Ultrafast regulation of nano-scale matrix defects using electrical property discrepancies to delay material embrittlement

Nano-scale phases can enhance or reduce the mechanical properties of materials,so it is very important to control the size of the phases.Copper-rich nanoclusters as matrix defects will significantly reduce the performance of materials for key nuclear power components,while traditional heat treatment method has a technical bottleneck for the dissolution of nanoclusters.A new method of using the inherent electrical property discrepancies between the matrix material and the nanoclusters to effectively dissolve the nanoclusters through pulsed electric current to realize the recovery of material aging degradation performance is proposed.The performance evolution of simulated steel in the aging-external field repair cycle was studied,and it was found the dislocations as the preferred nucleation sites of nanoclusters were regulated in virtue of the non-thermal effect of current,resulting in a decrease in dislocation density and entanglement release.In the subsequent thermal aging process,the embrittlement rate of the aged and tempered material trained by the electric pulse was slower than that of the untreated sample.When moving dislocations are pinned by nanoclusters under high stress,nano-scale dislocations can be induced into the clusters.The dislocations near the nanoclusters and the newly formed nano-scale dislocations in the nanoclusters act as fast diffusion channels,which can further accelerate the dissolution of the nanoclusters. 展开更多

Systematic review on the use of autologous matrix-induced chondrogenesis for the repair of articular cartilage defects in patients 被引量:1

AIM To systematically review the results of studies looking at autologous matrix-induced chondrogenesis(AMIC) in humans. METHODS A literature search was performed, adhering to the PRISMA guidelines, to review any studies using such techniques in humans. Our initial search retrieved 297 articles listed on MEDLINE, Google Scholar, CINHal and EMBASE. From these studies, 15 studies meeting the eligibility criteria were selected and formed the basis of our systematic review.RESULTS The study designs, surgical techniques and outcome measures varied between the studies. Although all studies reported improvements in patient outcome measures, this was not necessarily correlated with magnetic resonance imaging findings. Although there were many additional procedures performed, when AMIC was performed in isolation, the results tended to peak at 24 mo before declining. CONCLUSION Although short-term studies suggest improved patient reported outcomes with a variety of scaffolds, surgical techniques and rehabilitation regimes, the literature remains equivocal on whether the defect size and location, and patient factors affect the outcome. Patientbenefit appears to be maintained in the short-tomedium term but more high level studies with extensive and robust validated outcome measures should be conducted to evaluate the medium-and long-term effect of the AMIC procedure. 展开更多

背景:脱钙骨基质是临床常用的骨修复材料,但在临床应用中发现存在成骨能力不足的问题,将脱钙骨基质与具有成骨潜力的细胞复合可有效提高成骨能力。目的:探讨脱钙骨基质复合脂肪源性干细胞提高桡骨节段性骨缺损修复能力的可行性。方法:... 背景:脱钙骨基质是临床常用的骨修复材料,但在临床应用中发现存在成骨能力不足的问题,将脱钙骨基质与具有成骨潜力的细胞复合可有效提高成骨能力。目的:探讨脱钙骨基质复合脂肪源性干细胞提高桡骨节段性骨缺损修复能力的可行性。方法:以猪骨为原材料制备脱钙骨基质,采用酶解贴壁法体外分离、培养新西兰大白兔脂肪源性干细胞,流式细胞术检测细胞表型,并进行成骨、成脂诱导分化。将脂肪源性干细胞接种到脱钙骨基质复合培养3 d,倒置显微镜、扫描电镜观察脂肪源性干细胞在脱钙骨基质上的生长情况。取新西兰大白兔24只,随机分成4组,分别为空白对照组、脱钙骨基质组、脂肪源性干细胞-脱钙骨基质组和自体骨组,建立双侧桡骨节段缺损(12 mm)模型,按组别植入相应材料,术后4,8,12周通过拍摄X射线片、苏木精-伊红染色评价骨修复情况。结果与结论:①培养的细胞贴壁聚集生长,呈长梭形,CD44、CD71高表达,CD34、CD45、CD106低表达;成骨诱导分化后茜素红染色可见被染成橘红色的矿化结节;成脂诱导分化后油红O染色可见细胞内染成鲜红色的脂滴;②脂肪源性干细胞紧密复合于脱钙骨基表面,生长状态良好,并向孔隙内部生长;③X射线片和组织学观察显示,脂肪源性干细胞-脱钙骨基质组新西兰大白兔骨缺损修复情况优于空白对照组、脱钙骨基质组,与自体骨组相当。结果表明,负载脂肪源性干细胞可有效弥补脱钙骨基质成骨能力的不足。 展开更多

