Spatial pattern of economy development is changing greatly, which needs eco-civilization construction and en- vironmental protection field continuously adjusting focus, environmental rules and laws correspondingly regulating, eco-civilization construction and environmental protection field also entering into new normal state. It requires scientifically understanding, actively adapting to and responding to new normal state of eco-civilization construction and environmental protection,and fighting a tough fight. Firstly, we should handle with the relationship between environment and economy, and strive to explore the way of environmental protection. Secondly, we should insist protection priority and prevention oriented,and promote transformation of environmental management strategy. The charge transfer from Cu-Olayers to Bi-O layers has been observed across T<sub>c</sub>s for all samples.Three samples allshow two normal state anomalies around 160 K and 240 K,respectively.The anomalyaround 160 K is attributed to the structural instability and that around 240 Kpresumably to the displacement phase transition. 展开更多

In unconventional superconductors, it is generally believed that understanding the physical properties of the normal state is a pre-requisite for understanding the superconductivity mechanism. In conventional superconductors like niobium or lead, the normal state is a Fermi liquid with a well-defined Fermi surface and well-defined quasipartcles along the Fermi surface. Superconductivity is realized in this case by the Fermi surface instability in the superconducting state and the formation and condensation of the electron pairs(Cooper pairing). The high temperature cuprate superconductors, on the other hand, represent another extreme case that superconductivity can be realized in the underdoped region where there is neither well-defined Fermi surface due to the pseudogap formation nor quasiparticles near the antinodal regions in the normal state. Here we report a novel scenario that superconductivity is realized in a system with well-defined Fermi surface but without quasiparticles along the Fermi surface in the normal state.High resolution laser-based angle-resolved photoemission measurements have been performed on an optimally-doped iron-based superconductor(Ba_(0.6)K_(0.4))Fe_2As_2. We find that, while sharp superconducting coherence peaks emerge in the superconducting state on the hole-like Fermi surface sheets, no quasiparticle peak is present in the normal state. Its electronic behaviours deviate strongly from a Fermi liquid system. The superconducting gap of such a system exhibits an unusual temperature dependence that it is nearly a constant in the superconducting state and abruptly closes at Tc. These observations have provided a new platform to study unconventional superconductivity in a non-Fermi liquid system. 展开更多

The electronic and superconducting properties of Fe_(1-δ)Se single-crystal flakes grown hydrothermally are studied by the transport measurements under zero and high magnetic fields up to 38.5 T.The results contrast sharply with those previously reported for nematically ordered Fe Se by chemical-vapor-transport(CVT)growth.No signature of the electronic nematicity,but an evident metal-to-nonmetal crossover with increasing temperature,is detected in the normal state of the present hydrothermal samples.Interestingly,a higher superconducting critical temperature T_c of 13.2 K is observed compared to a suppressed T_c of 9 K in the presence of the nematicity in the CVT Fe Se.Moreover,the upper critical field in the zero-temperature limit is found to be isotropic with respect to the field direction and to reach a higher value of-42 T,which breaks the Pauli limit by a factor of 1.8. 展开更多

Optomechanical dynamics in two systems which are a transmission line resonator and Fabrya-Perot optical cavity via radiation-pressure are investigated by linearized quantum Langevin equation. We work in the resolved sideband regime where the oscillator resonance frequency exceeds the cavity linewidth. Normal mode splittings of the mechanical resonator as a pure result of the coupling interaction in the two optomechanical systems is studied, and we make a comparison of normal mode splitting of mechanical resonator between the two systems. In the optical cavity, the normal mode splitting of the movable mirror approaches the latest experiment very well. In addition, an approximation scheme is introduced to demonstrate the ground state cooling, and we make a comparison of cooling between the two systems dominated by two key factors, which are the initial bath temperature and the mechanical quality factor. Since both the normal mode splitting and cooling require working in the resolved sideband regime, whether the normal mode splitting influences the cooling of the mirror is considered. Considering the size of the mechanical resonator and precooling the system, the mechanical resonator in the transmission line resonator system is easier to achieve the ground state cooling than in optical cavity. 展开更多

