In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape,web application security has become paramount as organizations face increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.This work presents a comprehensive methodology for implementing robust security measures in modern web applications and the proof of the Methodology applied to Vue.js,Spring Boot,and MySQL architecture.The proposed approach addresses critical security challenges through a multi-layered framework that encompasses essential security dimensions including multi-factor authentication,fine-grained authorization controls,sophisticated session management,data confidentiality and integrity protection,secure logging mechanisms,comprehensive error handling,high availability strategies,advanced input validation,and security headers implementation.Significant contributions are made to the field of web application security.First,a detailed catalogue of security requirements specifically tailored to protect web applications against contemporary threats,backed by rigorous analysis and industry best practices.Second,the methodology is validated through a carefully designed proof-of-concept implementation in a controlled environment,demonstrating the practical effectiveness of the security measures.The validation process employs cutting-edge static and dynamic analysis tools for comprehensive dependency validation and vulnerability detection,ensuring robust security coverage.The validation results confirm the prevention and avoidance of security vulnerabilities of the methodology.A key innovation of this work is the seamless integration of DevSecOps practices throughout the secure Software Development Life Cycle(SSDLC),creating a security-first mindset from initial design to deployment.By combining proactive secure coding practices with defensive security approaches,a framework is established that not only strengthens application security but also fosters a culture of security awareness within development teams.This hybrid approach ensures that security considerations are woven into every aspect of the development process,rather than being treated as an afterthought. 展开更多

Optimal amino acid system for early embryo development in sows based on response surface methodology and high-throughput screening cell models

Background Early embryo development plays a pivotal role in determining pregnancy outcomes,postnatal development,and lifelong health.Therefore,the strategic selection of functional nutrients to enhance embryo development is of paramount importance.In this study,we established a stable porcine trophectoderm cell line expressing dual fluorescent reporter genes driven by the CDX2 and TEAD4 gene promoter segments using lentiviral transfection.Results Three amino acid metabolites—kynurenic acid,taurine,and tryptamine—met the minimum z-score criteria of 2.0 for both luciferase and Renilla luciferase activities and were initially identified as potential metabolites for embryo development,with their beneficial effects validated by qPCR.Given that the identified metabolites are closely related to methionine,arginine,and tryptophan,we selected these three amino acids,using lysine as a standard,and employed response surface methodology combined with our high-throughput screening cell model to efficiently screen and optimize amino acid combination conducive to early embryo development.The optimized candidate amino acid system included lysine(1.87 mmol/L),methionine(0.82 mmol/L),tryptophan(0.23 mmol/L),and arginine(3 mmol/L),with the ratio of 1:0.43:0.12:1.60.In vitro experiments confirmed that this amino acid system enhances the expression of key genes involved in early embryonic development and improves in vitro embryo adhesion.Transcriptomic analysis of blastocysts suggested that candidate amino acid system enhances early embryo development by regulating early embryonic cell cycle and differentiation,as well as improving nutrient absorption.Furthermore,based on response surface methodology,400 sows were used to verify this amino acid system,substituting arginine with the more cost-effective N-carbamoyl glutamate(NCG),a precursor of arginine.The optimal dietary amino acid requirement was predicted to be 0.71%lysine,0.32%methionine,0.22%tryptophan,and 0.10%NCG for sows during early gestation.The optimized amino acid system ratio of the feed,derived from the peripheral release of essential amino acids,was found to be 1:0.45:0.13,which is largely consistent with the results obtained from the cell model optimization.Subsequently,we furtherly verified that this optimal dietary amino acid system significantly increased total litter size,live litter size and litter weight in sows.Conclusions In summary,we successfully established a dual-fluorescent high-throughput screening cell model for the efficient identification of potential nutrients that would promote embryo development and implantation.This innovative approach overcomes the limitations of traditional amino acid nutrition studies in sows,providing a more effective model for enhancing reproductive outcomes. 展开更多

Objectives:Electronic health records(EHRs)offer valuable real-world data(RWD)for Chinese medicine research.However,significant methodological challenges remain in developing integrative Chinese-Western medicine(ICWM)databases.This study aims to establish a best-practice methodological framework,referred to as BRIDGE,to guide the construction of ICWM databases using EHRs.Methods:We developed the methodological framework through a comprehensive process,including systematic literature review,synthesis of empirical experiences,thematic expert discussions,and consultation with an external panel to reach consensus.Results:The BRIDGE framework outlines 6 core components for ICWM-EHR database development:Overall design,database architecture,data extraction and linkage,data governance,data verification,and data quality evaluation.Key data elements include variables related to study population,treatment or exposure,outcomes,and confounders.These databases support various research applications,particularly in evaluating the effectiveness and safety of integrative therapies.To demonstrate its practical value,we developed an ICWM-EHR database on women’s reproductive lifespan,encompassing 2,064,482 patients.This database captures women’s health conditions across the life course,from reproductive age to older adulthood.Conclusions:The BRIDGE methodological framework provides a standardized approach to building high-quality ICWM-EHR databases.It offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the methodological rigor and real-world relevance of Chinese medicine research in integrated healthcare settings. 展开更多

