In hydraulic area,independent metering control(IMC)technology is an effective approach to improve system efficiency and control flexibility.In addition,digital hydraulic technology(DHT)has been verified as a reasonable method to optimize system dynamic performance.Integrating these two technologies into one component can combine their advantages together.However,few works focused on it.In this paper,a twin spools valve with switching technologycontrolled pilot stage(TSVSP)is presented,which applied DHT into its pilot stage while appending IMC into its main stage.Based on this prototype valve,a series of numerical and experiment analysis of its IMC performance with both simulated load and excavator boom cylinder are carried out.Results showed fast and robust performance of pressure and flow compound control with acceptable fluctuation phenomenon caused by switching technology.Rising time of flow response in excavator cylinder can be controlled within 200 ms,meanwhile,the recovery time of rod chamber pressure under suddenly changed condition is optimized within 250 ms.IMC system based on TSVSP can improve both dynamic performance and robust characteristics of the target actuator so it is practical in valve-cylinder system and can be applied in mobile machineries. 展开更多

The previous operation of the ZLS-Burris gravity meter using a PDA already provides a significant improvement of the operation of a metal spring gravity meter. But in the practical field work the observer usually wishes more information about the measurement and the collected data. This situation sug- gested an improvement of the software and computer hardware. The goal was to develop a small useful PC tool that eliminates these deficits. However, it resulted in a very extensive application software, which was developed during 2011-2015. Along the way, some unwanted effects of the original control circuit were detected. Therefore as a last step a complete new control circuit for the feedback system was developed. This new circuit is fast and smooth and without resonance effects to the system. The algorithm parameters can be specifically adapted to the specific gravity meter. The software has a security system that ensures the user, depending on his level of knowledge, a limited access to the software options. Furthermore, a customer project management system is integrated. The observer, the gravity meters, the projects and maps can be assigned. Several ZLS Burris gravity meters can be managed. A large station data management is integrated. Every station has up to more than twenty parameters, such as the mandatory coordinates or supplementary pictures of the station. External storage and documentation of the measurements are possible with extra modules. In addition the maintenance of the gravity meter system is significantly improved. The motor control of the early ZLS Burris gravity meter is also improved. The complete rotation is displayed on the screen. Finally, two survey examples show the advantages of the software related to the accuracy and the time needed for a measurement. 展开更多

无差拍预测电流控制(deadbeat predictive current control,DPCC)因其快速的动态响应和优异的跟踪性能,被广泛应用于永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motors,PMSM)驱动中.然而,在转速−电流双闭环控制系统中,传统DPCC在转速... 无差拍预测电流控制(deadbeat predictive current control,DPCC)因其快速的动态响应和优异的跟踪性能,被广泛应用于永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motors,PMSM)驱动中.然而,在转速−电流双闭环控制系统中,传统DPCC在转速外环采用比例积分(PI)控制,其扰动抑制能力有限.此外,DPCC依赖于精确的PMSM数学模型,而实际电机与原始模型之间的参数失配会在特定工况下导致控制精度下降.为解决上述问题,提出了一种基于双观测器的永磁同步电机扰动抑制无差拍预测电流控制方法.首先,在转速外环采用滑模控制(sliding mode control,SMC)结合滑模负载转矩观测器(sliding mode load torque observer,SMLTO)的方法.SMLTO能够实时跟踪负载转矩变化,并将其转化为电流值,用以补偿SMC计算出的参考电流.其次,在电流内环采用一种基于改进型误差反馈函数的扩张状态观测器(modified extended state observer,MESO),所提出的误差反馈函数具有较低的计算复杂度.该MESO能够估计由参数失配引起的未知扰动,并在DPCC方法中对参考电压进行补偿.最后,通过仿真与实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性. 展开更多

城市供水管网漏损的检测、定位和控制策略

【目的】水在社会文明中扮演着重要的角色,城市供水管网作为城市生产生活的基础设施之一,是城市生态系统中的大动脉。但是供水管网因为管道自身属性、管道施工、管内工况突变和环境影响等原因易发生漏损,因此,针对城市供水管网漏损检测... 【目的】水在社会文明中扮演着重要的角色,城市供水管网作为城市生产生活的基础设施之一,是城市生态系统中的大动脉。但是供水管网因为管道自身属性、管道施工、管内工况突变和环境影响等原因易发生漏损,因此,针对城市供水管网漏损检测、定位及控制策略的研究显得尤为紧迫。【方法】本文通过梳理供水管网漏损检测、定位和控制的研究进展,结合国内供水管网漏损现状,提出了管网独立分区计量、软硬件联合检漏、压力管理控制漏损的综合策略,具体为分区计量,实现供水管网漏损监控;构建管网漏损定位模型,缩小漏损检测区域范围,提高硬件检测效率;构建管网泵阀联合调度模型,优化管网平均压力,降低漏损率和爆管率。【结果】以海南省某最高日供水量达到4.6万m^(3)的县城供水管网为例,实施此综合策略实现漏损率由22.00%降低到约10.22%,且减少了爆管事故,具有显著的经济和社会效益。【结论】供水管网漏损控制综合策略可实现管网漏损的系统性管理,有效降低漏损率并减少爆管事故,对于减少水资源浪费、提升供水系统安全性与可靠性具有重要意义。随着人工智能、物联网和云端平台技术的持续发展,未来应推进管网漏损的智能诊断、预测与精准控制,并推广绿色低碳技术,实现城市供水管网漏损管理的智慧化与低碳化。 展开更多

