Phenotypic prediction is a promising strategy for accelerating plant breeding.Data from multiple sources(called multi-view data)can provide complementary information to characterize a biological object from various as...Phenotypic prediction is a promising strategy for accelerating plant breeding.Data from multiple sources(called multi-view data)can provide complementary information to characterize a biological object from various aspects.By integrating multi-view information into phenotypic prediction,a multi-view best linear unbiased prediction(MVBLUP)method is proposed in this paper.To measure the importance of multiple data views,the differential evolution algorithm with an early stopping mechanism is used,by which we obtain a multi-view kinship matrix and then incorporate it into the BLUP model for phenotypic prediction.To further illustrate the characteristics of MVBLUP,we perform the empirical experiments on four multi-view datasets in different crops.Compared to the single-view method,the prediction accuracy of the MVBLUP method has improved by 0.038–0.201 on average.The results demonstrate that the MVBLUP is an effective integrative prediction method for multi-view data.展开更多
The morphological description of wear particles in lubricating oil is crucial for wear state monitoring and fault diagnosis in aero-engines.Accurately and comprehensively acquiring three-dimensional(3D)morphological d...The morphological description of wear particles in lubricating oil is crucial for wear state monitoring and fault diagnosis in aero-engines.Accurately and comprehensively acquiring three-dimensional(3D)morphological data of these particles has became a key focus in wear debris analysis.Herein,we develop a novel multi-view polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography(PS-OCT)method to achieve accurate 3D morphology detection and reconstruction of aero-engine lubricant wear particles,effectively resolving occlusion-induced information loss while enabling material-specific characterization.The particle morphology is captured by multi-view imaging,followed by filtering,sharpening,and contour recognition.The method integrates advanced registration algorithms with Poisson reconstruction to generate high-precision 3D models.This approach not only provides accurate 3D morphological reconstruction but also mitigates information loss caused by particle occlusion,ensuring model completeness.Furthermore,by collecting polarization characteristics of typical metals and their oxides in aero-engine lubricants,this work comprehensively characterizes and comparatively analyzes particle polarization properties using Stokes vectors,polarization uniformity,and cumulative phase retardation,and obtains a three-dimensional model containing polarization information.Ultimately,the proposed method enables multidimensional information acquisition for the reliable identification of abrasive particle types.展开更多
Multi-view clustering is a critical research area in computer science aimed at effectively extracting meaningful patterns from complex,high-dimensional data that single-view methods cannot capture.Traditional fuzzy cl...Multi-view clustering is a critical research area in computer science aimed at effectively extracting meaningful patterns from complex,high-dimensional data that single-view methods cannot capture.Traditional fuzzy clustering techniques,such as Fuzzy C-Means(FCM),face significant challenges in handling uncertainty and the dependencies between different views.To overcome these limitations,we introduce a new multi-view fuzzy clustering approach that integrates picture fuzzy sets with a dual-anchor graph method for multi-view data,aiming to enhance clustering accuracy and robustness,termed Multi-view Picture Fuzzy Clustering(MPFC).In particular,the picture fuzzy set theory extends the capability to represent uncertainty by modeling three membership levels:membership degrees,neutral degrees,and refusal degrees.This allows for a more flexible representation of uncertain and conflicting data than traditional fuzzy models.Meanwhile,dual-anchor graphs exploit the similarity relationships between data points and integrate information across views.This combination improves stability,scalability,and robustness when handling noisy and heterogeneous data.Experimental results on several benchmark datasets demonstrate significant improvements in clustering accuracy and efficiency,outperforming traditional methods.Specifically,the MPFC algorithm demonstrates outstanding clustering performance on a variety of datasets,attaining a Purity(PUR)score of 0.6440 and an Accuracy(ACC)score of 0.6213 for the 3 Sources dataset,underscoring its robustness and efficiency.The proposed approach significantly contributes to fields such as pattern recognition,multi-view relational data analysis,and large-scale clustering problems.Future work will focus on extending the method for semi-supervised multi-view clustering,aiming to enhance adaptability,scalability,and performance in real-world applications.展开更多
Existing multi-view deep subspace clustering methods aim to learn a unified representation from multi-view data,while the learned representation is difficult to maintain the underlying structure hidden in the origin s...Existing multi-view deep subspace clustering methods aim to learn a unified representation from multi-view data,while the learned representation is difficult to maintain the underlying structure hidden in the origin samples,especially the high-order neighbor relationship between samples.To overcome the above challenges,this paper proposes a novel multi-order neighborhood fusion based multi-view deep subspace clustering model.We creatively integrate the multi-order proximity graph structures of different views into the self-expressive layer by a multi-order neighborhood fusion module.By this design,the multi-order Laplacian matrix supervises the learning of the view-consistent self-representation affinity matrix;then,we can obtain an optimal global affinity matrix where each connected node belongs to one cluster.In addition,the discriminative constraint between views is designed to further improve the clustering performance.A range of experiments on six public datasets demonstrates that the method performs better than other advanced multi-view clustering methods.The code is available at https://github.com/songzuolong/MNF-MDSC(accessed on 25 December 2024).展开更多
The increasing prevalence of multi-view data has made multi-view clustering a crucial technique for discovering latent structures from heterogeneous representations.However,traditional fuzzy clustering algorithms show...The increasing prevalence of multi-view data has made multi-view clustering a crucial technique for discovering latent structures from heterogeneous representations.However,traditional fuzzy clustering algorithms show limitations with the inherent uncertainty and imprecision of such data,as they rely on a single-dimensional membership value.To overcome these limitations,we propose an auto-weighted multi-view neutrosophic fuzzy clustering(AW-MVNFC)algorithm.Our method leverages the neutrosophic framework,an extension of fuzzy sets,to explicitly model imprecision and ambiguity through three membership degrees.The core novelty of AWMVNFC lies in a hierarchical weighting strategy that adaptively learns the contributions of both individual data views and the importance of each feature within a view.Through a unified objective function,AW-MVNFC jointly optimizes the neutrosophic membership assignments,cluster centers,and the distributions of view and feature weights.Comprehensive experiments conducted on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that our algorithm achieves more accurate and stable clustering than existing methods,demonstrating its effectiveness in handling the complexities of multi-view data.展开更多
Drug repurposing offers a promising alternative to traditional drug development and significantly re-duces costs and timelines by identifying new therapeutic uses for existing drugs.However,the current approaches ofte...Drug repurposing offers a promising alternative to traditional drug development and significantly re-duces costs and timelines by identifying new therapeutic uses for existing drugs.However,the current approaches often rely on limited data sources and simplistic hypotheses,which restrict their ability to capture the multi-faceted nature of biological systems.This study introduces adaptive multi-view learning(AMVL),a novel methodology that integrates chemical-induced transcriptional profiles(CTPs),knowledge graph(KG)embeddings,and large language model(LLM)representations,to enhance drug repurposing predictions.AMVL incorporates an innovative similarity matrix expansion strategy and leverages multi-view learning(MVL),matrix factorization,and ensemble optimization techniques to integrate heterogeneous multi-source data.Comprehensive evaluations on benchmark datasets(Fdata-set,Cdataset,and Ydataset)and the large-scale iDrug dataset demonstrate that AMVL outperforms state-of-the-art(SOTA)methods,achieving superior accuracy in predicting drug-disease associations across multiple metrics.Literature-based validation further confirmed the model's predictive capabilities,with seven out of the top ten predictions corroborated by post-2011 evidence.To promote transparency and reproducibility,all data and codes used in this study were open-sourced,providing resources for pro-cessing CTPs,KG,and LLM-based similarity calculations,along with the complete AMVL algorithm and benchmarking procedures.By unifying diverse data modalities,AMVL offers a robust and scalable so-lution for accelerating drug discovery,fostering advancements in translational medicine and integrating multi-omics data.We aim to inspire further innovations in multi-source data integration and support the development of more precise and efficient strategies for advancing drug discovery and translational medicine.展开更多

