A novel near-infrared all-fiber mode monitor based on a mini-two-path Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MTP-MZI)is proposed.The MTP-MZI mode monitor is created by fusing a section of(no-core fiber,NCF)and a(single-mode fiber,SMF)together with an optical fiber fusion splicer,establishing two distinct centimeter-level optical transmission paths.Since the high-order modes in NCF transmit near-infrared light more sensitively to curvature-induced energy leakage than the fundamental mode in SMF,the near-infrared high-order mode light leaks out of NCF when the curvature changes,causing the MTP-MZI transmission spectrum to change.By ana⁃lyzing the relationship between the curvature,transmission spectrum,and spatial frequency spectrum,the modes involved in the interference can be studied,thereby revealing the mode transmission characteristics of near-infra⁃red light in optical fibers.In the verification experiments,higher-order modes were excited by inserting a novel hollow-core fiber(HCF)into the MTP-MZI.When the curvature of the MTP-MZI changes,the near-infrared light high-order mode introduced into the device leaks out,causing the transmission spectrum to return to its origi⁃nal state before bending and before the HCF was spliced.The experimental results demonstrate that the MTP-MZI mode monitor can monitor the fiber modes introduced from the external environment,providing both theoretical and experimental foundations for near-infrared all-fiber mode monitoring in optical information systems. 展开更多

Objective To explore the "3+1" monitoring mode for birth defects and quality control measures based on the population, and to obtain the related information data for birth defects.Methods With the community population as the basis, adopting the unified monitoring scheme dominant by the leadership and administration of government, with districts (counties) as the monitoring sites, the "3+1 " monitoring mode for birth defects was based on a complete monitoring team with the combination of villages/residents' committees, townships (towns), counties (districts) and the municipality. Demonstration research was carried out in the pilot districts/counties in Chongqing City.Results Birth defects population monitoring system based on population and family planning management and service network was established, and during 2005 and 2006.application research was carried out for the monitoring methods among birth defects population in the pilot districts (counties), obtaining the relevant information in regional birth defects, with a monitoring coverage of over 99%. Conclusion Fully utilizing the birth management functions of Population and Famlty Planning System and the advantages of service networks, long term, dynamic birth defects monitoring system based on community population was established, with the integration of birth defects monitoring and regular reproductive health services, obtaining overall birth defects occurrence information in details, providing scientific basis for the government to formulate scientific, practical, economic and effective birth defects intervention policy, so as to improve the quality of the population. 展开更多

The failure of rotating machinery applications has major time and cost effects on the industry.Condition monitoring helps to ensure safe operation and also avoids losses.The signal processing method is essential for ensuring both the efficiency and accuracy of the monitoring process.Variational mode decomposition(VMD)is a signal processing method which decomposes a non-stationary signal into sets of variational mode functions(VMFs)adaptively and non-recursively.The VMD method offers improved performance for the condition monitoring of rotating machinery applications.However,determining an accurate number of modes for the VMD method is still considered an open research problem.Therefore,a selection method for determining the number of modes for VMD is proposed by taking advantage of the similarities in concept between the original signal and VMF.Simulated signal and online gearbox vibration signals have been used to validate the performance of the proposed method.The statistical parameters of the signals are extracted from the original signals,VMFs and intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)and have been fed into machine learning algorithms to validate the performance of the VMD method.The results show that the features extracted from VMD are both superior and accurate for the monitoring of rotating machinery.Hence the proposed method offers a new approach for the condition monitoring of rotating machinery applications. 展开更多

Multi-mode process monitoring based on a novel weighted local standardization strategy and support vector data description 被引量:9

