Multi-view laser radar (ladar) data registration in obscure environments is an important research field of obscured target detection from air to ground. There are few overlap regions of the observational data in different views because of the occluder, so the multi-view data registration is rather difficult. Through indepth analyses of the typical methods and problems, it is obtained that the sequence registration is more appropriate, but needs to improve the registration accuracy. On this basis, a multi-view data registration algorithm based on aggregating the adjacent frames, which are already registered, is proposed. It increases the overlap region between the pending registration frames by aggregation and further improves the registration accuracy. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively register the multi-view ladar data in the obscure environment, and it also has a greater robustness and a higher registration accuracy compared with the sequence registration under the condition of equivalent operating efficiency. 展开更多

To find an effective method to estimate and remove the registration error in asynchronous multisensor system, Kalman filtering technique and least squares approach have been proposed to estimate and remove sensor bias and sensor frame tilt errors in multisensor systems with asynchronous data. Simulation results is presented to demonstrate the performance of these approaches. The least squares approach can compress measurements to any time. The Kalman filter algorithm can detect registration errors and use the information to converge tracks from independent sensors. Multi-view clustering is a critical research area in computer science aimed at effectively extracting meaningful patterns from complex,high-dimensional data that single-view methods cannot capture.Traditional fuzzy clustering techniques,such as Fuzzy C-Means(FCM),face significant challenges in handling uncertainty and the dependencies between different views.To overcome these limitations,we introduce a new multi-view fuzzy clustering approach that integrates picture fuzzy sets with a dual-anchor graph method for multi-view data,aiming to enhance clustering accuracy and robustness,termed Multi-view Picture Fuzzy Clustering(MPFC).In particular,the picture fuzzy set theory extends the capability to represent uncertainty by modeling three membership levels:membership degrees,neutral degrees,and refusal degrees.This allows for a more flexible representation of uncertain and conflicting data than traditional fuzzy models.Meanwhile,dual-anchor graphs exploit the similarity relationships between data points and integrate information across views.This combination improves stability,scalability,and robustness when handling noisy and heterogeneous data.Experimental results on several benchmark datasets demonstrate significant improvements in clustering accuracy and efficiency,outperforming traditional methods.Specifically,the MPFC algorithm demonstrates outstanding clustering performance on a variety of datasets,attaining a Purity(PUR)score of 0.6440 and an Accuracy(ACC)score of 0.6213 for the 3 Sources dataset,underscoring its robustness and efficiency.The proposed approach significantly contributes to fields such as pattern recognition,multi-view relational data analysis,and large-scale clustering problems.Future work will focus on extending the method for semi-supervised multi-view clustering,aiming to enhance adaptability,scalability,and performance in real-world applications. 展开更多

Phenotypic prediction is a promising strategy for accelerating plant breeding.Data from multiple sources(called multi-view data)can provide complementary information to characterize a biological object from various aspects.By integrating multi-view information into phenotypic prediction,a multi-view best linear unbiased prediction(MVBLUP)method is proposed in this paper.To measure the importance of multiple data views,the differential evolution algorithm with an early stopping mechanism is used,by which we obtain a multi-view kinship matrix and then incorporate it into the BLUP model for phenotypic prediction.To further illustrate the characteristics of MVBLUP,we perform the empirical experiments on four multi-view datasets in different crops.Compared to the single-view method,the prediction accuracy of the MVBLUP method has improved by 0.038–0.201 on average.The results demonstrate that the MVBLUP is an effective integrative prediction method for multi-view data. 展开更多

The increasing prevalence of multi-view data has made multi-view clustering a crucial technique for discovering latent structures from heterogeneous representations.However,traditional fuzzy clustering algorithms show limitations with the inherent uncertainty and imprecision of such data,as they rely on a single-dimensional membership value.To overcome these limitations,we propose an auto-weighted multi-view neutrosophic fuzzy clustering(AW-MVNFC)algorithm.Our method leverages the neutrosophic framework,an extension of fuzzy sets,to explicitly model imprecision and ambiguity through three membership degrees.The core novelty of AWMVNFC lies in a hierarchical weighting strategy that adaptively learns the contributions of both individual data views and the importance of each feature within a view.Through a unified objective function,AW-MVNFC jointly optimizes the neutrosophic membership assignments,cluster centers,and the distributions of view and feature weights.Comprehensive experiments conducted on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that our algorithm achieves more accurate and stable clustering than existing methods,demonstrating its effectiveness in handling the complexities of multi-view data. 展开更多