The traditional Requirements engineering practices are based upon the interaction of stakeholders which causes iteratively changes in requirements and difficulties in communication and understanding problem domain etc. So, to resolve such issues we use knowledge based techniques to support the RE practices as well as software development process. Our technique is based on two prospective, theoretical and practical implementations. In this paper, we described the need of knowledge management in software engineering and then proposed a model based on knowledge management to support the software development process. To verify our results, we used controlled experiment approach. We have implemented our model, and verify results by using and without using proposed knowledge based RE process. The emerging Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) paradigm advocates the use of models as first-class citizens in the software development process, while artifacts such as documentation and source-code can be quickly produced from those models by using automated transformations. Even though many MDE-oriented approaches, languages and tools have been developed in the recent past, there is no standard that concretely defines a specific sequence of steps to obtain a functional software system from a model. Thus, the existing approaches present numerous differences among themselves, because each one handles the problems inherent to software development in its own way. This paper presents and discusses a reference model for the comparative study of current MDE approaches in the scope of web-application development. This reference model focuses on relevant aspects such as modeling language scope (domain, business-logic, user-interface), usage of patterns, separation of concerns, model transformations, tool support, and deployment details like web-platform independence and traditional programming required. The ultimate goal of this paper is to determine the aspects that will be of greater importance in future web-oriented MDE languages. 展开更多

Assessing the Potential Contribution of Fisheries to Economic Development —The Case of Post-Ebola Sierra Leone

This paper examines the potential contribution of the fisheries sector to national economic development in Sierra Leone, following the cessation of the recent Ebola virus disease (EVD). The tragic deaths of some 4000 persons, as a direct result of this epidemic, have also been accompanied by serious economic disruption to one of the world’s poorest countries, amounting to a loss of over USD 1 billion (20 per cent of annual Gross Domestic Product, GDP). Based on recent work undertaken by the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD), an assessment was made of the potential contribution of one of the country’s major natural resource sectors—fisheries—to future economic recovery. It was confirmed that the fish resources of Sierra Leone have an estimated capitalised economic value of USD 735 million, and could potentially make an increased contribution to GDP under suitable conditions, over and above the current estimated level of 10 per cent. However, our results also show that with an overall “readiness assessment” score of 41/100, the sector is unlikely to realise its full potential unless a number of specific areas are addressed (based on analysis valid up to January 2016). These include an improvement in fisheries economic assessment, the upgrading of the fisheries governance and management framework, and the establishment of a fisheries development strategy and implementation plan to channel future investments and interventions in an appropriate sequence. Particular attention should be given early on to an increase in the quality and capacity of both public and private sector organisations relevant to roles and functions within a general process of fisheries sector reform. Finally, the fisheries policy evaluation approach used here is novel. While it has been applied to Sierra Leone for the intrinsic interest of that case, this demonstration also shows that it could be applied elsewhere in the future when reviewing fisheries policy. 展开更多

如何通过优化数字生态环境提升区域创业质量是亟待解决的重要管理问题。基于WSR方法论,采用动态QCA方法,以2019—2022年中国内地31个省份为调研对象,探讨时间轴上物理、事理和人理3个层面8个因素对区域创业质量的组态效应。研究发现:①... 如何通过优化数字生态环境提升区域创业质量是亟待解决的重要管理问题。基于WSR方法论,采用动态QCA方法,以2019—2022年中国内地31个省份为调研对象,探讨时间轴上物理、事理和人理3个层面8个因素对区域创业质量的组态效应。研究发现:①单个因素不构成高创业质量的必要条件,但数字营商环境作为核心条件出现在所有组态路径中;②数字用户的重要性逐年递增,呈现时间效应;③识别并提炼出4条驱动高创业质量实现的构型路径,分别为环境—资源—人才三元驱动型、环境主导型、环境构建—人理驱动型、技术引领—环境友好型;④在时间维度上,2021年以后5条路径的一致性水平呈集体下降趋势,可能是因为创业活动受到突发性持续公共事件新冠疫情的影响;⑤在空间维度上,各组态路径的省域覆盖度呈现较为显著的地域异质性,欠发达地区数字生态对创业质量提升的驱动作用有限。揭示数字生态驱动创业质量提升的多元路径,对于各地区因地制宜发挥竞争优势、优化数字生态环境进而提升创业质量具有实践启示。 展开更多