High-resolution sub-meter satellite data play an increasingly crucial role in the 3D real-scene China construction initiative.Current research on 3D reconstruction using high-resolution satellite data primarily focuse...High-resolution sub-meter satellite data play an increasingly crucial role in the 3D real-scene China construction initiative.Current research on 3D reconstruction using high-resolution satellite data primarily focuses on two approaches:Multi-stereo fusion and multi-view matching.While algorithms based on these two methodologies for multi-view image 3D reconstruction have reached relative maturity,no systematic comparison has been conducted specifically on satellite data to evaluate the relative merits of multi-stereo fusion versus multi-view matching methods.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the practical accuracy of both approaches using high-resolution satellite datasets from diverse geographical regions.To ensure fairness in accuracy comparison,both methodologies employ non-local dense matching for cost optimization.Results demonstrate that the multi-stereo fusion method outperforms multi-view matching in all evaluation metrics,exhibiting approximately 1.2%higher average matching accuracy and 10.7%superior elevation precision in the experimental datasets.Therefore,for 3D modeling applications using satellite data,we recommend adopting the multi-stereo fusion approach for digital surface model(DSM)product generation.展开更多

In addition, t...Although many multi-view clustering(MVC) algorithms with acceptable performances have been presented, to the best of our knowledge, nearly all of them need to be fed with the correct number of clusters. In addition, these existing algorithms create only the hard and fuzzy partitions for multi-view objects,which are often located in highly-overlapping areas of multi-view feature space. The adoption of hard and fuzzy partition ignores the ambiguity and uncertainty in the assignment of objects, likely leading to performance degradation. To address these issues, we propose a novel sparse reconstructive multi-view evidential clustering algorithm(SRMVEC). Based on a sparse reconstructive procedure, SRMVEC learns a shared affinity matrix across views, and maps multi-view objects to a 2-dimensional humanreadable chart by calculating 2 newly defined mathematical metrics for each object. From this chart, users can detect the number of clusters and select several objects existing in the dataset as cluster centers. Then, SRMVEC derives a credal partition under the framework of evidence theory, improving the fault tolerance of clustering. Ablation studies show the benefits of adopting the sparse reconstructive procedure and evidence theory. Besides,SRMVEC delivers effectiveness on benchmark datasets by outperforming some state-of-the-art methods.展开更多