目的探究缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者血清细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导剂(EMMPRIN)、血浆α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)与颈动脉狭窄程度、神经缺损度和梗死体积的相关性。方法选取2023年8月至2024年8月在沧州市中心医院就诊的ICVD患者92例(研究组)... 目的探究缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者血清细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导剂(EMMPRIN)、血浆α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)与颈动脉狭窄程度、神经缺损度和梗死体积的相关性。方法选取2023年8月至2024年8月在沧州市中心医院就诊的ICVD患者92例(研究组),另选取同期在本院就诊的健康者90例(对照组),分析血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平变化,分析研究组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140与颈动脉狭窄程度、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、梗死体积的相关性,受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平对缺血性脑血管病的预测价值。结果研究组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。中度狭窄组和重度狭窄组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平显著高于轻度狭窄组,重度狭窄组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平显著高于中度狭窄组(P<0.05)。中度缺损组和重度缺损组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平显著高于轻度缺损组,重度缺损组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平显著高于中度缺损组(P<0.05)。中梗死组和大梗死组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平显著高于小梗死组,大梗死组血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平显著高于中梗死组(P<0.05)。血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140与颈动脉狭窄程度、NIHSS评分、梗死体积皆为正相关(P<0.05)。血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140联合预测ICVD的AUC为0.917(95%CI=0.878~0.955)、敏感度91.30%、特异度78.89%,Z_(两者联合-EMMPRIN)=2.776、P=0.006、Z_(两者联合-GMP-140)=2.445、P=0.015,两者联合对ICVD的预测价值高于单独预测。结论血清EMMPRIN、GMP-140水平升高加重ICVD患者颈动脉狭窄程度、神经缺损度和梗死体积,两者联合对ICVD有一定诊断意义。 展开更多

Periosteum is a thin membrane that encases the surfaces of most bones.It is composed of an outer fibrous layer contains longitudinally oriented cells and collagen fibers and an inner cambial layer that consists of multipotent mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and osteogenic progenitor cells.Periosteum has a function of regulating cell and collagen arrangement,which is important to the integrity,modelling and remodelling of bone,particularly during bone defect repair.Apart from autograft and allograft,artificial periosteum,or tissue-engineered periosteum mimicking native periosteum in structure or function,made up of small intestinal submucosa,acellular dermis,induced membrane,cell sheets,and polymeric scaffolds,and so on,has been developed to be used in bone defect repair.In this review,we classify the artificial periosteum into three approaches based on the material source,that is,native tissues,scaffoldfree cell sheets and scaffold-cell composites.Mechanisms,methods and efficacy of each approach are provided.Existing obstacles and enabling technologies for future directions are also discussed. 展开更多

Using a stiffness matrix method, we in- vestigate the propagation behaviors of elastic waves in one-dimensional (1D) piezoelectric/piezomagnetic (PE/PM) phononic crystals (PCs) with line defects by calculating energy reflection/transmittion coefficients of quasi-pressure and quasi-shear waves. Line defects are created by the re- placement of PE or PM constituent layer. The defect modes existing in the first gap are considered and the influences on defect modes of the material properties and volume fraction of the defect layers, the type of incident waves, the location of defect layer and the number of structural layers are discussed in detail. Numerical results indicate that defect modes are the most obvious when the defect layers are inserted in the middle of the perfect PCs; the types of incidence wave and material properties of the defect layers have important effects on the numbers, the location of frequencies and the peaks of defect modes, and the defect modes are strongly de- pendent on volume fraction of the defect layers. We hope this paper will be found useful for the design of PE/PM acoustic filters or acoustic transducer with PCs structures. 展开更多

