A modified multi-component solute diffusion equation described with diffusion flux was derived in detail based on the classical MaxwellStefan diffusion theory. The friction between the solute species and the soil skeleton wall, which is proportional to the relative velocity between the solute species and the soil skeleton, is introduced. The chemical potential gradient is considered the driving force. A one-dimensional model for transport of multi-component solute in saturated soil was developed based on the modified diffusion equation and the modified competitive Langmuir adsorption equation. Numerical calculation of a case of two heavy metal ion species, which was chosen as an example, was carried out using the finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics. A comparative analysis was performed between the multi-component solute transport model developed in this study and the convection-diffusion transport model of single-component solute based on Fick's law. Simulation results show that the transport behavior of each species in a multi-component solute system is different from that in a single-component system, and the friction characteristics considered in the developed model contribute to obstructing the movement of each solute component. At the same time,the influence of modified competitive Langmuir adsorption on solute transport was investigated. These research results can provide strong theoretical support for the design of antifouling barriers in landfills and the maintenance of operation stability. 展开更多

They have widely physical applications. In this paper, we investigate a nonlinear system, which is the two-component NLS equation coupled to the Boussinesq equation. We obtain the bright-bright, bright-dark, and dark-dark soliton solutions to the nonlinear system. We discuss the collision between two solitons. We observe that the collision of bright-bright soliton is inelastic and two solitons oscillating periodically can happen in the two parallel-traveling bright-bright or bright-dark soliton solution. The general breather and rogue wave solutions are also given. Our results show again that there are more abundant dynamical properties for multi-component nonlinear systems. 展开更多

Fluorescent dyes have been widely used these years.Because of the special optical performance, conventional CCM systems seem to be unable to predict the recipes of fabrics dyed with fluorescent dyes. In order to enhance the functions of CCM systems, the optical properties of fluorescent dyes in their absorption region were investigated. It has been found that there was a fixed maximum absorption wavelength for each fluorescent dyes whatever its concentration is. Both absorption region and maximum absorption wavelength of the dyes in solution are the same to those in fabric, and that the absorption is directly proportional to the concentration of the dye. So the optical properties obtained in solutions cna be applied for describing the optics performance of fluorescent dyes in fabrics. 展开更多

Extraction of dye from dry fruit of Rothmannia whitfieldii was carried out using four different extraction methods. Solvent and acid extraction methods gave a colourless supernatant solution after extraction time of 45 minutes at 60°C. The alkali method gave a deep brown coloured supernatant solution while the aqueous method gave a dark coloured supernatant solution after extraction under the same conditions. From the result of the FTIR spectroscopy characterization of the coloured solutions and the dry powder of Rothmannia whitfieldii fruit, it was observed that only the alkali method extracted what can be called a dye with likely presence of tannins. The result also showed that the possible functional groups present in the supernatant solution after aqueous extraction are same with the functional groups present in the dry pulverized Rothmannia whitfieldii fruit. Hence, aqueous method did not extract any dye. Similarly, a mixture of the solution after aqueous extraction with drops of alkali solution produced a deep brown coloured solution indicating solubility of the dye component in alkali media. 展开更多

针对传统棉织物染色工艺依赖大量无机盐和碱导致的高污染问题,探索双环氧阳离子化合物(TE)与活性染料分子间的相互作用和复合物的形成机制和无盐无碱轧染工艺。通过动态光散射、电泳光散射及可见吸收光谱分析发现TE与C.I.活性红218在水... 针对传统棉织物染色工艺依赖大量无机盐和碱导致的高污染问题,探索双环氧阳离子化合物(TE)与活性染料分子间的相互作用和复合物的形成机制和无盐无碱轧染工艺。通过动态光散射、电泳光散射及可见吸收光谱分析发现TE与C.I.活性红218在水溶液中通过静电作用形成松散的不稳定复合物,其粒径随TE质量分数增加而减小,当TE质量分数达到0.06%时,复合物粒径最小且分散稳定性最佳;复合物的形成引起了染料最大吸收波长红移与吸光度下降,TE阳离子基团与染料阴离子间的相互作用增强了染料共轭体系的π电子离域性;液滴染色试验证实复合物的着色能力与织物阳离子改性无关,染色织物的K/S值曲线与复合物溶液的吸收曲线相似,表现出类似颜料的吸光特性,且复合物在纤维表面呈现均匀分布,说明其结构松散,作用力弱于静电引力;无盐无碱轧染试验表明,先焙烘再汽蒸的固色工艺效果最佳,染料固色率和K/S值达到最大值,此工艺通过高温去除复合物中的水分,促进其与纤维紧密结合;采用该工艺染色的织物干、湿摩擦色牢度均达3级以上,具有较好的色牢度。 展开更多

采用外来入侵植物中具有代表性的长刺蒺藜的提取物对蚕丝织物进行一浴法染色与功能改性。研究表明,长刺蒺藜提取物的主要成分为黄酮类生物活性化合物,其最佳提取条件为pH值7、温度70℃、时间30 min,以及超声波辅助提取。长刺蒺藜提纯染... 采用外来入侵植物中具有代表性的长刺蒺藜的提取物对蚕丝织物进行一浴法染色与功能改性。研究表明,长刺蒺藜提取物的主要成分为黄酮类生物活性化合物,其最佳提取条件为pH值7、温度70℃、时间30 min,以及超声波辅助提取。长刺蒺藜提纯染液在蚕丝织物改性条件下性能较为稳定。经长刺蒺藜提纯染液直接染色的蚕丝织物,颜色均匀性、耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度都优于未提纯染液。当pH值4.2、质量浓度为50 g/L时,提纯染液染色蚕丝织物的染料吸附量较多,色深值较高。长刺蒺藜提纯染液在蚕丝织物上的吸附规律符合准二阶动力学方程(R^(2)>0.99),且吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附模型,这说明染料在蚕丝纤维上的吸附以化学吸附为主。经长刺蒺藜提取物改性的蚕丝织物的抗菌性和抗氧化性均可达98%以上。研究结果证实了长刺蒺藜提取物对蚕丝织物染色及功能改性的可行性,并为生态染整蚕丝织物的批量化生产提供了理论依据。 展开更多

A high-resolution and universal method for the rapid visualization of latent fingermarks on a broad variety of surfaces has been achieved by simply combining hydrophilic cellulose membrane with dye aqueous solution. In this approach, the relatively hydrophobic characteristic of fingermark residue enable the deposit act as a “mask”, directing dye absorption processes to regions of both furrows without the ridge residues and bare cellulose membrane substrate. This effect during the spatially selective dye absorption generates a negative pattern of the fingermark within a few seconds to minutes depending on the properties of the substrates and fingermark types. It provides observation of latent fingermarks on cellulose membrane surface with high definition of level 2 and level 3 details used for personal identification purposes. It is also highly-efficient for visualizing the latent fingermarks lifted from various common (glass, carton, ceramic cup) and problematic (banknote, human skin and leather) surfaces by using transparent adhesive tape. To examine the generality of the proposed method, eight different kinds of dye aqueous solutions have been tested for developing latent fingermarks and they all provide very good results as expected. Moreover, this approach is easily used for aged fingermarks and natural fingermarks as well. Imaging may be accomplished visibly (by dye color) and topographically (using a microscope or a camera). This approach is a simple, rapid, non-destructive, safe, low-cost, universal and high resolution method compared with conventional approaches, so it demonstrates good potentiality in individual identity validation related applications. © 2017, Science China Press and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg. 展开更多