线激光在扫描金属工件时,部分金属表面存在高反光区域导致扫描效果不好,网格激光相较于单线与多线而言扫描效率更快,但存在中心提取以及光平面定位困难等问题。为了满足金属工件高效实时检测的需求,设计了一种网格激光的偏振态获取方法... 线激光在扫描金属工件时,部分金属表面存在高反光区域导致扫描效果不好,网格激光相较于单线与多线而言扫描效率更快,但存在中心提取以及光平面定位困难等问题。为了满足金属工件高效实时检测的需求,设计了一种网格激光的偏振态获取方法,对偏振片旋转角度进行标定,达到对高反光表面的最佳程度抑制。基于法向量的激光中心与光平面对应方法,利用像素Hessian矩阵特征值最大时的特征向量,将激光中心与所属的光平面对应。采用基于仿射变换的中心提取方法,将非正交网格通过仿射变换转为正交后提取中心点,提高三维重建的准确性。最后建立了测量误差与高度的误差修正模型,减少了测量系统误差。实验结果表明,网格激光传统算法扫描金属表面高反光区域,扫描结果会有边缘缺失,测量误差为0.8 mm;而本文所提方法能够有效抑制金属表面高反光带来的影响,实现激光中心提取与光平面的准确对应,测量误差达到0.39 mm,最后经过误差修正,金属表面高光区域测量精度有较大提升,测量误差可达0.1 mm。本文所提方法与网格激光传统算法测量结果相比,测量误差减少了87.5%。该方法实现了金属表面高反光抑制下的网格激光扫描三维重建,扫描效率与测量精度得到提升,为未来的工业测量提供方法和参考。 展开更多

在高原高寒地区,地震活动频繁且破坏性强,提升区域内地震应急协同能力是增强灾害响应与应急能力的关键环节。因此,需要有效、准确、科学地评价各时段各状态下各行业、各部门的应急协同能力。首先,基于文献资料和实地调研,从应急组织、... 在高原高寒地区,地震活动频繁且破坏性强,提升区域内地震应急协同能力是增强灾害响应与应急能力的关键环节。因此,需要有效、准确、科学地评价各时段各状态下各行业、各部门的应急协同能力。首先,基于文献资料和实地调研,从应急组织、指挥决策、生命救援、事故处置和应急保障5个维度构建了高原高寒地区地震应急协同能力评价指标体系;然后,构建了基于平急双态-二维云模型的高原高寒地区地震应急协同能力评价模型;最后,以2025年西藏日喀则市定日县6.8级地震为例,采用熵权法计算各指标权重,运用二维云判定平时和急时各指标云和标准云的贴近度及综合评价等级,揭示现有地震应急协同的不足与短板,并提出相应的改进思路和政策建议,为提升高原高寒地区平时和急时地震应急协同能力提供科学支撑。结果表明:西藏定日县地震应急协同能力平时状态等级为“良”,急时状态等级为“优”,平急双态等级为“优”;在此次地震应急响应中,指挥决策的高效协同表现最好,但在协同联动机制、信息数据共享平台、应急预案协同、高原病紧急救治、专业救援队伍协同等方面的协同能力仍存在明显不足,亟待提升和改进。 展开更多

为了有效避免超声结节诊断设备异常状态识别过程陷入局部极小值,研究了遗传神经网络下超声结节诊断设备异常状态识别方法。采集超声结节诊断设备实时运行参数,并对其进行归一化处理和存储后备用。构建由遗传算法与BP神经网络组成的遗传... 为了有效避免超声结节诊断设备异常状态识别过程陷入局部极小值,研究了遗传神经网络下超声结节诊断设备异常状态识别方法。采集超声结节诊断设备实时运行参数,并对其进行归一化处理和存储后备用。构建由遗传算法与BP神经网络组成的遗传神经网络模型,对实时运行参数进行前向传播运算和反向传播运算。对初始权重和偏置进行优化选择,输出超声结节诊断设备异常状态识别结果。实验结果表明,该方法可有效运用不同类型传感器采集超声结节诊断设备实时运行参数,并将其归一到0~1范围内,同时可准确识别超声结节诊断设备电流异常状态和电磁波异常状态,识别准确率达到100%。 展开更多
