MAP添加液对冰冻解冻去甘油红细胞保存的质量影响 被引量:2

目的观察冰冻解冻去甘油红细胞悬浮于MAP添加液中对保存效果的影响,探索最佳保存方式。方法本研究将采集后d 3的400 mL全血,离心制备成浓缩红细胞,使用ACP 215全自动血细胞仪,加入40%复方甘油溶液,置于-65℃超低温冰箱中保存30 d,解冻... 目的观察冰冻解冻去甘油红细胞悬浮于MAP添加液中对保存效果的影响,探索最佳保存方式。方法本研究将采集后d 3的400 mL全血,离心制备成浓缩红细胞,使用ACP 215全自动血细胞仪,加入40%复方甘油溶液,置于-65℃超低温冰箱中保存30 d,解冻去甘油洗涤后,等量分离成两袋,以添加0.9%氯化钠溶液为对照组;添加MAP为实验组,两组保存于2~6℃冷藏条件下,分别于0、1、3、5、7、14 d取样检测血液学参数指标、溶血指标、细胞代谢指标,观察两组在14 d保存期内的质量变化情况。结果研究发现两组红细胞在解冻去甘油后6项质控项目包括容量、血红蛋白含量、游离血红蛋白含量、白细胞残留量、甘油残留量、无菌试验的检测值均符合《全血及成分血质量要求》(GB18469-2012);压积、红细胞计数、Hb洗涤后回收率、MCV符合《冰冻红细胞质量评价指标专家共识》检测限值,血小板残留量超过检测限值(≤1%);在14 d保存期内,两组的RBC、Hct、MCV和血红蛋白含量值无统计学意义;两组游离血红蛋白、溶血率和K+值随保存时间延长而增加,分别于3、5、7、14 d;3、5、7、14 d;14 d组间有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组红细胞渗透脆性于14 d组间有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ATP、pH值随保存时间延长而下降,分别于3、5、7 d;1、3、5、7、14 d组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论悬浮于MAP添加液中的冰冻解冻去甘油红细胞可将血液保存期延长至7 d,本研究为相关标准的制定提供参考依据。 展开更多

Based on the pioneering work of Konishi et al. [Phys. Rev. E (1999) 60 4000], a new feedback control scheme is presented to suppress traffic jams based on the coupled map car-following model under the open boundary condition. The effect of the safe headway on the traffic system is considered. According to the control theory, the condition under which traffic jams can be suppressed is analyzed. The results are compared with the previous results concerning congestion control. The simulations show that the suppression performance of our scheme on traffic jams is better than those of the previous schemes, although all the schemes can suppress traffic jams. The simulation results are consistent with theoretical analyses. 展开更多

A control signal concluding the velocity differences of the two vehicles in front is put forward. The condition under which the traffic jam can be contained is analyzed. The results axe compared with that presented by Konishi et al [Phys. Rev. 1999 E 60 4000-4007]. The simulation results show that the temporal behavior obtained by our method is better than that by the Konishi's et al. method, although both the methods could suppress the traffic jam. Using newly developed methods and software, association mapping was conducted for chromium content and total sugar in tobacco leaf, based on four-omics datasets. Our objective was to collect data on genotype and phenotype for 60 leaf samples at four developmental stages, from three plant architectural positions and for three cultivars that were grown in two locations. Association mapping was conducted to detect genetic variants at quantitative trait SNP(QTS) loci, quantitative trait transcript(QTT) differences,quantitative trait protein(QTP) variability, and quantitative trait metabolite(QTM) changes,which can be summarized as QTX locus variation. The total heritabilities of the four-omics loci for both traits tested were 23.60% for epistasis and 15.26% for treatment interaction.Epistasis and environment × treatment interaction had important impacts on complex traits at all-omics levels. For decreasing chromium content and increasing total sugar in tobacco leaf, six methylated loci can be directly used for marker-assisted selection, and expression of ten QTTs, seven QTPs and six QTMs can be modified by selection or cultivation. 展开更多

In order to further improve the efficiency of video compression, we introduce a perceptual characteristics of Human Visual System (HVS) to video coding, and propose a novel video coding rate control algorithm based on human visual saliency model in H.264/AVC. Firstly, we modifie Itti's saliency model. Secondly, target bits of each frame are allocated through the correlation of saliency region between the current and previous frame, and the complexity of each MB is modified through the saliency value and its Mean Absolute Difference (MAD) value. Lastly, the algorithm was implemented in JVT JM12.2. Simulation results show that, comparing with traditional rate control algorithm, the proposed one can reduce the coding bit rate and improve the reconstructed video subjective quality, especially for visual saliency region. In this paper we present the control and synchronization of a coupled Bragg acousto-optic bistable map system using nonlinear feedback technology. This nonlinear feedback technology is useful to control a temporally chaotic system as well as a spatiotemporally chaotic system. It can be extended to synchronize the spatiotemporal chaos. It can work in a wide range of the controlled and synchronized signals, so it can decrease the sensitivity down to a noise level. The synchronization can be obtained by the analysis of the largest conditional Lyapunov exponent spectrum, and easily implemented in practical systems just by adjusting the coupled strength without any pre-knowledge of the dynamic system required. 展开更多