针对水表检定装置的压力和流量相互深度耦合产生的复合控制问题,在分析压力和流量的耦合影响关系基础上,基于随机Bregman近端梯度下降法设计深度学习神经网络训练策略,提出了Bregman深度学习比例积分微分(PID)方法。该方法以变频器频率... 针对水表检定装置的压力和流量相互深度耦合产生的复合控制问题,在分析压力和流量的耦合影响关系基础上,基于随机Bregman近端梯度下降法设计深度学习神经网络训练策略,提出了Bregman深度学习比例积分微分(PID)方法。该方法以变频器频率作为压力控制量、调节阀开度作为流量主控量。通过试验验证了该方法的训练预测和控制特性。试验数据说明,当调节阀预测误差在-1%~+3%范围内波动,以及变频器预测误差在-0.3%~+0.4%范围内变化时,该方法控制效果良好。与传统方法相比,该方法控制中的流量和压力调节时间分别减少20%和13%左右。该方法能提高检定装置的工作效率及稳定性,具有较高的应用、推广价值。 展开更多

The integration of existing electrical infrastructure with an information and communication network is an inherent and significant need for microgrid classification and operation in this case. Microgrid technology’s most important features: 1) Full duplex communication;2) Advanced metering infrastructure;3) Renewable and energy resource integration;4) Distribution automation and complete monitoring, as well as overall power system control. A microgrid’s communication infrastructure is made up of several hierarchical communication networks. Microgrid applications can frequently be found in numerous aspects of energy consumption. Because it provides a spontaneous communicational network, the Internet of Things plays a fundamental and crucial role in Microgrid infrastructure. This paper covers the deployment of a comprehensive energy management system for microgrid communication infrastructure based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This paper discusses microgrid operations and controls using the Internet of Things (IoT) architecture. Microgrids make use of IoT-enabled technologies, in conjunction with power grid equipment, which are enabling local networks to provide additional services on top of the essential supply of electricity to local networks that operate in parallel with or independently of the regional grid. Local balancing, internal blockage management, and request for support marketplace or grid operator activities are examples of auxiliary services provided by the microgrid that can add value to each end-user and other true stakeholders. Different technologies, architectures, and applications that use IoT as a key element with the main purpose of preserving and regulating innovative smart microgrids in accordance with modern optimization features and regulations are designed to update and improve efficiency, resiliency, and economics. 展开更多

Energy Efficient Thermal Comfort Control for Residential Building Based on Nonlinear EMPC

For purpose of achieving the desired thermal comfort level and reducing the economic cost of maintaining the thermal comfort of green residential building,an energy efficient thermal comfort control strategy based on economic model predictive control(EMPC)for green residential buildings which adopts household heat metering is presented.Firstly,the nonlinear thermal comfort model of heating room is analyzed and obtained.A practical nonlinear thermal comfort prediction model is obtained by using an approximation method.Then,the economic cost function and optimization problem of energy-saving under the necessary thermal comfort requirements are constructed to realize the optimal economic performance of the dynamic process.The energy efficient thermal comfort MPC(EETCMPC)is designed.Finally,the comparison and analysis between EETCMPC and Double-layer Model Predictive Control(DMPC)is simulated.The simulation results reveal that when the clothing insulation is typical,the energy efficiency of EETCMPC is 8.9%and 11.6%,respectively,in the two simulation scenarios.When the clothing insulation varies with temperature,the energy efficiency of EETCMPC is 7.29%and 9.15%,respectively,and the total energy consumption is reduced by about 1.65%and 14.6%,respectively,compared with the typical clothing insulation.The economic performance is improved in the thermal comfort dynamic process of heating room. 展开更多

This study presents the results of the preliminary tests performed using a kerma-area product (KAP) meter in order to verify its usefulness as a monitor chamber in a clinical X ray system, which will be used in ionization chambers’ quality control program. The tests performed were repeatability, surface measurement uniformity, linearity with tube current, measurement variation changing the distance and field size, KAP chamber radiation attenuation, and energy dependence. The KAP meter has presented a good repeatability (a maximum variation of 0.4%);its surface has a homogeneous response (a maximum variation of 1.0% among the different irradiated regions);the response is linear with the tube current and the variation of the PKA along the distance is less than 3.43%. On the other hand, the results obtained for chamber attenuation and energy dependence show that some corrections must be applied when the measurements are made. The results have shown a good performance of the KAP meter, confirming that it is possible to use this instrument as a monitor chamber. However, it is important to highlight that some correction factors for energy dependence and chamber radiation attenuation must be considered. 展开更多

