Aerodynamic performances of axial compressors are significantly affected by variation of Reynolds number in aero-engines.In the design and analysis of compressors,previous correction methods for cascades and stages ha...Aerodynamic performances of axial compressors are significantly affected by variation of Reynolds number in aero-engines.In the design and analysis of compressors,previous correction methods for cascades and stages have difficulties in predicting comprehensively Reynolds number effects on airfoils,matching and characteristics curves.This study proposes Re-correction models for loss,deviation angle and endwall blockage based on classical theories and cascade tests,and loss and deviation models show good agreement in test data of NACA65 and C4 cascades.Throughflow method considering Reynolds number effects is developed by integrating the correction models into a verified Streamline Curvature(SLC)tool.A three-stage axial compressor is investigated through SLC and CFD methods from design Reynolds number(Red=2106)to low Re=4104,and the numerical methods are validated with test data of characteristic curves and spanwise distributions at Red.With Re reduction,SLC method with correction models well predicts variation in overall performances compared with CFD calculations and Wassell's model.Streamwise and spanwise matching such as total pressure and loss distributions in SLC predictions are basically consistent with those in CFD results at near-stall points under design and low Reynolds numbers.SLC and CFD methods share similar detections of stall risks in the third stage(Stg3),and their analyses of diffusion processes deviate to some extent due to different predictions in separated endwall flow.The correction models can be adopted to consider Reynolds number effects in through-flow design and analysis of axial compressors.展开更多
For reservoirs with complex non-Gaussian geological characteristics,such as carbonate reservoirs or reservoirs with sedimentary facies distribution,it is difficult to implement history matching directly,especially for...For reservoirs with complex non-Gaussian geological characteristics,such as carbonate reservoirs or reservoirs with sedimentary facies distribution,it is difficult to implement history matching directly,especially for the ensemble-based data assimilation methods.In this paper,we propose a multi-source information fused generative adversarial network(MSIGAN)model,which is used for parameterization of the complex geologies.In MSIGAN,various information such as facies distribution,microseismic,and inter-well connectivity,can be integrated to learn the geological features.And two major generative models in deep learning,variational autoencoder(VAE)and generative adversarial network(GAN)are combined in our model.Then the proposed MSIGAN model is integrated into the ensemble smoother with multiple data assimilation(ESMDA)method to conduct history matching.We tested the proposed method on two reservoir models with fluvial facies.The experimental results show that the proposed MSIGAN model can effectively learn the complex geological features,which can promote the accuracy of history matching.展开更多

