Using a modified subgradient extragradient algorithm, this paper proposed a novel approach to solving a supply chain network equilibrium model. The method extends the scope of optimisation and improves the accuracy at each iteration by incorporating adaptive parameter selection and a more general subgradient projection operator. The advantages of the proposed method are highlighted by the proof of strong convergence presented in the paper. Several concrete examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm, with comparisons illustrating its superior CPU running time compared to alternative techniques. The practical applicability of the algorithm is also demonstrated by applying it to a realistic supply chain network model. 展开更多

Advanced traveler information systems (ATIS) can not only improve drivers' accessibility to the more accurate route travel time information, but also can improve drivers' adaptability to the stochastic network capacity degradations. In this paper, a mixed stochastic user equilibrium model was proposed to describe the interactive route choice behaviors between ATIS equipped and unequipped drivers on a degradable transport network. In the proposed model the information accessibility of equipped drivers was reflected by lower degree of uncertainty in their stochastic equilibrium flow distributions, and their behavioral adaptability was captured by multiple equilibrium behaviors over the stochastic network state set. The mixed equilibrium model was formulated as a fixed point problem defined in the mixed route flows, and its solution was achieved by executing an iterative algorithm. Numerical experiments were provided to verify the properties of the mixed network equilibrium model and the efficiency of the iterative algorithm. 展开更多

This paper puts forward a rigorous approach for a sensitivity analysis of stochastic user equilibrium with the elastic demand (SUEED) model. First, proof is given for the existence of derivatives of output variables with respect to the perturbation parameters for the SUEED model. Then by taking advantage of the gradient-based method for sensitivity analysis of a general nonlinear program, detailed formulae are developed for calculating the derivatives of designed variables with respect to perturbation parameters at the equilibrium state of the SUEED model. This method is not only applicable for a sensitivity analysis of the logit-type SUEED problem, but also for the probit-type SUEED problem. The application of the proposed method in a numerical example shows that the proposed method can be used to approximate the equilibrium link flow solutions for both logit-type SUEED and probit-type SUEED problems when small perturbations are introduced in the input parameters. 展开更多

Overhanging rock slopes(steeper than 90°) are typically avoided in rock engineering design, particularly where the scale of the slope exceeds the scale of fracturing present in the rock mass. This paper highlights an integrated approach of designing overhanging rock slopes where the relative dimensions of the slope exceed the scale of fracturing and the rock mass failure needs to be considered rather than kinematic release of individual blocks. The key to the method is a simplified limit equilibrium(LE) tool that was used for the support design and analysis of a multi-faceted overhanging rock slope. The overhanging slopes required complex geometries with constantly changing orientations. The overhanging rock varied in height from 30 m to 66 m. Geomechanical modelling combined with discrete fracture network(DFN)representation of the rock mass was used to validate the rock mass strength assumptions and the failure mechanism assumed in the LE model. The advantage of the simplified LE method is that buttress and support design iterations(along with sensitivity analysis of design parameters) can be completed for various cross-sections along the proposed overhanging rock sections in an efficient manner, compared to the more time-intensive, sophisticated methods that were used for the initial validation. The method described presents the development of this design tool and assumptions made for a specific overhanging rock slope design. Other locations will have different geological conditions that can control the potential behaviour of rock slopes, however, the approach presented can be applied as a general guiding design principle for overhanging rock cut slope. 展开更多

In this paper what we establish an SEIR rumor spreading model to describe the online social network with varying total number of users and user deactivation rate. We calculate the exact equilibrium points and reproduction number for this model. Furthermore, we perform the rumor spreading process in the online social network with increasing population size based on the original real world Facebook network. The simulation results indicate that the SEIR model of rumor spreading in online social network with changing total number of users can accurately reveal the inherent characteristics of rumor spreading process in online social network. 展开更多

The hybrid models were composed of the extraction equilibrium calculation model and the Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) error compensation model; the parameters of compensation model were optimized by the hierarchical genetic algorithms (HGA). In addition, application experiment research of this proposed method was carried out in the rare earth separation production process of a corporation. The result shows that this method is effective and can realize online measurement for the component content of rare earth in the countercurrent extraction. 展开更多

This is an improved SIS rumor spreading model in online social networks that combines the transmission dynamics and population dynamics with consideration of the impact of both of the changing number of online social network users and different levels of user activity. We numerically simulate the rumor spreading process. The results of numerical simulation show that the improved SIS model can successfully characterize the rumor spreading behavior in online social networks. 针对燃煤机组脱硫系统惯性大、影响因素多且实时性较差的问题,提出了一种基于平衡优化算法(Equilibrium Optimizer, EO)和径向基神经网络(Radial Basis Function Neural Network, RBFNN)的动态软测量模型。首先,利用灰色关联分析同时进... 针对燃煤机组脱硫系统惯性大、影响因素多且实时性较差的问题,提出了一种基于平衡优化算法(Equilibrium Optimizer, EO)和径向基神经网络(Radial Basis Function Neural Network, RBFNN)的动态软测量模型。首先,利用灰色关联分析同时进行变量筛选和时序调整;再结合控制理论知识,利用EO算法进行辅助变量的阶次选择;最后,使用包含延迟与阶次信息的输入变量作为模型输入,利用EO算法优化径向基神经网络参数,建立出口SO_(2)质量浓度预测模型(EO-RBFNN动态软测量模型)。然后将其与未加入迟延的RBFNN静态模型、加入迟延的RBFNN静态模型、粒子群优化算法(Particle Swarm Optimization, PSO)优化RBFNN网络参数的PSO-RBFNN动态软测量模型进行比较。结果显示,EO-RBFNN动态软测量模型的预测效果最好,相对误差最小。即使是在出口SO_(2)浓度剧烈波动时,模型也可以较准确地进行预测,具有较好的动态特性。 展开更多

