Newest planning methods implemented by Chinese government are promoting a coordinated regional development and shaping an orderly spatial structure by applying the regulation of territorial function. This article analyzes the problems of spatial planning and regional strategy caused by the wrongly-set primary goal of economic development; it states that the three-fold objective of competitiveness, sustainability, and welfare fairness shall be the principal for China to implement the spatial regulation in the new era; it discusses about theoretical thoughts and technology framework of conducting the ′Major Function Oriented Zone′ based on their different major functions that each region plays in urbanization and industrialization, ecological constructions, grain productions, and protection of natural and cultural heritages; it introduces the new concept of ′Major Function Oriented Zone′ that include the major functions category, the stereo regional equilibrium mode, the two-level zoning specification, and the territorial development intensity; it offers a zoning scheme that defines development-optimized and development-prioritized zones as regions with massive urbanization and industrialization, development-restricted zones as ecological constructing or grain producing regions, development-prohibited zones as natural and cultural heritage protecting regions; and finally it addresses the main obstacle for implementing ′Major Function Oriented Zone′, which is the institutional arrangement of the supreme goal of high GDP growth rate that is currently being implemented. 展开更多

The spatial structures of China’s Major Function Zoning are important constraining indicators in all types of spatial planning and key parameters for accurately downscaling major functions.Taking the proportion of urbanization zones,agricultural development zones and ecological security zones as the basic parameter,this paper explores the spatial structures of major function zoning at different scales using spatial statistics,spatial modeling and landscape metrics methods.The results show:First,major function zones have spatial gradient structures,which are prominently represented by latitudinal and longitudinal gradients,a coastal distance gradient,and an eastern-central-western gradient.Second,the pole-axis system structure and core-periphery structure exist at provincial scales.The general principle of the pole-axis structure is that as one moves along the distance axis,the proportion of urbanization zones decreases and the proportion of ecological security zones increases.This also means that the proportion of different function zones has a ring-shaped spatial differentiation principle with distance from the core.Third,there is a spatial mosaic structure at the city and county scale.This spatial mosaic structure has features of both spatial heterogeneity,such as agglomeration and dispersion,as well as of mutual,adjacent topological correlation and spatial proximity.The results of this study contribute to scientific knowledge on major function zones and the principles of spatial organization,and it acts as an important reference for China’s integrated geographical zoning. 展开更多

Examining the influence of the implementation of Major Function-oriented Zones on built-up area expansion in China 被引量:14

China had implemented the national strategies for Major Function-oriented Zones (MFOZs) to realize the goal of national sustainable development since 2010. This study analyzed and compared spatio-temporal characteristics and differences in built-up area for China's MFOZs using a China' s Land Use Database (CLUD) derived from high-resolution remotely sensed images in the periods of 2000-2010 and 2010-2013. To sum up: (1) The percentage of built-up area in each of the MFOZs was significantly different, revealing the gradient feature of national land development based on the distribution of the main functions. (2) Annual growth in built-up area in optimal development zones (ODZs) decreased signifi- cantly during 2010-2013 compared with the period 2000-2010, while annual growth in built-up area in key development zones (KDZs), agricultural production zones (APZs) and key ecological function zones (KEFZs) increased significantly. (3) In ODZs, the average annual increase in built-up area in the Yangtze River Delta region was significantly higher than in other regions; the average area increase and rate of increase of built-up area in KDZs was faster in the western region than in other regions; average annual area growth of built-up area in APZs in the northeast, central and western regions was twice as high as the previous decade on average; the annual rate of change and increase in the dynamic degree of built-up area were most notable in KEFZs in the central region. (4) The spatial pattern and charac- teristics of built-up area expansions in the period 2010-2013 reflected the gradient feature of the plan for MFOZs. But the rate of increase locally in built-up area in ODZs, APZs and KEFZs is fast, so the effective measures must be adopted in the implementation of national and regional policies. The conclusions indicated these methods and results were meaningful for future regulation strategies in optimizing national land development in China. 展开更多

