In the present work, a novel strategy was reported to induce remarkable HDI strengthening in MMCs by selecting a reinforcing material with excellent geometrically necessary dislocation(GND) storage ability. The viability of the proposed strategy was tested on additively manufactured nickel matrix composites consisting of Inconel 625 alloy(IN625) as the matrix and high-entropy alloy VNbMoTa as the reinforcing material. It was found that the average grain size and dislocation density of the additively manufactured MMCs gradually decreased with the increase in the additional amount of VNbMoTa. All the samples possessed a similar two-layer VNbMoTa-matrix interface structure containing a high-entropy alloy layer and a Laves phase layer;however, the interface width varied. This two-layer interface could hold GND pile-ups without breaking to ensure a good load transfer effect, and ductile VNbMoTa particles demonstrated excellent GND storage capacity to induce significant HDI stress. The HDI stress for the IN625-(10 wt%)VNbMoTa sample was approximately 200 MPa higher than that for the pure IN625 alloy, resulting in an excellent strength-ductility synergy. The yield strength and elongation of the IN625-(10 wt%)VNbMoTa sample reached(1 032.5 ± 18.8)MPa and(11.8 ± 1.2)%, respectively. In addition, the IN625-(10 wt%)VNbMoTa composite also demonstrated superior mechanical properties at 650℃ that were comparable to those at room temperature, implying that VNbMoTa addition remarkably limited strength reduction caused by temperature. Deformable VNbMoTa particles effectively alleviated the stress concentration, delayed the crack initiation, generated more dislocations and pile-ups, and, in turn, improved the overall high-temperature strength of composites.展开更多

Resveratrol has been reported to be one of the most potent chemopreventive agents that can inhibit cellular processes associated with ischemic stroke. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) has been considered as a potential drug target for the treatment of cerebral ischemia. To explore this, we tried to investigate the inter-action of resveratrol with MMPs through molecular docking studies. At 30 minutes before and 2 hours after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion induced by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery, 40 mg/kg resveratrol was intraperitoneally administered. After resveratrol administration, neu-rological function and brain edema were significantly alleviated, cerebral infarct volume was signiifcantly reduced, and nitrite and malondialdehyde levels in the cortical and striatal regions were signiifcantly decreased. The molecular docking study of resveratrol and MMPs revealed that resveratrol occupied the active site of MMP-2 and MMP-9. The binding energy of the complexes was –37.848672 kJ/mol and –36.6345 kJ/mol for MMP-2 and MMP-9, respectively. In case of MMP-2, Leu 164, Ala 165 and Thr 227 were engaged in H-Bonding with resveratrol and in case of MMP-9, H-bonding was found with Glu 402, Ala 417 and Arg 424 residues. These ifndings collectively reveal that resveratrol exhibits neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia through inhibiting MMP-2 and MMP-9 activity.展开更多

However, it is difficult to classitythe high dimensional feature matrix directly because of too large dimensions for many classifiers. This paper combines the concepts of time-frequency distribution(TFD) with non-negative matrix factorization(NMF), and proposes a novel TFD matrix factorization method to enhance representation and identification of bearing fault. Throughout this method, the TFD of a vibration signal is firstly accomplished to describe the localized faults with short-time Fourier transform(STFT). Then, the supervised NMF mapping is adopted to extract the fault features from TFD. Meanwhile, the fault samples can be clustered and recognized automatically by using the clustering property of NMF. The proposed method takes advantages of the NMF in the parts-based representation and the adaptive clustering. The localized fault features of interest can be extracted as well. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, the 9 kinds of the bearing fault on a test bench is performed. The proposed method can effectively identify the fault severity and different fault types. Moreover, in comparison with the artificial neural network(ANN), NMF yields 99.3% mean accuracy which is much superior to ANN. This research presents a simple and practical resolution for the fault diagnosis problem of rolling element bearing in high dimensional feature space.展开更多

R is called uniquely strongly clean if every element of R is uniquely strongly clean. The uniquely strong cleanness of the triangular matrix ring is studied. Let R be a local ring. It is shown that any n × n upper triangular matrix ring over R is uniquely strongly clean if and only if R is uniquely bleached and R/J(R) ≈Z2.

文摘In this paper we study Gorenstein(semiheredity)heredity, finite presentedness and F P-injectivity of modules over a formal triangular matrix ring.We provide necessary and sufficient conditions for such rings to be Gorenstein(semihereditary)hereditary and investigate when a triangular matrix ring is an n-FC ring.
文摘The main pathophysiology of cerebral ischemia is the structural alteration in the neurovascular unit, coinciding with neurovascular matrix degradation. These ifndings collectively reveal that resveratrol exhibits neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia through inhibiting MMP-2 and MMP-9 activity.
文摘In this paper we study the formal triangular matrix ring T =and give some necessary and sufficient conditions for T to be (strongly) separative, m-fold stable and unit 1-stable. Moreover, a condition for finitely generated projec-tive T-modules to have n in the stable range is given under the assumption that A and B are exchange rings.
文摘Let R and S be rings with identity, M be a unitary(R, S)-bimodule and T =(R M0 S)be the upper triangular matrix ring determined by R, S and M. In this paper we prove that under certain conditions a Jordan biderivation of an upper triangular matrix ring T is a biderivation of T.

文摘Due to the non-stationary characteristics of vibration signals acquired from rolling element bearing fault, thc time-frequency analysis is often applied to describe the local information of these unstable signals smartly. This research presents a simple and practical resolution for the fault diagnosis problem of rolling element bearing in high dimensional feature space.
文摘Pseudopolar rings are closely related to strongly -regular rings, uniquelystrongly clean rings and semiregular rings. In this paper, we investigate pseudopolar-ity of generalized matrix rings Ks(R) over a local ring R. We determine the conditionsunder which elements of Ks(R) are pseudopolar. Assume that R is a local ring. It isshown that A ∈ Ks(R) is pseudopolar if and only if A is invertible or A^2 ∈ J(Ks(R))or A is similar to a diagonal matrix [ u 0 0 j ]; where lu -rj and lj-ru are injectiveand u 2 U(R) and j ∈ J(R). Furthermore, several equivalent conditions for Ks(R)over a local ring R to be pseudopolar are obtained.

文摘Hybrid aluminum matrix composite powders reinforced with bimodal-sized Al2O3 particles were synthesized by mechanical milling. Two different approaches were investigated for the addition of submicron-and nano-sized Al2O3 particles to the aluminum powders,It was observed that the simultaneous addition of bimodal-sized Al2O3 particles to the aluminum powders resulted in an equiaxed morphology of the composite powders and the average particle size stabilized after 5 h of milling, indicating that the presence of bimodal-sized particles has greater effect on accelerating milling process as compared to nano-sized particles;the grain size of the aluminum matrix in composite powders was reduced to under 40 nm,approximate to the value obtained in the separate addition case, while a lower rate of refining was observed due to hindrance of submicron-sized particles on the interactions between nano-sized particles and the aluminum matrix.