The multi-source data interpretation method put forward in this analysis is based on a database-driven pattern and focuses on the discrete and irregular features of geological data. The geological data from a variety of sources covering a range of accuracy, resolution, quantity and quality are classified and integrated according to their reliability and consistency for 3D modeling. The new interpolation-approximation fitting construction algorithm of geological surfaces with the non-uniform rational B-spline(NURBS) technique is then presented. The NURBS technique can retain the balance among the requirements for accuracy, surface continuity and data storage of geological structures. Finally, four alternative 3D modeling approaches are demonstrated with reference to some examples, which are selected according to the data quantity and accuracy specification. The proposed approaches offer flexible modeling patterns for different practical engineering demands.展开更多
In precision machining of complex curved surface parts with high performance,geometry accuracy is not the only constraint,but the performance should also be met.Performance of this kind of parts is closely related to ...In precision machining of complex curved surface parts with high performance,geometry accuracy is not the only constraint,but the performance should also be met.Performance of this kind of parts is closely related to the geometrical and physical parameters,so the final actual size and shape are affected by multiple source constraints,such as geometry,physics,and performance.These parts are rather difficult to be manufactured and new manufacturing method according to performance requirement is urgently needed.Based on performance and manufacturing requirements for complex curved surface parts,a new classification method is proposed,which divided the complex curved surface parts into two categories:surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints(PRCS)and surface unique complex curved surface parts with pure geometric constraints(PUCS).A correlation model is constructed between the performance and multi-source constraints for PRCS,which reveals the correlation between the performance and multi-source constraints.A re-design method is also developed.Through solving the correlation model of the typical paws performance-associated surface,the mapping relation between the performance-associated surface and the related removal amount is obtained.The explicit correlation model and the method for the corresponding related removal amount of the performance-associated surface are built based on the classification of surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints.Research results have been used in the actual processing of the typical parts such as radome,common bottom components,nozzle,et al.,which shows improved efficiency and accuracy of the precision machining for the surface re-design parts with complex curved surface.展开更多
Deep learning(DL)has become a crucial technique for predicting the El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and evaluating its predictability.While various DL-based models have been developed for ENSO predictions,many f...Deep learning(DL)has become a crucial technique for predicting the El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and evaluating its predictability.While various DL-based models have been developed for ENSO predictions,many fail to capture the coherent multivariate evolution within the coupled ocean-atmosphere system of the tropical Pacific.To address this three-dimensional(3D)limitation and represent ENSO-related ocean-atmosphere interactions more accurately,a novel this 3D multivariate prediction model was proposed based on a Transformer architecture,which incorporates a spatiotemporal self-attention mechanism.This model,named 3D-Geoformer,offers several advantages,enabling accurate ENSO predictions up to one and a half years in advance.Furthermore,an integrated gradient method was introduced into the model to identify the sources of predictability for sea surface temperature(SST)variability in the eastern equatorial Pacific.Results reveal that the 3D-Geoformer effectively captures ENSO-related precursors during the evolution of ENSO events,particularly the thermocline feedback processes and ocean temperature anomaly pathways on and off the equator.By extending DL-based ENSO predictions from one-dimensional Niño time series to 3D multivariate fields,the 3D-Geoformer represents a significant advancement in ENSO prediction.This study provides details in the model formulation,analysis procedures,sensitivity experiments,and illustrative examples,offering practical guidance for the application of the model in ENSO research.展开更多
The equivalent source(ES)method in the spherical coordinate system has been widely applied to processing,reduction,field modeling,and geophysical and geological interpretation of satellite magnetic anomaly data.Howeve...The equivalent source(ES)method in the spherical coordinate system has been widely applied to processing,reduction,field modeling,and geophysical and geological interpretation of satellite magnetic anomaly data.However,the inversion for the ES model suffers from nonuniqueness and instability,which remain unresolved.To mitigate these issues,we introduce both the minimum and flattest models into the model objective function as an alternative regularization approach in the spherical ES method.We first present the methods,then analyze the accuracy of forward calculation and test the proposed ES method in this study by using synthetic data.The experimental results from simulation data indicate that our proposed regularization effectively suppresses the Backus effect and mitigates inversion instability in the low-latitude region.Finally,we apply the proposed method to magnetic anomaly data from China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite-1(CSES-1)and Macao Science Satellite-1(MSS-1)magnetic measurements over Africa by constructing an ES model of the large-scale lithospheric magnetic field.Compared with existing global lithospheric magnetic field models,our ES model demonstrates good consistency at high altitudes and predicts more stable fields at low altitudes.Furthermore,we derive the reduction to the pole(RTP)magnetic anomaly fields and the apparent susceptibility contrast distribution based on the ES model.The latter correlates well with the regional tectonic framework in Africa and surroundings.展开更多

Accurate estimation of understory terrain has significant scientific importance for maintaining ecosystem balance and biodiversity conservation.Addressing the issue of inadequate representation of spatial heterogeneit...Accurate estimation of understory terrain has significant scientific importance for maintaining ecosystem balance and biodiversity conservation.Addressing the issue of inadequate representation of spatial heterogeneity when traditional forest topographic inversion methods consider the entire forest as the inversion unit,this study pro⁃poses a differentiated modeling approach to forest types based on refined land cover classification.Taking Puerto Ri⁃co and Maryland as study areas,a multi-dimensional feature system is constructed by integrating multi-source re⁃mote sensing data:ICESat-2 spaceborne LiDAR is used to obtain benchmark values for understory terrain,topo⁃graphic factors such as slope and aspect are extracted based on SRTM data,and vegetation cover characteristics are analyzed using Landsat-8 multispectral imagery.This study incorporates forest type as a classification modeling con⁃dition and applies the random forest algorithm to build differentiated topographic inversion models.Experimental re⁃sults indicate that,compared to traditional whole-area modeling methods(RMSE=5.06 m),forest type-based classi⁃fication modeling significantly improves the accuracy of understory terrain estimation(RMSE=2.94 m),validating the effectiveness of spatial heterogeneity modeling.Further sensitivity analysis reveals that canopy structure parame⁃ters(with RMSE variation reaching 4.11 m)exert a stronger regulatory effect on estimation accuracy compared to forest cover,providing important theoretical support for optimizing remote sensing models of forest topography.展开更多