High-resolution sub-meter satellite data play an increasingly crucial role in the 3D real-scene China construction initiative.Current research on 3D reconstruction using high-resolution satellite data primarily focuses on two approaches:Multi-stereo fusion and multi-view matching.While algorithms based on these two methodologies for multi-view image 3D reconstruction have reached relative maturity,no systematic comparison has been conducted specifically on satellite data to evaluate the relative merits of multi-stereo fusion versus multi-view matching methods.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the practical accuracy of both approaches using high-resolution satellite datasets from diverse geographical regions.To ensure fairness in accuracy comparison,both methodologies employ non-local dense matching for cost optimization.Results demonstrate that the multi-stereo fusion method outperforms multi-view matching in all evaluation metrics,exhibiting approximately 1.2%higher average matching accuracy and 10.7%superior elevation precision in the experimental datasets.Therefore,for 3D modeling applications using satellite data,we recommend adopting the multi-stereo fusion approach for digital surface model(DSM)product generation. 展开更多

Then, one approach to sensor registration based on BP neural network is proposed. Here the measurements from radar are transformed from the polar coordinate system to the Cartesian coordinate through a BP neural network. With this approach, the systematic errors are removed as well as the coordinate is transformed. The efficiency of this method is demonstrated by simulation, and the result show that this approach could remove the systematic errors effectively and the DAR are closer to real position than DBR. 展开更多

Building detection in very high resolution (VHR) images is crucial for mapping and analysing urban environments. Since buildings are elevated objects, elevation data need to be integrated with images for reliable detection. This process requires two critical steps: optical-elevation data co-registration and aboveground elevation calculation. These two steps are still challenging to some extent. Therefore, this paper introduces optical-elevation data co-registration and normalization techniques for generating a dataset that facilitates elevation-based building detection. For achieving accurate co-registration, a dense set of stereo-based elevations is generated and co-registered to their relevant image based on their corresponding image locations. To normalize these co-registered elevations, the bare-earth elevations are detected based on classification information of some terrain-level features after achieving the image co-registration. The developed method was executed and validated. After implementation, 80% overall-quality of detection result was achieved with 94% correct detection. Together, the developed techniques successfully facilitate the incorporation of stereo-based elevations for detecting buildings in VHR remote sensing images. 展开更多

Objective To analyze the current status of pediatric drug development in China from the perspective of pediatric drug registration and clinical trials so as to provide a reference for its improvement.Methods The registration and clinical trials explicitly labeled as pediatric drugs were analyzed by using the Insight Database,National Medical Products Administration(NMPA),and other publicly available information.Results and Conclusion The number of applications for pediatric drug registration was 196,and 104 were for domestic drugs,accounting for 53.06%.The number of pediatric drugs included in the priority review was 116,and 70.18%have completed the review.However,the number of new pediatric drug marketing applications is still not optimistic.Only 5 applications for pediatric drug registration are accepted by Center for Drug Evaluation(CDE),accounting for 4.63%.There are difficulties in recruiting pediatric subjects in clinical trials,with 42.08%of completed recruitment projects.Besides,there are few institutions for drug clinical trials,the distribution of institutions and professional certification are uneven.Therefore,enterprises should be encouraged to carry out research and development of pediatric drugs from two aspects:improving the policy for pediatric drugs and strengthening the clinical management of pediatric drugs to guarantee their safe use. 展开更多

Finally, it discusses how to integrate the data obtained from actual measurement and illustration, and summarizes the process of data integration and matters needing attention based on the accumulated experience in practice. This paper presents a novel medical image registration algorithm named total variation constrained graphregularization for non-negative matrix factorization(TV-GNMF).The method utilizes non-negative matrix factorization by total variation constraint and graph regularization.The main contributions of our work are the following.First,total variation is incorporated into NMF to control the diffusion speed.The purpose is to denoise in smooth regions and preserve features or details of the data in edge regions by using a diffusion coefficient based on gradient information.Second,we add graph regularization into NMF to reveal intrinsic geometry and structure information of features to enhance the discrimination power.Third,the multiplicative update rules and proof of convergence of the TV-GNMF algorithm are given.Experiments conducted on datasets show that the proposed TV-GNMF method outperforms other state-of-the-art algorithms. 展开更多

By using communication and time synchronization function of a data link network,a collaborative algorithm is proposed,which makes use of a virtual coordinates constructed by airplane to get high precision measurement source and realize effective estimation of the system error. This algorithm is based on Kalman filter and does not require high capacities in memory and calculation. Simulated results show that the algorithm has better convergence performance and estimation precision,no constrain on sampling period and accords with transfer characteristic of data link and tactical internet perfectly. 展开更多

