The k-Nearest Neighbor method is one of the most popular techniques for both classification and regression purposes.Because of its operation,the application of this classification may be limited to problems with a certain number of instances,particularly,when run time is a consideration.However,the classification of large amounts of data has become a fundamental task in many real-world applications.It is logical to scale the k-Nearest Neighbor method to large scale datasets.This paper proposes a new k-Nearest Neighbor classification method(KNN-CCL)which uses a parallel centroid-based and hierarchical clustering algorithm to separate the sample of training dataset into multiple parts.The introduced clustering algorithm uses four stages of successive refinements and generates high quality clusters.The k-Nearest Neighbor approach subsequently makes use of them to predict the test datasets.Finally,sets of experiments are conducted on the UCI datasets.The experimental results confirm that the proposed k-Nearest Neighbor classification method performs well with regard to classification accuracy and performance. 展开更多

Power converters are essential components in modern life,being widely used in industry,automation,transportation,and household appliances.In many critical applications,their failure can lead not only to financial losses due to operational downtime but also to serious risks to human safety.The capacitors forming the output filter,typically aluminumelectrolytic capacitors(AECs),are among the most critical and susceptible components in power converters.The electrolyte in AECs often evaporates over time,causing the internal resistance to rise and the capacitance to drop,ultimately leading to component failure.Detecting this fault requires measuring the current in the capacitor,rendering the method invasive and frequently impractical due to spatial constraints or operational limitations imposed by the integration of a current sensor in the capacitor branch.This article proposes the implementation of an online noninvasive fault diagnosis technique for estimating the Equivalent Series Resistance(ESR)and Capacitance(C)values of the capacitor,employing a combination of signal processing techniques(SPT)and machine learning(ML)algorithms.This solution relies solely on the converter’s input and output signals,therefore making it a non-invasive approach.The ML algorithm used was linear regression,applied to 27 attributes,21 of which were generated through feature engineering to enhance the model’s performance.The proposed solution demonstrates an R^(2) score greater than 0.99 in the estimation of both ESR and C. 展开更多

A successful mechanical property data-driven prediction model is the core of the optimal design of hot rolling process for hot-rolled strips. However, the original industrial data, usually unbalanced, are inevitably mixed with fluctuant and abnormal values. Models established on the basis of the data without data processing can cause misleading results, which cannot be used for the optimal design of hot rolling process. Thus, a method of industrial data processing of C-Mn steel was proposed based on the data analysis. The Bayesian neural network was employed to establish the reliable mechanical property prediction models for the optimal design of hot rolling process. By using the multi-objective optimization algorithm and considering the individual requirements of costumers and the constraints of the equipment, the optimal design of hot rolling process was successfully applied to the rolling process design for Q345B steel with 0.017% Nb and 0.046% Ti content removed. The optimal process design results were in good agreement with the industrial trials results, which verify the effectiveness of the optimal design of hot rolling process. 展开更多

Based on the remote sensing images of algae, the present work analyzes the horizontal distribution characteristics of algal blooms in Chaohu Lake, China, which also reveals the frequency of algal blooms under different wind directions. Further, an unstructured-grid, three-dimensional finite-volume coastal ocean model (FVCOM) is applied to investigate the wind-induced currents and the transport pro- cess to explain the reason why algal blooms occur at the detected places. We first deduce the primary distribution of biomass from overlaid satellite images, and explain the formation mechanism by analyzing the pollution sources, and simulating the flow field and transportation process under prevailing wind over Chaohu Lake. And then, we consider the adjustment action of the wind on the corresponding day and develop a two-time scale approach to describe the whole formation process of algae horizontal distribution in Chaohu Lake. That is, on the longer time scale, i.e., during bloom season, prevailing wind determines the primary distribution of biomass by inducing the characteristic flow field; on the shorter time scale, i.e., on the day when bloom occurs, the wind force adjusts the primary distribution of biomass to form the final distribution of algal bloom. 展开更多