Depending on the system of measurement, the alignment process can be divided into measurement-assisted assembly(MAA) and force-driven assembly. In MAA,relative pose between components is directly measured to guide assembly, while in force-driven assembly, only contact state can be recognized according to measured six-dimensional force and torque(6 D F/T) and the process is completed based on preset assembly strategy. Aiming to improve the efficiency of force-driven cabin-type component alignment, this paper proposed a heuristic alignment method based on multi-source data fusion. In this method, measured 6 D F/T, pose data and geometric information of components are fused to calculate the relative pose between components and guide the movement of pose adjustment platform. Among these data types, pose data and measured 6 D F/T are combined as data set. To collect the data sets needed for data fusion, dynamic gravity compensation method and hybrid motion control method are designed. Then the relative pose calculation method is elaborated, which transforms collected data sets into discrete geometric elements and calculates the relative poses based on the geometric information of components.Finally, experiments are conducted in simulation environment and the results show that the proposed alignment method is feasible and effective.展开更多

As coal mining progresses to greater depths,controlling the stability of surrounding rock in deep roadways has become an increasingly complex challenge.Although four-dimensional(4D)support theoretically offers unique ...As coal mining progresses to greater depths,controlling the stability of surrounding rock in deep roadways has become an increasingly complex challenge.Although four-dimensional(4D)support theoretically offers unique advantages in maintaining the stability of rock mass,the disaster evolution processes and multi-source information response characteristics in deep roadways with 4D support remain unclear.Consequently,a large-scale physical model testing system and self-designed 4D support components were employed to conduct similarity model tests on the surrounding rock failure process under unsupported(U-1),traditional bolt-mesh-cable support(T-2),and 4D support(4D-R-3)conditions.Combined with multi-source monitoring techniques,including stress–strain,digital image correlation(DIC),acoustic emission(AE),microseismic(MS),parallel electric(PE),and electromagnetic radiation(EMR),the mechanical behavior and multi-source information responses were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the peak stress and displacement of the models are positively correlated with the support strength.The multi-source information exhibits distinct response characteristics under different supports.The response frequency,energy,and fluctuationsof AE,MS,and EMR signals,along with the apparent resistivity(AR)high-resistivity zone,follow the trend U-1>T-2>4D-R-3.Furthermore,multi-source information exhibits significantdifferences in sensitivity across different phases.The AE,MS,and EMR signals exhibit active responses to rock mass activity at each phase.However,AR signals are only sensitive to the fracture propagation during the plastic yield and failure phases.In summary,the 4D support significantlyenhances the bearing capacity and plastic deformation of the models,while substantially reducing the frequency,energy,and fluctuationsof multi-source signals.展开更多
Nonuniform track support and differential settlements are commonly observed in bridge approaches where the ballast layer can develop gaps at crosstie-ballast interfaces often referred to as a hanging crosstie conditio...Nonuniform track support and differential settlements are commonly observed in bridge approaches where the ballast layer can develop gaps at crosstie-ballast interfaces often referred to as a hanging crosstie condition.Hanging crossties usually yield unfavorable dynamic effects such as higher wheel loads,which negatively impact the serviceability and safety of railway operations.Hence,a better understanding of the mechanisms that cause hanging crossties and their effects on the ballast layer load-deformation characteristics is necessary.Since the ballast layer is a particulate medium,the discrete element method(DEM),which simulates ballast particle interactions individually,is ideal to explore the interparticle contact forces and ballast movements under dynamic wheel loading.Accurate representations of the dynamic loads from the train and track superstructure are needed for high-fidelity DEM modeling.This paper introduces an integrated modeling approach,which couples a single-crosstie DEM ballast model with a train–track–bridge(TTB)model using a proportional–integral–derivative control loop.The TTB–DEM model was validated with field measurements,and the coupled model calculates similar crosstie displacements as the TTB model.The TTB–DEM provided new insights into the ballast particle-scale behavior,which the TTB model alone cannot explore.The TTB–DEM coupling approach identified detrimental effects of hanging crossties on adjacent crossties,which were found to experience drastic vibrations and large ballast contact force concentrations.展开更多