The major function oriented zoning plays a role in spatial coordination mainly' by spatial guidance and restriction, so. the proposal of major function oriented zoning gives a new train of thought to generate a coordination evaluation of economy-society and the resource-environment system, From the view of major function oriented zoning that considers resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development density and development potential, this paper constructs an index system and model of coordination evahtation with a case study on Pearl River Delta. The results have shown: (I) It can reveal the conflicts of economic-social development and resource-environment quality to ac- curately consider resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development densio~ and development po- tential; (2) The coordination degree between social-economy system and resource-environment system in Pearl River Delta continued to decline in the past 10 years. Functional magnetic resonance imaging was used during emotion recognition to identify changes in functional brain activation in 21 first-episode, treatment-naive major depressive disorder patients before and after antidepressant treatment. Following escitalopram oxalate treatment, patients exhibited decreased activation in bilateral precentral gyrus, bilateral middle frontal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, bilateral postcentral gyrus, left cingulate and right parahippocampal gyrus, and increased activation in right superior frontal gyrus, bilateral superior parietal Iobule and left occipital gyrus during sad facial expression recognition. After antidepressant treatment, patients also exhibited decreased activation in the bilateral middle frontal gyrus, bilateral cingulate and right parahippocampal gyrus, and increased activation in the right inferior frontal gyrus, left fusiform gyrus and right precuneus during happy facial expression recognition. Our experimental findings indicate that the limbic-cortical network might be a key target region for antidepressant treatment in major depressive disorder. 展开更多

Furthermore, we find the coefficients bounds on |a_2| and |a_3| for functions in*n,G∑ a,λ(A_1, B_1, A_2, B_2, α_1, α_2), which is the bi-univalent functions defined by n,G ∑a,λ(A, B, α) and subordination. Major depressive disorder(MDD) is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,correlating with genetic susceptibility and environmental risk factors.Molecular,functional,and structural imaging approaches have been increasingly used to detect neurobiological changes,analyze neurochemical correlates,and parse pathophysiological mechanisms underlying MDD.We reviewed recent neuroimaging publications on MDD in terms of molecular,functional,and structural alterations as detected mainly by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and positron emission tomography.Altered structure and function of brain regions involved in the cognitive control of affective state have been demonstrated.An abnormal default mode network,as revealed by resting-state functional MRI,is likely associated with aberrant metabolicand serotonergic function revealed by radionuclide imaging.Further multi-modal investigations are essential to clarify the characteristics of the cortical network and serotonergic system associated with behavioral and genetic variations in MDD. 展开更多

[Method] The relationship between Major Function Oriented Zoning (MFOZ hereafter) and agricultural development is explored with the case of Long'an County in Guangxi. [Result] In the research, agricultural function, featured by composition and diversification, is considered one of territorial function typs, contributed by ecology, land, industries and population. With Long'an as a study case, it can be concluded that the plan of major agriculture-oriented counties is as follows: With guidance of territorial function, the counties should formulate the strategies of major function oriented zones, strive for more social and economic resources for agricultural development, extend agricultural functions, enhance the role of agricultural additional functions, strengthen ecological conservation, improve agricultural productivity and transportation, reinforce exchange of countryside with other regions. In addition, attention should be paid to reconstruction of population and industry pattern for redistribution on the basis of evaluation on bearing capacity of resources and environment. [Conclusion] In future, major agriculture oriented county should coordinate relationship among agriculture, industries, ecology and population with rational distribution of territorial function in county to guarantee stable and sustainable agricultural development. 展开更多

目的探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后患者接受芪参益气滴丸治疗对抑制心肌重构以及心功能改善所产生的影响。方法选取60例CABG术后患者,随机分为观察组(常规治疗+芪参益气滴丸)和对照组(常规治疗),每组30例。比较两组围术期指标、心功... 目的探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后患者接受芪参益气滴丸治疗对抑制心肌重构以及心功能改善所产生的影响。方法选取60例CABG术后患者,随机分为观察组(常规治疗+芪参益气滴丸)和对照组(常规治疗),每组30例。比较两组围术期指标、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)]、心肌重构指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(PWT)]及主要心血管不良事件(MACE)发生情况。结果观察组术后引流量(325.47±58.32)ml少于对照组的(412.65±72.18)ml,机械通气时间(8.23±2.15)h、术后住院时间(7.85±1.23)d短于对照组的(11.76±3.42)h、(9.62±1.87)d(P<0.05)。观察组术后3、6、12个月的LVEF[(52.18±5.27)%、(54.67±4.83)%、(56.23±5.12)%]高于对照组[(48.05±4.76)%、(49.82±5.14)%、(51.07±4.95)%],NT-proBNP[(361.18±98.76)、(287.45±85.32)、(215.67±72.15)pg/ml]低于对照组[(423.75±112.34)、(378.56±96.87)、(324.23±88.52)pg/ml](P<0.05)。观察组术后3、6、12个月的LVEDd、LVESd、IVST、PWT小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总MACE发生率6.67%(2/30)低于对照组的33.33%(10/30)(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸可抑制CABG术后心肌重构,改善心功能,降低MACE发生风险。 展开更多

