly based on the flourier relationship between power spectral density distribution and spatial autocorrelation function.We can obtain integrated surface roughness at different frequencies by this method.Besides "geometric" roughness,this integrated surface roughness not only contains "dielectric" roughness but also includes frequency dependence.Combined with Q/H model the polarization coupling coefficient can also be obtained for both H and V polarization.Meanwhile,the simulated numerical results show that radiometer with a sensitivity of 0.1 K can distinguish the different surface roughness and the change of roughness with frequency for the same rough surface.This confirms the feasibility of radiometer sampling method for estimating the surface roughness theoretically.This method overcomes the problem of ″dielectric″ roughness measurement to some extent and can achieve the integrated surface roughness within a microwave pixel which can serve soil moisture inversion better than the ″geometric″ roughness.展开更多

To estimate the parameters of the mixed additive and multiplicative(MAM)random error model using the weighted least squares iterative algorithm that requires derivation of the complex weight array,we introduce a deriv...To estimate the parameters of the mixed additive and multiplicative(MAM)random error model using the weighted least squares iterative algorithm that requires derivation of the complex weight array,we introduce a derivative-free cat swarm optimization for parameter estimation.We embed the Powell method,which uses conjugate direction acceleration and does not need to derive the objective function,into the original cat swarm optimization to accelerate its convergence speed and search accuracy.We use the ordinary least squares,weighted least squares,original cat swarm optimization,particle swarm algorithm and improved cat swarm optimization to estimate the parameters of the straight-line fitting MAM model with lower nonlinearity and the DEM MAM model with higher nonlinearity,respectively.The experimental results show that the improved cat swarm optimization has faster convergence speed,higher search accuracy,and better stability than the original cat swarm optimization and the particle swarm algorithm.At the same time,the improved cat swarm optimization can obtain results consistent with the weighted least squares method based on the objective function only while avoiding multiple complex weight array derivations.The method in this paper provides a new idea for theoretical research on parameter estimation of MAM error models.展开更多

文摘We study the parameter estimation of a nonlinear chaotic system,which can be essentially formulated as a multidimensional optimization problem.In this paper,an orthogonal learning cuckoo search algorithm is used to estimate the parameters of chaotic systems.This algorithm can combine the stochastic exploration of the cuckoo search and the exploitation capability of the orthogonal learning strategy.Experiments are conducted on the Lorenz system and the Chen system.The proposed algorithm is used to estimate the parameters for these two systems.Simulation results and comparisons demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is better or at least comparable to the particle swarm optimization and the genetic algorithm when considering the quality of the solutions obtained.

文摘Time-frequency-based methods are proven to be effective for parameter estimation of linear frequency modulation (LFM) signals. The smoothed pseudo Winger-Ville distribution (SPWVD) is used for the parameter estimation of multi-LFM signals, and a method of the SPWVD binarization by a dynamic threshold based on the Otsu algorithm is proposed. The proposed method is effective in the demand for the estimation of different parameters and the unknown signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) circumstance. The performance of this method is confirmed by numerical simulation.

文摘A retrofitted electro-hydraulic proportional system for hydraulic excavator was introduced firstly. According to the principle and characteristic of load independent flow distribution(LUDV) system,taking boom hydraulic system as an example and ignoring the leakage of hydraulic cylinder and the mass of oil in it,a force equilibrium equation and a continuous equation of hydraulic cylinder were set up. Based on the flow equation of electro-hydraulic proportional valve,the pressure passing through the valve and the difference of pressure were tested and analyzed. The results show that the difference of pressure does not change with load,and it approximates to 2.0 MPa. And then,assume the flow across the valve is directly proportional to spool displacement and is not influenced by load,a simplified model of electro-hydraulic system was put forward. At the same time,by analyzing the structure and load-bearing of boom instrument,and combining moment equivalent equation of manipulator with rotating law,the estimation methods and equations for such parameters as equivalent mass and bearing force of hydraulic cylinder were set up. Finally,the step response of flow of boom cylinder was tested when the electro-hydraulic proportional valve was controlled by the step current. Based on the experiment curve,the flow gain coefficient of valve is identified as 2.825×10-4 m3/(s·A) and the model is verified.

