Methods: A total of 102 surgical patients who were admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to July 2019 ...Objective: to analyze the value of strengthening the detailed management of nursing care in operation rooms. Methods: A total of 102 surgical patients who were admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects in this study. All the patients were given the nursing management in operation rooms, of which 51 cases were given the routine nursing management in operation rooms (control group), and the remaining 51 cases were given the intensive detailed management of nurses in operation rooms (research group). The satisfaction evaluation after nursing and the incidence of nursing adverse events in the two groups were compared. Results: the incidence rate of adverse events such as infection, nursing dispute and medication error in the study group (1.9%), which was lower than that in the control group (15.7%), P < 0.05. Patients in the study group were satisfied with the nursing service, the communication between nurses and patients, the hospitalization environment and the nursing operation, all of which were higher than those in the control group, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of strengthening the management of operating room nursing details in the management process of operating room can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.展开更多

Methods: 80 patients who came to the operation from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group with routine nursing and the experimental group with detailed nursing management in the operating room. The patients' satisfaction, operation time, anxiety and body temperature were compared between the two groups. Results: the overall operating room management and detailed management of the optimized nursing measures were effectively improved. The experimental study found that the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the whole operation time was shorter than that of the control group. The degree of anxiety of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the body temperature was also higher than that of the control group. The relevant data of the two groups of patients had clinical statistical significance, P < 0.05. Conclusion: in the process of comprehensive improvement of surgical treatment, for the whole implementation of relevant nursing, the real effect of routine nursing and corresponding implementation of detail management is adopted, so as to reduce the anxiety of patients in the operating room, ensure the patient's temperature reaches a stable level, effectively shorten the operation time, and thus comprehensively improve the whole satisfaction of the whole detail operating room.展开更多

BACKGROUND:This study was undertaken to examine the current level of operations and management education within US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs.METHODS:Residency program directors at all US-based Emerge...BACKGROUND:This study was undertaken to examine the current level of operations and management education within US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs.METHODS:Residency program directors at all US-based Emergency Medicine Residency programs were anonymously surveyed via a web-based instrument.Participants indicated their levels of residency education dedicated to documentation,billing/coding,core measure/quality indicator compliance,and operations management.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics for the ordinal data/Likert scales.RESULTS:One hundred and six(106)program directors completed the study instrument of one hundred and fifty-six(156)programs(70%).Of these,82.6%indicated emergency department(ED)operations and management education within the training curriculum.Dedicated documentation training was noted in all but 1 program(99%).Program educational offerings also included billing/coding(83%),core measure/quality indicators(78%)and operations management training(71%).In all areas,the most common means of educating came through didactic sessions and direct attending feedback or 69%-94%and 72%-98%respectively.Residency leadership was most confident with resident understanding of quality documentation(80%)and less so with core measures(72%),billing/coding/RVUs(58%),and operations management tools(23%).CONCLUSIONS:While most EM residency programs integrate basic operational education related to documentation and billing/coding,a smaller number provide focused education on the dayto-day management and operations of the ED.Residency leadership perceives graduating resident understanding of operational management tools to be limited.All respondents value further resident curriculum development of ED operations and management.展开更多

However, there are still potential safety hazards in the operation of long-distance natural gas pipelines in China. In order to improve the safety of production and use of long-distance natural gas pipelines, we must constantly strengthen inspection and implement effective measures to control risks, so as to achieve the effect of safe use of long-distance natural gas pipelines.