The signif...Multi-view Subspace Clustering (MVSC) emerges as an advanced clustering method, designed to integrate diverse views to uncover a common subspace, enhancing the accuracy and robustness of clustering results. The significance of low-rank prior in MVSC is emphasized, highlighting its role in capturing the global data structure across views for improved performance. However, it faces challenges with outlier sensitivity due to its reliance on the Frobenius norm for error measurement. Addressing this, our paper proposes a Low-Rank Multi-view Subspace Clustering Based on Sparse Regularization (LMVSC- Sparse) approach. Sparse regularization helps in selecting the most relevant features or views for clustering while ignoring irrelevant or noisy ones. This leads to a more efficient and effective representation of the data, improving the clustering accuracy and robustness, especially in the presence of outliers or noisy data. By incorporating sparse regularization, LMVSC-Sparse can effectively handle outlier sensitivity, which is a common challenge in traditional MVSC methods relying solely on low-rank priors. Then Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) algorithm is employed to solve the proposed optimization problems. Our comprehensive experiments demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of LMVSC-Sparse, offering a robust alternative to traditional MVSC methods.展开更多

However, most existing methods neglect that viewprivatemeaningless information or noise may interfere with the learning of self-expression, which may lead to thedegeneration of clustering performance. In this paper, we propose a novel framework of Contrastive Consistencyand Attentive Complementarity (CCAC) for DMVsSC. CCAC aligns all the self-expressions of multiple viewsand fuses them based on their discrimination, so that it can effectively explore consistent and complementaryinformation for achieving precise clustering. Specifically, the view-specific self-expression is learned by a selfexpressionlayer embedded into the auto-encoder network for each view. To guarantee consistency across views andreduce the effect of view-private information or noise, we align all the view-specific self-expressions by contrastivelearning. The aligned self-expressions are assigned adaptive weights by channel attention mechanism according totheir discrimination. Then they are fused by convolution kernel to obtain consensus self-expression withmaximumcomplementarity ofmultiple views. Extensive experimental results on four benchmark datasets and one large-scaledataset of the CCAC method outperformother state-of-the-artmethods, demonstrating its clustering effectiveness.展开更多
The existing multi-view subspace clustering algorithms based on tensor singular value decomposition(t-SVD)predominantly utilize tensor nuclear norm to explore the intra view correlation between views of the same sampl...The existing multi-view subspace clustering algorithms based on tensor singular value decomposition(t-SVD)predominantly utilize tensor nuclear norm to explore the intra view correlation between views of the same samples,while neglecting the correlation among the samples within different views.Moreover,the tensor nuclear norm is not fully considered as a convex approximation of the tensor rank function.Treating different singular values equally may result in suboptimal tensor representation.A hypergraph regularized multi-view subspace clustering algorithm with dual tensor log-determinant(HRMSC-DTL)was proposed.The algorithm used subspace learning in each view to learn a specific set of affinity matrices,and introduced a non-convex tensor log-determinant function to replace the tensor nuclear norm to better improve global low-rankness.It also introduced hyper-Laplacian regularization to preserve the local geometric structure embedded in the high-dimensional space.Furthermore,it rotated the original tensor and incorporated a dual tensor mechanism to fully exploit the intra view correlation of the original tensor and the inter view correlation of the rotated tensor.At the same time,an alternating direction of multipliers method(ADMM)was also designed to solve non-convex optimization model.Experimental evaluations on seven widely used datasets,along with comparisons to several state-of-the-art algorithms,demonstrated the superiority and effectiveness of the HRMSC-DTL algorithm in terms of clustering performance.展开更多

In many cases,the Digital Surface Models(DSMs)and Digital Elevation Models(DEMs)are obtained with Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)or stereo matching.As an active method,LiDAR is very accurate but expensive,thus ofte...In many cases,the Digital Surface Models(DSMs)and Digital Elevation Models(DEMs)are obtained with Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)or stereo matching.As an active method,LiDAR is very accurate but expensive,thus often limiting its use in small-scale acquisition.Stereo matching is suitable for large-scale acquisition of terrain information as the increase of satellite stereo sensors.However,underperformance of stereo matching easily occurs in textureless areas.Accordingly,this study proposed a Shading Aware DSM GEneration Method(SADGE)with high resolution multi-view satellite images.Considering the complementarity of stereo matching and Shape from Shading(SfS),SADGE combines the advantage of stereo matching and SfS technique.First,an improved Semi-Global Matching(SGM)technique is used to generate an initial surface expressed by a DSM;then,it is refined by optimizing the objective function which modeled the imaging process with the illumination,surface albedo,and normal object surface.Different from the existing shading-based DEM refinement or generation method,no information about the illumination or the viewing angle is needed while concave/convex ambiguity can be avoided as multi-view images are utilized.Experiments with ZiYuan-3 and GaoFen-7 images show that the proposed method can generate higher accuracy DSM(12.5-56.3%improvement)with sound overall shape and temporarily detailed surface compared with a software solution(SURE)for multi-view stereo.展开更多

