Since investment in building transmission line...This paper presents a detailed design of a photovoltaic (PV) system for use in the rural electrification of remote settlements that are far off from the electricity grid. Since investment in building transmission lines from the grid to these localities is not viable, a good solution is <span>an</span><span> installation in these areas of standalone photovoltaic systems. The design process comprises the choice and dimensioning of the solar panels, the battery storage, DC-AC inverter, and mini transmission grid to the different homes. The design is for a 15 kW PV system including an economic evaluation and analysis using Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources (HOMER) software. Data on the average monthly solar radiation and temperature w</span><span>ere</span><span> obtained from various sources, including, Photovoltaic Geographical Information System (PVGIS) for Africa. From this data the study area receives a monthly average solar insolation of 6.16 kWh/</span><span>m</span><sup><span style="vertical-align:super;">2</span></sup><span>/day with the worst month </span><span>being </span><span>August with 5.22 kWh/</span><span>m</span><sup><span style="vertical-align:super;">2</span></sup><span>/day. The total daily electrical energy consumption is estimated to be about 72.525 kWh. Simulation results using HOMER software shows that the overall capital cost of the PV system components is $122,337, a replacement cost of $12,889 and an operation and maintenance cost of $29,946 over 10years. It ranked first in China’s new energy market for 19 consecutive months in the initial stage of listing. However, with the changes in government policies and market, its competitiveness also declined. This paper comprehensively uses case analysis and literature research methods to study the marketing strategy of new energy vehicle Hongguang MINI EV. First of all, by using STP and 4P theory, the marketing status of Hongguang MINI EV was analyzed, and it was found that there were some problems in marketing, such as insufficient core competitiveness of products, difficulty in maintaining low-price marketing strategy with low profits, blind and inefficient promotional activities, too limited market positioning and relatively lagging digital marketing. Then, it provides optimization suggestions for the marketing of Hongguang MINI EV, including product improvement and product competitiveness. Promote technological upgrading, etc. In terms of price, differentiated pricing is adopted. In terms of channels, promote the development of all channels. In terms of promotion, promote digital marketing innovation;Attach importance to brand marketing;Cater to the trend of sharing economy. Water depth significantly affects ship resistance,which,in turn,influences fuel consumption.Furthermore,the urgent need to reduce carbon emissions for environmental sustainability highlights the importance of applying...Water depth significantly affects ship resistance,which,in turn,influences fuel consumption.Furthermore,the urgent need to reduce carbon emissions for environmental sustainability highlights the importance of applying drag reduction methods to shallow-water vehicles.To effectively employ these methods,the initial step entails an in-depth investigation of how shallow water impacts the resistance and flow dynamics of a mini-bulk carrier.This study extensively analyzes the hydrodynamic characteristics of mini-bulk carriers,focusing on the impact of shallow water on resistance and flow dynamics utilizing a combination of experimental tests and numerical analyses.This study emphasizes the interaction between the hull and the shallow seabed.This study also highlights increased frictional drag and significant residual resistance by analyzing the total resistance at various speeds in shallow waters.The results of five key factors influencing resistance in shallow waters,namely,boundary layer thickness,shear stress,velocity and pressure,turbulence,and waves,are discussed.A decrease in water depth accelerates the flow under the hull,increasing shear stress and resistance.The accelerated flow reduces the gap between the hull and the shallow seabed,elevating water pressure and increasing sinkage and resistance.Heightened turbulence in shallow water intensifies Reynolds stress,augmenting friction and viscous resistance.展开更多
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the“expiration manager”mini program in managing the validity of ward items.The program was used to manage frequently and infrequently used consumables...The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the“expiration manager”mini program in managing the validity of ward items.The program was used to manage frequently and infrequently used consumables by setting up an automatic reminder function.The item failure rate and the time required for nurses to conduct counts over 6 months before and after implementation were compared,as well as evaluated system availability using the System Usability scale(SUS).Results showed that after implementing the mini program,both the item failure rate and non-recognition rate significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the inspection pass rate significantly increased(P<0.05),and the monthly inventory time was reduced(P<0.05).The SUS evaluation yielded a total score of 74.38±11.73,with learnability at 80.21±20.27 and availability at 72.92±11.18,all indicating good user acceptance.In conclusion,the“expiration manager”mini program can effectively improve the efficiency of item expiration management,reduce the risk of expiration,and save inspection time,thereby demonstrating high user acceptance and promising potential for wider adoption.展开更多
