Methods: 92 cases of pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from June to November 2021 were selected for this study. According to the time of admission, 46 cases were divided into the control group (admitted from June to August 2021) and the combined group (admitted from September to November 2021). Both groups of children were given routine care. The former was given routine intervention while the latter was given multiple forms of psychological intervention on the basis of the former. The nursing compliance, SCARED (anxiety disorder) score, DSRSC (depression disorder) score and parents satisfaction with the nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results: compared the total score of nursing compliance between the two groups, the score of the control group (40.3±3.5) was lower than that of the combined group (55.2±2.1). Compared the SCARED and DSRSC scores of the two groups of children after nursing, the two scores of the control group were all higher than the two scores of the combined group;Compared with the total satisfaction of parents in the two groups, the control group was 76.09%(35/46) < the combined group was 91.30%(42/46). there were differences in the above three measurement indexes and one counting index between the two groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the adoption of various forms of psychological intervention for pediatric children can improve the childrens bad mood and mentality, and guide the gradual formation of their correct behavior, so as to improve the treatment coordination and nursing compliance, and win higher satisfaction from the parents of the children.展开更多

According to the situation of 160 senile cataract patients treated in our hospital in recent years, this research method was randomly distributed and divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group adopted the traditional nursing method, and the observation group applied various forms of health education on the basis of the above, and analyzed the nursing effect of the control group and the control group. The laboratory observation results compared the health awareness and treatment satisfaction of the two groups of patients, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05) and significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the multi-level health education model for senile cataract patients can significantly improve the patients' health awareness, improve the satisfaction of medical services and reduce the incidence of complications.展开更多