Literature shows that both market data and financial media impact stock prices;however,using only one kind of data may lead to information bias.Therefore,this study uses market data and news to investigate their joint...Literature shows that both market data and financial media impact stock prices;however,using only one kind of data may lead to information bias.Therefore,this study uses market data and news to investigate their joint impact on stock price trends.However,combining these two types of information is difficult because of their completely different characteristics.This study develops a hybrid model called MVL-SVM for stock price trend prediction by integrating multi-view learning with a support vector machine(SVM).It works by simply inputting heterogeneous multi-view data simultaneously,which may reduce information loss.Compared with the ARIMA and classic SVM models based on single-and multi-view data,our hybrid model shows statistically significant advantages.In the robustness test,our model outperforms the others by at least 10%accuracy when the sliding windows of news and market data are set to 1–5 days,which confirms our model’s effectiveness.Finally,trading strategies based on single stock and investment portfolios are constructed separately,and the simulations show that MVL-SVM has better profitability and risk control performance than the benchmarks.展开更多
Previous multi-view 3D human pose estimation methods neither correlate different human joints in each view nor model learnable correlations between the same joints in different views explicitly,meaning that skeleton s...Previous multi-view 3D human pose estimation methods neither correlate different human joints in each view nor model learnable correlations between the same joints in different views explicitly,meaning that skeleton structure information is not utilized and multi-view pose information is not completely fused.Moreover,existing graph convolutional operations do not consider the specificity of different joints and different views of pose information when processing skeleton graphs,making the correlation weights between nodes in the graph and their neighborhood nodes shared.Existing Graph Convolutional Networks(GCNs)cannot extract global and deeplevel skeleton structure information and view correlations efficiently.To solve these problems,pre-estimated multiview 2D poses are designed as a multi-view skeleton graph to fuse skeleton priors and view correlations explicitly to process occlusion problem,with the skeleton-edge and symmetry-edge representing the structure correlations between adjacent joints in each viewof skeleton graph and the view-edge representing the view correlations between the same joints in different views.To make graph convolution operation mine elaborate and sufficient skeleton structure information and view correlations,different correlation weights are assigned to different categories of neighborhood nodes and further assigned to each node in the graph.Based on the graph convolution operation proposed above,a Residual Graph Convolution(RGC)module is designed as the basic module to be combined with the simplified Hourglass architecture to construct the Hourglass-GCN as our 3D pose estimation network.Hourglass-GCNwith a symmetrical and concise architecture processes three scales ofmulti-viewskeleton graphs to extract local-to-global scale and shallow-to-deep level skeleton features efficiently.Experimental results on common large 3D pose dataset Human3.6M and MPI-INF-3DHP show that Hourglass-GCN outperforms some excellent methods in 3D pose estimation accuracy.展开更多

Firstly, multi-view features from perspectives of the time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain are extracted through the Fourier transform, Hilbert transform and empirical mode decomposition (EMD).Then, the random forest model (RF) is applied to select features which are highly correlated with the bearing operating state. Subsequently, the selected features are fused via the autoencoder (AE) to further reduce the redundancy. Finally, the effectiveness of the fused features is evaluated by the support vector machine (SVM). The experimental results indicate that the proposed method based on the multi-view feature fusion can effectively reflect the difference in the state of the rolling bearing, and improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.展开更多

文摘Phenotypic prediction is a promising strategy for accelerating plant breeding.Data from multiple sources(called multi-view data)can provide complementary information to characterize a biological object from various aspects.By integrating multi-view information into phenotypic prediction,a multi-view best linear unbiased prediction(MVBLUP)method is proposed in this paper.To measure the importance of multiple data views,the differential evolution algorithm with an early stopping mechanism is used,by which we obtain a multi-view kinship matrix and then incorporate it into the BLUP model for phenotypic prediction.To further illustrate the characteristics of MVBLUP,we perform the empirical experiments on four multi-view datasets in different crops.Compared to the single-view method,the prediction accuracy of the MVBLUP method has improved by 0.038–0.201 on average.The results demonstrate that the MVBLUP is an effective integrative prediction method for multi-view data.
文摘The morphological description of wear particles in lubricating oil is crucial for wear state monitoring and fault diagnosis in aero-engines.Accurately and comprehensively acquiring three-dimensional(3D)morphological data of these particles has became a key focus in wear debris analysis.Herein,we develop a novel multi-view polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography(PS-OCT)method to achieve accurate 3D morphology detection and reconstruction of aero-engine lubricant wear particles,effectively resolving occlusion-induced information loss while enabling material-specific characterization.The particle morphology is captured by multi-view imaging,followed by filtering,sharpening,and contour recognition.The method integrates advanced registration algorithms with Poisson reconstruction to generate high-precision 3D models.This approach not only provides accurate 3D morphological reconstruction but also mitigates information loss caused by particle occlusion,ensuring model completeness.Furthermore,by collecting polarization characteristics of typical metals and their oxides in aero-engine lubricants,this work comprehensively characterizes and comparatively analyzes particle polarization properties using Stokes vectors,polarization uniformity,and cumulative phase retardation,and obtains a three-dimensional model containing polarization information.Ultimately,the proposed method enables multidimensional information acquisition for the reliable identification of abrasive particle types.

