BACKGROUND Kidney transplantation is the most effective means to treat patients with renal failure,but its postoperative problems such as rejection reactions,immunosuppressant poisoning,chronic transplant kidney nephr...BACKGROUND Kidney transplantation is the most effective means to treat patients with renal failure,but its postoperative problems such as rejection reactions,immunosuppressant poisoning,chronic transplant kidney nephropathy,etc.still have not been effectively solved.This study searched for literature on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes after kidney transplantation in China,conducted statistical analysis of the results,and sought to identify the underlying patterns.AIM To understand the TCM syndromes after renal transplantation and associated rules and provide a theoretical basis for further clinical research.METHODS The literature pertaining to TCM syndromes in renal transplantation,published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,and WIP database from 1970 to 2021,was meticulously searched and comprehensively and statistically analyzed.RESULTS Following the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,13 studies were selected for analysis.Post-renal transplantation,no significant discrepancy was noted among the groups based on the location of TCM viscera.However,when categorized according to TCM pathogenic factors,the groups with spleen and kidney yang deficiency,as well as liver and kidney yin deficiency,exhibited a statistically significant difference in the frequency.CONCLUSION Currently,the research on TCM syndromes pertaining to renal transplantation is in its nascent phase.It is imperative to conduct a multicentric,large-scale survey of TCM syndromes subsequent to renal transplantation in the ensuing years.展开更多

The purpose of this study was to clarify the attributes of family spirituality and the influencing factors of its decline. Methods: Regarding family spirituality, 1) a literature search was conducted using PubMed and reviews of 20 English-language articles;and 2) semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 Japanese families having elderly members in the household. Data triangulation was performed for both, and a directed content analysis was conducted using Hohashi’s Concentric Sphere Family Environment Theory as the framework. Results: Attributes of family spirituality included 21 categories, such as “I think that my family exists for my children and grandchildren.” Factors influencing the decline in family spirituality included 20 categories in total, including 6 categories of risk/causal/promoting factors such as “lack of caring for family members”;11 categories of preventive/inhibitory/suppression factors such as “healthcare professionals not being close to the family”;and three categories of context-sensitive factors such as “death of a family member.” Conclusions/Implications for Practice: Family intervention requires nurses to understand the attributes of family spirituality and to control the influencing factors of a decline in family spirituality. Background:The traditional manual literature screening approach is limited by its time-consuming nature and high labor costs.A pressing issue is how to leverage large language models to enhance the efficiency and qual...Background:The traditional manual literature screening approach is limited by its time-consuming nature and high labor costs.A pressing issue is how to leverage large language models to enhance the efficiency and quality of evidence-based evaluations of drug efficacy and safety.Methods:This study utilized a manually curated reference literature database—comprising vaccine,hypoglycemic agent,and antidepressant evaluation studies—previously developed by our team through conventional systematic review methods.This validated database served as the gold standard for the development and optimization of LitAutoScreener.Following the PICOS(Population,Intervention,Comparison,Outcomes,Study Design)principles,a chain-of-thought reasoning approach with few-shot learning prompts was implemented to develop the screening algorithm.We subsequently evaluated the performance of LitAutoScreener using 2 independent validation cohorts,assessing both classification accuracy and processing efficiency.Results:For respiratory syncytial virus vaccine safety validation title-abstract screening,our tools based on GPT(GPT-4o),Kimi(moonshot-v1-128k),and DeepSeek(deepseek-chat 2.5)demonstrated high accuracy in inclusion/exclusion decisions(99.38%,98.94%,and 98.85%,respectively).Recall rates were 100.00%,99.13%,and 98.26%,with statistically significant performance differences(χ^(2)=5.99,P=0.048),where GPT outperformed the other models.Exclusion reason concordance rates were 98.85%,94.79%,and 96.47%(χ^(2)=30.22,P<0.001).In full-text screening,all models maintained perfect recall(100.00%),with accuracies of 100.00%(GPT),100.00%(Kimi),and 99.45%(DeepSeek).Processing times averaged 1 to 5 s per article for title–abstract screening and 60 s for full-text processing(including PDF preprocessing).Conclusions:LitAutoScreener offers a new approach for efficient literature screening in drug intervention studies,achieving high accuracy and significantly improving screening efficiency.展开更多