文摘It is common for aircraft to encounter atmospheric turbulence in flight tests.Turbulence is usually modeled as stochastic process noise in the flight dynamics equations.In this paper,parameter estimation of nonlinear dynamic system with both process and measurement noise was studied,and a practical filter error method was proposed.The linearized Kalman filter of first-order approximation was used for state estimation,in which the filter gain,along with the system parameters and the initial states,constituted the parameter vector to be estimated.The unknown parameters and measurement noise covariance were estimated alternately by a relaxation iteration method,and the sensitivities of observations to unknown parameters were calculated by finite difference approximation.Some practical aspects of the method application were discussed.The proposed filter error method was validated by the flight simulation data of a research aircraft.Then,the method was applied to the flight tests of a subscale aircraft,and the aerodynamic stability and control derivatives were estimated.All the estimation results were compared with the results of the output error method to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.It is shown that the filter error method is superior to the output error method for flight tests in atmospheric turbulence.

文摘The realization of the parameter estimation of chirp signals using the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) is based on the assumption that the sampling duration of practical observed signals would be equal to the time duration of chirp signals contained in the former. However, in many actual circumstances, this assumption seems unreasonable. On the basis of analyzing the practical signal form, this paper derives the estimation error of the existing parameter estimation method and then proposes a novel and universal parameter estimation algorithm. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm is developed which allows the estimation of the practical observed Gaussian windowed chirp signal. Simulation results show that the new algorithm works well.

文摘Effectiveness evaluation of the joint operation system is an important basis for the demonstration and development of weapon equipment.With the consideration that existing models of system effectiveness evaluation seldom describe the structural relationship among equipment clearly as well as reflect the dynamic,the analog-to-digital converter-graphical evaluation and review technique(ADC-GERT)network parameter estimation model is proposed based on the ADC model and the joint operation system structure.Firstly,analysis of the joint operation system structure and operation process is conducted to build the GERT network,where equipment subsystems are nodes and activities are directed arches.Then the mission effectiveness of equipment subsystems is calculated by the ADC model.The probability transfer parameters are modified by the mission effectiveness of equipment subsystems based on the Bayesian theorem,with the ADC-GERT network parameter estimation model constructed.Finally,a case study is used to validate the efficiency and dynamic of the ADC-GERT network parameter estimation model.

文摘Surface roughness parameter is an important factor and obstacle for retrieving soil moisture in passive microwave remote sensing.Two statistical parameters,root mean square (RMS) height (s) and correlation length (l),are designed for describing the roughness of a randomly rough surface.The roughness parameter measured by traditional way is independence of frequency,soil moisture and soil heterogeneity and just the ″geometric″ roughness of random surface.This ″geometric″ roughness can not fully explain the scattered thermal radiation by the earth's surface.The relationship between ″geometric″ roughness and integrated roughness (contain both ″geometric″ roughness and ″dielectric″ roughness) is linked by empirical coefficient.In view of this problem,this paper presents a method for estimating integrated surface roughness from radiometer sampling data at different frequencies,which mainly based on the flourier relationship between power spectral density distribution and spatial autocorrelation function.We can obtain integrated surface roughness at different frequencies by this method.Besides "geometric" roughness,this integrated surface roughness not only contains "dielectric" roughness but also includes frequency dependence.Combined with Q/H model the polarization coupling coefficient can also be obtained for both H and V polarization.Meanwhile,the simulated numerical results show that radiometer with a sensitivity of 0.1 K can distinguish the different surface roughness and the change of roughness with frequency for the same rough surface.This confirms the feasibility of radiometer sampling method for estimating the surface roughness theoretically.This method overcomes the problem of ″dielectric″ roughness measurement to some extent and can achieve the integrated surface roughness within a microwave pixel which can serve soil moisture inversion better than the ″geometric″ roughness.

