基于分布式学习复合Lyapunov函数的直流微电网集群大信号稳定性分析

直流微电网集群是由邻近多个小型直流微电网互联而成的复杂网络,通过网间灵活的功率流动能够提升供电的可靠性和经济性。然而,直流微电网本身具有低惯性和高阻抗“弱电网”的特性,集群结构会进一步降低系统阻尼,导致其在大扰动情况下易... 直流微电网集群是由邻近多个小型直流微电网互联而成的复杂网络,通过网间灵活的功率流动能够提升供电的可靠性和经济性。然而,直流微电网本身具有低惯性和高阻抗“弱电网”的特性,集群结构会进一步降低系统阻尼,导致其在大扰动情况下易引发失稳。传统基于Lyapunov函数的大信号稳定性分析缺少构建能量泛函的通用方法,尤其对于集群系统的高阶和非线性复杂动态特性更为突出,而现有采用“分解-集结”式的分布式建模分析方法也存在保守性较高和Lyapunov函数建立困难的问题。为此,针对直流微电网集群,该文提出基于分布式学习复合Lyapunov函数的大信号稳定性分析方法。将集群系统描述为若干互联的微电网子系统,建立子系统的分布式等效大信号模型,借助分布式深度神经网络学习子系统的Lyapunov函数,进而构建集群的复合结构Lyapunov函数;根据具体算例对重要参数影响、拓扑扩展性和与同类方法的比较等方面进行数值分析,最后分别通过硬件在环实验和物理样机实验验证所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

In this paper,an adaptive neural backstepping control method based on barrier Lyapunov function is proposed for hypersonic vehicle considering full state constraints.The longitudinal dynamic of hypersonic vehicle can be divided into two subsystems,i.e.,altitude subsystem and velocity subsystem and the controllers are designed with backstepping method,respectively.In the designing process,the radial basis function neural networks are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions of longitudinal dynamic,therefore,the accuracy requirement of hypersonic vehicle model is largely reduced.In order to handle the explosion of complexity issues occurring in the backstepping method,a tracking differentiator is introduced to calculate the differential of virtual control law.The barrier Lyapunov function is constructed to overcome the full system dynamic state constraints and an auxiliary system is designed for overcome the input state saturation issue.The stability is carried out based on Lyapunov theory,and the signals of closed-loop system established are uniformly ultimately bounded.The simulation results show that the controller designed for hypersonic vehicle can guarantee the good tracking performance. 展开更多

相比于工频和直流输电方式,分频输电方式凭借其在输电损耗、建设成本等方面的优势,成为大规模远距离海上风电汇集送出的重要解决方案。但是,分频海上风电系统的稳定性研究,尤其是在系统运行典型大干扰背景下的分析较为欠缺。通过建立分... 相比于工频和直流输电方式,分频输电方式凭借其在输电损耗、建设成本等方面的优势,成为大规模远距离海上风电汇集送出的重要解决方案。但是,分频海上风电系统的稳定性研究,尤其是在系统运行典型大干扰背景下的分析较为欠缺。通过建立分频海上风电系统高阶非线性的状态空间模型,采用扇区非线性方法处理模型中的高阶非线性部分,构建了系统的Lyapunov能量函数,计算了相应的稳定区域。在此基础上,基于Lyapunov稳定性定理,分析了多种典型大扰动工况下永磁直驱风机和陆上模块化多电平矩阵式换流器(modular multilevel matrix converter,M3C)之间的交互稳定性问题,并基于稳定区域的比较,分析了系统主电路和控制部分参数对大干扰稳定性的影响规律,给出了系统参数优化和稳定性提升策略。最后,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真算例对Lyapunov能量函数和稳定区域的正确性进行了验证。 展开更多

It is a challenging issue to obtain the minimum amplitude control for linear systems subject to amplitudebounded disturbances.The difficulty is how to accurately give the quantitative relationship between the system H∞norm and control parameters.An optimal-Lyapunov-function-based controller design concept is proposed,and a minimum amplitude control scheme is presented under amplitude-bounded disturbances.Firstly,the optimal Lyapunov function is proposed by analyzing the geometric characteristics of the system H∞norm,and the necessary and sufficient condition of the optimal Lyapunov function parameter matrix is given.Secondly,the optimal Lyapunov function parameter matrix is constructed in the parameterized matrix equation,and the accurate quantitative relationship between the system H∞norm and control parameters is given.Finally,the control parameter optimization method is proposed according to the quantitative relationship between the system H∞norm and control parameters.Unlike robust optimization control methods,the presented minimum amplitude control scheme avoids the improper selection of the Lyapunov function in the controller design,and provides a novel way to design the minimum amplitude control under the given control accuracy.A buck converter example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the presented scheme. 展开更多

An analysis method based on the fuzzy Lyapunov functions is presented to analyze the stability of the continuous affine fuzzy systems. First, a method is introduced to deal with the consequent part of the fuzzy local model. Thus, the stability analysis method of the homogeneous fuzzy system can be used for reference. Stability conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities based on the fuzzy Lyapunov functions and the modified common Lyapunov functions, respectively. The results demonstrate that the stability result based on the fuzzy Lyapunov functions is less conservative than that based on the modified common Lyapunov functions via numerical examples. Compared with the method which does not expand the consequent part, the proposed method is simpler but its feasible region is reduced. Finally, in order to expand the application of the fuzzy Lyapunov functions, the piecewise fuzzy Lyapunov function is proposed, which can be used to analyze the stability for triangular or trapezoidal membership functions and obtain the stability conditions. A numerical example validates the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