BACKGROUND The primary lymphomas of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)of the gallbladder(GB)is an extremely rare of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Many patients exhibit symptoms like gallstone disease,and in some cases,the...BACKGROUND The primary lymphomas of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)of the gallbladder(GB)is an extremely rare of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Many patients exhibit symptoms like gallstone disease,and in some cases,the lymphoma may be detected through imaging even without apparent symptoms.Only 19 cases of primary MALT lymphoma in the GB have been previously reported.Differential diagnosis from typical GB carcinoma based solely on imaging findings can be challenging,and definitive diagnosis often requires surgical intervention.CASE SUMMARY We present a patient in an 82-year-old man who was initially diagnosed with prostate cancer but incidentally detected GB wall thickening from magnetic resonance imaging conducted for prostatic surgery and subsequent radical cholecystectomy revealed primary MALT lymphoma of the GB.The patient was followed up by a medical oncologist,and after discussion,the decision was made to continue observation with close monitoring without systemic chemotherapy given the asymptomatic presentation.The patient has been free of recurrence for 16 months after the surgery.Although precise diagnosis before the surgery was difficult in this case,preoperative examinations revealed a submucosal tumor-like lesion.CONCLUSION MALT lymphoma of GB remains little known in many previous studies.It is really difficult to preoperatively diagnose.The combination of clinical presentation,postoperative histology and immunohistochemistry contribute to diagnosis and carry out appropriate management.展开更多

Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions(ADR)caused by sunitinib and provide reference for clinical safety.Methods The case reports of ADR related to sunitinib in six Chinese and English databases from 2006 to 2021...Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions(ADR)caused by sunitinib and provide reference for clinical safety.Methods The case reports of ADR related to sunitinib in six Chinese and English databases from 2006 to 2021 were searched to extract relevant data,and then statistical analysis was performed.Results and Conclusion A total of 147 articles were included,involving 156 cases and 283 adverse events.Adverse reactions occurred at the highest rate after 31 to 180 days of drug administration,and ADR involved organs/systems mainly in blood and lymphatic disorders(17.67%),gastrointestinal disorders(15.55%),and skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders(10.60%).The adverse effects caused by sunitinib involve multiple organs/systems throughout the body.Besides,there are many severe fatal cases.During clinical medication,patients should be monitored regularly,and drugs should be reduced or stopped timely when adverse reactions occur to reduce the risk of clinical medication.展开更多

文摘Background:The traditional manual literature screening approach is limited by its time-consuming nature and high labor costs.A pressing issue is how to leverage large language models to enhance the efficiency and quality of evidence-based evaluations of drug efficacy and safety.Methods:This study utilized a manually curated reference literature database—comprising vaccine,hypoglycemic agent,and antidepressant evaluation studies—previously developed by our team through conventional systematic review methods.This validated database served as the gold standard for the development and optimization of LitAutoScreener.Following the PICOS(Population,Intervention,Comparison,Outcomes,Study Design)principles,a chain-of-thought reasoning approach with few-shot learning prompts was implemented to develop the screening algorithm.We subsequently evaluated the performance of LitAutoScreener using 2 independent validation cohorts,assessing both classification accuracy and processing efficiency.Results:For respiratory syncytial virus vaccine safety validation title-abstract screening,our tools based on GPT(GPT-4o),Kimi(moonshot-v1-128k),and DeepSeek(deepseek-chat 2.5)demonstrated high accuracy in inclusion/exclusion decisions(99.38%,98.94%,and 98.85%,respectively).Recall rates were 100.00%,99.13%,and 98.26%,with statistically significant performance differences(χ^(2)=5.99,P=0.048),where GPT outperformed the other models.Exclusion reason concordance rates were 98.85%,94.79%,and 96.47%(χ^(2)=30.22,P<0.001).In full-text screening,all models maintained perfect recall(100.00%),with accuracies of 100.00%(GPT),100.00%(Kimi),and 99.45%(DeepSeek).Processing times averaged 1 to 5 s per article for title–abstract screening and 60 s for full-text processing(including PDF preprocessing).Conclusions:LitAutoScreener offers a new approach for efficient literature screening in drug intervention studies,achieving high accuracy and significantly improving screening efficiency.
文摘This study aims to examine the status of existing service quality with a focus on the implementation of the electronic service quality(e-SERVQUAL)model.In addition,the study develops research questions that can be used for more in-depth studies in the future.The methodology used is a literature study related to service quality with the e-SERVQUAL model approach,through the selection of platform literature and academic papers from various service sectors and geographical regions.The findings show that although the e-SERVQUAL model is widely used to measure service quality,its application in the banking sector,especially cooperative banking,is still minimal and needs further exploration to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.Based on an extensive literature review,a series of research questions were developed that can form the basis for further studies in the banking sector.
