From a perspective of theoretical study, there are some faults in the models of the existing object-oriented programming languages. For example, C# does not support metaclasses, the primitive types of Java and C# are not objects, etc. So, this paper designs a programming language, Shrek, which integrates many language features and constructions in a compact and consistent model. The Shrek language is a class-based purely object-oriented language. It has a dynamical strong type system, and adopts a single-inheritance mechanism with Mixin as its complement. It has a consistent class instantiation and inheritance structure, and the ability of intercessive structural computational reflection, which enables it to support safe metaclass programming. It also supports multi-thread programming and automatic garbage collection, and enforces its expressive power by adopting a native method mechanism. The prototype system of the Shrek language is implemented and anticipated design goals are achieved. 展开更多

The word“spatial”fundamentally relates to human existence,evolution,and activity in terrestrial and even celestial spaces.After reviewing the spatial features of many areas,the paper describes basics of high level model and technology called Spatial Grasp for dealing with large distributed systems,which can provide spatial vision,awareness,management,control,and even consciousness.The technology description includes its key Spatial Grasp Language(SGL),self-evolution of recursive SGL scenarios,and implementation of SGL interpreter converting distributed networked systems into powerful spatial engines.Examples of typical spatial scenarios in SGL include finding shortest path tree and shortest path between network nodes,collecting proper information throughout the whole world,elimination of multiple targets by intelligent teams of chasers,and withstanding cyber attacks in distributed networked systems.Also this paper compares Spatial Grasp model with traditional algorithms,confirming universality of the former for any spatial systems,while the latter just tools for concrete applications. 展开更多

Moreover, the design patterns for the framework .are developed and a variety of functional components are designed by inheriting appropriate patterns. And then an application is constructed by invoking corresponding methods of related components. A high-level technology is revealed that can effectively convert any distributed system into a globally programmable machine capable of operating without central resources and self-recovering from indiscriminate damages. Integral mission scenarios in Distributed Scenario Language (DSL) can be injected from any point, runtime covering & grasping the whole system or its parts, setting operational infrastructures, and orienting local and global behavior in the way needed. Many operational scenarios can be simultaneously injected into this spatial machine from different points, cooperating or competing over the shared distributed knowledge as overlapping fields of solutions. Distributed DSL interpreter organization and benefits of using this technology for integrated air and missile defense are discussed along with programming examples in this and other fields. 展开更多

The paper investigates applicability of the developed high-level model and technology for solution of diverse problems in large distributed dynamic systems which can provide sufficient awareness of their structures,organization,and functionalities.After the review of meanings of awareness and existing approaches for its expression and support,the paper shows application of the Spatial Grasp Model and Technology(SGT)and its basic Spatial Grasp Language(SGL)for very practical awareness solutions in large distributed dynamic systems,with obtaining any knowledge from any point inside or outside the system.The self-evolving,self-replicating,and self-recovering scenario code in SGL can effectively supervise distributed systems under any circumstances including rapidly changing number of their elements.Examples are provided in SGL for distributed networked systems showing how in any node any information about other nodes and links,including the whole system,can be obtained by using network requesting patterns based on recursive scenarios combining forward and backward network matching and coverage.The returned results may be automatically organized in networked patterns too.The presented exemplary solutions are parallel and fully distributed,without the need of using vulnerable centralized resources,also very compact.This can be explained by fundamentally different philosophy and ideology of SGT which is not based on traditional partitioned systems representation and multiple agent communications.On the contrary,SGT and its basic language supervise and control distributed systems by holistic self-spreading recursive code in wavelike,virus-like,and even“soul-like”mode. 展开更多

UML Class diagram generation from textual requirements is an important task in object-oriented design and programing course.This study proposes a method for automatically generating class diagrams from Chinese textual requirements on the basis of Natural Language Processing(NLP)and mapping rules for sentence pattern matching.First,classes are identified through entity recognition rules and candidate class pruning rules using NLP from requirements.Second,class attributes and relationships between classes are extracted using mapping rules for sentence pattern matching on the basis of NLP.Third,we developed an assistant tool integrated into a precision micro classroom system for automatic generation of class diagram,to effectively assist the teaching of object-oriented design and programing course.Results are evaluated with precision,accuracy and recall from eight requirements of object-oriented design and programing course using truth values created by teachers.Our research should benefit beginners of object-oriented design and programing course,who may be students or software developers.It helps them to create correct domain models represented in the UML class diagram. 展开更多

The paper describes the use of invented,developed,and tested in different countries of the high-level spatial grasp model and technology capable of solving important problems in large social systems,which may be represented as dynamic,self-evolving and distributed social networks.The approach allows us to find important solutions on a holistic level by spatial navigation and parallel pattern matching of social networks with active self-propagating scenarios represented in a special recursive language.This approach effectively hides inside the distributed and networked language implementation traditional system management routines,often providing hundreds of times shorter and simpler high-level solution code.The paper highlights the demands to efficient simulation of social systems,briefs the technology used,and provides some programming examples for solutions of practical problems. 展开更多