With the raising complexity of modern civil aircraft,both academy and industry have shown strong interests on MBSE(Model-Based System Engineering).However,following the application of MBSE,the duration of the design p...With the raising complexity of modern civil aircraft,both academy and industry have shown strong interests on MBSE(Model-Based System Engineering).However,following the application of MBSE,the duration of the design phase exceeded expectations.This paper conducted a survey to the relevant participants involved in the design,revealed that a lack of proper process management is a critical issue.The current MBSE methodology does not provide clear guidelines for monitoring,controlling,and managing processes,which are crucial for both efficiency and effectiveness.To address this,the present paper introduced an improved Process Model(PM)within the MBSE framework for civil aircraft design.This improved model incorporates three new Management Blocks(MB):Progress Management Block(PMB),Review Management Block(RMB),and Configuration Management Block(CMB),developed based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI).These additions aim to streamline the design process and better align it with engineering practices.The upgraded MBSE method with the improved PM offers a more structured approach to manage complex aircraft design projects,and a case study is conducted to validate its potential to reduce timelines and enhance overall project outcomes.展开更多

With the increasing accuracy requirements of satellite magnetic detection missions,reducing low-frequency noise has become a key focus of satellite magnetic cleanliness technology.Traditional satellite magnetic simula...With the increasing accuracy requirements of satellite magnetic detection missions,reducing low-frequency noise has become a key focus of satellite magnetic cleanliness technology.Traditional satellite magnetic simulation methods have matured in static magnetic dipole simulations,but there is still significant room for optimization in the simulation and computation of low-frequency magnetic dipole models.This study employs the Gauss-Newton method and Fourier transform techniques for modeling and simulating low-frequency magnetic dipoles.Compared to the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,this method achieves significant improvements,with errors reaching the order of10^(-13)%under noise-free conditions and maintaining an error level of less than 0.5%under 10%noise.Additionally,the use of Fourier transform and the Gauss-Newton method enables high-precision magnetic field frequency identification and rapid computation of the dipole position and magnetic moment,greatly enhancing the computational efficiency and accuracy of the model.展开更多
Accurate prediction of coal and gas outburst(CGO)hazards is paramount in gas disaster prevention and control.This paper endeavors to overcome the constraints posed by traditional prediction indexes when dealing with C...Accurate prediction of coal and gas outburst(CGO)hazards is paramount in gas disaster prevention and control.This paper endeavors to overcome the constraints posed by traditional prediction indexes when dealing with CGO incidents under low gas pressure conditions.In pursuit of this objective,we have studied and established a mechanical model of the working face under abnormal stress and the excitation energy conditions of CGO,and proposed a method for predicting the risk of CGO under abnormal stress.On site application verification shows that when a strong outburst hazard level prediction is issued,there is a high possibility of outburst disasters occurring.In one of the three locations where we predicted strong outburst hazards,a small outburst occurred,and the accuracy of the prediction was higher than the traditional drilling cuttings index S and drilling cuttings gas desorption index q.Finally,we discuss the mechanism of CGO under the action of stress anomalies.Based on the analysis of stress distribution changes and energy accumulation characteristics of coal under abnormal stress,this article believes that the increase in outburst risk caused by high stress abnormal gradient is mainly due to two reasons:(1)The high stress abnormal gradient leads to an increase in the plastic zone of the coal seam.After the working face advances,it indirectly leads to an increase in the gas expansion energy that can be released from the coal seam before reaching a new stress equilibrium.(2)Abnormal stress leads to increased peak stress of coal body in front of working face.When coal body in elastic area transforms to plastic area,its failure speed is accelerated,which induces accelerated gas desorption and aggravates the risk of outburst.展开更多