文摘BACKGROUND The primary lymphomas of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue(MALT)of the gallbladder(GB)is an extremely rare of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Many patients exhibit symptoms like gallstone disease,and in some cases,the lymphoma may be detected through imaging even without apparent symptoms.Only 19 cases of primary MALT lymphoma in the GB have been previously reported.Differential diagnosis from typical GB carcinoma based solely on imaging findings can be challenging,and definitive diagnosis often requires surgical intervention.CASE SUMMARY We present a patient in an 82-year-old man who was initially diagnosed with prostate cancer but incidentally detected GB wall thickening from magnetic resonance imaging conducted for prostatic surgery and subsequent radical cholecystectomy revealed primary MALT lymphoma of the GB.The patient was followed up by a medical oncologist,and after discussion,the decision was made to continue observation with close monitoring without systemic chemotherapy given the asymptomatic presentation.The patient has been free of recurrence for 16 months after the surgery.Although precise diagnosis before the surgery was difficult in this case,preoperative examinations revealed a submucosal tumor-like lesion.CONCLUSION MALT lymphoma of GB remains little known in many previous studies.It is really difficult to preoperatively diagnose.The combination of clinical presentation,postoperative histology and immunohistochemistry contribute to diagnosis and carry out appropriate management.
文摘Purpose:Service convenience explores how consumers perceive the time and effort associated with purchasing or using a service.It examines the impact of convenience on customer satisfaction,loyalty,and behavioral intentions,often considering various dimensions like access,search,and transaction convenience.The reviews also investigate how service convenience interacts with other factors like service quality,perceived value,and customer satisfaction.Therefore,this paper seeks to analyze the dispersed academic literature on service convenience research.This paper reviews the existing literature on service convenience and examines the directions in which the past studies have focused.It highlights the gap in existing literature to identify future research directions in service convenience domain.Through this review,this study aims to gain insights into various aspects including research methodology,framework,trends,important factors related to service convenience.Design/methodology/approach:Data were collected from an objective overview of service convenience research.This study used a systematic literature review approach.A total of 13 papers were published between 2012 and 2024.Selected from the Scopus database,and Emerald Insight,following specific criteria outlined in the PRISMA process.Findings:In the context of customer satisfaction research,analysis often reveals that satisfaction can be organized into several main themes.Here are five variables that frequently appear in on customer satisfaction,customer loyalty,behavioral intentions,often considering various dimensions like access,search,and transaction convenience.The analysis shows a significant spike in conveniencebased accounting research from 2012 to 2024,indicating growing interest in the topic.
文摘Ancient Chinese literature serves as the central repository of Chinese civilization,holding within it a wealth of cultural and historical wisdom.Nevertheless,its fragmented,obscure,and scattered nature has posed challenges in the process of knowledge production.The introduction of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies such as ChatGPT has opened up new avenues for knowledge production from ancient Chinese literature.These technologies can construct systematic knowledge networks through intelligent knowledge extraction and integration.They can also achieve the modern decoding and dissemination of ancient texts by leveraging text-generation and restoration capabilities.Additionally,they can enhance research efficiency and innovation dimensions with the support of academic assistance and decision-making.This paper delves into the technical advantages,practical cases,and future potential of ChatGPT in the processing of ancient Chinese literature from the perspective of knowledge production,uncovering its crucial role in the transformation of traditional academic paradigms.
文摘Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions(ADR)caused by sunitinib and provide reference for clinical safety.Methods The case reports of ADR related to sunitinib in six Chinese and English databases from 2006 to 2021 were searched to extract relevant data,and then statistical analysis was performed.Results and Conclusion A total of 147 articles were included,involving 156 cases and 283 adverse events.Adverse reactions occurred at the highest rate after 31 to 180 days of drug administration,and ADR involved organs/systems mainly in blood and lymphatic disorders(17.67%),gastrointestinal disorders(15.55%),and skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders(10.60%).The adverse effects caused by sunitinib involve multiple organs/systems throughout the body.Besides,there are many severe fatal cases.During clinical medication,patients should be monitored regularly,and drugs should be reduced or stopped timely when adverse reactions occur to reduce the risk of clinical medication.