Firstly, mutual information measure is combined with morphological gradient information. The essence of the gradient information is that locations a large gradient magnitude should be aligned, but also the orientation of the gradients at those locations should be similar. Secondly, a hybrid optimizer combined PSO with Powell algorithm is proposed to restrain local maxima of mutual information function and improve the registration accuracy to sub-pixel level. Lastly, muhlresolution data structure based on Mallat decomposition can not only improve the behavior of registration function, but also improve the speed of the algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the new method can yield good registration result, superior to traditional optimizer with respect to smoothness and attraction basin as well as convergence speed. 展开更多

Literature shows that both market data and financial media impact stock prices;however,using only one kind of data may lead to information bias.Therefore,this study uses market data and news to investigate their joint impact on stock price trends.However,combining these two types of information is difficult because of their completely different characteristics.This study develops a hybrid model called MVL-SVM for stock price trend prediction by integrating multi-view learning with a support vector machine(SVM).It works by simply inputting heterogeneous multi-view data simultaneously,which may reduce information loss.Compared with the ARIMA and classic SVM models based on single-and multi-view data,our hybrid model shows statistically significant advantages.In the robustness test,our model outperforms the others by at least 10%accuracy when the sliding windows of news and market data are set to 1–5 days,which confirms our model’s effectiveness.Finally,trading strategies based on single stock and investment portfolios are constructed separately,and the simulations show that MVL-SVM has better profitability and risk control performance than the benchmarks. 展开更多

Deep matrix factorization(DMF)has been demonstrated to be a powerful tool to take in the complex hierarchical information of multi-view data(MDR).However,existing multiview DMF methods mainly explore the consistency of multi-view data,while neglecting the diversity among different views as well as the high-order relationships of data,resulting in the loss of valuable complementary information.In this paper,we design a hypergraph regularized diverse deep matrix factorization(HDDMF)model for multi-view data representation,to jointly utilize multi-view diversity and a high-order manifold in a multilayer factorization framework.A novel diversity enhancement term is designed to exploit the structural complementarity between different views of data.Hypergraph regularization is utilized to preserve the high-order geometry structure of data in each view.An efficient iterative optimization algorithm is developed to solve the proposed model with theoretical convergence analysis.Experimental results on five real-world data sets demonstrate that the proposed method significantly outperforms stateof-the-art multi-view learning approaches. 展开更多

Disparity-Based Generation of Line-of-Sight DSM for Image-Elevation Co-Registration to Support Building Detection in Off-Nadir VHR Satellite Images 被引量:1

The integration of optical images and elevation data is of great importance for 3D-assisted mapping applications. Very high resolution (VHR) satellite images provide ideal geo-data for mapping building information. Since buildings are inherently elevated objects, these images need to be co-registered with their elevation data for reliable building detection results. However, accurate co-registration is extremely difficult for off-nadir VHR images acquired over dense urban areas. Therefore, this research proposes a Disparity-Based Elevation Co-Registration (DECR) method for generating a Line-of-Sight Digital Surface Model (LoS-DSM) to efficiently achieve image-elevation data co-registration with pixel-level accuracy. Relative to the traditional photogrammetric approach, the RMSE value of the derived elevations is found to be less than 2 pixels. The applicability of the DECR method is demonstrated through elevation-based building detection (EBD) in a challenging dense urban area. The quality of the detection result is found to be more than 90%. Additionally, the detected objects were geo-referenced successfully to their correct ground locations to allow direct integration with other maps. In comparison to the original LoS-DSM development algorithm, the DECR algorithm is more efficient by reducing the calculation steps, preserving the co-registration accuracy, and minimizing the need for elevation normalization in dense urban areas. 展开更多

With the rapid progress of the artificial intelligence(AI)technology and mobile internet,3D hand pose estimation has become critical to various intelligent application areas,e.g.,human-computer interaction.To avoid the low accuracy of single-modal estimation and the high complexity of traditional multi-modal 3D estimation,this paper proposes a novel multi-modal multi-view(MMV)3D hand pose estimation system,which introduces a registration before translation(RT)-translation before registration(TR)jointed conditional generative adversarial network(cGAN)to train a multi-modal registration network,and then employs the multi-modal feature fusion to achieve high-quality estimation,with low hardware and software costs both in data acquisition and processing.Experimental results demonstrate that the MMV system is effective and feasible in various scenarios.It is promising for the MMV system to be used in broad intelligent application areas. 展开更多