The preparation method of urethral extracellular matrix(ECM)was introduced and the biocompatibility of urethral ECM was studied.The urethral segmental defect was created artificially in animal models,which were followed by reconstruction with prepared urethral ECM.And postoperative histologic and pathologic exams were employed to evaluate the biocompatibility of urethral ECM.The experimental results show that urethral ECM was biocompatible and can promote cellular interaction as well as tissue development,Urethrography and urodynamic eraluation revealed that there was no difference between the normal and new tissue.The urethral ECM appears to be a useful material for urethral repair in the rabbit.It is biocompatible and for tissue handling. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility of repairing mandibular defect with osteoconductive porous beta-tricalcium phosphate ( β- TCP ) combined with osteoinductive bone matrix gelatin ( BMG ), which has good physical property and biompatibility and maybe a new type of artificial bone substitute. Bilateral mandible defects sized 1.0 cm ×0. 6 cm×0. 3 cm of fifteen rabbits were implanted with β- TCP ( control group ) and β- TCPI BMG( experimental group ) respectively. The specimens were harvested at 4^th , 8^th and 12^th weeks post-operation and examined by gross, X-ray, histomorphological and the computer analysis. The volume of newly-formed bone of the experimental side was much much than that of the control side at 4^th , 8^th and 12^th weeks. There is significant difference (p 〈 0.05) between experimental group and control group. Computer-aided X- ray analysis showed that the density of newly-formed bone, compared with the control side, were similar to the surrounding natural bone at 12^th week after operntion. Therefore, β- TCP/ BMG is a better bone substitute than TCP and is a degradable and biocompntible artificial bone substitute material and is osteoinductive and osteoconductive . 展开更多

唇肿瘤手术可能导致唇和唇周缺损,目前缺乏明确的唇肿瘤切除术后唇和唇周区域缺损分类分型与缺损修复重建原则。笔者根据唇缺损的范围将唇缺损分为唇部分缺损、唇全层缺损和唇全层伴唇周缺损3大类。其中唇部分缺损包括红唇缺损、唇皮肤... 唇肿瘤手术可能导致唇和唇周缺损,目前缺乏明确的唇肿瘤切除术后唇和唇周区域缺损分类分型与缺损修复重建原则。笔者根据唇缺损的范围将唇缺损分为唇部分缺损、唇全层缺损和唇全层伴唇周缺损3大类。其中唇部分缺损包括红唇缺损、唇皮肤缺损、唇黏膜缺损和唇洞穿缺损4型;唇全层缺损包括小半唇、半唇、次全唇缺损和全唇缺损4型;唇全层伴唇周缺损包括口角颊洞穿性缺损、全唇颏缺损和全唇鼻缺损3型。唇肿瘤根治性手术的同时,唇和唇周区域不同类型缺损原则上是同期修复的。缺损修复方法包括一期缝合、皮肤或黏膜移植、局部皮瓣、区域皮瓣、带蒂皮瓣、游离皮瓣和同种异体真皮基质修复等方法;也可以结合多个组织瓣进行修复重建。其中,腹侧舌肌黏膜瓣是修复重建红唇缺损的理想组织瓣;Abbe-Estlander瓣是唇缺损修复重建非常重要的技术;双侧颏神经血管V-Y岛状推进皮瓣与舌黏膜瓣联合重建全下唇缺损,方法可靠效果好;修复唇口角颊洞穿性缺损可选用Estlander瓣,折叠延长锁骨上岛状皮瓣或折叠面-颏下动脉岛状瓣;全唇颏或全唇鼻缺损等特大型缺损需要用胸大肌瓣,斜方肌肌皮瓣或游离组织瓣甚至联合多瓣进行修复。本文提出了唇肿瘤术后唇及唇周缺损的分类和分型,较系统地阐述了唇及唇周缺损功能修复重建的方法,对临床具有一定的指导和推广应用价值。 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to assess fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix as a scaffold for supporting the differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into neural cells fol-lowing induction with neural differentiation medium. We performed long-term, continuous observation of cell morphology, growth, differentiation, and neuronal development using several microscopy techniques in conjunction with immunohistochemistry. We examined speciifc neu-ronal proteins and Nissl bodies involved in the differentiation process in order to determine the neuronal differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. The results show that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells that differentiate on fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix display neuronal morphology with unipolar and bi/multipolar neurite elongations that express neuro-nal-speciifc proteins, includingβIII tubulin. The bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells grown on fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix and induced for long periods of time with neural differen-tiation medium differentiated into a multilayered neural network-like structure with long nerve ifbers that was composed of several parallel microifbers and neuronal cells, forming a complete neural circuit with dendrite-dendrite to axon-dendrite to dendrite-axon synapses. In addition, growth cones with filopodia were observed using scanning electron microscopy. Paraffin sec-tioning showed differentiated bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells with the typical features of neuronal phenotype, such as a large, round nucleus and a cytoplasm full of Nissl bodies. The data suggest that the biological scaffold fetal bovine acellular dermal matrix is capable of supporting human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell differentiation into functional neurons and the subsequent formation of tissue engineered nerve. 展开更多

