In Haigh Westergaard stress space linear combination of twin shear stress and Tresca yield functions is called the mean yield (MY) criterion. The mathematical relationship of the criterion and its plastic work rate done per unit volume were derived. A generalized worked example of slab forging was analyzed by the criterion and its corresponding plastic work rate done per unit volume. Then, the precision of the solution was compared with those by Mises and Twin shear stress yield criterions, respectively. It turned out that the calculated results by MY criterion were in good agreement with those by Mises criterion. 展开更多

"Beyond the Dreams of Loveliness" --Film, Unionism, and Working Class Community Formation in Detroit, 1933-1939

Ever since Lawrence Goodwyn published The Populist Moment, social historians have been keenly aware of the power culture represents when it comes to resistance. Historically, "movement culture" has been used to create a collective climate and offered political activists a springboard to discuss with the masses the benefits of joining a social movement. "Beyond the Dreams of Loveliness" uses the cultural outlet of film and the labor movement in the city of Detroit as analytical tools to examine working class community resistance throughout the 1930s. In the midst of the "golden age of film" community activists and union organizers--some of whom were well-known radicals and some of whom were mainstream unionists--used the institution of cinema to instill a level of class consciousness in the masses and mobilize the working class community against exploitation of employers, reactionary politicians, and white supremacist organizations. Movie-going had been a very popular form of recreation in Detroit since the 1920s and downtown theatres increasingly became the destination of an eclectic array of workers. Movie theaters themselves were bastions of community activity around the thirties and many were located in the heart of the city's working class district. Yet it was the films themselves that offered community activists and unionists a chance to converse with workers regarding the socio-economic matters of the day. Hollywood released a good number of films that dealt with working class issues and provided activists with ample opportunities to "instruct" the audience and carry on the discussion into the factory or union halls. "Beyond the Dreams of Loveliness" relies on a combination of oral histories, movie reviews, film clips, and union and/or working class organizational records to illuminate how activists in Detroit's working class community used film as an outlet to inspire working class resistance. In sum, film provided an accessible form of entertainment that proved to be effective on two fronts: It promoted increased group cooperation, friendship, and alliances while it also fostered a shared culture, making it easier for activists to organize workers in the coming struggles for unionism. 展开更多

大型集成式压裂作业船压裂泵组振动传递机理研究

准确评估压裂泵组振动响应特性,对提升海上压裂作业安全性具有关键作用。基于单台压裂撬振动特性试验,建立了精细化的压裂舱室耦合系统数值模型,对多工况组合振动进行仿真分析,考虑的参数包括压裂泵启动数量、空间布局和荷载频率等。结... 准确评估压裂泵组振动响应特性,对提升海上压裂作业安全性具有关键作用。基于单台压裂撬振动特性试验,建立了精细化的压裂舱室耦合系统数值模型,对多工况组合振动进行仿真分析,考虑的参数包括压裂泵启动数量、空间布局和荷载频率等。结果表明:静载响应占总响应的80.0%以上,动载响应的贡献不足20.0%。压裂泵的振动沿甲板呈正弦半波衰减,激振泵处出现2.0-2.5倍的波峰放大效应。压裂泵启动数量从1台增至5台,位移峰值增大57.5%,加速度峰值增大6.5%,应力峰值增大5.1%。提出了五级压裂泵启动策略,即先边缘、后中间。当双向倾斜角从基准状态(0°)增至临界阈值时,位移峰值增大190.0%,加速度峰值增大141.0%,3个核心构件甲板、甲板梁和连接基座的应力峰值分别增大20.0%、22.0%和21.0%。耦合系统破坏模式均表现为甲板整体的强度破坏,破坏形态与模态振型高度一致。 展开更多

碳捕集结合发电工艺运行优化技术研究

针对当前化学吸收法碳捕集工艺运行能耗高、余热利用不充分的问题,在分析不同碳源运行结果差异性的基础上,采用单因素分析法,确定了不同参数对工艺指标的影响,在再生塔后端耦合了有机朗肯循环发电工艺,实现了工艺节能目标。结果显示,化... 针对当前化学吸收法碳捕集工艺运行能耗高、余热利用不充分的问题,在分析不同碳源运行结果差异性的基础上,采用单因素分析法,确定了不同参数对工艺指标的影响,在再生塔后端耦合了有机朗肯循环发电工艺,实现了工艺节能目标。结果显示,化学吸收法可以适应不同碳源条件下的碳捕集工作,当烟气作为碳源时,碳捕集率最高,但脱碳单位能耗也最大;当MEA进塔温度维持在35℃,MEA进塔压力维持在0.3 MPa,富液进塔温度维持在90℃,富液进塔压力维持在常压,回流比维持在1.5,碳捕集率从最初的90.3%提高至96.5%,脱碳单位能耗从1.46 GJ/t降低至1.37 GJ/t;选择R152a作为循环工质发电时,净发电功率为32.6 kW,可节约年成本20.6万元。 展开更多