文摘Aerodynamic performances of axial compressors are significantly affected by variation of Reynolds number in aero-engines.In the design and analysis of compressors,previous correction methods for cascades and stages have difficulties in predicting comprehensively Reynolds number effects on airfoils,matching and characteristics curves.This study proposes Re-correction models for loss,deviation angle and endwall blockage based on classical theories and cascade tests,and loss and deviation models show good agreement in test data of NACA65 and C4 cascades.Throughflow method considering Reynolds number effects is developed by integrating the correction models into a verified Streamline Curvature(SLC)tool.A three-stage axial compressor is investigated through SLC and CFD methods from design Reynolds number(Red=2106)to low Re=4104,and the numerical methods are validated with test data of characteristic curves and spanwise distributions at Red.With Re reduction,SLC method with correction models well predicts variation in overall performances compared with CFD calculations and Wassell's model.Streamwise and spanwise matching such as total pressure and loss distributions in SLC predictions are basically consistent with those in CFD results at near-stall points under design and low Reynolds numbers.SLC and CFD methods share similar detections of stall risks in the third stage(Stg3),and their analyses of diffusion processes deviate to some extent due to different predictions in separated endwall flow.The correction models can be adopted to consider Reynolds number effects in through-flow design and analysis of axial compressors.

文摘For reservoirs with complex non-Gaussian geological characteristics,such as carbonate reservoirs or reservoirs with sedimentary facies distribution,it is difficult to implement history matching directly,especially for the ensemble-based data assimilation methods.In this paper,we propose a multi-source information fused generative adversarial network(MSIGAN)model,which is used for parameterization of the complex geologies.In MSIGAN,various information such as facies distribution,microseismic,and inter-well connectivity,can be integrated to learn the geological features.And two major generative models in deep learning,variational autoencoder(VAE)and generative adversarial network(GAN)are combined in our model.Then the proposed MSIGAN model is integrated into the ensemble smoother with multiple data assimilation(ESMDA)method to conduct history matching.We tested the proposed method on two reservoir models with fluvial facies.The experimental results show that the proposed MSIGAN model can effectively learn the complex geological features,which can promote the accuracy of history matching.

文摘Due to the complex nature of multi-source geological data, it is difficult to rebuild every geological structure through a single 3D modeling method. The multi-source data interpretation method put forward in this analysis is based on a database-driven pattern and focuses on the discrete and irregular features of geological data. The geological data from a variety of sources covering a range of accuracy, resolution, quantity and quality are classified and integrated according to their reliability and consistency for 3D modeling. The new interpolation-approximation fitting construction algorithm of geological surfaces with the non-uniform rational B-spline(NURBS) technique is then presented. The NURBS technique can retain the balance among the requirements for accuracy, surface continuity and data storage of geological structures. Finally, four alternative 3D modeling approaches are demonstrated with reference to some examples, which are selected according to the data quantity and accuracy specification. The proposed approaches offer flexible modeling patterns for different practical engineering demands.

文摘In precision machining of complex curved surface parts with high performance,geometry accuracy is not the only constraint,but the performance should also be met.Performance of this kind of parts is closely related to the geometrical and physical parameters,so the final actual size and shape are affected by multiple source constraints,such as geometry,physics,and performance.These parts are rather difficult to be manufactured and new manufacturing method according to performance requirement is urgently needed.Based on performance and manufacturing requirements for complex curved surface parts,a new classification method is proposed,which divided the complex curved surface parts into two categories:surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints(PRCS)and surface unique complex curved surface parts with pure geometric constraints(PUCS).A correlation model is constructed between the performance and multi-source constraints for PRCS,which reveals the correlation between the performance and multi-source constraints.A re-design method is also developed.Through solving the correlation model of the typical paws performance-associated surface,the mapping relation between the performance-associated surface and the related removal amount is obtained.The explicit correlation model and the method for the corresponding related removal amount of the performance-associated surface are built based on the classification of surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints.Research results have been used in the actual processing of the typical parts such as radome,common bottom components,nozzle,et al.,which shows improved efficiency and accuracy of the precision machining for the surface re-design parts with complex curved surface.