文摘Multi-view clustering is a critical research area in computer science aimed at effectively extracting meaningful patterns from complex,high-dimensional data that single-view methods cannot capture.Traditional fuzzy clustering techniques,such as Fuzzy C-Means(FCM),face significant challenges in handling uncertainty and the dependencies between different views.To overcome these limitations,we introduce a new multi-view fuzzy clustering approach that integrates picture fuzzy sets with a dual-anchor graph method for multi-view data,aiming to enhance clustering accuracy and robustness,termed Multi-view Picture Fuzzy Clustering(MPFC).In particular,the picture fuzzy set theory extends the capability to represent uncertainty by modeling three membership levels:membership degrees,neutral degrees,and refusal degrees.This allows for a more flexible representation of uncertain and conflicting data than traditional fuzzy models.Meanwhile,dual-anchor graphs exploit the similarity relationships between data points and integrate information across views.This combination improves stability,scalability,and robustness when handling noisy and heterogeneous data.Experimental results on several benchmark datasets demonstrate significant improvements in clustering accuracy and efficiency,outperforming traditional methods.Specifically,the MPFC algorithm demonstrates outstanding clustering performance on a variety of datasets,attaining a Purity(PUR)score of 0.6440 and an Accuracy(ACC)score of 0.6213 for the 3 Sources dataset,underscoring its robustness and efficiency.The proposed approach significantly contributes to fields such as pattern recognition,multi-view relational data analysis,and large-scale clustering problems.Future work will focus on extending the method for semi-supervised multi-view clustering,aiming to enhance adaptability,scalability,and performance in real-world applications.

文摘Existing multi-view deep subspace clustering methods aim to learn a unified representation from multi-view data,while the learned representation is difficult to maintain the underlying structure hidden in the origin samples,especially the high-order neighbor relationship between samples.To overcome the above challenges,this paper proposes a novel multi-order neighborhood fusion based multi-view deep subspace clustering model.We creatively integrate the multi-order proximity graph structures of different views into the self-expressive layer by a multi-order neighborhood fusion module.By this design,the multi-order Laplacian matrix supervises the learning of the view-consistent self-representation affinity matrix;then,we can obtain an optimal global affinity matrix where each connected node belongs to one cluster.In addition,the discriminative constraint between views is designed to further improve the clustering performance.A range of experiments on six public datasets demonstrates that the method performs better than other advanced multi-view clustering methods.The code is available at https://github.com/songzuolong/MNF-MDSC(accessed on 25 December 2024).
文摘The increasing prevalence of multi-view data has made multi-view clustering a crucial technique for discovering latent structures from heterogeneous representations.However,traditional fuzzy clustering algorithms show limitations with the inherent uncertainty and imprecision of such data,as they rely on a single-dimensional membership value.To overcome these limitations,we propose an auto-weighted multi-view neutrosophic fuzzy clustering(AW-MVNFC)algorithm.Our method leverages the neutrosophic framework,an extension of fuzzy sets,to explicitly model imprecision and ambiguity through three membership degrees.The core novelty of AWMVNFC lies in a hierarchical weighting strategy that adaptively learns the contributions of both individual data views and the importance of each feature within a view.Through a unified objective function,AW-MVNFC jointly optimizes the neutrosophic membership assignments,cluster centers,and the distributions of view and feature weights.Comprehensive experiments conducted on synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that our algorithm achieves more accurate and stable clustering than existing methods,demonstrating its effectiveness in handling the complexities of multi-view data.

文摘Drug repurposing offers a promising alternative to traditional drug development and significantly re-duces costs and timelines by identifying new therapeutic uses for existing drugs.However,the current approaches often rely on limited data sources and simplistic hypotheses,which restrict their ability to capture the multi-faceted nature of biological systems.This study introduces adaptive multi-view learning(AMVL),a novel methodology that integrates chemical-induced transcriptional profiles(CTPs),knowledge graph(KG)embeddings,and large language model(LLM)representations,to enhance drug repurposing predictions.AMVL incorporates an innovative similarity matrix expansion strategy and leverages multi-view learning(MVL),matrix factorization,and ensemble optimization techniques to integrate heterogeneous multi-source data.Comprehensive evaluations on benchmark datasets(Fdata-set,Cdataset,and Ydataset)and the large-scale iDrug dataset demonstrate that AMVL outperforms state-of-the-art(SOTA)methods,achieving superior accuracy in predicting drug-disease associations across multiple metrics.Literature-based validation further confirmed the model's predictive capabilities,with seven out of the top ten predictions corroborated by post-2011 evidence.To promote transparency and reproducibility,all data and codes used in this study were open-sourced,providing resources for pro-cessing CTPs,KG,and LLM-based similarity calculations,along with the complete AMVL algorithm and benchmarking procedures.By unifying diverse data modalities,AMVL offers a robust and scalable so-lution for accelerating drug discovery,fostering advancements in translational medicine and integrating multi-omics data.We aim to inspire further innovations in multi-source data integration and support the development of more precise and efficient strategies for advancing drug discovery and translational medicine.