Nutrient application systems are designed to apply a relatively uniform amount of a fertilizer to agricultural fields. However, considerable variation in soil texture and other characteristics often occurs within and across production fields, which could have a major impact on fertilizer management strategies. Therefore, uniform application of a fertilizer over the entire field can be both costly and environmentally unsound. Due to their rugged and fool-proof design, crankshaft type piston pumps are widely used in agriculture. The on-the-go outlet flow of these pumps can only be varied by changing the drive shaft speed for each pump stroke setting. But only a limited range of flow rates can be achieved by changing the drive shaft speed. There is a need for an electronic controller, which can adjust the pump stroke on-the-go, for real-time, variable-rate application of crop nutrients. The Clemson “Electro-me-chanical controller for adjusting pump stroke on-the-go” was designed to replace the current manual stroke adjustment system on positive displacement piston pumps. This affordable system can be retrofitted on most John Blue - piston pumps for real-time adjustment of the pump stroke and can be controlled using pre-described position sequences (map-based) or real-time sensor commands (such as optical, pressure, and flow sensors) combined with fertilizer calculation algorithms. In addition, it can adjust pump stroke manually, using an eclectic dial from the tractor’s cab. 展开更多

基于负载口独立的高速液压机四角调平系统与控制

液压成形装备广泛应用于大吨位、大尺寸的冲压、锻造等成形过程,需要高性能的调平系统保证装备的成形精度,但传统的对角力偶调平系统及其等同控制策略不能准确地消除倾斜力矩,影响工件的成形质量。针对上述问题,设计一种基于负载口独立... 液压成形装备广泛应用于大吨位、大尺寸的冲压、锻造等成形过程,需要高性能的调平系统保证装备的成形精度,但传统的对角力偶调平系统及其等同控制策略不能准确地消除倾斜力矩,影响工件的成形质量。针对上述问题,设计一种基于负载口独立的高速液压机四角调平电液系统,并提出一种基于泵-阀联合的对角交叉-均值耦合同步控制策略。在出口位移控制设计上,以各调平缸的跟踪误差为负反馈输入、误差均值及对角差值作为补偿输入至滑模控制器中,从而实现各缸的精准跟踪及同步控制;在入口压力控制设计上,根据工况调整压力伺服阀置于左、右最大开口处,使得流入调平缸的流量最大、压力最低;在泵出口流量控制设计上,根据调平缸所处工况确定电机转速。搭建液压机四角调平试验平台,结果表明所提出调平控制策略相较传统等同控制策略在同步精度上提升了9.26%;同时由于负载口独立的节能特性,在控制策略的作用下,系统功耗降低了54%。研究对高速液压成形装备的调平系统研发具有工程价值。 展开更多

城市超长隧道合流区联合控制优化方法

针对城市超长隧道合流区的交通拥堵问题,研究了融合主线可变限速与匝道信号控制的联合优化控制方法。根据合流瓶颈区及其下游的不同交通状态组合,生成了四级控制策略。通过综合考虑匝道汇入、路段间速度差异和驾驶人服从度,对传统元网络... 针对城市超长隧道合流区的交通拥堵问题,研究了融合主线可变限速与匝道信号控制的联合优化控制方法。根据合流瓶颈区及其下游的不同交通状态组合,生成了四级控制策略。通过综合考虑匝道汇入、路段间速度差异和驾驶人服从度,对传统元网络(meta network,METANET)模型进行了改进;同时,通过新增匝道排队容量控制机制,对经典ALINEA算法进行了扩展,实现了可变限速与匝道信号的联合控制。在此基础上,结合模型预测控制方法,对不同交通状态下的限速值和匝道信号配时进行了优化。依托VISSIM仿真平台,构建武汉两湖隧道场景,并利用COM接口与Python二次开发,实现仿真路段交通参数的实时获取与控制。实验对比多种管控策略,包括动态可变限速、匝道信号控制与联合控制。仿真结果表明,①提出的联合管控策略相比无管控策略,减少瓶颈区车辆行程时间17.7%,降低车均延误时间62.96%;②与单一控制策略相比,联合管控可显著提高平均车速和交通流稳定性,特别是在高流量拥堵情况下效果更为显著;③在联合控制策略下,路段最低平均车速提升20.38%,瓶颈区及下游缓行时间减少22.2%,低速区域的空间范围和持续时间均明显缩短,且车速波动幅度大幅减小。面对多种复杂交通流,联合控制策略展现出良好的动态自适应能力,能够根据流量结构自动调整主线与匝道的控制强度,实现对瓶颈区交通负荷的合理分配。 展开更多

We investigate the problem of coordinated chaos control on an urban expressway based on pinning synchronization of complex networks. A node coupling model of an urban expressway based on complex networks has been established using the cell transmission model(CTM). The pinning controller corresponding to multi-ramp coordinated controller was designed by using the delayed feedback control(DFC) method, whose objective is to realize periodical orbits from chaotic states. The concrete pinning control nodes corresponding to the subsystems of regulating the inflows from the on-ramps to the mainline were obtained and the parameters of the controller were optimized by using the stability theory of complex networks to ensure the network synchronization. The validity of the proposed coordinated chaos control method was proven via the simulation experiment. The results of the examples indicated that the order motion on urban expressway can be realized, the wide-moving traffic jam can be suppressed, and the operating efficiency is superior to that of the traditional control methods. 展开更多
