When a new user accesses the CDMA system, the load will change drastically, and therefore, the advanced outer loop power control (OLPC) technology has to be adopted to enrich the target signal interference ratio (Silt) and improve the system performance. The existing problems about DS-CDMA outer loop power control for multi-service are introduced and the power control theoretical model is analyzed. System simulation is adopted on how to obtain the theoretical performance and parameter optimization of the power control algorithm. The OLPC algorithm is improved and the performance comparisons between the old algorithm and the improved algorithm are given. The results show good performance of the improved OLPC algorithm and prove the validity of the improved method for multi-service. 展开更多

The integration of entire supply and value chain into a closed loop network is gaining more importance in recent times in order to ensure a business to be economically and environmentally sustainable with the changing trends in business and social environments, growing environmental consciousness in the society and government legislations to protect the environment as well as the business. In this context, this paper considers a multi-echelon closed loop supply chain network design with forward and reverse logistics components. An attempt has been made to develop a mixed integer non-linear programming model for this problem with different costs so that the sum of the total cost is minimized subject to different constraints pertaining to capacities of the entities of the system, demands of first customers and second customers. A generalized model is presented and then its application is illustrated using an example problem by solving the model using LINGO14. This model forms as a tool to compare future meta-heuristics to check the closeness of their solutions with corresponding optimal solutions. 展开更多

Chemical looping dry reforming(CLDR) is an innovative technology for CO2 utilization using the chemical looping principle.The CLDR process consists of three stages,i.e.CH4 reduction,CO2 reforming,and air oxidation.Spinel nickel ferrite(NiFe2O4) was prepared and its multi-cycle performance as an oxygen carrier for CLDR was experimentally investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Laser Raman spectroscopy showed that a pure spinel crystalline phase(NiFe2O4) was obtained by a parallel flow co-precipitating method.NiFe2O4was reduced into Fe-Ni alloy and wustite(FexO) during the CH4 reduction process.Subsequent oxidation of the reduced oxygen carrier was performed with CO2 as an oxidant to form an intermediate state:a mixture of spinel Ni(1-x)Fe(2+x)O4,Fe(2+y)O4 and metallic Ni.And CO was generated in parallel during this stage.Approximate 185 mL of CO was generated for 1 g spinel NiFe2O4 in a single cycle.The intermediate oxygen carrier was fully oxidized in the air oxidation stage to form a mixture of Ni(1+x)Fe(2-x)O4 and Fe2O3.Although the original state of oxygen carrier(NiFe2O4) was not fully regenerated and agglomeration was observed,a good recyclability was shown in 10 successive redox cycles. 展开更多

亮氨酸脱氢酶(Leucinedehydrogenase,LDH)是制备L-2-氨基丁酸的关键限速酶,针对该酶的Loop区域进行改造以提高关键酶的酶活及稳定性从而高效合成L-2-氨基丁酸。通过亮氨酸脱氢酶的分子动力学模拟分析均方根涨落(Root mean square fluctu... 亮氨酸脱氢酶(Leucinedehydrogenase,LDH)是制备L-2-氨基丁酸的关键限速酶,针对该酶的Loop区域进行改造以提高关键酶的酶活及稳定性从而高效合成L-2-氨基丁酸。通过亮氨酸脱氢酶的分子动力学模拟分析均方根涨落(Root mean square fluctuation,RMSF)值,对其波动非常明显的Loop区域合理设计以得到比酶活提高的截短突变体EsLDHD2,其比酶活为野生型的123.2%;此外,由于L-2-氨基丁酸制备过程中苏氨酸脱氨酶催化L-苏氨酸制备2-酮丁酸的速率过快导致多酶催化不平衡,因此双拷贝亮氨酸脱氢酶及甲酸脱氢酶以平衡多酶催化速率,构建多酶级联催化的单细胞E.coliBL21/pACYCDuet-RM,其摩尔转化率相较于E.coliBL21/pACYCDuet-RO提高74.6%;对菌株E. coli BL21/pACYCDuet-RM的全细胞转化条件进行优化,其最适pH、温度、底物浓度分别为7.5、35℃和80 g/L,此时摩尔转化率大于99%;在1 L转化体系和最适转化条件下分批加入L-苏氨酸80 g和40 g,L-2-氨基丁酸的产量达97.2g。总之,该策略为L-2-氨基丁酸的制备提供了绿色、高效的合成方法,具有工业化制备药物前体的巨大潜力。 展开更多