A novel technique for automatic seismic data processing using both integral and local feature of seismograms was presented in this paper. Here, the term integral feature of seismograms refers to feature which may depict the shape of the whole seismograms. However, unlike some previous efforts which completely abandon the DIAL approach, i.e., signal detection, phase identifi- cation, association, and event localization, and seek to use envelope cross-correlation to detect seismic events directly, our technique keeps following the DIAL approach, but in addition to detect signals corresponding to individual seismic phases, it also detects continuous wave-trains and explores their feature for phase-type identification and signal association. More concrete ideas about how to define wave-trains and combine them with various detections, as well as how to measure and utilize their feature in the seismic data processing were expatiated in the paper. This approach has been applied to the routine data processing by us for years, and test results for a 16 days' period using data from the Xinjiang seismic station network were presented. The automatic processing results have fairly low false and missed event rate simultaneously, showing that the new technique has good application prospects for improvement of the automatic seismic data processing. 展开更多

Through decades of research, special EVA film for V-process has been produced. The film has adequate elongation; its maximum is about 800% in longitudinal direction and 750% in transversal direction. The single width of the film is 2.8 m and the double width is 5.6 m, which is the widest sheet film for V-process in China. Sheets with different thickness ranging from the thickest 0.35 mm to the thinnest 0.08 mm can meet different demands in China. The film can be used not only for V-process of iron castings, but also for the manganese steel railway frog, steel rocking support and side frame castings for train and the steel bridge box for engine truck. 展开更多

But humans always need to this valuable substance. The production of oil derivatives by means of forest waste and coal through the Fischer-Tropsch process is an appropriate solution for the cleanliness of all parts of the environment. For the production of favorite products by the synthesis of Fischer-Tropsch, the performance of the catalyst under different operating conditions should be predictable. For this reason, in this paper, eight mathematical models were determined for the selectivity of five products of methane, light hydrocarbons, gasoline, diesel and wax based on three factors of reduction temperature, time on stream, and He/CO ratio inlet gas on iron-based catalyst. The results showed that the reduction temperature factor had the most effective on the selectivity of hydrocarbon products, exception diesel, so that the increase of the reduction temperature led to increase of the selectivity of methane, light hydrocarbons, gasoline and reduce of the degree of selectivity of the wax and vice versa. For the diesel selectivity, factor of the He/CO ratio inlet gas was the most effective than other factors. 展开更多

As far as various cycles are concerned, mantle-derived ore substances were reduced while crust-derived ore substances increased from early to late timesfin the whole geological evolutionary history, mantle-derived substances decreased gradually while crust-derived ones increased. Meanwhile ore element associations became more and more varied. In terms of space, mineralization migrated from the old basement outwards, i.e. from west to east during the Precambrian, and from north to south during the Phanerozoic, and again from east to west during the Yanshanian. 展开更多

The effect of the Ag content on superconducting crictical transition temperature of YBa2Cu3O7-δ-Agx was not evident as long as YBa2Cu3O7-δ-Agx can form continuous network. But Ag can increase superconduction crictical current and density of the composite superconductors. The normal state (i.e. non-superconducting state at room temperature) resistivity shows a percolation threshold at 20%-30% Ag, whereas the superconducting net-work shows a percolationthreshold at 70% -80% Ag. 展开更多

腐蚀问题极易引发炼化装置的安全隐患,甚至是严重的安全事故,因此开展针对炼化设备的快速、精准的腐蚀状态预测技术研究具有重要意义。针对多数研究基于理想实验数据以及虚拟生成数据进行腐蚀预测而忽略实际情况的问题,通过收集621组酸... 腐蚀问题极易引发炼化装置的安全隐患,甚至是严重的安全事故,因此开展针对炼化设备的快速、精准的腐蚀状态预测技术研究具有重要意义。针对多数研究基于理想实验数据以及虚拟生成数据进行腐蚀预测而忽略实际情况的问题,通过收集621组酸性水汽提装置设备腐蚀检测数据,采用一种结合合成少数类过采样与基于最近邻规则欠采样(synthetic minority over-sampling technique with edited nearest neighbors, SMOTEENN)的算法解决原始数据不平衡问题,基于遗传算法优化后的K-最近邻(genetic algorithm-based K-nearest neighbors, GA-KNN)算法建立设备腐蚀状态(包含腐蚀类型及腐蚀程度)预测模型。结果表明,在数据集平衡方面,SMOTEENN算法能够有效平衡数据集并提高模型对设备腐蚀状态的识别能力;在设备腐蚀状态预测方面,经遗传算法优化后的KNN(K-nearest neighbors)模型具有较好的预测效果,对设备腐蚀类型及腐蚀程度的预测准确率分别达到0.993 3和0.981 2。结果证明了所提模型可实现设备腐蚀综合诊断,为酸性水汽提装置腐蚀监测及检修维护提供理论指导。 展开更多