文摘Deep learning(DL)has become a crucial technique for predicting the El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and evaluating its predictability.While various DL-based models have been developed for ENSO predictions,many fail to capture the coherent multivariate evolution within the coupled ocean-atmosphere system of the tropical Pacific.To address this three-dimensional(3D)limitation and represent ENSO-related ocean-atmosphere interactions more accurately,a novel this 3D multivariate prediction model was proposed based on a Transformer architecture,which incorporates a spatiotemporal self-attention mechanism.This model,named 3D-Geoformer,offers several advantages,enabling accurate ENSO predictions up to one and a half years in advance.Furthermore,an integrated gradient method was introduced into the model to identify the sources of predictability for sea surface temperature(SST)variability in the eastern equatorial Pacific.Results reveal that the 3D-Geoformer effectively captures ENSO-related precursors during the evolution of ENSO events,particularly the thermocline feedback processes and ocean temperature anomaly pathways on and off the equator.By extending DL-based ENSO predictions from one-dimensional Niño time series to 3D multivariate fields,the 3D-Geoformer represents a significant advancement in ENSO prediction.This study provides details in the model formulation,analysis procedures,sensitivity experiments,and illustrative examples,offering practical guidance for the application of the model in ENSO research.

文摘The equivalent source(ES)method in the spherical coordinate system has been widely applied to processing,reduction,field modeling,and geophysical and geological interpretation of satellite magnetic anomaly data.However,the inversion for the ES model suffers from nonuniqueness and instability,which remain unresolved.To mitigate these issues,we introduce both the minimum and flattest models into the model objective function as an alternative regularization approach in the spherical ES method.We first present the methods,then analyze the accuracy of forward calculation and test the proposed ES method in this study by using synthetic data.The experimental results from simulation data indicate that our proposed regularization effectively suppresses the Backus effect and mitigates inversion instability in the low-latitude region.Finally,we apply the proposed method to magnetic anomaly data from China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite-1(CSES-1)and Macao Science Satellite-1(MSS-1)magnetic measurements over Africa by constructing an ES model of the large-scale lithospheric magnetic field.Compared with existing global lithospheric magnetic field models,our ES model demonstrates good consistency at high altitudes and predicts more stable fields at low altitudes.Furthermore,we derive the reduction to the pole(RTP)magnetic anomaly fields and the apparent susceptibility contrast distribution based on the ES model.The latter correlates well with the regional tectonic framework in Africa and surroundings.

文摘Accurate estimation of understory terrain has significant scientific importance for maintaining ecosystem balance and biodiversity conservation.Addressing the issue of inadequate representation of spatial heterogeneity when traditional forest topographic inversion methods consider the entire forest as the inversion unit,this study pro⁃poses a differentiated modeling approach to forest types based on refined land cover classification.Taking Puerto Ri⁃co and Maryland as study areas,a multi-dimensional feature system is constructed by integrating multi-source re⁃mote sensing data:ICESat-2 spaceborne LiDAR is used to obtain benchmark values for understory terrain,topo⁃graphic factors such as slope and aspect are extracted based on SRTM data,and vegetation cover characteristics are analyzed using Landsat-8 multispectral imagery.This study incorporates forest type as a classification modeling con⁃dition and applies the random forest algorithm to build differentiated topographic inversion models.Experimental re⁃sults indicate that,compared to traditional whole-area modeling methods(RMSE=5.06 m),forest type-based classi⁃fication modeling significantly improves the accuracy of understory terrain estimation(RMSE=2.94 m),validating the effectiveness of spatial heterogeneity modeling.Further sensitivity analysis reveals that canopy structure parame⁃ters(with RMSE variation reaching 4.11 m)exert a stronger regulatory effect on estimation accuracy compared to forest cover,providing important theoretical support for optimizing remote sensing models of forest topography.

文摘In cabin-type component alignment, digital measurement technology is usually adopted to provide guidance for assembly. Depending on the system of measurement, the alignment process can be divided into measurement-assisted assembly(MAA) and force-driven assembly. In MAA,relative pose between components is directly measured to guide assembly, while in force-driven assembly, only contact state can be recognized according to measured six-dimensional force and torque(6 D F/T) and the process is completed based on preset assembly strategy. Aiming to improve the efficiency of force-driven cabin-type component alignment, this paper proposed a heuristic alignment method based on multi-source data fusion. In this method, measured 6 D F/T, pose data and geometric information of components are fused to calculate the relative pose between components and guide the movement of pose adjustment platform. Among these data types, pose data and measured 6 D F/T are combined as data set. To collect the data sets needed for data fusion, dynamic gravity compensation method and hybrid motion control method are designed. Then the relative pose calculation method is elaborated, which transforms collected data sets into discrete geometric elements and calculates the relative poses based on the geometric information of components.Finally, experiments are conducted in simulation environment and the results show that the proposed alignment method is feasible and effective.