China's transition from a planned economy to a market economy has resulted in many changes in its urban structure and society and provided an opportunity for a quasi-longitudinal case study on the relationship between the built environment and activity-travel behavior.This paper draws upon data from an activity diary survey conducted in Beijing in 2007.The survey sample comprised 652 residents living in Danwei(work unit),commodity housing,and affordable housing neighborhoods.On the basis of the three-dimensional geo-visualization analysis of the space-time path and statistical multivariate regression models of daily travel and leisure time,it was found that both residential spatial factors and socio-demographics influence residents' daily behaviors.The findings show that Danwei residents have less daily travel time than those who live in commodity housing,but people living in affordable housing endure the longest travel time.Daily leisure time is associated more with individual attributes.We argue that although China's transition is currently gradual,the Danwei system may continue to play significant roles in daily life,and it might provide a valuable model for neighborhood spatial planning. 展开更多

Objective:The occurrence of some public health events inevitably endangers medical personnel,and medical personnel,as a special group,have to resume work on time to treat patients.This coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19)infection is a good example,and what intensive care unit(ICU)nurses experience as the primary caregivers of critically ill patients after COVID-19 infection is our focus.To explore the work experience of ICU nurses after recovery from COVID-19,and to provide a theoretical basis for the intervention to improve the physical and mental health level and work experience of special workers in public health emergencies.Methods:We conducted an explorative descriptive study using an inductive thematic analysis.Using the maximum differential sampling method,a semi-structured interview was conducted among 13 ICU nurses suffered from COVID-19 in a tertiary grade A hospital in Qingdao,Shandong Province.This study carried on the theme analysis according to the inductive content analysis method and used MAXQDA 2020 Analytics Pro(VERBI Software GmbH,Berlin,Germany)to manage and summarize the interview data.Results:After being infected by the virus,SARS-Coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2),the pathogen of COVID-19,the work experience of ICU nurses was extracted from the following 5 themes:(1)Stress and challenge caused by the change of work focus;(2)downsizing,overtime,taking up work with illness,and physical discomfort;(3)dedication and family debt;(4)unknown fear and helplessness;and(5)professional responsibility and sense of benefit.Conclusions:Under the pressure of COVID-19,ICU nurses face multiple pressures and challenges,and their emotions are complex.We suggest that nursing managers should take corresponding measures to alleviate nurses'physical and psychological pressure and improve their work experience. 展开更多

针对传统神经网络在多输入特征下预测时间较长且精度欠佳的问题,论文提出了一种基于深度双向策略改进的长短期记忆神经网络与门控循环单元神经网络相结合的短期负荷预测模型。该模型采用自适应噪声完整集成经验模态算法将负荷数据进行分... 针对传统神经网络在多输入特征下预测时间较长且精度欠佳的问题,论文提出了一种基于深度双向策略改进的长短期记忆神经网络与门控循环单元神经网络相结合的短期负荷预测模型。该模型采用自适应噪声完整集成经验模态算法将负荷数据进行分解,降低负荷数据复杂度;利用互信息主成分分析法提取原始多维输入变量,降低主成分因子;然后通过改进鲸鱼优化算法对构建模型进行寻参优化。以中国某地区的负荷数据作为算例,将论文所构建模型与其它模型进行了对比分析,预测结果表明,论文所构建的模型能够缩短预测的时间,提高负荷预测的精度。 展开更多

针对离散制造车间各制造要素定位过程中存在非视距误差和测量系统误差的问题,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)和门控循环单元(Gated Recurrent Unit,GRU)的超宽带数据融合定位算法。首先,对采集到的超宽... 针对离散制造车间各制造要素定位过程中存在非视距误差和测量系统误差的问题,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络(Convolutional Neural Network,CNN)和门控循环单元(Gated Recurrent Unit,GRU)的超宽带数据融合定位算法。首先,对采集到的超宽带定位数据进行格式转换,以满足CNN和GRU的输入要求;其次,使用多通道CNN提取定位数据空间上的局部重要信息,并通过两层双向GRU单元挖掘数据的时序特征,在此基础上,利用集成学习思想融合局部重要特征和时序特征,以提高数据融合的定位准确度。最后,在某航天车间进行定位实例验证,实验结果表明,相较于CNN或GRU模型,所提方法在定位精度上具有更优越的性能。 展开更多