There are multiple operating modes in the real industrial process, and the collected data follow the complex multimodal distribution, so most traditional process monitoring methods are no longer applicable because their presumptions are that sampled-data should obey the single Gaussian distribution or non-Gaussian distribution. In order to solve these problems, a novel weighted local standardization(WLS) strategy is proposed to standardize the multimodal data, which can eliminate the multi-mode characteristics of the collected data, and normalize them into unimodal data distribution. After detailed analysis of the raised data preprocessing strategy, a new algorithm using WLS strategy with support vector data description(SVDD) is put forward to apply for multi-mode monitoring process. Unlike the strategy of building multiple local models, the developed method only contains a model without the prior knowledge of multi-mode process. To demonstrate the proposed method's validity, it is applied to a numerical example and a Tennessee Eastman(TE) process. Finally, the simulation results show that the WLS strategy is very effective to standardize multimodal data, and the WLS-SVDD monitoring method has great advantages over the traditional SVDD and PCA combined with a local standardization strategy(LNS-PCA) in multi-mode process monitoring. 展开更多

基于周期衰减聚类的环空动液面监测方法

在钻井及油气生产过程中,环空动液面监测对识别井下异常工况和保障井筒安全具有重要作用。声波监测法因成本低、实时性强而被广泛应用,但在实际井场中,井下结构复杂、环境噪声干扰及液面多次回波叠加容易造成液面波与接箍波混叠,导致声... 在钻井及油气生产过程中,环空动液面监测对识别井下异常工况和保障井筒安全具有重要作用。声波监测法因成本低、实时性强而被广泛应用,但在实际井场中,井下结构复杂、环境噪声干扰及液面多次回波叠加容易造成液面波与接箍波混叠,导致声波传播时间和声速提取精度受限,进而影响液面深度计算。为此,提出了一种基于周期衰减聚类的环空动液面监测方法。对采集到的声波回波信号进行变分模态分解,获得多个不同中心频率的本征模态分量;根据液面波主要集中于低频段的特性,筛选相关模态并重构液面特征信号;结合液面回波在时域上呈现周期性衰减的特点,对液面波峰值点的相对时间间隔进行分析,并对峰值相对距离进行聚类,由液面点平均间隔确定声波往返液面的传播时间;同时依据接箍波在特定频段内能量集中的特性,结合方差贡献率筛选接箍波模态分量,并利用高分辨复制调频谱细化算法(ZoomFFT)对接箍波频谱进行细化分析,提取主频以计算环空声速,随后结合声波传播时间实现液面深度计算。基于实际井场连续监测数据的试验结果表明,该方法能够在噪声干扰和液面回波重叠条件下稳定识别液面点及接箍波特征,液面深度测量相对误差小于1%,具有较高的稳定性和工程适用性。研究结果可为环空动液面自动监测提供可靠的技术支撑。 展开更多

桥梁健康监测系统采集的信号常受到噪声的干扰,掩盖了结构真实状态信息,对准确评估桥梁健康状况构成严峻挑战。针对现有降噪方法在处理复杂噪声存在局限,将冠豪猪优化(crested porcupine optimizer,CPO)算法引入变分模态分解(variationa... 桥梁健康监测系统采集的信号常受到噪声的干扰,掩盖了结构真实状态信息,对准确评估桥梁健康状况构成严峻挑战。针对现有降噪方法在处理复杂噪声存在局限,将冠豪猪优化(crested porcupine optimizer,CPO)算法引入变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)进行参数优化,并且结合改进小波阈值降噪方法进行降噪。首先,通过CPO算法,以样本熵作为适应度函数,自适应确定VMD的最优参数(分解层数和惩罚因子),从而实现对原始信号的精确模态分解。然后,对分解得到的固有模态函数进行方差贡献率筛选,以识别并保留包含真实信息的模态分量。在此基础上,结合改进的小波阈值法进行二次降噪处理。为验证CPO-VMD联合改进小波阈值降噪法的性能,通过模拟信号以及实测加速度信号进行降噪试验。结果表明,在不同信噪比条件下,CPO-VMD联合改进小波阈值降噪法均能显著提升信号质量,并更好地保留有用信息,展现出良好的有效性、优越性和实用性。 展开更多