文摘We study the least squares estimation of drift parameters for a class of stochastic differential equations driven by small a-stable noises, observed at n regularly spaced time points ti = i/n, i = 1,...,n on [0, 1]. Under some regularity conditions, we obtain the consistency and the rate of convergence of the least squares estimator (LSE) when a small dispersion parameter ε→0 and n →∞ simultaneously. The asymptotic distribution of the LSE in our setting is shown to be stable, which is completely different from the classical cases where asymptotic distributions are normal.
文摘A novel algorithm based on Radon-Ambiguity Transform (RAT) and Adaptive Signal Decomposition (ASD) is presented for the detection and parameter estimation of multicompo-nent Linear Frequency Modulated (LFM) signals. The key problem lies in the chirplet estimation. Genetic algorithm is employed to search for the optimization parameter of chirplet. High estimation accuracy can be obtained even at low Signal-to-Noisc Ratio(SNR). Finally simulation results are provided to demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm.

文摘To estimate the parameters of the mixed additive and multiplicative(MAM)random error model using the weighted least squares iterative algorithm that requires derivation of the complex weight array,we introduce a derivative-free cat swarm optimization for parameter estimation.We embed the Powell method,which uses conjugate direction acceleration and does not need to derive the objective function,into the original cat swarm optimization to accelerate its convergence speed and search accuracy.We use the ordinary least squares,weighted least squares,original cat swarm optimization,particle swarm algorithm and improved cat swarm optimization to estimate the parameters of the straight-line fitting MAM model with lower nonlinearity and the DEM MAM model with higher nonlinearity,respectively.The experimental results show that the improved cat swarm optimization has faster convergence speed,higher search accuracy,and better stability than the original cat swarm optimization and the particle swarm algorithm.At the same time,the improved cat swarm optimization can obtain results consistent with the weighted least squares method based on the objective function only while avoiding multiple complex weight array derivations.The method in this paper provides a new idea for theoretical research on parameter estimation of MAM error models.

文摘Modern radar signals mostly use low probability of intercept(LPI)waveforms,which have short pulses in the time domain,multicomponent properties,frequency hopping,combined modulation waveforms and other characteristics,making the detection and estimation of LPI radar signals extremely difficult,and leading to highly required significant research on perception technology in the battlefield environment.This paper proposes a visibility graphs(VG)-based multicomponent signals detection method and a modulation waveforms parameter estimation algorithm based on the time-frequency representation(TFR).On the one hand,the frequency domain VG is used to set the dynamic threshold for detecting the multicomponent LPI radar waveforms.On the other hand,the signal is projected into the time and frequency domains by the TFR method for estimating its symbol width and instantaneous frequency(IF).Simulation performance shows that,compared with the most advanced methods,the algorithm proposed in this paper has a valuable advantage.Meanwhile,the calculation cost of the algorithm is quite low,and it is achievable in the future battlefield.

文摘The multirate multi-input systems have different updating periods and sampling periods such that the conventional identification algorithms cannot be used to identify such multirate systems. By using the auxiliary model identification idea, the multiinnovation stochastic gradient algorithm is developed to estimate the parameters of multirate systems. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
文摘Hypothesis testing analysis and unknown parameter estimation of both the intermediate frequency(IF) and baseband GPS signal detection are given by using the generalized likelihood ratio test(GLRT) approach,applying the model of GPS signal in white Gaussian noise,It is proved that the test statistic follows central or noncentral F distribution,It is also pointed out that the test statistic is nearly identical to central or noncentral chi-squared distribution because the processing samples are large enough to be considered as infinite in GPS acquisition problem.It is also proved that the probability of false alarm,the probability of detection and the threshold are affected largely when the hypothesis testing refers to the full pseudorandom noise(PRN) code phase and Doppler frequency search space cells instead of each individual cell.The performance of the test statistic is also given with combining the noncoherent integration.
文摘Introducing frequency agility into a distributed multipleinput multiple-output(MIMO)radar can significantly enhance its anti-jamming ability.However,it would cause the sidelobe pedestal problem in multi-target parameter estimation.Sparse recovery is an effective way to address this problem,but it cannot be directly utilized for multi-target parameter estimation in frequency-agile distributed MIMO radars due to spatial diversity.In this paper,we propose an algorithm for multi-target parameter estimation according to the signal model of frequency-agile distributed MIMO radars,by modifying the orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm.The effectiveness of the proposed method is then verified by simulation results.
