This study utilizes panel data from 293 Chinese cities at the prefecture level or above,spanning from 2013 to 2022,to empirically examine the net effects and underlying mechanisms of establishing pilot free trade zone...This study utilizes panel data from 293 Chinese cities at the prefecture level or above,spanning from 2013 to 2022,to empirically examine the net effects and underlying mechanisms of establishing pilot free trade zones(FTZs)on integration into the digital global value chain(DGVC).The results demonstrate that the establishment of pilot FTZs positively promotes integration into the DGVC and generates a spatial spillover effect.Compared to coastal areas and small-and medium-sized cities,pilot FTZs have a more significant impact on the integration of inland regions and large cities into the DGVC.Mechanism tests reveal that pilot FTZs drive integration into the DGVC primarily by promoting digital industry agglomeration and enhancing the technological content of exports.Furthermore,bilateral foreign direct investment and digital trade rules positively amplify the impact of pilot FTZs on integration into the DGVC.Therefore,this study recommends comprehensively deepening the development of pilot FTZs,consistently enhancing the technological content of exports,and proactively establishing a sound digital trade regulatory framework.These recommendations offer valuable insights for DGVC integration and the construction of a high-standard free trade network.展开更多

Since threshold principle was firstly used in landform research by S.A.Schumm in the 1970s, the quantitative research on watershed landform development stage has come true. Davis proposed a three-stage model on landform evolution: young, mature and old stages. Thereafter Strahler quantified this model by hypsometric analysis method. The authors thought that the material movement stage cannot be expressed by hypsometric method in watershed landform at development stage, because of the uncertainty on stage delimitation. To meet this shortcoming, this paper presents an integral erosion value method. A clear delimitation on landform development stage in the Loess Plateau region has been tested by this method. The result shows that gullied loessial hilly area is at the mature stage, and gullied loessial tableland area is at the young stage. It is estimated that from the point of erosion related sediment yield, natural erosion accounts for 70% of the total erosion amount, and artificial accelerating erosion is 30%. Therefore soil and water conservation is very crucial for the Loess Plateau.展开更多

In the beginning, ICT are applied to the digitalization of tasks and processes within the organization that facilitates the transition to the stage of integration of information systems and internal communication. Once this level of maturity is reached, it is possible to extend the application oflCT in inter-organizational processes. The main objective of this work is to identify factors that encourage the integration of inter-organizational information systems and the development of the extended value chain. One of the difficulties that this kind of study has to face is on the lack of precise empirical tools that enable comparability of results, both in time and between sectors and countries. It is therefore necessary to perform specific works that shed light on whether the efforts of local organizations to integrate ICT enhance collaborative processes with the environment and the factors influencing these results. It was applied a mixed methodology that combines ad-hoc survey and Tool Assessment Websites, carried out on 23 industrial manufacturing companies located in Rosario and Cordoba Argentina. The search was oriented to the identification of a limited number of indicators, but with the advantage of being amenable to being followed in time, for a number of companies in the region under study. The results indicate that companies with customers and/or suppliers abroad denote a higher level of maturity in the application of ICT.展开更多
Objective: to select patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with herpes zoster, treat them with modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with plum blossom needle and cupping, and observe their clinical curative...Objective: to select patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with herpes zoster, treat them with modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with plum blossom needle and cupping, and observe their clinical curative effect. Methods: from September 2019 to April 2021, a total of 50 patients with diabetes complicated with herpes zoster in our hospital were selected. According to the difference of treatment methods, 25 cases were divided into western medicine group and treated with acyclovir combined with mecobalamin. A total of 25 cases in the TCM group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction, plum blossom needle and cupping. Clinical efficacy related indicators, neuralgia legacy, effective rate of treatment, integral value of TCM syndromes, improvement of blood sugar level, and investigation results of adverse reactions were analyzed between groups. Results: the healing time, pain disappearance time, scabbing time and scabbing time of blisters in TCM group were all shorter, and the pain score was lower (P < 0.05). After 10 days, one month, three months and six months after treatment, the residual rate of neuralgia in TCM group was lower (P < 0.05). The effective rate of TCM group was higher (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in TCM group was lower (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and blood sugar level between groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin (P > 0.05), but the fasting blood glucose of TCM group was higher and the blood glucose of 2h after meal was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: modified Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with plum-blossom needle and cupping therapy has a good clinical effect on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with herpes zoster. It can improve the blood sugar level of patients, relieve their clinical symptoms and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.展开更多

The disconti...A new method to solve the boundary value problem arising in the study of scattering of two-dimensional surface water waves by a discontinuity in the surface boundary conditions is presented in this paper. The discontinuity arises due to the floating of two semi-infinite inertial surfaces of different surface densities. Applying Green's second identity to the potential functions and appropriate Green's functions, this problem is reduced to solving two coupled Fredholm integral equations with regular kernels. The solutions to these integral equations are used to determine the reflection and the transmission coefficients. The results for the reflection coefficient are presented graphically and are compared to those obtained earlier using other research methods. It is observed from the graphs that the results computed from the present analysis match exactly with the previous results.展开更多