Aiming at the problem,frequencytuned salient map is used to detect the fabric defect. Firstly,the images of fabric defect are divided into blocks. Then,the blocks are highlighted by frequency-tuned salient algorithm. Simultaneously,gray-level co-occurrence matrix is used to extract the characteristic value of each rectangular patch. Finally,PNN is used to detect the defect on the fabric image. The performance of proposed algorithm is estimated off-line by two sets of fabric defect images. 针刺陶瓷基复合材料在航空航天等热端结构上具有广泛应用前景,但在预制、沉积等过程中产生的制造缺陷导致其性能分散性大,难以准确预测其力学行为。本文基于X射线显微镜和三维图像重构技术,结合概率拟合方法,对材料孔隙缺陷的尺寸和结... 针刺陶瓷基复合材料在航空航天等热端结构上具有广泛应用前景,但在预制、沉积等过程中产生的制造缺陷导致其性能分散性大,难以准确预测其力学行为。本文基于X射线显微镜和三维图像重构技术,结合概率拟合方法,对材料孔隙缺陷的尺寸和结构特征进行参数化表征,发现与单向层相比,网胎层孔隙率高,且孔隙等效直径大,但长宽比小。采用椭球拟合和多尺度建模方法,对材料的弹性性能进行了预测和分析,预测结果与实验结果相差约3.1%,具有较好的准确性。通过对孔隙参数的讨论发现:单向层孔隙在分布方向上具有较好的统一性,对纤维束长度方向弹性性能的削减程度低于对其他方向弹性性能的削减程度;相较而言,网胎层具有较高的孔隙率,通过改善工艺参数降低网胎层孔隙率,有利于进一步提高材料整体的弹性性能。 展开更多

背景:研究证实,将脱细胞基质与聚合物进行混合纺丝不仅可改善纤维的结构性质,还可保存脱细胞基质的生物学活性,但是目前将聚氨酯与脱细胞皮肤基质进行静电纺丝制备皮肤组织工程支架还没有相关报道。目的:观察脱细胞皮肤基质/聚氨酯混纺... 背景:研究证实,将脱细胞基质与聚合物进行混合纺丝不仅可改善纤维的结构性质,还可保存脱细胞基质的生物学活性,但是目前将聚氨酯与脱细胞皮肤基质进行静电纺丝制备皮肤组织工程支架还没有相关报道。目的:观察脱细胞皮肤基质/聚氨酯混纺纤维支架对大鼠皮肤缺损的修复作用。方法:利用静电纺丝技术分别制备聚氨酯静电纺丝纤维支架和脱细胞皮肤基质/聚氨酯混纺纤维支架。扫描电镜下观察纤维结构;将大鼠脂肪间充质干细胞分别接种于两组支架上,扫描电镜下观察支架上的细胞形态。取10只SD大鼠,在每只大鼠背部制作3个1 cm×1 cm的全层皮肤缺损,其中2处缺损分别植入聚氨酯静电纺丝纤维支架(对照组)、脱细胞皮肤基质/聚氨酯混纺纤维支架(实验组),剩余缺损处不植入任何材料(空白对照组)。术后第1,2,3周,观察皮肤创面愈合情况;植入后第3周,进行创面苏木精-伊红染色,计算创面瘢痕面积。结果与结论:①扫描电镜下可见两种静电纺丝纤维均为网状结构,并且大鼠脂肪间充质干细胞在两种支架上沿纤维附着,黏附良好。②随着术后时间的延长,各组皮肤创面逐渐愈合,至术后第3周,实验组、对照组皮肤创面基本愈合,空白对照组创面可见小溃疡形成。皮肤创面苏木精-伊红染色显示,对照组、实验组创面表皮覆盖基本完整,真皮层内可见成纤维细胞长入和炎症细胞浸润,并且实验组创面胶原纤维较为丰富、排列规则有序,与表皮面基本平行;空白对照组创面表皮仍有缺损。实验组创面瘢痕面积小于其他两组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。③结果表明,脱细胞皮肤基质/聚氨酯混纺纤维支架可以有效修复大鼠全层皮肤缺损、改善创面瘢痕形成。 展开更多