文摘Drone swarm systems,equipped with photoelectric imaging and intelligent target perception,are essential for reconnaissance and strike missions in complex and high-risk environments.They excel in information sharing,anti-jamming capabilities,and combat performance,making them critical for future warfare.However,varied perspectives in collaborative combat scenarios pose challenges to object detection,hindering traditional detection algorithms and reducing accuracy.Limited angle-prior data and sparse samples further complicate detection.This paper presents the Multi-View Collaborative Detection System,which tackles the challenges of multi-view object detection in collaborative combat scenarios.The system is designed to enhance multi-view image generation and detection algorithms,thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of object detection across varying perspectives.First,an observation model for three-dimensional targets through line-of-sight angle transformation is constructed,and a multi-view image generation algorithm based on the Pix2Pix network is designed.For object detection,YOLOX is utilized,and a deep feature extraction network,BA-RepCSPDarknet,is developed to address challenges related to small target scale and feature extraction challenges.Additionally,a feature fusion network NS-PAFPN is developed to mitigate the issue of deep feature map information loss in UAV images.A visual attention module(BAM)is employed to manage appearance differences under varying angles,while a feature mapping module(DFM)prevents fine-grained feature loss.These advancements lead to the development of BA-YOLOX,a multi-view object detection network model suitable for drone platforms,enhancing accuracy and effectively targeting small objects.
文摘High-resolution sub-meter satellite data play an increasingly crucial role in the 3D real-scene China construction initiative.Current research on 3D reconstruction using high-resolution satellite data primarily focuses on two approaches:Multi-stereo fusion and multi-view matching.While algorithms based on these two methodologies for multi-view image 3D reconstruction have reached relative maturity,no systematic comparison has been conducted specifically on satellite data to evaluate the relative merits of multi-stereo fusion versus multi-view matching methods.This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the practical accuracy of both approaches using high-resolution satellite datasets from diverse geographical regions.To ensure fairness in accuracy comparison,both methodologies employ non-local dense matching for cost optimization.Results demonstrate that the multi-stereo fusion method outperforms multi-view matching in all evaluation metrics,exhibiting approximately 1.2%higher average matching accuracy and 10.7%superior elevation precision in the experimental datasets.Therefore,for 3D modeling applications using satellite data,we recommend adopting the multi-stereo fusion approach for digital surface model(DSM)product generation.

文摘Although many multi-view clustering(MVC) algorithms with acceptable performances have been presented, to the best of our knowledge, nearly all of them need to be fed with the correct number of clusters. In addition, these existing algorithms create only the hard and fuzzy partitions for multi-view objects,which are often located in highly-overlapping areas of multi-view feature space. The adoption of hard and fuzzy partition ignores the ambiguity and uncertainty in the assignment of objects, likely leading to performance degradation. To address these issues, we propose a novel sparse reconstructive multi-view evidential clustering algorithm(SRMVEC). Based on a sparse reconstructive procedure, SRMVEC learns a shared affinity matrix across views, and maps multi-view objects to a 2-dimensional humanreadable chart by calculating 2 newly defined mathematical metrics for each object. From this chart, users can detect the number of clusters and select several objects existing in the dataset as cluster centers. Then, SRMVEC derives a credal partition under the framework of evidence theory, improving the fault tolerance of clustering. Ablation studies show the benefits of adopting the sparse reconstructive procedure and evidence theory. Besides,SRMVEC delivers effectiveness on benchmark datasets by outperforming some state-of-the-art methods.
文摘Multi-view Subspace Clustering (MVSC) emerges as an advanced clustering method, designed to integrate diverse views to uncover a common subspace, enhancing the accuracy and robustness of clustering results. The significance of low-rank prior in MVSC is emphasized, highlighting its role in capturing the global data structure across views for improved performance. However, it faces challenges with outlier sensitivity due to its reliance on the Frobenius norm for error measurement. Addressing this, our paper proposes a Low-Rank Multi-view Subspace Clustering Based on Sparse Regularization (LMVSC- Sparse) approach. Sparse regularization helps in selecting the most relevant features or views for clustering while ignoring irrelevant or noisy ones. This leads to a more efficient and effective representation of the data, improving the clustering accuracy and robustness, especially in the presence of outliers or noisy data. By incorporating sparse regularization, LMVSC-Sparse can effectively handle outlier sensitivity, which is a common challenge in traditional MVSC methods relying solely on low-rank priors. Then Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers (ADMM) algorithm is employed to solve the proposed optimization problems. Our comprehensive experiments demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of LMVSC-Sparse, offering a robust alternative to traditional MVSC methods.
文摘Deep multi-view subspace clustering (DMVSC) based on self-expression has attracted increasing attention dueto its outstanding performance and nonlinear application. However, most existing methods neglect that viewprivatemeaningless information or noise may interfere with the learning of self-expression, which may lead to thedegeneration of clustering performance. In this paper, we propose a novel framework of Contrastive Consistencyand Attentive Complementarity (CCAC) for DMVsSC. CCAC aligns all the self-expressions of multiple viewsand fuses them based on their discrimination, so that it can effectively explore consistent and complementaryinformation for achieving precise clustering. Specifically, the view-specific self-expression is learned by a selfexpressionlayer embedded into the auto-encoder network for each view. To guarantee consistency across views andreduce the effect of view-private information or noise, we align all the view-specific self-expressions by contrastivelearning. The aligned self-expressions are assigned adaptive weights by channel attention mechanism according totheir discrimination. Then they are fused by convolution kernel to obtain consensus self-expression withmaximumcomplementarity ofmultiple views. Extensive experimental results on four benchmark datasets and one large-scaledataset of the CCAC method outperformother state-of-the-artmethods, demonstrating its clustering effectiveness.