基于几何的点云压缩(geometry-based point cloud compression,G-PCC)可有效降低点云传输对网络带宽和存储的要求,但重建后的点云质量常因点的消失而显著下降.文章提出了一种基于多分支(multi-branch)的G-PCC点云几何后处理方法,通过提... 基于几何的点云压缩(geometry-based point cloud compression,G-PCC)可有效降低点云传输对网络带宽和存储的要求,但重建后的点云质量常因点的消失而显著下降.文章提出了一种基于多分支(multi-branch)的G-PCC点云几何后处理方法,通过提取多尺度几何特征,并在每个尺度上使用基于k近邻的最大池化层来聚合几何邻域信息,从而预测体素块的概率,实现更精确的点云重建.在国际运动图像专家组(Moving Picture Experts Group,MPEG)推荐的通用测试条件下,该方法与G-PCC(octree)、G-PCC(trisoup)相比,平均获得91.89%(84.57%)和75.24%(73.51%)的D1(D2)BD-Rate增益;与传统方法LUT相比,平均获得76.78%(70.37%)的D1(D2)BD-Rate增益;与基于深度学习的方法DGPP相比,平均获得23.95%(21.41%)的BD-Rate增益.此外,该方法相较于现有基于学习的方法,复杂度更低,具有更广阔的应用前景. 展开更多

针对Kinect传感器应用于农业植株检测产生的图像噪声问题,特别是由光线以及传感器自身局限导致的匹配图像目标植株数据的缺失,提出一种基于K-means和近邻回归算法的植株深度检测图像修复方法。首先对Kinect传感器获取的彩色RGB图像进行... 针对Kinect传感器应用于农业植株检测产生的图像噪声问题,特别是由光线以及传感器自身局限导致的匹配图像目标植株数据的缺失,提出一种基于K-means和近邻回归算法的植株深度检测图像修复方法。首先对Kinect传感器获取的彩色RGB图像进行阈值分割预处理提取植株目标区域,再利用K-means聚类算法去除背景噪声,使得植株目标区域轮廓更加清晰;然后基于配准的彩色图像和深度图像,对获取的深度图像中可疑像素点的深度数据采取近邻回归算法进行修复,再将修复后的深度图像与目标分割后的彩色图像进行植株区域的匹配,并进行二次近邻回归算法修正错误的深度数据,最后获取目标植株深度信息的检测图像。试验结果证明,采用RGB阈值分割和K-means聚类算法植株目标区域分割误差均值为12.33%,比单一RGB阈值分割和K-means聚类分割误差降低了12.12和41.48个百分点;同时结合聚类后的彩色图像对深度数据进行两次近邻回归算法修复深度数据,能够提高深度数据边缘的清晰度,单帧深度数据空洞点进行修复数据的准确度提高。该研究结果可为农业植株检测、植株三维重构、精准对靶喷雾等提供参考。 展开更多

K-近邻计算在数据集规模较大时计算复杂度较高,因此,利用图形处理器(GPU)强大的并行计算能力对K-近邻算法进行加速。在分析现有K-近邻算法的基础上,针对该算法时间开销过大的问题,结合GPU的体系结构特征实现基于GPU的K-近邻算法。利用全局存储器的合并访问特性,提高GPU全局存储器访问数据的效率,通过事先过滤数据的方法来减少参与排序的数据量,进而减少排序阶段的线程串行化时间。在KDD,Poker,Covertype 3个数据集上进行实验,结果表明,该实现方法在距离计算阶段每秒执行的浮点运算次数为266.37×109次,而排序阶段为26.47×109次,优于已有方法。 展开更多