文摘As coal mining progresses to greater depths,controlling the stability of surrounding rock in deep roadways has become an increasingly complex challenge.Although four-dimensional(4D)support theoretically offers unique advantages in maintaining the stability of rock mass,the disaster evolution processes and multi-source information response characteristics in deep roadways with 4D support remain unclear.Consequently,a large-scale physical model testing system and self-designed 4D support components were employed to conduct similarity model tests on the surrounding rock failure process under unsupported(U-1),traditional bolt-mesh-cable support(T-2),and 4D support(4D-R-3)conditions.Combined with multi-source monitoring techniques,including stress–strain,digital image correlation(DIC),acoustic emission(AE),microseismic(MS),parallel electric(PE),and electromagnetic radiation(EMR),the mechanical behavior and multi-source information responses were comprehensively analyzed.The results show that the peak stress and displacement of the models are positively correlated with the support strength.The multi-source information exhibits distinct response characteristics under different supports.The response frequency,energy,and fluctuationsof AE,MS,and EMR signals,along with the apparent resistivity(AR)high-resistivity zone,follow the trend U-1>T-2>4D-R-3.Furthermore,multi-source information exhibits significantdifferences in sensitivity across different phases.The AE,MS,and EMR signals exhibit active responses to rock mass activity at each phase.However,AR signals are only sensitive to the fracture propagation during the plastic yield and failure phases.In summary,the 4D support significantlyenhances the bearing capacity and plastic deformation of the models,while substantially reducing the frequency,energy,and fluctuationsof multi-source signals.

文摘Nonuniform track support and differential settlements are commonly observed in bridge approaches where the ballast layer can develop gaps at crosstie-ballast interfaces often referred to as a hanging crosstie condition.Hanging crossties usually yield unfavorable dynamic effects such as higher wheel loads,which negatively impact the serviceability and safety of railway operations.Hence,a better understanding of the mechanisms that cause hanging crossties and their effects on the ballast layer load-deformation characteristics is necessary.Since the ballast layer is a particulate medium,the discrete element method(DEM),which simulates ballast particle interactions individually,is ideal to explore the interparticle contact forces and ballast movements under dynamic wheel loading.Accurate representations of the dynamic loads from the train and track superstructure are needed for high-fidelity DEM modeling.This paper introduces an integrated modeling approach,which couples a single-crosstie DEM ballast model with a train–track–bridge(TTB)model using a proportional–integral–derivative control loop.The TTB–DEM model was validated with field measurements,and the coupled model calculates similar crosstie displacements as the TTB model.The TTB–DEM provided new insights into the ballast particle-scale behavior,which the TTB model alone cannot explore.The TTB–DEM coupling approach identified detrimental effects of hanging crossties on adjacent crossties,which were found to experience drastic vibrations and large ballast contact force concentrations.

文摘Software systems are vulnerable to security breaches as they expand in complexity and functionality.The confidentiality,integrity,and availability of data are gravely threatened by flaws in a system’s design,implementation,or configuration.To guarantee the durability&robustness of the software,vulnerability identification and fixation have become crucial areas of focus for developers,cybersecurity experts and industries.This paper presents a thorough multi-phase mathematical model for efficient patch management and vulnerability detection.To uniquely model these processes,the model incorporated the notion of the learning phenomenon in describing vulnerability fixation using a logistic learning function.Furthermore,the authors have used numerical methods to approximate the solution of the proposed framework where an analytical solution is difficult to attain.The suggested systematic architecture has been demonstrated through statistical analysis using patch datasets,which offers a solid basis for the research conclusions.According to computational research,learning dynamics improves security response and results in more effective vulnerability management.The suggested model offers a systematic approach to proactive vulnerability mitigation and has important uses in risk assessment,software maintenance,and cybersecurity.This study helps create more robust software systems by increasing patch management effectiveness,which benefits developers,cybersecurity experts,and sectors looking to reduce security threats in a growing digital world.