为了增大超声导波断轨监测的覆盖长度,分析钢轨低衰减频率及模态,对导波衰减系数与频率、群速度及阻尼衰减因子的关系进行推导,并建立长距离钢轨导波阻尼衰减模型对其进行验证。利用半功率法测定钢轨不同频率下阻尼衰减因子,结合导波频... 为了增大超声导波断轨监测的覆盖长度,分析钢轨低衰减频率及模态,对导波衰减系数与频率、群速度及阻尼衰减因子的关系进行推导,并建立长距离钢轨导波阻尼衰减模型对其进行验证。利用半功率法测定钢轨不同频率下阻尼衰减因子,结合导波频散曲线,得到不同频率下不同模态的衰减系数,并对衰减率较低的模态进行半解析有限元振型分析,最终选定适合在实际钢轨中长距离传播的低衰减频率及模态。通过窄带滤波的方式处理宽频信号,得到导波在钢轨中的多次回波,对距离-幅值进行指数曲线拟合,计算得到17 kHz低衰减模态的衰减系数为0.0176 dB/m,验证了基于阻尼衰减因子分析钢轨低衰减频率及模态方法的正确性,为实际应用中通过超声导波进行断轨监测提供了指导。 展开更多

结合InSAR与ICA-VMD-LSTM的南汀河活动断裂地表形变监测与预测

采用SBAS-InSAR技术处理2019—2023年覆盖南汀河活动断裂带与南云高速公路交错区域的123景升轨Sentinel-1影像,获取交错区域的形变速率图,并结合独立成分分析(ICA)和遥感影像得到地表形变特征。选取断裂带与公路交错位置A1~A3及大跨度... 采用SBAS-InSAR技术处理2019—2023年覆盖南汀河活动断裂带与南云高速公路交错区域的123景升轨Sentinel-1影像,获取交错区域的形变速率图,并结合独立成分分析(ICA)和遥感影像得到地表形变特征。选取断裂带与公路交错位置A1~A3及大跨度桥梁位置B作为典型点位,构建ICA-VMD-LSTM形变预测模型。结果表明,研究区大部分区域形变速率在±5 mm/a之间,主要形变模式为突发性形变、周期性形变与长期线性形变。相较于现有的VMD-LSTM模型,ICA-VMD-LSTM模型具有更全面的特征提取能力以及更强的抗噪能力,可以有效提高预测精度。总体来看,ICA-VMD-LSTM模型在MAE和RMSE方面分别平均降低约33.2%和32.4%,R^(2)平均提高23.3%,表明其在误差控制和趋势拟合方面具有明显优势。 展开更多

融合特征筛选与多尺度特征增强的大坝变形预测

为了解决大坝变形预测中出现的特征因子冗余及周期性规律捕捉不足等问题,建立了一种融合特征筛选与多尺度特征增强的大坝变形预测模型。首先,利用最大信息系数(MIC)筛选出与大坝变形高度相关的环境因子,有效去除冗余变量,简化模型输入;... 为了解决大坝变形预测中出现的特征因子冗余及周期性规律捕捉不足等问题,建立了一种融合特征筛选与多尺度特征增强的大坝变形预测模型。首先,利用最大信息系数(MIC)筛选出与大坝变形高度相关的环境因子,有效去除冗余变量,简化模型输入;其次,采用完全集合经验模态分解自适应噪声(CEEMDAN)对变形数据进行自适应分解,有效减少了非线性和非平稳性影响,提取具有明确物理含义的固有模态函数;最后,提出频率-时间增强注意力块并嵌入Transformer模型,通过离散余弦变换(DCT)捕获频域信息,实现数据多尺度特征提取与增强。以江西省上犹江大坝变形监测数据开展实验,结果表明:构建的模型能够取得优异的预测效果,R^(2)达到0.999 1,RMSE为0.041 3 mm,MAE为0.031 8 mm,相较于Transformer、LSTM、GRU和TCN模型,R^(2)分别提升了0.015 9,0.019 2,0.018 0及0.016 9;尤其在峰值处和波动节点位置,该模型表现出了更高的精确性与稳定性;此外,在不同监测点的变形预测实验中,此模型依然保持了较高的预测精度,验证了其在大坝安全监测领域的有效性与实际应用价值。 展开更多