目的探讨替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷分别联合瑞替普酶(r-PA)溶栓治疗在急性ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)患者中的疗效。方法将南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2023年1月至2024年12月收治的72例急性STEMI患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,... 目的探讨替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷分别联合瑞替普酶(r-PA)溶栓治疗在急性ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)患者中的疗效。方法将南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2023年1月至2024年12月收治的72例急性STEMI患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各36例,对照组予以氯吡格雷+r-PA溶栓治疗,研究组予以替格瑞洛联合r-PA溶栓治疗。比较两组患者TIMI血流分级、心功能指标、凝血指标、炎症指标及主要心血管不良事件(MACE)发生率。结果溶栓后90 min,研究组TIMI 0级、1级占比低于对照组,2级、3级占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)水平均较治疗前升高,左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)较治疗前降低,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组MACE发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性STEMI患者应用替格瑞洛联合r-PA溶栓治疗相较于氯吡格雷联合r-PA溶栓治疗的临床应用价值更为理想,其可进一步促进其血流分级提高与心功能恢复,改善机体凝血状态,减轻机体炎症反应,具有临床应用意义。 展开更多

A large number of studies have demonstrated that depression patients have cognitive dysfunction. With recently developed brain functional imaging, studies have focused on changes in brain function to investigate cognitive changes. However, there is still controversy regarding abnormalities in brain functions or correlation between cognitive impairment and brain function changes. Thus, it is important to design an emotion-related task for research into brain function changes. We selected positive, neutral, and negative pictures from the International Affective Picture System. Patients with major depressive disorder were asked to judge emotion pictures. In addition, functional MRI was performed to synchronously record behavior data and imaging data. Results showed that the total correct rate for recognizing pictures was lower in patients compared with normal controls. Moreover, the consistency for recognizing pictures for depressed patients was worse than normal controls, and they frequently recognized positive pictures as negative pictures. The consistency for recognizing pictures was negatively correlated with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale. Functional MRI suggested that the activation of some areas in the frontal lobe, temporal lobe, parietal lobe, limbic lobe, and cerebellum was enhanced, but that the activation of some areas in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe and occipital lobe was weakened while the patients were watching positive and neutral pictures compared with normal controls. The activation of some areas in the frontal lobe temporal lobe, parietal lobe, and limbic lobe was enhanced, but the activation of some areas in the occipital lobe were weakened while the patients were watching the negative pictures compared with normal controls. These findings indicate that patients with major depressive disorder have negative cognitive disorder and extensive brain dysfunction. Thus, reduced activation of the occipital lobe may be an initiating factor for cognitive disorder in depressed patients. 展开更多

Obtained data was recorded for statistical analysis and the values of right eyes were compared between groups. ·RESULTS: The mean best corrected visual acuity was 1.34 ±0.75 in TM and 1.08 ±0.28 in controls. It was found lower than 0.1 logMAR unit in 10(23.2%) children with TM and 2(4.2%) in controls,and the difference was statistically significant(P 【0.05). The mean central corneal thickness was 540±26.95 in children with TM and 536.98± 20.45μm in controls(P 】0.05). The mean axial length was 22.53±0.50 in TM and 22.57±0.43mm in the control group. The mean Schirmer test score was 19.94±6.91 in TM and 24.22±3.95mm in the control group(P 【0.01). The mean BUT score was 9.62 ±1.28 in TM and 9.73 ±0.6s in the control group(P 】0.05). ·CONCLUSION: In TM,while corneal thickness,axial length,and BUT are close to controls,the Schirmer scores are less than normal. The study revealed that TM may be affected by the tear function and visual acuity. 展开更多