文摘The existing multi-view subspace clustering algorithms based on tensor singular value decomposition(t-SVD)predominantly utilize tensor nuclear norm to explore the intra view correlation between views of the same samples,while neglecting the correlation among the samples within different views.Moreover,the tensor nuclear norm is not fully considered as a convex approximation of the tensor rank function.Treating different singular values equally may result in suboptimal tensor representation.A hypergraph regularized multi-view subspace clustering algorithm with dual tensor log-determinant(HRMSC-DTL)was proposed.The algorithm used subspace learning in each view to learn a specific set of affinity matrices,and introduced a non-convex tensor log-determinant function to replace the tensor nuclear norm to better improve global low-rankness.It also introduced hyper-Laplacian regularization to preserve the local geometric structure embedded in the high-dimensional space.Furthermore,it rotated the original tensor and incorporated a dual tensor mechanism to fully exploit the intra view correlation of the original tensor and the inter view correlation of the rotated tensor.At the same time,an alternating direction of multipliers method(ADMM)was also designed to solve non-convex optimization model.Experimental evaluations on seven widely used datasets,along with comparisons to several state-of-the-art algorithms,demonstrated the superiority and effectiveness of the HRMSC-DTL algorithm in terms of clustering performance.

文摘Rapidly and accurately assessing the geometric characteristics of coarse aggregate particles is crucial for ensuring pavement performance in highway engineering.This article introduces an innovative system for the three-dimensional(3D)surface reconstruction of coarse aggregate particles using occlusion-free multi-view imaging.The system captures synchronized images of particles in free fall,employing a matte sphere and a nonlinear optimization approach to estimate the camera projection matrices.A pre-trained segmentation model is utilized to eliminate the background of the images.The Shape from Silhouettes(SfS)algorithm is then applied to generate 3D voxel data,followed by the Marching Cubes algorithm to construct the 3D surface contour.Validation against standard parts and diverse coarse aggregate particles confirms the method's high accuracy,with an average measurement precision of 0.434 mm and a significant increase in scanning and reconstruction efficiency.

文摘In many cases,the Digital Surface Models(DSMs)and Digital Elevation Models(DEMs)are obtained with Light Detection and Ranging(LiDAR)or stereo matching.As an active method,LiDAR is very accurate but expensive,thus often limiting its use in small-scale acquisition.Stereo matching is suitable for large-scale acquisition of terrain information as the increase of satellite stereo sensors.However,underperformance of stereo matching easily occurs in textureless areas.Accordingly,this study proposed a Shading Aware DSM GEneration Method(SADGE)with high resolution multi-view satellite images.Considering the complementarity of stereo matching and Shape from Shading(SfS),SADGE combines the advantage of stereo matching and SfS technique.First,an improved Semi-Global Matching(SGM)technique is used to generate an initial surface expressed by a DSM;then,it is refined by optimizing the objective function which modeled the imaging process with the illumination,surface albedo,and normal object surface.Different from the existing shading-based DEM refinement or generation method,no information about the illumination or the viewing angle is needed while concave/convex ambiguity can be avoided as multi-view images are utilized.Experiments with ZiYuan-3 and GaoFen-7 images show that the proposed method can generate higher accuracy DSM(12.5-56.3%improvement)with sound overall shape and temporarily detailed surface compared with a software solution(SURE)for multi-view stereo.

