In order to understand the influence of ordering behaviors on the thermodynamic and mechanical properties of multi-principal element alloys(MPEAs),the temperature-dependent thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of FCC_CoNiV MPEAs were comparatively predicted, where the alloys were modeled as the ordered configurations based on our previously predicted site occupying fractions(SOFs),as well as disordered configuration based on traditional special quasi-random structure(SQS).The ordering behavior not only improves the thermodynamic stability of the structure, but also increases the elastic properties and Vickers hardness. For example,at 973 K,the predicted bulk modulus(B),shear modulus(G),Young’s modulus(E),and Vickers hardness(HV)of FCC_CoNiV MPEA based on SOFs configuration are 187.82,79.03,207.93,and 7.58 GPa,respectively, while the corresponded data are 172.58,57.45,155.14,and 4.64 GPa for the SQS configuration, respectively. The Vickers hardness predicted based on SOFs agrees considerably well with the available experimental data, while it is underestimated obviously based on SQS. 展开更多

A novel method case-based reasoning was proposed for suspicious behavior recognition. The method is composed of three departs: human behavior decomposition, human behavior case representation and case-based reasoning. The new approach was proposed to decompose behavior into sub-behaviors that are easier to recognize using a saliency-based visual attention model. New representation of behavior was introduced, in which the sub-behavior and the associated time characteristic of sub-behavior were used to represent behavior case. In the process of case-based reasoning, apart from considering the similarity of basic sub-behaviors,order factor was proposed to measure the similarity of a time order among the sub-behaviors and span factor was used to measure the similarity of duration time of each sub-behavior, which makes the similarity calculations more rational and comprehensive.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with other related works and can run in real-time for the recognition of suspicious behaviors. 展开更多

Abstract The main objective of this paper is to present a new rectangular nonconforming finite element scheme with the second order convergence behavior for approximation of Maxwell's equations. Then the corresponding optimal error estimates are derived. The difficulty in construction of this finite element scheme is how to choose a compatible pair of degrees of freedom and shape function space so as to make the consistency error due to the nonconformity of the element being of order O(h^3), properly one order higher than that of its interpolation error O(h^2) in the broken energy norm, where h is the subdivision parameter tending to zero. 展开更多
