A delay control system is converted into a unified state-space form. The numerical stability condition is developed and checked for sample points in the parameter space. These points are separated into stable and unstable regions by the decision function obtained from some learning method. The proposed method is very general and applied to a much wider range of systems than the existing methods in the literature. The proposed method is illustrated with examples.展开更多

It is well known that the estimation of rotor flux plays a fundamental role in the DVC and the estimation of rotor resistance is vital in the slip compensation of the Id VC. In these estimations, the precision is significantly affected by the motor resistances. Therefore, online estimation of motor resistances is indispensable in practice. For a fast estimation of motor resistances, it is necessary to slow down the convergence rate of the current estimate. On the other hand, for a fast estimation of the rotor flux, it is necessary to speed up its convergence rate. It is very difficult to realize such a trade-off in convergence rates in a full order observer. In this paper, we propose to decouple the current observer from the flux observer so as to realize independent convergence rates. Then, the resistance estimation algorithm is applied to both DVC and Id VC. In particular, in the application to Id VC the flux observer needs not be used, which leads to a simpler structure. Meanwhile, independent convergence rates of current observer and flux observer yield an improved performance. A superior performance in the torque and flux responses in both cases is verified by numerous simulations.展开更多

Aiming at the multi-objective quality control problem of a company's cold-rolled products, based on industrial production data, we proposed a process parameter design and optimization method that combined multi-objective quality prediction and PPO. This method used the multi-output support vector regression(MSVR) method to simultaneously predict multiple quality indices. The MSVR prediction model was used as the effect verification model of the PPO results. It performed multi-process parameter collaborative design and realized the optimization of production process parameters for customized multi-objective quality requirements. The experimental results showed that, compared with the traditional single-objective quality prediction model based on support vector regression(SVR), the multi-objective prediction model could better take into account the coupling effect between process parameters and quality index, the MSVR model prediction accuracy was higher than that of the SVR, and the optimized process parameters were more capable and reflected the influence of metallurgical mechanism on the quality index, which were more in line with actual production process requirements.展开更多