The fifth generation (5G) networks have been envisioned to support the explosive growth of data demand caused by the increasing traditional high-rate mobile users and the expected rise of interconnections between human and things. To accommodate the ever-growing data traffic with scarce spectrum resources, cognitive radio (CR) is considered a promising technology to improve spectrum utilization. We study the power control problem for secondary users in an underlay CR network. Unlike most existing studies which simplify the problem by considering only a single primary user or channel, we investigate a more realistic scenario where multiple primary users share multiple channels with secondary users. We formulate the power control problem as a non-cooperative game with coupled constraints, where the Pareto optimality and achievable total throughput can be obtained by a Nash equilibrium (NE) solution. To achieve NE of the game, we first propose a projected gradient based dynamic model whose equilibrium points are equivalent to the NE of the original game, and then derive a centralized algorithm to solve the problem. Simulation results show that the convergence and effectiveness of our proposed solution, emphasizing the proposed algorithm, are competitive. Moreover, we demonstrate the robustness of our proposed solution as the network size increases. 展开更多

为准确评估中欧集装箱货运网络各运输线路拥堵状况和各货运方式的市场份额,以及提升多模式货运竞争情况下中欧班列补贴政策的有效性,根据中欧货运市场的年度供需数据,应用多模式多品类货运网络均衡模型预测中欧货运网络集装箱运量分布,... 为准确评估中欧集装箱货运网络各运输线路拥堵状况和各货运方式的市场份额,以及提升多模式货运竞争情况下中欧班列补贴政策的有效性,根据中欧货运市场的年度供需数据,应用多模式多品类货运网络均衡模型预测中欧货运网络集装箱运量分布,在此基础上构建双层补贴优化模型并应用禁忌搜索算法求解得出优化补贴方案。线路拥堵分析结果显示,中欧货运市场上,我国多数远洋港口和个别边境换轨车站存在严重的转运拥堵问题,而多数以我国沿海地区城市为起点的中欧班列线路排队延误极长,且当前中欧班列服务的整体市场份额不足3%。对当前补贴方案的分析结果显示,当前补贴方案的有效性仅局限于以内陆地区城市为起点的线路和需求不饱和的线路。对优化补贴方案的分析结果表明,优化补贴方案可更加有效地提高中欧班列的市场占比,并且可在一定程度上调控货运供需平衡、减少运力空置、缓解线路拥堵。 展开更多

基于PINN-HEM混合框架的SCO_(2)临界流模型研究

超临界二氧化碳(SCO_(2))反应堆系统的临界流量高精度预测是失压事故安全分析的关键,但现有实验数据有限且集中于低温低压区,缺乏高精度宽参数范围预测的SCO_(2)临界流模型。理论计算模型和纯数据驱动模型存在着计算效率和泛化性的失衡... 超临界二氧化碳(SCO_(2))反应堆系统的临界流量高精度预测是失压事故安全分析的关键,但现有实验数据有限且集中于低温低压区,缺乏高精度宽参数范围预测的SCO_(2)临界流模型。理论计算模型和纯数据驱动模型存在着计算效率和泛化性的失衡,而物理信息神经网络(PINN)因将包含物理规律的方程引入到深度神经网络的构造中,提升了模型的可解释性和泛化性。因此本研究基于PINN算法,将均相平衡模型(HEM)的守恒方程嵌入损失函数以构造PINN-HEM框架,通过扩展的高温高压试验数据集(130~500℃、压力12~15 MPa),利用超参数优化后的数据驱动模型初始化PINN-HEM网络参数来加速训练收敛速度等方法,建立了宽参数范围、高精度的PINN-HEM SCO_(2)临界流模型。结果表明,考虑不同数据集特性,PINNHEM对比经验公式下PINN-EF模型,平均相对误差降低了62.65%,输入特征的贡献度更符合物理规律。 展开更多

为了完善现有的交通分配模型,综合考虑出行者的方式选择与路径选择行为,建立了基于分层Logit的多方式随机用户均衡分配模型。首先,在多方式交通网络中,根据出行者出行决策的2个步骤,即首先选择合适的交通出行方式、然后选择该方式交通... 为了完善现有的交通分配模型,综合考虑出行者的方式选择与路径选择行为,建立了基于分层Logit的多方式随机用户均衡分配模型。首先,在多方式交通网络中,根据出行者出行决策的2个步骤,即首先选择合适的交通出行方式、然后选择该方式交通网络中的出行路径,采用分层Logit模型描述出行者的交通方式和路径联合选择行为。在建立的分层Logit模型中,出行效用与流量分布相互制约,出行效用受路网流量影响,而路网流量由效用所决定,最终要达到平衡。接着,构造了一个数学规划模型来求平衡解,证明数学规划模型的最优解与分层Logit模型的流量解等价,并进一步证明等价数学规划模型的目标函数是凸的,而约束集也是凸的,因此等价数学规划模型是一个凸规划问题,模型的解是唯一的。随后,给出了求解提出的基于分层Logit的多方式随机用户均衡分配模型改进的方向搜索算法步骤。最后,以含公交车和小汽车2种方式的方格形路网为算例,分析公交票价、出行者的时间价值和分层Logit模型的层间比例参数的变化对交通分配结果的影响。结果表明:公交车票价对流量分配的影响不大;公交需求量随出行者时间价值的增加而下降;当出行者的时间价值较低时,公交需求量随分层Logit模型的层间比例参数增加而增加,当出行者的时间价值较高时,公交需求量随分层Logit模型的层间比例参数的增加而减小。 展开更多