文摘In this paper,we propose a multiphysics finite element method for a nonlinear poroelasticity model with nonlinear stress-strain relation.Firstly,we reformulate the original problem into a new coupled fluid system-a generalized nonlinear Stokes problem of displacement vector field related to pseudo pressure and a diffusion problem of other pseudo pressure fields.Secondly,a fully discrete multiphysics finite element method is performed to solve the reformulated system numerically.Thirdly,existence and uniqueness of the weak solution of the reformulated model and stability analysis and optimal convergence order for the multiphysics finite element method are proven theoretically.Lastly,numerical tests are given to verify the theoretical results.
文摘The topology structure of the artificial neural network is an intelligent control model,which is used for the intelligent vehicle control system and household sweeping robot.When setting the intelligent control system,the connection point of each network is regarded as a neuron in the nervous system,and each connection point has input and output functions.Only when the input of nodes reaches a certain threshold can the output function of nodes be stimulated.Using the networking mode of the artificial neural network model,the mobile node can output in multiple directions.If the input direction of a certain path is the same as that of other nodes,it can choose to avoid and choose another path.The weighted value of each path between nodes is different,which means that the influence of the front node on the current node varies.The control method based on the artificial neural network model can be applied to vehicle control,household sweeping robots,and other fields,and a relatively optimized scheme can be obtained from the aspect of time and energy consumption.

文摘With the raising complexity of modern civil aircraft,both academy and industry have shown strong interests on MBSE(Model-Based System Engineering).However,following the application of MBSE,the duration of the design phase exceeded expectations.This paper conducted a survey to the relevant participants involved in the design,revealed that a lack of proper process management is a critical issue.The current MBSE methodology does not provide clear guidelines for monitoring,controlling,and managing processes,which are crucial for both efficiency and effectiveness.To address this,the present paper introduced an improved Process Model(PM)within the MBSE framework for civil aircraft design.This improved model incorporates three new Management Blocks(MB):Progress Management Block(PMB),Review Management Block(RMB),and Configuration Management Block(CMB),developed based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI).These additions aim to streamline the design process and better align it with engineering practices.The upgraded MBSE method with the improved PM offers a more structured approach to manage complex aircraft design projects,and a case study is conducted to validate its potential to reduce timelines and enhance overall project outcomes.

文摘With the increasing accuracy requirements of satellite magnetic detection missions,reducing low-frequency noise has become a key focus of satellite magnetic cleanliness technology.Traditional satellite magnetic simulation methods have matured in static magnetic dipole simulations,but there is still significant room for optimization in the simulation and computation of low-frequency magnetic dipole models.This study employs the Gauss-Newton method and Fourier transform techniques for modeling and simulating low-frequency magnetic dipoles.Compared to the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,this method achieves significant improvements,with errors reaching the order of10^(-13)%under noise-free conditions and maintaining an error level of less than 0.5%under 10%noise.Additionally,the use of Fourier transform and the Gauss-Newton method enables high-precision magnetic field frequency identification and rapid computation of the dipole position and magnetic moment,greatly enhancing the computational efficiency and accuracy of the model.

文摘Accurate prediction of coal and gas outburst(CGO)hazards is paramount in gas disaster prevention and control.This paper endeavors to overcome the constraints posed by traditional prediction indexes when dealing with CGO incidents under low gas pressure conditions.In pursuit of this objective,we have studied and established a mechanical model of the working face under abnormal stress and the excitation energy conditions of CGO,and proposed a method for predicting the risk of CGO under abnormal stress.On site application verification shows that when a strong outburst hazard level prediction is issued,there is a high possibility of outburst disasters occurring.In one of the three locations where we predicted strong outburst hazards,a small outburst occurred,and the accuracy of the prediction was higher than the traditional drilling cuttings index S and drilling cuttings gas desorption index q.Finally,we discuss the mechanism of CGO under the action of stress anomalies.Based on the analysis of stress distribution changes and energy accumulation characteristics of coal under abnormal stress,this article believes that the increase in outburst risk caused by high stress abnormal gradient is mainly due to two reasons:(1)The high stress abnormal gradient leads to an increase in the plastic zone of the coal seam.After the working face advances,it indirectly leads to an increase in the gas expansion energy that can be released from the coal seam before reaching a new stress equilibrium.(2)Abnormal stress leads to increased peak stress of coal body in front of working face.When coal body in elastic area transforms to plastic area,its failure speed is accelerated,which induces accelerated gas desorption and aggravates the risk of outburst.
