In this paper, we investigate a new perturbation theorem for the Moore-Penrose metric generalized inverses of a bounded linear operator in Banach space. The main tool in this paper is "the generalized Neumann lemma" which is quite different from the method in [12] where "the generalized Banach lemma" was used. By the method of the perturba- tion analysis of bounded linear operators, we obtain an explicit perturbation theorem and three inequalities about error estimates for the Moore-Penrose metric generalized inverse of bounded linear operator under the generalized Neumann lemma and the concept of stable perturbations in Banach spaces. 展开更多

We study the relationship between energy consumption and economic growth in the case of USA by using an asymmetric ARDL bounds test approach to achieve the actual model. The quarterly data set covers the period of 1973:1- 2013:4. The findings indicate that the effect of energy consumption is asymmetric in the long term but not in the short term. In the long run, the effect of negative component of energy consumption on economic growth is small and statistically insignificant. The coefficient of the positive component of energy consumption is found about 0.9 and statistically significant at 1% level. We conclude that energy saving policies such as technological progress and organizational rearrangements may have the dimmer effect for the impact of a negative component of energy consumption and the booster effect for impact of the positive component of energy consumption. Thus, energy saving policy should be tightly followed by the goal of high economic growth. 展开更多

The sufficient and necessary condition for bounds of decreasing rate of a time-varying linear system to be assigned arbitrarily is presented. It is pointed out that for any given real number m, M, m<M, there exists a linear state feedback with time-varying gain matrix which makes the corresponding closed-loop system possess M and m as its upper bound and lower bound of the decreasing rate respectively. For the purposes of its application to system design the concept of the asymptotic assignment of the bounds of decreasing rate is also proposed. 推荐系统中因交互数据稀疏性和曝光不均导致的强曝光偏差,会集中推荐高曝光物品,忽略低曝光物品的潜在价值,从而限制用户选择并降低用户体验。为解决这一问题,提出一种结合神经协同过滤和线性置信上界算法的去曝光偏差模型。首先,通过... 推荐系统中因交互数据稀疏性和曝光不均导致的强曝光偏差,会集中推荐高曝光物品,忽略低曝光物品的潜在价值,从而限制用户选择并降低用户体验。为解决这一问题,提出一种结合神经协同过滤和线性置信上界算法的去曝光偏差模型。首先,通过分析用户与物品之间的交互数据,利用神经协同过滤算法学习用户和物品的特征,捕捉其潜在偏好;其次,引入线性置信上界算法,并将其生成的奖励值特征嵌入到神经协同过滤模型中,以增强模型对低曝光物品的探索能力;最后,在MovieLens-100K和MovieLens-1M数据集上进行实验,结果显示,与传统的神经协同过滤模型相比,该模型的曝光度提升了约60%,说明其能够有效地缓解曝光偏差,并提高推荐的准确性和公平性,进一步验证了该模型的有效性。 展开更多

A linear-correction least-squares(LCLS) estimation procedure is proposed for geolocation using frequency difference of arrival (FDOA) measurements only. We first analyze the measurements of FDOA, and further derive the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB) of geoloeation using FDOA measurements. For the localization model is a nonlinear least squares(LS) estimator with a nonlinear constrained, a linearizing method is used to convert the model to a linear least squares estimator with a nonlinear con- strained. The Gauss-Newton iteration method is developed to conquer the source localization problem. From the analysis of solving Lagrange multiplier, the algorithm is a generalization of linear-correction least squares estimation procedure under the condition of geolocation using FDOA measurements only. The algorithm is compared with common least squares estimation. Comparisons of their estimation accuracy and the CRLB are made, and the proposed method attains the CRLB. Simulation re- sults are included to corroborate the theoretical development. 展开更多

光伏微电网作为光伏接入大电网的有效载体备受关注,然而伴随着技术迭代,其内部分布式光伏电力的高效消纳问题日益凸显。电动汽车充电的可调度性能够有效解决这一问题。针对光伏微电网内电动汽车协同调度问题,提出一种基于历史负荷预测... 光伏微电网作为光伏接入大电网的有效载体备受关注,然而伴随着技术迭代,其内部分布式光伏电力的高效消纳问题日益凸显。电动汽车充电的可调度性能够有效解决这一问题。针对光伏微电网内电动汽车协同调度问题,提出一种基于历史负荷预测误差优化广播电价上下限的博弈调度方法。具体而言,我们建立了一个主从博弈框架,其中微电网运营商作为主导方追求利润最大化,而电动汽车用户则作为跟随方优化其充电策略,该模型的求解结合了对偶理论和混合整数线性规划方法,对主从博弈模型求解。求解时进一步考虑预测误差对实时购电的损失,并基于电动汽车充电负荷的预测误差设计了动态电价形成机制。通过预测误差优化博弈可行域范围的同时,提高光伏微电网运营商的收益,降低电动汽车用户充电成本。最后的案例研究与仿真实验,均证实了该方案具备良好的合理性与实用性。 展开更多

The system is assumed to have bounded uncertainties that appear on both the state and output matrices. The observer design problem is formulated as a set of linear constraints which can be easily solved using linear matrix inequalities (LMI) technique. An application based on manipulator arm actuated by a direct current (DC) motor is presented to evaluate the performance of the proposed observer.
