Efficient Control of Mechatronic Systems Enabled by Generative AI for Single-Chip Microcomputers

In recent years,research on industrial innovation and development has primarily focused on industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing.Within the field of integrating mechatronics and intelligent control,analyzing the efficient control of mechatronic systems enabled by generative AI for single-chip microcomputers can further highlight the value and significance of promoting AI technology applications.This paper examines the technical characteristics of generative AI in data generation,multimodal fusion,and dynamic adaptation,proposing lightweight model deployment strategies that compress large generative models to a range compatible with single-chip microcomputers,ensuring local real-time inference capabilities.It constructs an edge intelligent control architecture,enabling generative AI to directly participate in decision-making instruction generation,forming a new working system of perception,decision-making,and execution.Additionally,it designs a collaborative optimization training mechanism that leverages federated learning to overcome single-machine data limitations and enhance model generalization performance.At the application level,an intelligent fault prediction system is developed for early identification of equipment anomalies,an adaptive parameter optimization module is constructed for dynamically adjusting control strategies,and a multi-device collaborative scheduling engine is established to optimize production processes,providing technical support for embedded intelligent control in Industry 4.0 scenarios. 展开更多

Using advanced flame sensor, 485 bus communication, computer interactive software and related peripheral devices, this intelligent fire alarm system has functions of sound-light alarm and intelligent fire extinguishing. The human-com- puter interactive software was adopted for the remote control of the alarm main control panel through the 485 bus communication. An Experimental Study on Microcomputer Control of Pump Controlled Motor Systems

This kind of system has the advantage of energy-saving. But, it also has some defects that have to be improved. Microcomputer control of a pump controlled motor electrohydraulic servo system is studied. A PID controller is first adopted on the closed loop control system, and experimental results are obtained. Then, a model reference adaptive controller is designed and realised on the same system applying a single board microcomputer. Experimental results show that the dynamic properties of the adaptive control system is much better than those of the PID system under different inertia load conditions. 展开更多

The grading judgment for apples is related to a variety of factors including,size,shape,color,texture,and scars.Traditional manual sorting methods are time consuming and labor intensive.In addition,the accuracy of the method is easily subjective,not repeatable,error-prone,and affected by the sorting environment.This paper presents a complete and automated grading system for apples.The system uses a single-chip microcomputer as the controller of the system,and a PC as the graphics processing unit.It also includes a conveyor,drive motor,frequency converter for motor control,photoelectric sensors,air compressor,and air jets for ejecting the graded apples.The classification algorithm is implemented by using a convolutional neural network(CNN).In order to eliminate contact damage of apples,the system specifically uses air jets as actuators to eject the graded apples into the corresponding bins.At the same time,in order to ensure that an apple triggers the correct ejecting actuator,this paper designs a jet controller with proper logic. 展开更多

This paper uses CT to gain the energy directly from the high-voltage transmission line, to address the problem of power supply for monitoring system in high voltage side of transmission line. The draw-out power coil can induce voltage from the transmission line, using single-chip microcomputer to analog and output PMW wave to control the charging module, provides a stable 3.4 V DC voltage to the load, and solve the problem of easy saturating of core. The power supply based on this kind of draw-out power coil has undergone the overall testing, and it is verified-showing that it can properly work in a non-saturated status within the current range of 50 - 1000 A, and provide a stable output. The equipment also design protection circuit to improve the reliability to avid the impacts of the impulse current or short-circuit current. It effectively solves the problem of power supply for On-line Monitoring System of Transmission. 展开更多

However, there are growing demands for ECRH system as the physical experiments progress which meanwhile adds the difficulty of designing and building the control system of its power source. In this paper, the method of designing a control system based on Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is introduced according to its main requirements. This paper describes the statistical methods of the comparison of the incidence or mortality rates in cancer registry and descriptive epidemiology, and the features of microcomputer program (CANTEST) which was designed to perform the methods. The program was written in IBM BASIC language. Using the program CANTEST we presented here the user can do several statistical tests or estimations as follow: 1. the comparison of the adjusted rates which were calculated by directly or indirectly standardized methods, 2. the calculation of the slope of regression line for testing the linear trends of the adjusted rates, 3. the estimation of the 95% or 99%conndence intervals of the directly adjusted rates, of the cumulative rates (0-64 and 0-74), and of the cumulative risk.
