Scientific instruments serve as foundational pillars for both scientific progress and industrial innovation,enabling deep exploration and driving technological breakthroughs.Their independent controllability and conti...Scientific instruments serve as foundational pillars for both scientific progress and industrial innovation,enabling deep exploration and driving technological breakthroughs.Their independent controllability and continuous innovation are indispensable for sustaining a competitive advantage in technological development,thereby securing national scientific capacity and long-term strategic growth.At present,however,China faces substantial risks of technological"stranglehold"in the high-end scientific instrument domain.The underlying causes are multifaceted,arising not only from insufficient accumulation of core technologies but also from entrenched systemic and ecosystem-level barriers that impede the application,scaling,and promotion of domestic instruments.This paper provides a systematic analysis of the challenges hindering the widespread adoption of domestically developed scientific instruments and proposes practical pathways to build a new,integrated"R&D-application-promotion"ecosystem.This ecosystem is anchored in trust,driven by user demand,and shaped through collaborative innovation.Key initiatives include organizing user visits to instrument manufacturers,convening seminars on domestic alternatives to imported equipment,establishing demonstration centers for application and promotion,and involving end-users directly in the R&D and iterative upgrading of domestic instruments.Together,these efforts aim to close the final critical gap,advancing domestic instruments from merely"functional"to genuinely"user-friendly",and ultimately to"widely implemented".By doing so,this framework offers both theoretical grounding and practical guidance for achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and sustained innovation capacity.展开更多

Key technologies including high bench blasting, inclined hole, millisecond blasting, pre-splitting blasting and casting blast parameters determination which have influence on the effect of casting blast have been researched with the combination of the ballistic theory and experience in mines. The integrated digital processing system of casting blast was developed in order to simplify the design process of casting blast, improve working efficiency and veracity of design result and comprehensively adopt the software programming method and the theory of casting blast. This system has achieved five functions, namely, the 3D visualization graphics management, the intelligent management of geological information, the intelligent design of casting blast, the analysis and prediction of the blasting effect and the automatic output of the design results. Long-term application in opencast coal mines has shown that research results can not only reduce the specific explosive consumption and improve the blasting effect, but also have high value of popularization and application.展开更多

An integrated technology package was built for safe, efficient, and continuous mining in a deep, massive, and complex nickel and cobalt mine. This was done by the invention of a large-area continuous mining method with honeycomb drives; the establishment of ground control theory and a technology package for high-stress and fragmented ore rock: and the development of a new type of backfilling cement material, along with a deep backfilling technology that comprises the pipeline transport of high-density slurry with coarse aggregates. In this way, good solutions to existing problems were found to permit the efficient exploitation and comprehensive utilization of the resources in the deep Jinchuan nickel mine. In addition, a technological demonstration in an underground mine was performed using the cemented undercut-and-fill mining method for stressful, frag- mented, and rheological rock.展开更多

There are abundant tight sandstone gas resources in the Sichuan Basin,which are the important objects of reserve and production increase and large-scale development.Due to their discontinuous sandbody distribution,nar...There are abundant tight sandstone gas resources in the Sichuan Basin,which are the important objects of reserve and production increase and large-scale development.Due to their discontinuous sandbody distribution,narrow channels,and strong horizontal and vertical heteroge-neity,however,conventional fracturing technologies cannot achieve the ideal stimulation effect here.In order to address this difficulty,this paper dissects the geology engineering characteristics of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the western Sichuan Basin.Starting from the seepage mechanics theory,the concept of“multi-scale high-density”tight gas fracturing technology is put forward by fully referring to the experience of previous multi-round reservoir stimulation in the western Sichuan Basin and the idea of unconventional volume fracturing technology.In addition,its conceptual connotation,key technologies and implementation effects are illustrated.The following research results are obtained.First,the seepage characteristics make it necessary for the efficient production of tight gas reserves to increase fracture density and stimulated reservoir volume(SRV).Second,the“multi-scale high-density”fracturing technology emphasizes the rationality of high-density hydraulic fracture creation and the matching of multi-scale fractureflow capacity,and aims at establishing a multi-level fracture system with effective and steady gasflow in tight reservoirs through fracturing.Third,the“wide,dense,support,stable,and precise”fracturing technology is applied to improve single well production and estimated ultimate recovery(EUR).Fourth,the engineering practice of“multi-scale high-density”fracturing technology in the tight reservoirs of Jurassic Shaximiao Formation and Triassic Xujiahe Formation in the ZJ Gas Field realizes the average single well production rate of 15.6104 m3/d,which is 1.96 times higher than that before the stimulation.Obviously,it provides powerful support for the operation of the ZJ Gas Field into a giant gasfield with the reserves of 100 billion cubic meters.In conclusion,the formation of the concept and key technologies of“multi-scale high-density”fracturing technology effectively supports the efficient development of tight gas in the western Sichuan Basin and points out the following research direction of tight gas reservoir stimulation.The research results provide reference and guidance for the large-scale benefit development of tight gas in China.展开更多

Following the advancement in quantum communication networks, it becomes feasible and economical to combine QKD with classical optical communication through the same fiber using dense wavelength division multiplexing(DWDM) technology. This study proposes a detailed scheme of TF-QKD protocol with DWDM technology and analyzes its performance, considering the influence of quantum channel number and adjacent quantum crosstalk on the secret key rates. The simulation results show that the scheme further increases the secret key rate of TF-QKD and its variants. 文摘Quantum key distribution(QKD) generates information-theoretical secret keys between two parties based on the physical laws of quantum mechanics. Following the advancement in quantum communication networks, it becomes feasible and economical to combine QKD with classical optical communication through the same fiber using dense wavelength division multiplexing(DWDM) technology. This study proposes a detailed scheme of TF-QKD protocol with DWDM technology and analyzes its performance, considering the influence of quantum channel number and adjacent quantum crosstalk on the secret key rates. The simulation results show that the scheme further increases the secret key rate of TF-QKD and its variants. Therefore, this scheme provides a method for improving the secret key rate for practical quantum networks.