In light of previous work [Phys. Rev. E 60 4000 (1999)], a modified coupled-map car-following model is proposed by considering the headways of two successive vehicles in front of a considered vehicle described by the optimal velocity function. The non-jam conditions are given on the basis of control theory. Through simulation, we find that our model can exhibit a better effect as p = 0.65, which is a parameter in the optimal velocity function. The control scheme, which was proposed by Zhao and Gao, is introduced into the modified model and the feedback gain range is determined. In addition, a modified control method is applied to a mixed traffic system that consists of two types of vehicle. The range of gains is also obtained by theoretical analysis. Comparisons between our method and that of Zhao and Gao are carried out, and the corresponding numerical simulation results demonstrate that the temporal behavior of traffic flow obtained using our method is better than that proposed by Zhao and Gao in mixed traffic systems. 展开更多

A modified coupled map car-following model is proposed, in which two successive vehicle headways in front of the considering vehicle is incorporated into the optimal velocity function. The steady state under certain conditions is obtained. An error system around the steady state is studied further. Moreover, the condition for the state having no traffic jam is derived. A new control scheme is presented to suppress the traffic jam in the modified coupled map car-following model under the open boundary. A control signal including the velocity differences between the following and the considering vehicles, and between the preceding and the considering vehicles is used. The condition under which the traffic jam can be well suppressed is analysed. The results are compared with that presented by t^onishi et al. (the KKH model). The simulation results show that the temporal behaviour obtained in our model is better than that in the KKH model. The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. 展开更多

The nonlinear feedback method is used to study the control of the chaotic system of the unidirectionally traffic coupled map lattice model. The stability of spatiotemporal chaos in the coupled map lattice is realized. The results of numerical simulation show that there is a relationship between control results and control parameters when controlling spatiotemporal chaos to a uniform stable state in a certain phase space compression parameter region. 展开更多

This paper presents a numerical algorithm tuning aircraft landing gear control system with three objectives,including reducing relative vibration, reducing hydraulic strut force and controlling energy consumption. Sliding mode control is applied to the vibration control of a simplified landing gear model with uncertainty. A two-stage generalized cell mapping algorithm is applied to search the Pareto set with gradient-free scheme. Drop test simulations over uneven runway show that the vibration and force interaction can be considerably reduced, and the Pareto optimum form a tight range in time domain. 展开更多

基于Ether CAT控制多轴系统存在的同步误差问题,时延预测对于提高Ether CAT网络中主从同步精度十分重要。Ether CAT总线传输时延具有不确定性和非线性等特性,针对该问题,提出了基于经验模态分解(EMD)与多策略哈里斯鹰(IHHO)的长短期记... 基于Ether CAT控制多轴系统存在的同步误差问题,时延预测对于提高Ether CAT网络中主从同步精度十分重要。Ether CAT总线传输时延具有不确定性和非线性等特性,针对该问题,提出了基于经验模态分解(EMD)与多策略哈里斯鹰(IHHO)的长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)时延预测方法。首先,将时延序列利用EMD算法处理,以降低时延序列的非平稳性;其次,针对哈里斯鹰种群初始分布不均匀的问题,增加改进的ICMIC混沌映射来提高种群分布多样性,并引入反S型能量控制因子,平衡算法的全局搜索和局部开发能力,修正寻优模型;由于随机向量的不确定性,采用衰减机制更新随机向量,得到规则的向量变化;最后,利用IHHO-LSTM模型对分解的固有模态函数建模,并将各分量的预测值叠加得到最终的预测值。实验结果表明:文中提出的EMD-IHHO-LSTM时延预测模型相较于传统HHO-LSTM模型在MAE,RMSE,MAPE分别提高了58.39%,69.85%,69.66%,可有效预测网络时延,验证了所提模型的有效性和优越性。 展开更多