针对桥梁健康监测数据因环境干扰或传感器故障导致的异常或缺失,提出了一种基于麻雀搜索算法(sparrow search algorithm,SSA)共同优化变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)和门控循环单元(gated recurrent units,GRU)的桥... 针对桥梁健康监测数据因环境干扰或传感器故障导致的异常或缺失,提出了一种基于麻雀搜索算法(sparrow search algorithm,SSA)共同优化变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)和门控循环单元(gated recurrent units,GRU)的桥梁异常监测数据修复方法。研究利用SSA对VMD中分解层数K和惩罚因子α进行寻优以获取准确结构响应,选择SSA对GRU关键超参数进行优化,通过训练使模型达到最佳状态后,将分解后的信号作为输入进行预测修复,以重构桥梁缺失监测数据,通过对比单一GRU模型、VMD-GRU模型预测结果,以均方根误差、平均绝对误差、平均绝对百分比误差和R^(2)作为误差指标来评价所提方法的科学性与实用性。研究表明,所提方法可在非经验指导下获得最佳参数组合,挠度测试集均方根误差为6.070 2%,应变测试集均方根误差仅为0.150 0%,该方法适用于桥梁异常或缺失监测数据的重构,能够提高数据质量和数据使用的正确率,为桥梁健康监测与决策提供方法基础。 展开更多

Localized nature of damage in structures requires local measurements for structural health monitoring. The local measurement means to measure the local, usually higher modes of the vibration in a structure. Three fundamental issues about the local measurement for structural health monitoring including (1) the necessity of making local measurement, (2) the difficulty of making local measurement and (3) how to make local measurement are addressed in this paper. The results from both the analysis and the tests show that the local measurement can successfully monitor the structural health status as long as the local modes are excited. Unfortunately, the results also illustrate that it is difficult to excite local modes in a structure. Therefore, in order to carry structural health monitoring into effect, we must (1) ensure that the local modes are excited, and (2) deploy enough sensors in a structure so that the local modes can be monitored. 展开更多

This paper presents real-time monitoring data and analysis results of the non-stationary vibrations of an operational wind turbine. The advanced time-frequency spectrum analysis reveals varied non-stationary vibrations with timevarying frequencies, which are correlated with certain system natural modes characterized by finite element analysis. Under the effects of strong wind load, the wind turbine system exhibits certain resonances due to blade passing excitations. The system also exhibits certain instabilities due to the coupling of the tower bending modes and blade flapwise mode with blade passing excitations under the variation of wind speed. An analytical model is used to elaborate the non-stationary and instability phenomena observed in experimental results. The properties of the nonlinear instabilities are evaluated by using Lyapunov exponent estimation. 展开更多

本文综述了河流水深测量方法,重点总结了无人测量技术发展现状及两栖无人机应急监测技术装备应用前景。研究团队经过多年技术积累和攻关,于2024年1月终于试制研发成功基于两栖无人机应急监测技术装备。研发的两栖无人机,集成了现有无人... 本文综述了河流水深测量方法,重点总结了无人测量技术发展现状及两栖无人机应急监测技术装备应用前景。研究团队经过多年技术积累和攻关,于2024年1月终于试制研发成功基于两栖无人机应急监测技术装备。研发的两栖无人机,集成了现有无人机和无人船的优势,实现陆基、水基自由起降、精确定位和水下应急测量,突破了复杂环境条件下的河道洪水测量技术瓶颈。两栖无人机在传统陆基起降的基础上增加了水基起降,可精准控制在水面的降落位置,入水后保持机身稳定,测量水深、流速等参数,快速获取监测数据后从水面直接起飞。两栖无人机还具有操作简便、机动性强、环境适应性好的优点。与传统的河道监测手段相比,两栖无人机不易受地形、天气等因素的限制,可以在复杂的环境中稳定运行,提供连续的监测数据。同时,两栖无人机的监测数据可以通过无线传输方式实时传输到指挥中心,为决策者提供及时、准确的信息支持。 展开更多