The burden distribution real-time estimation problem of multi-loop charging based on the real multi-radar data is resolved.Firstly , an iterative algorithm is introduced to calculate the radial coordinate of the pile-top.Then , based on the multi-radar data , the burden profile is estimated by a cubic-curve equation at the end of the multi-loop charging.Furthermore , the burden profile before the next multi-loop charging is calculated based on multi-radar data by considering the impact of burden descent.On the basis of these burden profiles , a more accurate thickness ratio of ore to coke ( RO/C ) at the radial direction of blast furnace can be obtained.Finally , an example is given to calculate the burden profiles and RO/C by using the real multi-radar data sampled from Baosteel , which shows the effectiveness of the method introduced. 展开更多

传统协同定位依赖高频位姿或观测数据交互,难以适应带宽受限环境;单机回环检测框架在多机协同中难以有效融合时空关联性,制约全局地图一致性提升。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于特征点集的分布式SLAM新方法。利用LIOSAM作为各机器人的前... 传统协同定位依赖高频位姿或观测数据交互,难以适应带宽受限环境;单机回环检测框架在多机协同中难以有效融合时空关联性,制约全局地图一致性提升。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于特征点集的分布式SLAM新方法。利用LIOSAM作为各机器人的前端里程计,通过关键帧提取轻量化特征点集,并基于最小生成树的邻域广播机制共享数据,降低通信开销。运用RANSAC和ICP算法进行机器人间的回环检测和精确配准。将机器人内部和机器人间的约束整合到了多机器人位姿图中,优化了多机器人系统的位姿估计,增强了系统的鲁棒性与精度。实验结果表明,所提方法能有效减轻机器人间的通信开销,并提升多机器人系统在复杂环境中的导航与定位精度。 展开更多

Most researches focused on the analytical stabilized algorithm for the modular simulation of single domain, e.g., pure mechanical systems. Only little work has been performed on the problem of multi-domain simulation stability influenced by algebraic loops. In this paper, the algebraic loop problem is studied by a composite simulation method to reveal the internal relationship between simulation stability and system topologies and simulation unit models. A stability criterion of multi-domain composite simulation is established, and two algebraic loop compensation algorithms are proposed using numerical iteration and approximate function in multi-domain simulation. The numerical stabilized algorithm is the Newton method for the solution of the set of nonlinear equations, and it is used here in simulation of the system composed of mechanical system and hydraulic system. The approximate stabilized algorithm is the construction of response surface for inputs and outputs of unknown unit model, and it is utilized here in simulation of the system composed of forging system, mechanical and hydraulic system. The effectiveness of the algorithms is verified by a case study of multi-domain simulation for forging system composed of thermoplastic deformation of workpieces, mechanical system and hydraulic system of a manipulator. The system dynamics simulation results show that curves of motion and force are continuous and convergent. This paper presents two algorithms, which are applied to virtual reality simulation of forging process in a simulation platform for a manipulator, and play a key role in simulation efficiency and stability. 展开更多

Very high frequency(VHF) photocathode guns have excellent performance and are being increasingly selected as electron sources for high-repetition-rate X-ray free-electron lasers. As a highly loaded quality factor cavity, the VHF gun requires high stability in the amplitude and phase of the cavity field. However, the gun is microwave powered by two solid-state power sources through two separate power couplers. The input difference between the two power couplers will influence the stability of the cavity field. To systematically study this influence and obtain measurement formulae, a multi-port VHF gun LCR circuit model is built and analyzed. During the warm-up condition, the cavity structure will be deformed due to the large-scale change in the cavity temperature. Then, the deformation will result in cavity resonant frequency changes. To prevent the mechanic tuner from suffering damages due to the frequent and long-distance movement for correcting the cavity resonant frequency, a self-excited loop(SEL) control system is considered for changing the loop phase and make the loop frequency follow the resonant frequency. In this study, a steady-state model of the VHF gun cavity is built for obtaining the optimal input coupler coefficient and the stability requirement of the forward voltage. Then, the generator-driven resonator and SEL control system, which combine with the VHF multiport modeling, are modeled and simulated. The simulated results show that the SEL system can perfectly operate in the process of condition and warm-up. 展开更多

A simple 3M- dimensional loop algebra ~X is produced. By taking advantage of ~X a new isospectral problem is established and then by making use of the Tu scheme the multi-component Dirac equation hierarchy is obtained. Finally, an expanding loop algebra ~FM of the loop algebra ~X is presented. Based on the ~FM, the multi-component integrable coupling system of the multi-component Dirac equation hierarchy is investigated. The method in this paper can be applied to other nonlinear evolution equation hierarchies. 展开更多
