Methods: in this study, a convenient sampling method was used, and the PICC patients' maintenance service demand questionnaire was used to carry out a questionnaire survey on 115 patients with PICC in a third-class first-class hospital in Lanzhou from November 2020 to March 2021. Results: patients in the intermission period of tumor chemotherapy had strong demand for PICC services, and the top two were the addition of specialized nursing clinics (2.50±0.38) and WeChat video guidance (2.32±0.38);Different education level, residence, medical payment method and maintenance location were the influencing factors of patients' maintenance service demand, and the scores were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: patients with PICC during the intermission of chemotherapy have a strong demand for services, and patients hope to enjoy personalized and specific services. Hospitals and nursing staff should increase corresponding measures to improve the quality and level of maintenance when implementing nursing services for patients, so as to meet the needs of patients.展开更多