文摘It is challenging to cluster multi-view data in which the clusters have overlapping areas.Existing multi-view clustering methods often misclassify the indistinguishable objects in overlapping areas by forcing them into single clusters,increasing clustering errors.Our solution,the multi-view dynamic kernelized evidential clustering method(MvDKE),addresses this by assigning these objects to meta-clusters,a union of several related singleton clusters,effectively capturing the local imprecision in overlapping areas.MvDKE offers two main advantages:firstly,it significantly reduces computational complexity through a dynamic framework for evidential clustering,and secondly,it adeptly handles non-spherical data using kernel techniques within its objective function.Experiments on various datasets confirm MvDKE's superior ability to accurately characterize the local imprecision in multi-view non-spherical data,achieving better efficiency and outperforming existing methods in overall performance.

文摘Vision-based measurement technology benefits high-quality manufacturers through improved dimensional precision,enhanced geo-metric tolerance,and increased product yield.The monocular 3D structured light visual sensing method is popular for detecting online parts since it can reach micron-meter depth accuracy.However,the line-of-sight requirement of a single viewpoint vision system often fails when hiding occurs due to the object’s surface structure,such as edges,slopes,and holes.To address this issue,a multi-view 3D structured light vi-sion system is proposed in this paper to achieve high accuracy,i.e.,Z-direction repeatability,and reduce hiding probability during mechani-cal dimension measurement.The main contribution of this paper includes the use of industrial cameras with high resolution and high frame rates to achieve high-precision 3D reconstruction.Moreover,a multi-wavelength(heterodyne)phase expansion method is employed for high-precision phase calculation.By leveraging multiple industrial cameras,the system overcomes field of view occlusions,thereby broadening the 3D reconstruction field of view.Finally,the system achieves a Z-axis repetition accuracy of 0.48µm.

文摘Literature shows that both market data and financial media impact stock prices;however,using only one kind of data may lead to information bias.Therefore,this study uses market data and news to investigate their joint impact on stock price trends.However,combining these two types of information is difficult because of their completely different characteristics.This study develops a hybrid model called MVL-SVM for stock price trend prediction by integrating multi-view learning with a support vector machine(SVM).It works by simply inputting heterogeneous multi-view data simultaneously,which may reduce information loss.Compared with the ARIMA and classic SVM models based on single-and multi-view data,our hybrid model shows statistically significant advantages.In the robustness test,our model outperforms the others by at least 10%accuracy when the sliding windows of news and market data are set to 1–5 days,which confirms our model’s effectiveness.Finally,trading strategies based on single stock and investment portfolios are constructed separately,and the simulations show that MVL-SVM has better profitability and risk control performance than the benchmarks.

文摘Previous multi-view 3D human pose estimation methods neither correlate different human joints in each view nor model learnable correlations between the same joints in different views explicitly,meaning that skeleton structure information is not utilized and multi-view pose information is not completely fused.Moreover,existing graph convolutional operations do not consider the specificity of different joints and different views of pose information when processing skeleton graphs,making the correlation weights between nodes in the graph and their neighborhood nodes shared.Existing Graph Convolutional Networks(GCNs)cannot extract global and deeplevel skeleton structure information and view correlations efficiently.To solve these problems,pre-estimated multiview 2D poses are designed as a multi-view skeleton graph to fuse skeleton priors and view correlations explicitly to process occlusion problem,with the skeleton-edge and symmetry-edge representing the structure correlations between adjacent joints in each viewof skeleton graph and the view-edge representing the view correlations between the same joints in different views.To make graph convolution operation mine elaborate and sufficient skeleton structure information and view correlations,different correlation weights are assigned to different categories of neighborhood nodes and further assigned to each node in the graph.Based on the graph convolution operation proposed above,a Residual Graph Convolution(RGC)module is designed as the basic module to be combined with the simplified Hourglass architecture to construct the Hourglass-GCN as our 3D pose estimation network.Hourglass-GCNwith a symmetrical and concise architecture processes three scales ofmulti-viewskeleton graphs to extract local-to-global scale and shallow-to-deep level skeleton features efficiently.Experimental results on common large 3D pose dataset Human3.6M and MPI-INF-3DHP show that Hourglass-GCN outperforms some excellent methods in 3D pose estimation accuracy.

文摘To improve the accuracy and robustness of rolling bearing fault diagnosis under complex conditions, a novel method based on multi-view feature fusion is proposed. Firstly, multi-view features from perspectives of the time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain are extracted through the Fourier transform, Hilbert transform and empirical mode decomposition (EMD).Then, the random forest model (RF) is applied to select features which are highly correlated with the bearing operating state. Subsequently, the selected features are fused via the autoencoder (AE) to further reduce the redundancy. Finally, the effectiveness of the fused features is evaluated by the support vector machine (SVM). The experimental results indicate that the proposed method based on the multi-view feature fusion can effectively reflect the difference in the state of the rolling bearing, and improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.

文摘The authors propose a novel method for transporting multi-view videos that aims to keep the bandwidth requirements on both end-users and servers as low as possible. The method is based on application layer multicast, where each end point re- ceives only a selected number of views required for rendering video from its current viewpoint at any given time. The set of selected videos changes in real time as the user’s viewpoint changes because of head or eye movements. Techniques for reducing the black-outs during fast viewpoint changes were investigated. The performance of the approach was studied through network experiments.