背景针对脑性瘫痪(简称:脑瘫)健康相关信息间的交互性研究多为点对点研究,缺乏对多种交互关系的系统描述或构建复杂的交互网络。目的尝试创新性构建判断脑瘫肌张力与其他健康相关信息的交互作用的判断指标、阈值、判断逻辑和流程,为脑... 背景针对脑性瘫痪(简称:脑瘫)健康相关信息间的交互性研究多为点对点研究,缺乏对多种交互关系的系统描述或构建复杂的交互网络。目的尝试创新性构建判断脑瘫肌张力与其他健康相关信息的交互作用的判断指标、阈值、判断逻辑和流程,为脑瘫健康信息交互影响判断提供参考。设计混合性研究。方法①系统检索和筛选脑瘫肌张力交互性文献,②提取文献中可能反映肌张力交互结果的特征性数据,③确定和汇总反映肌张力交互影响的统计学分析方法,④确定肌张力定义,并将与肌张力相关的其他健康信息分类至各指南维度,⑤尝试建立反映交互影响的判断指标及其阈值设置,⑥构建交互影响判断的逻辑框架,⑦行内部数据试验、调整和完善。主要结局指标脑瘫患儿肌张力与其他健康相关信息的交互关系判断的方法学。结果纳入分析的106篇提取到2327条数据,其中相关分析78篇次共1668条数据,回归分析44篇次共450条数据,其他方法13篇次共209条数据。基于设定的参数和逻辑框架,先行单篇文献分维度结果判定再汇总文献判定分维度结果。当同一维度多篇文献不确定篇数占比≥1/3时,直接判断维度间交互关系不确定,当同一维度多篇文献不确定篇数占比<1/3时,以篇数分布4种形式(n篇∶n篇,1篇∶n篇、n篇∶1篇和1篇∶1篇,0篇∶n篇和n篇∶0篇,0篇∶1篇和1篇∶0篇)进一步行相关篇数占比和篇均样本量比值的判断,必要时计算适宜样本量。并行肌张力维度与其他各个健康信息维度的内部数据实践。判断肌张力与粗大运动、肌力和肌耐力、继发性肌肉骨骼障碍和生活质量可能存在交互,与身体活动可能不存在交互,与步态、参与、日常生活活动能力和上肢功能不确定存在交互关系。结论原创性提出判断脑瘫肌张力与其他健康相关信息交互关系的判断指标及阈值并构建了反映交互影响判断的逻辑框架流程。 展开更多

过程分析技术是中药制造数字化转型升级的关键手段,是提升中药产品质量一致性和可控性的重要保障。近红外光谱技术已成为中药制造测量的核心技术。融入近红外过程分析技术,从中药制造领域的智慧平台建设出发,该文系统阐述了笔者团队近... 过程分析技术是中药制造数字化转型升级的关键手段,是提升中药产品质量一致性和可控性的重要保障。近红外光谱技术已成为中药制造测量的核心技术。融入近红外过程分析技术,从中药制造领域的智慧平台建设出发,该文系统阐述了笔者团队近二十年来将近红外光谱技术与化学计量学结合在中药制造测量学中的发展历程与创新应用,并探讨了一种以准确性轮廓为基础的验证方法在近红外光谱技术推广实践。进一步,分析了在建模技术支持下近红外光谱技术推动软件开发的进展,并结合相关研究平台的搭建实例,强调了该技术在工厂智慧控制平台中的集成应用前景。通过智慧平台的集成,近红外光谱技术能够提高生产效率、保障产品质量。最后展望了智慧平台在中药制造测量学中应用的前景,认为近红外光谱技术软件研制与智能制造平台将为中药产业化数字化提供有力的技术支撑。 展开更多

国际中文教师教育作为学科建设与事业发展的重要支撑系统,人才培养体系存在衔接不畅、人才供需明显脱节等问题,导致无法有效应对全球中文教育治理体系的差异化特征、精准回应学习者差异化需求。归根到底在于国际中文教师教育的理论研究... 国际中文教师教育作为学科建设与事业发展的重要支撑系统,人才培养体系存在衔接不畅、人才供需明显脱节等问题,导致无法有效应对全球中文教育治理体系的差异化特征、精准回应学习者差异化需求。归根到底在于国际中文教师教育的理论研究滞后于实践发展。因此,亟须加强国际中文教师教育理论研究。文章对当前国际中文教师教育形成的多维度研究进行系统梳理,提出八大核心研究领域:国际中文教师专业素养能力多维评价、教师认知与专业发展解构、职前教师培养体系建构、教师培训效能评估机制、教师教育理论体系范式建构、智能教学技术研发赋能教师教育、区域国别教师教育发展战略以及师资标准研制与制度创新;同时提出三重复合方法论框架:其一,全球教育比较与整体系统思维的整合范式;其二,跨学科研究范式与工程化研究思维的协同机制;其三,在方法论实施层面,定量与质性混合研究方法的有机整合,能够有效平衡研究的客观效度与解释深度,显著提升实证研究的信度水平。三重复合法为国际中文教师教育的理论体系创新与实践范式建构提供方法论支撑与学理依据。 展开更多