文摘Internal audit plays a strategic role in ensuring the reliability of government financial statements,which are essential tools for achieving public financial accountability and transparency.This study aims to analyze the role of internal audit in improving the quality of government financial reporting using a literature review approach based on agency theory.The method employed is a systematic literature review of 12 scholarly articles(7 national and 5 international),as well as relevant books and official reports published within the last five years(2019-2024).The findings indicate that an effective and independent internal audit can reduce information asymmetry between the government(agent)and the public(principal),enhance compliance with Government Accounting Standards(SAP),and strengthen internal controls and financial governance.This study concludes that a competent internal audit function is a critical prerequisite for producing reliable,relevant,and accountable financial statements.The findings support agency theory and offer key recommendations for strengthening internal audit practices in the public sector.
文摘The integration of Learning Management Systems(LMSs)into educational settings is becoming increasingly common,especially in the digital field.Understanding the factors influencing the acceptance and effective use of LMS is essential to ensure successful implementation.The Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)has been widely used to check user acceptance of various technologies,including LMS.This study conducted a systematic literature review(SLR)to analyze existing research on the application of TAM in the context of LMS.A comprehensive search of the academic database was conducted to identify relevant studies published in 2010-2025.The review synthesizes findings related to the core constructs of TAM—Perceived Usability,Perceived Ease of Use,Behavioral Intent,and Actual Use—as well as extended factors such as system quality,self-efficacy,and social influence.The results reveal circumstantial evidence supporting the predictive power of TAM in LMS adoption,while also highlighting emerging trends and gaps in the literature.This review contributes to a deeper understanding of user acceptance in a digital learning environment and provides recommendations for future research and practical LMS implementation strategies.

文摘Graduate students universally struggle with vague topics,insufficient innovation,and logical gaps in research proposals,highlighting the need for structured scientific training.This study presents an innovative pedagogical model embedding scholarly literature’s logical architecture into LBL-RBL hybrid teaching,implemented in Kunming Medical University’s Neuropathophysiology course.Targeting the complexity of neurological disease mechanisms,the course integrates lecture-based learning(LBL)and research-based learning(RBL)through a small-cohort framework featuring personalized literature-logic embedding→targeted lecture reinforcement→multi-round proposal iteration.Faculty deconstructed domain literature to establish a three-phase training system(“Logic Demonstration-Methodology Mapping-Proposal Embedding”),systematically merging academic logic with research methodology over 9 weeks.Results demonstrate that this problem-driven approach creates authentic scientific inquiry scenarios,activating student knowledge co-construction and collaborative exploration.It successfully enables dynamic competency progression through“cognitive deconstruction→methodological practice→proposal refinement,”significantly enhancing proposal rigor and innovation.This study offers a scalable dual-track solution for cultivating advanced scientific capabilities in medical graduate education.
文摘The objectives of this qualitative research were:(a)to analyze the challenges faced by English literature teachers in teaching English through literature curriculum in English as a foreign language(EFL)classrooms of Myanmar;and(b)to examine the insights from stakeholders towards teaching English through literature curriculum in EFL classrooms of Myanmar.The samples were composed of 27 English literature teachers from specific Arts and Science Universities,six government officials and three local business leaders.They were selected through a purposive sampling method.The research conducted through a semi-structured interview,classroom observation,and focus group discussion.Content analysis and document analysis were used to analyze the data.The findings suggest that challenges can be categorized into three groups:student-related,teacher-related,and external factors.Additionally,the study highlights the importance of students’language proficiency,linguistic,and stylistic complexity of texts,and cultural familiarity in influencing the teaching-learning process.The results contribute to a better understanding of the challenges faced by English literature teachers in Myanmar,offering insights for the improvement of teaching practices in this context.
文摘This study presents an all-inclusive analysis of the literature on the augmentation of financial inclusion through fintech.Ninety-six papers were selected from the 2951 articles in the Web of Science,Scopus,and EBSCO databases.This study uses bibliometric and content analysis techniques to illuminate the underexplored aspects of fintech’s impact on financial inclusion.Unlike previous studies,this study consolidates a significant amount of the literature on financial inclusion by systematically contextualizing theories and viewpoints from the fintech sector.The key findings include the identification of three main research clusters:(1)the advent of novel services,(2)the transformation of the market landscape,and(3)the roles of stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem.The analysis reveals gaps in the existing research,such as the need for more studies on the tangible impact of fintech on financial inclusion and regulation.This study concludes by highlighting potential directions for future research and emphasizing the importance of policymakers paying greater attention to fintech’s implications for financial inclusion.