The parameter uncertainty is assumed to be norm-bounded. First, by using the switched Lyapunov function approach, some new sufficient conditions ensuring the nominal discrete-time SLS system to be regular, casual and asymptotically stable for arbitrary switching laws are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Then, the robust admissibility condition for the uncertain discrete-time SLS systems is presented. The obtained results can be viewed as an extension of previous works on the switched Lyapunov function approach from the regular switched linear systems to the switched linear singular cases. Numerical examples show the reduced conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed conditions. 展开更多

This survey provides a brief overview on the control Lyapunov function(CLF)and control barrier function(CBF)for general nonlinear-affine control systems.The problem of control is formulated as an optimization problem where the optimal control policy is derived by solving a constrained quadratic programming(QP)problem.The CLF and CBF respectively characterize the stability objective and the safety objective for the nonlinear control systems.These objectives imply important properties including controllability,convergence,and robustness of control problems.Under this framework,optimal control corresponds to the minimal solution to a constrained QP problem.When uncertainties are explicitly considered,the setting of the CLF and CBF is proposed to study the input-to-state stability and input-to-state safety and to analyze the effect of disturbances.The recent theoretic progress and novel applications of CLF and CBF are systematically reviewed and discussed in this paper.Finally,we provide research directions that are significant for the advance of knowledge in this area. 展开更多

The delay-dependent robust stability problem for systems with polytopic type uncertainties is discussed by using parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional. The derivative term in the derivative of Lyapunov functional is reserved and the free weighting matrices are employed to express the relationship between die terms in the system equation such that the Lyapunov matrices are not involved in any product terms with the system matrices. In addition, the relationships between the terms in the Leibniz Newton formula are also described by some free weighting matrices and some delay-dependent stability conditions are derived. Numerical examples demonstrate that the proposed criteria are more effective than the previous results. 展开更多

The robust stability and robust sliding mode control problems are studied for a class of linear distributed time-delay systems with polytopic-type uncertainties by applying the parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional approach combining with a new method of introducing some relaxation matrices and tuning parameters, which can be chosen properly to lead to a less conservative result. First, a sufficient condition is proposed for robust stability of the autonomic system; next, the sufficient conditions of the robust stabilization controller and the existence condition of sliding mode are developed. The results are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be solved via efficient interior-point algorithms. A new fuzzy adaptive control method is proposed for a class of strict feedback nonlinear systems with immeasurable states and full constraints.The fuzzy logic system is used to design the approximator,which deals with uncertain and continuous functions in the process of backstepping design.The use of an integral barrier Lyapunov function not only ensures that all states are within the bounds of the constraint,but also mixes the states and errors to directly constrain the state,reducing the conservativeness of the constraint satisfaction condition.Considering that the states in most nonlinear systems are immeasurable,a fuzzy adaptive states observer is constructed to estimate the unknown states.Combined with adaptive backstepping technique,an adaptive fuzzy output feedback control method is proposed.The proposed control method ensures that all signals in the closed-loop system are bounded,and that the tracking error converges to a bounded tight set without violating the full state constraint.The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 展开更多

Then, based on the piecewise Lyapunov function and matrix decoupling technique, a new delay-dependent non-fragile H∞ filtering method is proposed for the switching fuzzy system. The proposed condition is less conservative than the previous results. Since only a set of LMIs is involved, the filter parameters can be solved directly. This paper addresses the problem of global practical stabilization of discrete-time switched affine systems via statedependent switching rules.Several attempts have been made to solve this problem via different types of a common quadratic Lyapunov function and an ellipsoid.These classical results require either the quadratic Lyapunov function or the employed ellipsoid to be of the centralized type.In some cases,the ellipsoids are defined dependently as the level sets of a decentralized Lyapunov function.In this paper,we extend the existing results by the simultaneous use of a general decentralized Lyapunov function and a decentralized ellipsoid parameterized independently.The proposed conditions provide less conservative results than existing works in the sense of the ultimate invariant set of attraction size.Two different approaches are proposed to extract the ultimate invariant set of attraction with a minimum size,i.e.,a purely numerical method and a numerical-analytical one.In the former,both invariant and attractiveness conditions are imposed to extract the final set of matrix inequalities.The latter is established on a principle that the attractiveness of a set implies its invariance.Thus,the stability conditions are derived based on only the attractiveness property as a set of matrix inequalities with a smaller dimension.Illustrative examples are presented to prove the satisfactory operation of the proposed stabilization methods. 展开更多

In this paper, a hybrid predictive controller is proposed for a class of uncertain switched nonlinear systems based on high-order differential state observers and Lyapunov functions. The main idea is to design an output feedback bounded controller and a predictive controller for each subsystem using high-order differential state observers and Lyapunov functions, to derive a suitable switched law to stabilize the closed-loop subsystem, and to provide an explicitly characterized set of initial conditions. For the whole switched system, based on the high-order differentiator, a suitable switched law is designed to ensure the whole closed-loop’s stability. The simulation results for a chemical process show the validity of the controller proposed in this paper. 展开更多