The intelligent operation management of distribution services is crucial for the stability of power systems.Integrating the large language model(LLM)with 6G edge intelligence provides customized management solutions.However,the adverse effects of false data injection(FDI)attacks on the performance of LLMs cannot be overlooked.Therefore,we propose an FDI attack detection and LLM-assisted resource allocation algorithm for 6G edge intelligenceempowered distribution power grids.First,we formulate a resource allocation optimization problem.The objective is to minimize the weighted sum of the global loss function and total LLM fine-tuning delay under constraints of long-term privacy entropy and energy consumption.Then,we decouple it based on virtual queues.We utilize an LLM-assisted deep Q network(DQN)to learn the resource allocation strategy and design an FDI attack detection mechanism to ensure that fine-tuning remains on the correct path.Simulations demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has excellent performance in convergence,delay,and security. 展开更多

【目的】针对分布式协作计算环境中计算结果易被篡改且检测开销高昂的问题,旨在探索如何结合任务重要度设计自适应检测策略,以提高检测效率并降低不必要的资源消耗。【方法】提出了一种任务重要度感知的结果篡改自适应检测方法,利用大... 【目的】针对分布式协作计算环境中计算结果易被篡改且检测开销高昂的问题,旨在探索如何结合任务重要度设计自适应检测策略,以提高检测效率并降低不必要的资源消耗。【方法】提出了一种任务重要度感知的结果篡改自适应检测方法,利用大语言模型对用户提交的复杂任务进行自动化拆解,对各子任务的重要度进行量化评分,并基于任务重要度动态分配检测资源,优先检测关键子任务并自适应调节检测频率,从而平衡检测覆盖率与资源消耗。【结果】在GSM8K数据集和Worfbench数据集下进行仿真实验,结果表明该方法在未明显降低检测能力的同时,检测开销相比传统固定频率策略显著降低(节省比例约为68%),验证了该方法的有效性与可行性。【结论】实现了对高重要度任务的靶向检测,在提升检测效能的同时,具备较好的适用性与可扩展性,可应用于自动驾驶、多智能体协作、边缘计算等对计算结果正确性要求较高的场景。 展开更多

面向边缘设备的大语言模型动态分片与资源协同推理优化

针对大规模语言模型(Large Language Models, LLMs)在资源受限的边缘设备部署遭遇的双重技术挑战,现有的各种解决方法往往缺乏动态适配能力,既难以全面满足边缘环境下算力、内存与网络资源的时变特征,也难以应对不同推理阶段计算需求之... 针对大规模语言模型(Large Language Models, LLMs)在资源受限的边缘设备部署遭遇的双重技术挑战,现有的各种解决方法往往缺乏动态适配能力,既难以全面满足边缘环境下算力、内存与网络资源的时变特征,也难以应对不同推理阶段计算需求之间的差异性特征。文章提出SYNERGOS框架,采用动态分片调度策略与多维度异构资源协同优化机制在边缘计算场景中实现LLMs的高效推理。此框架依靠设备异构算力评定,动态内存预算塑造以及网络拓扑特点分析,规划出分片自适应划分算法,形成模型层组动态重组系统,并创建起预填充时期和自回归时期的端到端时延合并改良模型,采用轻量压缩通信协议来削减中间激活张量跨设备传递的费用。实验显示,在BERT,GPT-2和Qwen2这些模型布置当中,SYNERGOS相对于标准做法达成了最多可达16.8%的端到端时延减小比例,这个框架凭借动态内存安全限定以及对时延敏感任务实施调度,给资源受到限制的边缘设备赋予了一种可拓展且能自行调节的LLMs推理服务结构。 展开更多

图机器学习作为分析和处理关联数据的核心工具,已受到学术界和工业界的广泛关注。随着研究的深入与应用场景的复杂化,泛化性成为制约进一步发展图基础模型和图机器学习实际落地部署的关键瓶颈。传统机器学习理论中的独立同分布假设在图... 图机器学习作为分析和处理关联数据的核心工具,已受到学术界和工业界的广泛关注。随着研究的深入与应用场景的复杂化,泛化性成为制约进一步发展图基础模型和图机器学习实际落地部署的关键瓶颈。传统机器学习理论中的独立同分布假设在图数据中无法满足,使得模型在面临分布偏移、多样任务和不同领域时性能无法保证。本文旨在系统性地回顾与展望图机器学习泛化性的研究进展,将其解构为三维泛化性分类体系:1)图数据泛化性,探讨模型从训练数据到未见图结构的泛化能力,特别是应对分布偏移的图分布外泛化方法;2)图任务泛化性,关注模型处理不同图任务的能力,重点阐述了图预训练和微调以及图提示学习范式;3)图领域泛化性,作为进一步挑战,旨在实现模型对不同领域图数据的泛化,总结了基于大语言模型的方法和基于特征和结构对齐的方法。基于上述总结,最后展望了该领域未来潜在的研究方向,包括理论基础、评估体系、多模态与知识融合、结构化数据通用模型、边界问题等。本研究希望通过总结图机器学习泛化性的研究与展望,推动图机器学习的进一步发展。 展开更多