随着全球矿产资源需求的持续增长,高效勘查已成为保障资源安全的必然选择。当前,矿产资源需求不断攀升,深地探测和物化探技术快速进步,人工智能与信息技术迅猛发展,亟待建立高效的矿产勘查系统理论,尤其是对于广泛分布但难以定位的热液... 随着全球矿产资源需求的持续增长,高效勘查已成为保障资源安全的必然选择。当前,矿产资源需求不断攀升,深地探测和物化探技术快速进步,人工智能与信息技术迅猛发展,亟待建立高效的矿产勘查系统理论,尤其是对于广泛分布但难以定位的热液型矿床。热液型矿床具有构造控制显著、流体来源多元、成矿过程复杂、矿体形态多样、热液蚀变明显、经济价值突出和找矿难度大等特点,其形成与构造作用、岩浆活动或地热系统密切相关,明显受构造环境、流体性质及其物理化学条件控制,在本质上是热液运移沉淀的动力学过程,是构造驱动矿质活化、流体运移和构造“末端”与流体“末端”耦合成矿作用的产物。数十年来,矿床模型在找矿实践中发挥着重要作用,但以此驱动的矿产勘查理论和技术在满足深部找矿勘查需求方面仍面临挑战。为此,本研究综合国内外矿产勘查研究成果和团队大量找矿实践,从矿产勘查系统的内涵出发,引入“映射”(mapping)概念,探讨了成矿构造系统(MTS)、热液成矿系统(HMS)和勘查信息系统(EIS)之间的控制映射关系,初建了热液矿床三元协同的控制映射勘查系统论的基本架构(HD-CMSA)。从时间空间物质能量4个维度,论证了其理论(TFCMS)和技术框架(MFCMS)中需解决的关键科学技术问题和研究内容,以阐明成矿构造系统对热液成矿系统多层次成矿空间的控制作用,勘查信息系统对成矿构造系统和热液成矿系统的多尺度映射关系,并通过实例验证多尺度(矿集区、矿田和矿床)找矿勘查技术方法组合“三部曲”的有效性。本研究为深部隐伏矿床(体)预测和矿产勘查提供了新的理论视角,有望推动矿产资源高效勘查与评价,助力新一轮找矿突破行动。 展开更多

2023年3月30日,由国内商业航天企业航天宏图信息技术股份有限公司(以下简称航天宏图)运营的航天宏图一号卫星(PIESAT-1)成功发射,为国产SAR卫星的发展注入了新的动力,作为“女娲星座”首发星,其具备高精度地形测绘、高分宽幅成像、高精... 2023年3月30日,由国内商业航天企业航天宏图信息技术股份有限公司(以下简称航天宏图)运营的航天宏图一号卫星(PIESAT-1)成功发射,为国产SAR卫星的发展注入了新的动力,作为“女娲星座”首发星,其具备高精度地形测绘、高分宽幅成像、高精度形变监测等能力。但目前关于该卫星的相关研究较少,亟须探索其真实的测图能力。本文利用星载In SAR生产DEM技术流程,针对PIESAT-1独特的“1主+3辅”车轮编队构型进行相应技术调整。首先,选取了山地、丘陵、平原3种特殊的地形为研究对象,结合PIESAT-1卫星在轨测试期间获取的单视斜距复影像干涉对(L1B)数据,利用In SAR技术提取DEM,并以ICESat-2控制点和Copernicus DEM作为参考,验证PIESAT-1的地形测绘精度。结果表明,在山地、丘陵和平原3种地形条件下,PIESAT-1 DEM产品的垂直精度均高于Copernicus DEM,RMSE值分别为4.8727 m、7.8329 m、0.9857 m;同时,PIESAT-1 DEM产品在空间分辨率上优于Copernicus DEM产品,能够更清晰地描绘地形的细节特征;本文还考虑了植被对DEM产品精度的影响,在高植被区域,植被所产生的误差不可无视。通过本文实验表明PIESAT-1用于全球地形测绘任务时,独特的编队方式使其在空间分辨率、测绘效率、测量精度上均占据巨大优势,这为“女娲星座”的业务化应用提供了重要参考。 展开更多

随着城市化进程的快速推进和极端天气事件的频发,全球范围内越来越多的城市正面临着不断增长的雨洪灾害风险。绿色基础设施(Green infrastructure,GI)被证实具有管理城市雨洪的能力,能够增强城市建成环境的雨洪韧性,降低城市雨洪灾害风... 随着城市化进程的快速推进和极端天气事件的频发,全球范围内越来越多的城市正面临着不断增长的雨洪灾害风险。绿色基础设施(Green infrastructure,GI)被证实具有管理城市雨洪的能力,能够增强城市建成环境的雨洪韧性,降低城市雨洪灾害风险。以浙江省海宁市中心城区72个社区为研究对象,基于“风险三角形”模型,构建基于实证数据的城市雨洪灾害风险降低导向下的GI选址模型,对海宁市社区尺度GI选址优先级进行计算,并绘制雨洪灾害风险地图。根据主导用地类型将海宁市社区划分为4类,基于评估结果,分析4类社区的现状特征、主要致灾因子,构建雨洪灾害风险降低导向下的差异化社区GI规划管控指引并应用于社区GI规划选址实践。希望为城市应对雨洪灾害风险的相关研究与实践提供一定参考。 展开更多