针对烟盒质量检测中划痕缺陷识别准确率低、实时性差等问题,提出基于条纹纹理统计量(Stripe)构建的粒子群(PSO)优化Gabor滤波参数的划痕特征增强方法。在使用灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)提取Gabor滤波图像特征的基础上,设计条纹纹理统计量以量... 针对烟盒质量检测中划痕缺陷识别准确率低、实时性差等问题,提出基于条纹纹理统计量(Stripe)构建的粒子群(PSO)优化Gabor滤波参数的划痕特征增强方法。在使用灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)提取Gabor滤波图像特征的基础上,设计条纹纹理统计量以量化复杂背景下的“划痕”特征。图像方差和条纹纹理统计量共同构成粒子群优化算法的适应度函数,适应度值与滤波器提取划痕效果呈现强耦合性。采用具有不同角度的Gabor滤波器组成滤波器组,通过计算输出的多维图像中每个像素的均值获取图像模板,并利用图像蒙板去除背景干扰,从而判断图像中是否存在划痕缺陷。光学平台采集的图像数据集验证结果表明,即使在划痕受到不同程度背景干扰的情况下,Stripe_PSO方法依然可以保证准确率和召回率在90%以上,能够有效检测烟盒上色差不明显的划痕。 展开更多

保留反应性软组织联合脱矿牙本质基质应用于拔牙位点保存 被引量:2

背景:反应性软组织内的干细胞间充质具有促进组织再生的潜力,脱矿牙本质基质具有良好的生物相容性,可以作为位点保存术的支架材料,促进骨细胞的附着、增殖和分化。目的:影像学分析拔牙保留反应性软组织1个月后、行脱矿牙本质基质位点保... 背景:反应性软组织内的干细胞间充质具有促进组织再生的潜力,脱矿牙本质基质具有良好的生物相容性,可以作为位点保存术的支架材料,促进骨细胞的附着、增殖和分化。目的:影像学分析拔牙保留反应性软组织1个月后、行脱矿牙本质基质位点保存术后6个月牙槽骨高度和宽度的变化。方法:纳入38例患者共62个拔牙位点,拔除患牙保留反应性软组织1个月后应用脱矿牙本质基质行位点保存术,术前、术后即刻、术后6个月拍摄锥形束CT,分别测量近中骨高度、中央骨高度、远中骨高度、颊侧骨高度、舌侧骨高度、牙槽嵴宽度,根据拔牙后剩余牙槽窝骨壁数量分为一壁骨缺损、二壁骨缺损、三壁骨缺损、四壁骨缺损。比较位点保存术前、术后即刻、术后6个月的骨量变化。结果与结论:①在骨愈合期间无位点发生创口感染;②与位点保存术前比较,术后即刻骨高度、骨宽度明显增加(P<0.05);术后6个月骨高度增加(P<0.05),骨宽度无明显变化(P>0.05);与术后即刻比较,术后6个月骨宽度吸收了(1.253±2.896)mm(P<0.05),骨高度无明显变化(P>0.05);③位点保存术后即刻、术后6个月4种骨缺损类型的骨高度明显增加(P<0.05),骨宽度无显著变化(P>0.05);术后6个月较术前一壁骨缺损近中骨量增长最少(P<0.05),二壁骨缺损近中骨量增长最多(P<0.05);④结果表明:脱矿牙本质基质应用于位点保存术可有效预防和减缓拔牙术后的牙槽骨吸收,能够在一定程度上重建已发生吸收的牙槽骨轮廓;拔牙术后保留反应性组织应用于脱矿牙本质基质位点保存术中,可实现创口封闭,临床疗效好;脱矿牙本质基质应用于一壁、二壁、三壁、四壁牙槽窝位点保存效果相似,但总体而言,脱矿牙本质基质应用于骨壁完整的拔牙窝时位点保存效果更为优良。 展开更多