传统电力工作票风险评估依赖人工判断,易出现风险识别遗漏、评估效率低下等问题。为降低电力作业安全事故风险,构建精准、高效的大语言模型风险预警系统尤为必要。针对大语言模型在电力工作票风险预警中存在的响应速度慢、高并发请求处... 传统电力工作票风险评估依赖人工判断,易出现风险识别遗漏、评估效率低下等问题。为降低电力作业安全事故风险,构建精准、高效的大语言模型风险预警系统尤为必要。针对大语言模型在电力工作票风险预警中存在的响应速度慢、高并发请求处理能力不足的挑战,提出了一种基于分布式内存对象缓存(Memcached)的匹配缓存方案,以优化电力工作票风险预警的运行速度。该方法在服务器端维护高频响应结果缓存,并结合Simhash和余弦相似性算法进行优化,以高效匹配和过滤缓存中的预测结果,从而快速响应用户请求。研究结果表明,该方法能够显著提高电力工作票风险预警的运行速度,有效解决高并发处理的难题,在电力运维领域具有重要的应用价值。 展开更多

Taking lower speed gas tungsten arc welding of thin stainless steel plate as study case, two dimensional and symmetric Gaussian distribution mode of heat flux from the arc is applied to calculate the temperature field and thermal cycles. APDL of three or two dimensional array is effective to express the planar load of heat flux. The dynamic variation of welding temperature field and thermal cycles at different points are numerically simulated. The effect of the distribution parameter σq of Gaussian heat flux on the temperature profiles is investigated. The increasing of σ q causes the dropping of the maximum temperature, and this decreasing is clearer at the range of distance 0 -4 mm away from the weld centerline. Beyond the range with a distance 4 - 10 mm along the transverse direction, minor vibration of temperature occurs, but the temperature difference is limited. As the value of σq rises, the calculated weld pool shape gets contracted. The predicted weld widths at both top and bottom surfaces match well with the experimentally measured ones. 展开更多

针对消费者个性化需求得不到满足,传统制造业对用户自然语言表达分析不到位,以及商家不能准确把握反馈的产业环境等问题,提出一种基于感性工学增强的GPT模型(简称“感性工学GPT”),并基于感性工学GPT进一步提出分布式定制化制造方案。... 针对消费者个性化需求得不到满足,传统制造业对用户自然语言表达分析不到位,以及商家不能准确把握反馈的产业环境等问题,提出一种基于感性工学增强的GPT模型(简称“感性工学GPT”),并基于感性工学GPT进一步提出分布式定制化制造方案。该方案通过研究、微调、训练GPT语言模型,并结合基于感性工学的文字情感挖掘方法,探讨感性词汇的情感量化,根据用户的个性化需求生成定制产品。同时将个性化产品数字原型上传至区块链,通过区块链技术保护用户知识产权和敏感信息。针对分布式制造环境中缺少透明管理机制、设备差异大、用户需求多等问题,提出一种基于多属性逆拍卖和区块链的任务分配及定价机制。最后建立基于感性工学GPT的区块链分布式3D制造管理平台,通过与其他分配方法对比,验证提出的任务分配策略在分布式制造环境中的可行性,证明了基于感性工学GPT驱动的分布式定制化制造方案能有效地在分布式环境中实现用户的个性化需求。 展开更多

海南岛黎语村落地名是黎族历史和文化的重要载体和见证,是珍贵的非物质文化遗产。从文化遗产视角出发,基于GIS空间分析和二项Logistic回归等方法,文章探讨了海南岛黎语村落地名的文化表征、空间分布及其影响因素,结果表明:(1)海南岛黎... 海南岛黎语村落地名是黎族历史和文化的重要载体和见证,是珍贵的非物质文化遗产。从文化遗产视角出发,基于GIS空间分析和二项Logistic回归等方法,文章探讨了海南岛黎语村落地名的文化表征、空间分布及其影响因素,结果表明:(1)海南岛黎语村落地名既反映出自然景观特征,又体现着黎族文化特质。自然景观型地名以山、水和动植物等命名,直接记录和表征着黎族人民的生活环境和自然生态文化;文化型地名以古黎峒、家族合亩、民俗技艺等命名,展现了黎峒文化、民俗文化、合亩制文化等黎族多元特色文化;复合型地名以田园景观类地名为代表,反映出自然与人文的融合。(2)海南岛黎语村落地名的空间分布不均衡,呈现出“汉在沿海平原,黎在内陆山林”的空间分异特征。黎语地名的空间分布格局与黎族所处的自然地理环境和人文活动分布密切相关。(3)海南岛黎语村落地名的空间格局形成受多种因素影响:历史政治因素是形成地名分布格局的先决因素,地形因素对地名空间分布起着基础性作用,交通辐射因素是影响地名空间分布的动力因素。通过发掘和解读黎语村落地名蕴涵的景观特征与文化特质,厘清其空间格局及影响因素,以期有助于黎语地名文化遗产的保护、弘扬与可持续发展。 展开更多
